WTF, OBAMA??!!!!!

What’s This Flag, Obama?

The Obama campaign is selling a flag that they call “our stripes”.  Many suspect that they understand the subliminal symbolism of this new flag.  (See also here and here.)  These rightfully outraged citizens see too much of a similarity to the publicized images of blood smears on the walls of the consulate/mission in Benghazi, where four of our citizens were murdered in cold blood by a planned terrorist attack that was or wasn’t, depending upon whom you believe, whom you listen to, and what day it is.

Will we ever know the truth of what happened in Libya, or are they still trying to figure out the “narrative” that will get Obama off the hook and put the blame on President Bush?  “Yeah, that’s the ticket!”

Check it out, everyone. What DO those five smears on this flag resemble?

Why five? Are they for the FIVE PILLARS OF ISLAM that the embassy staff were figuratively clinging to as they were dragged to their deaths?  Or is it just a sickening coincidence?

Is this another spiking of the football? Another victory lap?  Another celebratory symbolic creation, like the WORLD TRADE CENTER FLYOVER? We’re still waiting to hear who was on that plane.

Or is this another deliberate distraction?  Alinsky 101.

Here’s my interpretation:

The Obama logo, which itself seems to symbolize the sun setting on the Republic of the United States of America, replaces the state stars.

There’s the symbol of Obama’s  longed-for COMMUNIST COLLECTIVE–THE OBAMA STATE–a single symbol of a single collective to REPLACE the 50 (not 57 or 58) stars that represent the 50 SOVEREIGN STATES OF THE UNION. 

All united into one collective under Obama.  The 50 STATES OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA replaced by Obama’s communist transformation of America.

Then we have those five bloody smears. What else are they?

They, and the four white stripes, surely don’t represent the 13 original colonies, so WHAT EXACTLY DO THEY REPRESENT? 

The five pillars of Islam, mentioned before?  Or are we supposed to believe that they represent the “five pillars” of a healthy lifestyle, as touted by Michelle Obama?  They do love that symbolism of FIVE:

Obama’s foreign policy (the Obama Doctrine) is said to rest upon five pillars.

So  what do those bloody smears represent? His failed foreign policy?  Or the success of his five pillars, via the Arab Spring/Islamist takeover of the Middle East?  The new Islamic Caliphate.   And the sun sets on the United States of America.

Tellingly, the campaign deleted the Tweet wherein they referred to this Obomination as “our flag,” according to Dana Loesch (on radio).

This follows closely upon the Obama White House similarly insulting the flag of the U.S. by allowing it to touch the floor.  Don’t forget that Obama originally refused to wear a U.S. flag lapel pin.

Muslims riot and murder if someone INSULTS the symbols of their religion. OBAMA and his campaign insult the symbols of our country.

When did they first conceive of this Obomination? When did it first go on sale? Who are these “artists”?

Update 09/22/12:   h/t to Leza, who suggested that perhaps the four white stripes on the Obama flag represent the “universal Caliphate”–the dream of Muslims who long to restore the Islamic empire.  The original Rashidun Caliphate comprised the reign of the first FOUR caliphs, who led Muslims from 632 to 661 A.D. (yes, A.D.).  At this link and this link are videos wherein Donald Rumsfeld and Glenn Beck explain how the goal of Islamists is to restore the Caliphate and, indeed, to expand it into a worldwide Caliphate, subjugating all peoples on the Earth to Islam.  In reading the links that Leza provided, I ended up doing a little more research and learned about the Four Companions, aka the Four Pillars of the Sahaba.

The Four Companions, also called the Four Pillars of the Sahaba is a Shi’a term that refers to the four Sahaba Shi’a believe stayed most loyal to ‘Alī ibn Abī Ṭālib after the death of Muḥammad:

• Miqdadu bni Aswādi l-Kindiyy
• Abū Dharri l-Ghifāriyy
• Salman the Persian
• ‘Ammār ibn Yāsir

Those among Muhammad’s companions who were closest to ‘Alī were called Shī‘ati ‘Alī “partisans of ‘Alī” during Muhammad’s lifetime and it was for these primarily that the following hadith was said:

Glad tidings, ‘Alī! Truly you and your partisans will be in Paradise.

These companions are later referred to as “Real Shī‘ī“. ‘Abdu l-Lāhi bni ‘Abbās, Muhammad ibn Abī Bakr and Malik al-Ashtar were other such partisans. However, it is only The Four Companions that are believed to have attained the rank of “the Real Shī‘ah” and remained so.

So the four white stripes may have dual layers of meaning, calling to mind both the original Caliphate as well as the Four Companions.  It seems that both the number five and the number four have special meaning to Muslims.  Only the creators of these images can tell us about the iconography used, but if their goal was to symbolize that

there are no red states or blue states, only the United States,

then why change the number of stripes at all? The choice can be no accident because a related image by the same artists also contains the same five red and four white stripes.  What’s clear is that this flag replaced the stars of the fifty sovereign states with one overweening Obama STATE.   Explain how this Obama flag symbolizes what they say it symbolizes?  I don’t see it.  The U.S. flag ALREADY symbolizes that!

Let’s refresh our memory about the iconography of the real flag of the United States of America:

The national flag of the United States of America is often simply referred to as the American flag, consisting of thirteen equal horizontal stripes of red (top and bottom) alternating with white, with a blue rectangle in the canton (referred to specifically as the “union”) bearing fifty small, white, five-pointed stars arranged in nine offset horizontal rows of six stars (top and bottom) alternating with rows of five stars. The 50 stars on the flag represent the 50 states of the United States of America and the 13 stripes represent the thirteen British colonies that declared independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain and became the first states in the Union.

On the U.S. flag, the canton, specifically called the UNION, already symbolizes one United States.  But Obama’s flag deliberately replaces the 50 individual states in the Union with one symbol–HIS symbol.  The thirteen stripes, as noted above, symbolize the original colonies that “became the first states in the Union.”  So, similarly, do the 9 stripes on the Obama flag symbolize the Five Pillars of Islam and the Four Caliphs of the original (once and future?) Islamic Caliphate?  If not, then WHAT do those 9 stripes represent?
