Today, unilaterally, Barack Hussein Obama II, plans to give amnesty to as many as 800,000 illegal aliens who came to the USA as children. They will not be deported. They will be allowed to stay and to work in the USA.

President Obama will discuss his administration’s apparent end-run around Congress on immigration policy at 1:15 p.m. on Friday. …
Bypassing Congress, the new policy sets the following criteria for young people who came here illegally with their parents:
— Must be under age 30 and have come to the U.S. under the age of 16;
— Must have continuously lived here for at least five years
— Must be in school, or have graduated from high school, have a general education development certificate, or be honorably discharged veterans of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States;
— Must not have felony convictions or “a significant misdemeanor offense,” multiple misdemeanor offenses, or otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety;
“Only those individuals who can prove through verifiable documentation that they meet these criteria will be eligible for deferred action,” the news release said.
The new guidelines take effect immediately, and the Obama administration expects to begin taking applications within 60 days.
Thus creating yet another bureaucracy! Who said Obama doesn’t create jobs?
Rather amusing is the criterion about “verifiable documentation.” Speaking for many, I should like to see verifiable documentation for the person formulating rules that ignore the duly-elected, legal, and eligible representatives of We the People. Will this new bureaucracy accept digital images on the Internet as proof of eligibility?
The new policy will give “work permits” to the illegal aliens who benefit from the “deferred action process” (aka, AMNESTY). What is being “deferred?” Deferred implies that consequences will happen, sooner or later. Or is it citizenship that’s deferred, until Obama gets another term?
Will deferred-action-process (DAP) illegal aliens be allowed to donate to Obama’s campaign via text message? Can they use their work permits as identification to register to vote for Obama in November?
This is simply another way to gin up Obama’s base, exactly like when they play the race card.

Obama dares the Romney campaign to speak out. Let’s hope that Romney accepts their challenge and does forcefully speak out for the rule of law and for all legal U.S. citizens and legal immigrants, especially those who will be displaced by allowing illegal aliens to take jobs that all legal persons need.
A recent news story reported that U.S. teens have great difficulty finding jobs these days because the jobs usually available to teens are currently held by older citizens who’ve lost jobs in the Obama economy. Will these citizen teens now have to also compete for jobs with 800,000 DAP illegal aliens? Seems so. That will not help them to pay off their college loans!
Who are Obama’s true constituents? He is the president of whom? US citizens or illegal aliens?
The AP states that this new policy by Obama mirrors a proposal by Senator Marco Rubio, although I seriously doubt that Rubio’s plan was to IMPOSE his plan by executive fiat.
The extraordinary step comes one week before President Barack Obama plans to address the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials’ annual conference in Orlando, Fla. Republican presidential challenger Mitt Romney is scheduled to speak to the group on Thursday. …
The change is likely to cause an outcry from congressional Republicans, who are sure to perceive Obama’s actions as an end run around them. Republicans already have complained that previous administration uses of prosecutorial discretion in deportations amount to back-door amnesty. Romney and many Republican lawmakers want tighter border security measures before considering changes in immigration law. Romney opposes offering legal status to illegal immigrants who attend college but has said he would do so for those who serve in the armed forces.
Most US citizens want tighter border security, as all polls show. If there were a vote today, most US citizens would oppose amnesty and any “path to citizenship” for ILLEGAL aliens.
Once again, the media and the Democrat party assume that citizens of Hispanic descent march in lockstep with progressives like Obama and don’t believe, as most other citizens do, in the rule of law or don’t similarly resent those who come here illegally to take jobs, benefits, and resources that rightfully belong to US citizens and legal immigrants. The countries of origin of these illegals in no way would consider amnesty for persons who illegally entered their countries.
Why is the United States, alone among nations, expected to ignore its own laws and give amnesty to those who flout our laws and our sovereignty?
Why is this announced today? Friday is traditionally the day for “document dumps” but one must wonder if this leak had something to do with it:
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the agency charged with guarding the U.S. borders, has written a secret draft policy that would let its agents catch and release low-priority illegal immigrants rather than bring them in for processing and prosecution.
The policy, which has not been signed off on, would be the latest move by the Obama administration to set new priorities for the nation’s immigration services, and would bring CBP in line with other Homeland Security Department agencies that already use such “prosecutorial discretion.”
The policy was detailed in an internal memo obtained by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith and reviewed by The Washington Times, which confirmed the document.
According to the memo, the draft policy “provides circumstances when to pursue enforcement actions … and includes detailed discussion of several factors CBP personnel should consider when exercising discretion.”
Opponents say it amounts to another “backdoor amnesty” for illegal immigrants and could give the administration a tool to pressure Border Patrol agents not to pursue some people.
Why exactly do we have laws?
If we are not going to enforce the laws, then why doesn’t the Obama Administration save us all money and disband the Border Patrol? The bureucracy remains; the purpose does not. Does that make sense to you?
Backdoor amnesties upon backdoor amnesties. We the People are extraneous, as are our representatives.

It’s a DHS policy change, apparently, and not an executive order. Napolitano is exercising “her” discretion. It’s in the penumbra, you see. That thing that all progressives see that blinds them to the reality of LAWS and the Constitution. It’s just not “fair” that laws are set in stone and they can’t bend them at will for their own purposes. I did hear that this was an Executive Order – twice, once on the radio and once on TV – yet Miri says there isn’t one listed. Perhaps after his speech today it will appear.
So, 800,000 illegals can get a “free pass” to our entitlements that are supposed to be for US citizens. We will be feeding, educating, and providing medical care for them – as if they aren’t taking full advantage of it now illegally. The Dream Act that couldn’t get passed by Congress is now passed by Napolitano – so our resources aren’t wasted when these people are caught. Our ICE and Immigration officers can continue their Catch and Release policies. Our resources are wasted on Illegals – whether their parents brought them here or not!
This makes me livid – the Laws and Constitution are meaningless to this regime.

Days before President Obama proclaimed a new Justice Department edict concerning the deportation of young illegal immigrants, both the New York Times and Time magazine ran huge stories on Hispanics in America. According to Fox News Watch panelists Saturday, this was no coincidence (video follows with transcript and commentary):
JON SCOTT, HOST: And then under the heading of coincidence or manipulation, we have this. Time magazine ran its cover story called “We Are Americans, Only We Are Just Not Legal.” The New York Times on Sunday ran a story on frustrated Hispanic, the frustrated Hispanic electorate, and then on Friday came the surprise announcement that the Department of Justice is going to ease up on deporting the illegal immigrant children or young people or offspring in this country. There any coincidence?
JAMES PINKERTON, AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE MAGAZINE: The interesting question is whether the New York Times and Time magazine had any inkling that maybe the president would be doing this and they wanted to get ahead of the story and help sort of get credit for being part of the wave. When you collate this recent act with the class-warfare rhetoric, the “punish our enemies” threats, the president’s and Eric Holder’s serial racialist statements, the huge borrowing, the national-security leaks, the takeover of health care, the push for redistributive taxes, and even the trivial appointments like a Van Jones, Anita Dunn, or Armendariz, you can fairly conclude that Obama most certainly did not like the way the United States operated for the last 30 or so years, and has tried his best, through hook or crook, to change America in ways that simply were not possible through legislative or even judicial action. Give the president credit. He has thrown down the gauntlet and essentially boasted: This is my vision of the way the new America should work — and if you don’t like it, try stopping me in November, if you dare.”
It’s through CROOK. Someone at Free Republic linked this story and I believe asked whether ANY dictator has ever been removed via the ballot box? I do fear, as do others, that he will try “any means necessary” to hang onto power. What the means may be is left only to his evil imagination.

If you notice, this was the meme about Barry’s unconstitutional immigration order: That he waited for Congress and the Republicans wouldn’t do it, so he HAD NO CHOICE but to go ahead and do “what’s right” for “Americans” (ILLEGALS, NOT AMERICANS). So Barry’s definition of working with the other side is that they do what he wants or else THEY are holding things up, being stubborn and putting roadblocks in his progress. They get “nothing done” in other words. But DECIDING AGAINST THE DREAM ACT IS ACTING. They got something done. They made a decision THAT MOST AMERICANS AGREED WITH. They rejected the Dream Act, multiple times! To Barry, to be “bipartisan” is to do what he wants, when he wants it. To “compromise” and “work together” means his way or the highway. If they don’t do what he wants, then he will IGNORE CONGRESS AND WHAT AMERICANS WANT AND IMPOSE WHAT HE WANTS, NO MATTER WHAT. This is not nonpartisanship or bipartisanship, this is TOTALITARIANISM. However, they neglect to point out that Rubio proposed legislation to be debated, negotiated, and decided upon by the Congress, which only becomes law IF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE GIVE IT THE NOD. Rubio did not proposed FORCING ANYTHING DOWN THE THROATS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY SOMETHING THEY DO NOT WANT.

American Immigration Council: ‘Dream Come True’

The American Immigration Council, a group supposedly dedicated to “Insisting that our immigration laws be enacted and implemented in a way that honors fundamental constitutional and human rights,” is cheering President Obama’s unilateral decision to refuse enforcement of immigration law for young illegal immigrants.

It’s obvious from the tone and tenor of the statement that AIC isn’t interested in the rule of law, or whether Congress is involved in the process at all. All they care about is ensuring that illegal immigrants remain in the country. And it’s precisely the support of groups like the AIC that President Obama was seeking when he decided to undercut existing law in order to achieve his political goals.

Whoa. Look at some of what Mitch McConnell plans to say in a speech soon:
““This is a dangerous, radical administration,” said McConnell.
“I’m going to lay out a long litany of abuses pursued by the Obama Administration and its allies against its political opponents,” McConnell said. “It’s reminiscent of the Nixon administration. It’s much more pervasive than Clinton. They have their enemies list. They’re checking it twice. They’re going to go after those that have been naughty and not nice.” …
McConnell is incensed over the administration’s use of government and nongovernmental resources to target its political enemies. “They’ve used the IRS, the FEC, the FCC, the SEC, their allies in the Obama campaign to go after people who disagree with them. The Obama campaign has rifled through the divorce records of a major donor to an opposing super PAC. The government itself is intimidating donors. Appointees at the IRS and other agencies are pursuing similar efforts to ferret out who is contributing to outside groups critical of the administration so that they can scare them off the playing field and shut them up.”
Most frightening of all, says McConnell, is that David Axelrod, head of the president’s re-election campaign and former White House honcho, has stated that “he wants to amend the First Amendment – the ultimate act of radicalism – to give to the federal government the ability to control the speech of American citizens who band together to pursue a political cause.
Sen. McConnell says that there is a “full-scale effort underway to intimidate and harass their opponents. It wouldn’t surprise me if they’re coordinating with outside left-wing groups to be supportive of their causes. That’s their prerogative.”
McConnell left the door open for House Republicans who want to call for an investigation on these issues. While he said that he doesn’t know if there is illegal activity going it, “It certainly raises suspicion when you have unusual efforts by the IRS to make it difficult for Tea Party groups to meet and to function. It raises suspicions that they may not be doing that to groups on the left. The larger question is why they’re doing it at all.”
Sen. McConnell drew special attention to allegations that certain left-wing activists have been SWATting their political enemies.”

Obama Jobs Program: Help Illegals Compete with Americans for Scarce Jobs

Today, the Obama Administration, in an obvious attempt to boost the President’s flailing reelection campaign, announced that it would bypass Congress and rewrite the nation’s immigration laws.
The Obama administration will stop deporting and begin granting work permits to younger illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and have since led law-abiding lives. The election-year initiative addresses a top priority of an influential Latino electorate that has been vocal in its opposition to administration deportation policies.
The second sentence of the Associated Press story addresses the true impetus for the policy change; election-year politics. Obama, and today’s Democrat party, see the electorate as a patchwork-quilt of interest groups. Sprinkle enough goodies on certain blocks of voters and they believe they can put together just enough support to win.

Obama’s policy change sends a clear message to Hispanic voters. It also sends a clear message to non-hispanic voters. Namely, Obama has just added millions of workers to the legal labor force. Millions of illegal immigrants will now be able to legally compete with Americans for the very few jobs available. This message will not be lost on working-class voters.

Tomorrow, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will speak at American Enterprise Institute, where he is scheduled to talk about anti-First Amendment intimidation by the Obama Administration and by the political left associated with it.

This new policy is not law. It is not amnesty. No smart person will participate in it since they will have to register with the government as an illegal.
Well, that’s a good point. It’s incremental amnesty because I just heard Barry on the news, arguing with the Daily Caller reporter, calling this “temporary”. So it’s clear what’s temporary is that they get to stay and get to work and their citizenship is on hold until he finds a way to just order that, too. A president is not a dictator and does not have the power to simply decide what laws will be enforced and what laws will not be enforced. I also heard them call this an executive order, but none is listed on the WH site yet. I doubt seriously that he will make it a true executive order because then it will be subject to repeal by the Congress. So he will simply ignore the law and the Constitution, as he’s done for 4 years, daring anybody to stop him. SCOTUS and/or Congress had better step up soon.
It’s a good point that no “smart person” will participate because they have to out themselves. Keep pointing that out to the ILLEGALS because they are truly in a precarious place. I wonder why this writer thinks that the forgers sat around waiting for the “rest” of the information from the original birth certificate so they could complete their forgery? Didn’t Barry KNOW the missing elements? Like how his “mother” signed her name? Like which doctor allegedly delivered him? David A. Sinclair did NOT because two individuals who should know (current governor of Hawaii and former clerk at the HDOH) said Barry has NO birth certificate in Hawaii. I have always known the name of the hospital where I was born and the doctor who delivered me, as well as the time of my birth. I know the doctor because he was our family doctor. Yes, and he even used to make house calls! People weren’t generally delivered by ob-gyns back then. It was the same doctor who treated your sore throats and broken arms. Barry was in Hawaii, he says, until he was 6, so well past the age when he ought to remember many, many details of his childhood. I don’t buy his logic that’s assuming Barry HAS an original that had all this information on it that BARRY didn’t know. His explanation for the “(Stanley) Ann D” and then the “unham Obama” doesn’t make a heck of a lot of sense: That she signed with her maiden name and they had to add Obama to make the parents look married. Why? Barry has a stronger argument if his parents were NOT married. Then, iirc, he could be born in Kenya and still be possibly a nbc. Why didn’t they keep “Ann Dunham” and just add Obama, if she signed with her maiden name? There’s no evidence other than the bogus birth announcements and the Polk directories that she ever used the name Obama. There’s no reason to break up “Dunham”, unless her name WASN’T Dunham and the D began another surname or perhaps was actually her middle initial. Why the anomalies with the dates? Those were on the SFCOLB, so the only explanation there might be that they had to change them back to what the SFCOLB said, if they differed on the original. But the SFCOLB was allegedly an abstract OF the LFCOLB, which this writer seems to believe actually exists. So why would the dates differ?
Is this laying groundwork for Barry to claim that all his minions simply did all of this without his knowledge? Was thinking of him today when his minions claimed that the illegal aliens brought here as children aren’t to blame because, as babies, they didn’t know what was going on. I seem to remember that ignorance of the law is no excuse and at some point in time, all these “children” learned that they were illegal.
A final point: He mentions that Barry’s forgers needed to know where to place Ann’s signature. Well, if you look at the microfilm black-and-white copy that CNN implies is Barry’s original LFCOLB (but it’s not, or if it is, it proves the forgery), the mother’s signature AND the doctor’s signature are in the wrong position on the original. SO, if they had a copy of this original, they did a crummy job of putting the signatures in the right place.
We’ve been saying this all along. When I first started commenting on blogs I repeatedly wrote during the ’08 campaign that “they were forging the best B.C. money could buy”.
It’s plausible that she was single (remember the HDOH’s statement about potentially “embarrassing information” existing on the LFBC?), but what is perplexing is how could a divorce decree exists without proof of marriage? V. odd.
I can’t see that Obama would believe this is embarrassing. Considering that he was trying to look “authentically black” and considering that illegitimacy really has little to do with embarrassment anymore in a country where illegitimacy is soaring among all races and ethnicities, I don’t think this would be a negative in his mind but just another “positive” that he could spin.
He already falsely claims that he was raised by a “single mother” to make himself seem more like one of us. “Embarrassing” is their word but we know how they spin and misuse words, so they might say “embarrassing” for any of the following possibilities: he’s ineligible, he’s not black, he’s a foundling who has no clue who his parents are or the circumstances of his birth, his parents played fast and loose with laws and were, basically, grifters. The possibilities are endless, when you consider the lengths to which they’ve gone to hide the truth.
I don’t think it’s something ordinary like illegitimacy. It’s something huge. We all can relate to illegitimacy and embarrassment. When they put this out there as a possibility, it makes me more convinced that the truth is something else, because they CONSTANTLY, constantly, come up with “plausible” as well as implausible RATIONALIZATIONS to explain away any TRUTH that we do find.
For example, Lia. She’s just a hanger-on looking for her 15 minutes of fame, making up a story. The student who interviewed Maya and wrote that Barry was born at Queen’s Medical was just mistaken or he copied it from some other inaccurate source like Wikipedia. Barry’s publisher who, for over 16 years, kept on the company records a biography of Barry that stated he was born in Kenya, was just incompetent. All these are PLAUSIBLE explanations that, while plausible, probably aren’t true. It’s the SHEER NUMBER of them that adds to my level of disbelief in ANYTHING they extend as an explanation.
They need ANYTHING to hand on a silver platter to people who WANT to continue to believe in Barry. Their rationalizations work for many, so they keep putting them out there.
I don’t understand how a divorce decree could exist without proof of marriage, either. It’s likely that the missing page of the records had something to do with proving the facts of the marriage. Maybe it was Barry’s birth certificate that named BHO Sr. as the father. (Does the FULL birth certificate, with the medical information, mention marital status of the parents?)
According to the HDOH, they WERE married. If we disbelieve them on that marriage index, then we have permission to disbelieve them on the birth index, too. Don’t we? How could their marriage index have a record of the marriage if it didn’t happen? If it’s there and it’s not true, then similarly the “fact” that Barry is on the birth index may be untrue, too.

Right. With work permits in hand, they can present that as ID to anybody who bothers to ask. They want them to show verifiable documentation to prove their 5-year continuous residency, their age, the age when they came here, etc. What’s going to happen to them if/when they show bogus documentation that’s not verifiable? Does anyone believe they will still be deported? They probably work now.
What’s interesting is that people up to the age of 30 can apply for the work permits. This could be college graduates. High school graduates. Maybe from public schools who went on our dime. How about they have to pay America back for all the benefits they have collected over the years from the American taxpayers? Now that they can work.
Those college grads and high school grads are Barry’s constituents. He wants to be able to hire them to work as community organizers and/or public employees. Listen up, construction workers. Saw today on Fox with some guy named Shep (sorry don’t have cable so don’t know Fox) and he and some veteran tv guy were talking about this and they were dissing the reporter and said he was wrong for interrupting the president and the footage they showed looked like he was, indeed, interrupting. Shep said he would not be surprised if this guy from the Daily Caller had his privileges revoked and that he should. The entire conversation seemed scripted between the two guys.

Rep. Steve King to sue Obama administration over new immigration policy

Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King said Friday that he plans to sue the Obama administration to halt implementation of its newly announced selective illegal immigration law enforcement policy. He told Mike Huckabee on the former Arkansas governor’s radio program Friday that he successfully sued his own state’s governor — and won — over a similar separation-of-powers issue.
“I will tell you that — I’m not without experience on this — I’m prepared to bring a suit and seek a court order to stop implementation of this policy,” King said. “I have done it once in the past successfully when then-Governor Tom Vilsack thought he could legislate by executive order — and the case of King vs. Vilsack is in the books. And that individual, by the way, is now the Secretary of Agriculture. I wonder if he’s not counseling the president on his legal proceedings.”
Huckabee followed up, asking King: “You plan to sue this administration for implementing something that you believe should have required legislative process and approval?”
“That is correct,” King replied
The Iowa Republican is vice-chairman of the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement.

It probably has more (loop)holes in it than Swiss cheese. AS IF they really will require ANY criteria or even be able to check the criteria if they pretend to. They don’t allow anybody to check ID to see if people are eligible to vote! Are they REALLY going to spend time verifying all this stuff? These people are experts at FAKE DOCUMENTS. They’ve managed to live here and evade the authorities for as many as 30 years. So what kind of paperwork will they have to prove they meet these criteria? FAKE paperwork.
The newspaper this morning reported that the next president can rescind this policy, which is true; but if King gets his way, the courts may overrule it even before November. King ought to make it an emergency appeal because Barry’s putting it into effect immediately.
This is Barry trying to do an end run around a possible decision in favor of AZ’s immigration law. Arpaio says it’s still the law, and he’s still going to enforce it, so good for him. We have at least ONE elected official who takes his oath seriously.
Remember how the feds won’t allow states access to the database that will allow them to verify whether people registered to vote are eligible to vote? Well, this would be a wonderful new database that will prevent all these “kids” who are ILLEGAL aliens from voting. So, ten to one Barry will make sure that this database is “private” and will do all in his power to keep any Secretary of State from cross-referencing it with the voter rolls in his or her state.

OF COURSE they’re not going to count them as looking for work and unable to find it. That will hurt Barry, so they will say they must “correct” the stats for this particular circumstance because “probably” they were already included in the unemployment figures because they don’t ask legal status.
Yes, he’s already working on buying votes by using OUR MONEY to bail out deadbeat “homeowners”. Don’t you just love it that, like LEGAL immigrants who did things the right way, now they will take money from people who bought their homes the right way–started off small, worked and paid off their loans, then moved up to the larger house that they COULD NOW AFFORD? Now these people will be taxed so Barry can HAND HOMES (for votes) to people who didn’t do it the right way–who bought more house than they could afford or got loans that in no way could they pay off and then, when they couldn’t, didn’t refinance or sell and go into a smaller home that they COULD afford.
These homes are not THEIR homes. The home belongs to the bank (and the stockholders and depositors of the bank, which are you and me) until that person pays off the loan. Then the person EARNS the title to the home.
Same with students who took out huge loans that they can’t pay back. Why should We the People have our money taken from us to pay college loans for those who, because they got advanced degrees, are already in a position to make much more money per year than a large proportion of the taxpaying public?
Why should people who never went to college or who took night classes, maybe a few per semester while they worked, or who earned their degrees at community colleges or who took decades to finally graduate because they worked and paid their own way, have their tax dollars taken from them to pay off loans for well-off kids who foolishly borrowed thousands so that they could go to Ivy League schools or pursue careers like medicine or the law? Now we’ll also be paying off the college loans for those illegal alien engineering students! Surely his programs will NOT check for legal status when the forces banks to give the homes away or uses our money to pay off their loans.

The Obama Administration refused to say it will recognize results of Falklands referendum, upsetting American ally Great Britain. The Telegraph reported:

Also today the The Jewish Daily Forward reported that Obama called the current Israeli government “extreme right” and accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not wanting “any restraints.”
According to accounts provided by participants in the closed-door meeting with Orthodox leaders, Obama, just as he did a week earlier with the Conservative movement, gave an open and detailed account of his relations with Israel, an issue that has won him criticism especially in Orthodox circles. To the small group attending the meeting, Obama said there should be no doubt about his “fidelity” to Israel, adding a request to understand that disagreements do not necessarily impact the friendship between the nations.
When asked what lesson he had learned from attempts to broker an Israeli–Palestinian accord, the President responded that his key takeaway is that “it’s really hard” and that trying to get the parties to agree entails great potential for misunderstanding. Obama attempted to dispel the notion that he had pressured Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu unfairly and said that his administration was, in fact, “more attentive” to Israel than to the Palestinians.
This is despite the fact that Israel has offered concessions in the absence of Palestinian concessions.

A political deal will be struck to save the Democrat Party from total collapse and protect the Republican Party from revelations of complicity in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.
A growing number of Americans are now learning that Barack Obama, according to Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution, is an illegal President. The law requires a candidate for the Presidency to be a “natural born citizen,” that is, a second generation American, a U.S. citizen, whose parents were also U.S. citizens at the time of the candidate’s birth. Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British subject at the time of his birth, which made him forever ineligible for the Presidency.
Practically speaking, that issue is not a problem for Obama because the Republican Party also wants to violate the Constitution. Many Republicans are aggressively advocating Florida Senator Marco Rubio as Mitt Romney’s Vice Presidential candidate. Rubio is ineligible because, even though he was born in the United States, his parents were Cuban citizens at the time of his birth.
Since 1975, both Democrat and Republican politicians have been trying unsuccessfully to amend Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution. The election of Obama has allowed them to do so, not legally, but by fait accompli.

There are also persistent questions about the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service registration and his use of a Social Security number not issued to him, all serious crimes with the potential for lengthy prison sentences.
The law, however, is not a problem for Obama because any serious investigation would implicate far too many Democrat and Republican politicians. That is why the political establishment and the media are suppressing every effort to uncover the truth about Obama’s personal history because it would expose their own corruption and hypocrisy.

Much can happen between now and November to determine whether or not the non-Obama Democrat and Republican coalition will succeed. Will Attorney General Eric Holder be forced to resign paving the way for other investigations? Will there be selective leaks to embarrass Obama? Will the financiers and liberal media turn against him? Will Obama be privately blackmailed or promised a pardon?
The fate of Obama has already been determined, not by voters, but by powerbrokers using tactics that will unfold over the coming months.
There is one thing, however, that is certain. Regardless of who wins in November, Obama’s alleged crimes will never be fully investigated and his personal history will never be exposed by either Democrat or Republican politicians. Their involvement in a conspiracy of silence is unmistakable and their protection of Obama stems solely from political self-interest.
Barack Obama has been issued a “get out of jail free” card by a corrupt political establishment and a dishonest media.

On Friday’s “Special Report” on the Fox News Channel, syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer said that the president’s shift on enforcing immigrations laws and granting certain privileges among illegal immigrants is “out-and-out lawlessness.”
Krauthammer told host Chris Wallace that this was a so-called “end-run” around the legislative branch of the federal government and explained how it defied the Constitution.
“Beyond the pandering, beyond the politics, beyond the process — is simple constitutional decency,” Krauthammer explained. “This is out-and-out lawlessness. You had a clip of the president himself say months ago ‘I cannot do this on my own because there are laws on the books.’ Well, I have news for president — the laws remain on the books. They haven’t changed.”
He said this appears to be the White House attempting to enact the DREAM Act, which failed to pass muster with the Congress after several attempts over the past several years. “He proposed the DREAM Act of which the executive order is a variation,” Krauthammer continued. “He proposed a DREAM Act. The Congress said no. The Congress is the one who makes the laws. What the administration does is it administers law.”
“And in fact, what it is pretending to do is to use discretion,” he said. “That’s what the Homeland Security Secretary said. This is not discretion. Discretion is when you treat it on a one-by-one basis on the grounds of extenuating circumstances. That is declaration of a whole new set of criteria, which is essentially resurrecting the legislation that the Congress has said no to.”

Funny how even with this coming out, along with all the vetting stuff, most conservative blogs won’t touch this with a ten-foot pole. Those that do won’t go the next logical step that maybe even his birth story is not true. It all is still taboo to talk about. Instead hours and hours and pages and pages are put into all these conservatives blogs, filling them up with the “issues” and “wait ’til November”. Just hoping it to go away by convincing people Obama is a political/economic failure is not enough and is a wasted direction to put one’s efforts. There are still, even with the vetting and new “Story” book, only a handful of blogs that discuss what it all means and points to. And, yes, this lack of boldness, in the face of facts and documentation coming out, is perplexing. To say the least.

Where did Maraniss SUDDENLY come up with the TRUTH–that Anna Obama was in Seattle WEEKS after the supposed birth? Is he going to repeat the lie about Dr. West telling an obot, Babs Nelson, at a country club luncheon about how “Stanley had a baby today” and how that’s “something to write home about” to her own father conveniently named “Stanley”, too? Who is the White House Mole?

There has been a series of leaks of classified information from the White House in an effort to portray President Obama as a tough American foreign policy leader, but no official has resigned from the administration or the Obama campaign in disgrace or protest. This suggests the betrayal of state secrets is being condoned or ignored at the highest levels. Not surprisingly, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice is resisting the appointment of a special or outside counsel to probe the scandal.
If it is so easy to turn over national security information to the media, it may be just as easy to turn the state secrets directly over to the enemy. Either way, our adversaries benefit.
Starting with Obama and then moving through Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and on to campaign adviser David Axelrod, we have individuals who could not pass a basic FBI background check.
Obama says, “The notion that my White House would purposely release classified national security information is offensive. It’s wrong.” This is from the candidate who concealed the identity of his communist mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, in his book, Dreams from My Father. Such a cover-up should have disqualified Obama from the office of the presidency.
The connection to Davis has never been investigated by the major media, let alone Congress. For their part, Republicans are afraid of being called racist McCarthyites if they challenge Obama’s allegiance to the United States and raise questions about his communist connections and Islamic upbringing.
In a roundabout way to get at the truth, Republicans are pleading for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the damage that has been done by the leaks. Holder thumbs his nose at them. Even if they get their special counsel, the damage is done and the results won’t be available until probably next year, after the elections.
Congress is part of the problem and got us into this mess to begin with.
Congress gave Panetta a pass when he became CIA director and then Secretary of Defense, despite his long record of associations with identified communist Hugh DeLacy, who had connections to the Chinese government. Not surprisingly, the Soros-funded Media Matters came to Panetta’s defense, accusing conservatives of a “smear” for raising the inconvenient facts about his record, including opposition to President Reagan’s anti-communist defense policies. Media Matters has White House connections and specializes in intimidating the media when they dare to question the White House line.

Another suspicious Obama associate, David Axelrod, is a former Chicago Tribune reporter who became Obama’s chief strategist and appears regularly on television as the face of the campaign. He once worked closely with David Simon Canter, a communist operative investigated by Congress as an agent of the Soviet Union. Axelrod was “within the extreme orbit of the old Chicago CPUSA [Communist Party] apparatus,” writes Professor Paul Kengor, author of a forthcoming book on Frank Marshall Davis and his Chicago and Hawaii networks.
Axelrod, who reportedly attended some counterterrorism meetings in the White House Situation Room, insists that the White House didn’t leak the national security information to the Times. With a straight face, he told ABC News that “the authors of all of this work”—The New York Times reporters—have made that assurance.
We see the damage being done, as Obama tries to look like an international tough guy in order to be re-elected. In addition to the leaks to The New York Times about U.S. policy toward Iran and al-Qaeda, producers of a film about the killing of Osama bin Laden, to be released before the November 6 presidential election, were given classified briefings at the Pentagon. Panetta denies anything improper was done, but Rep. Peter King (R-NY) has released emails from the CIA and Pentagon showing “unprecedented and potentially dangerous collaboration” between top Administration officials and the filmmakers. Judicial Watch obtained the documents.
King, however, runs the House Homeland Security Committee, with jurisdiction over the Islamic threat. What Congress needs, in order to get to the bottom of the scandal, are internal security committees or subcommittees in both houses. They were all abolished by congressional liberals in the 1970s.
It seems as though Republicans can’t come to grips with the nature of the problem that faces them and the country. A conservative attorney who has been probing into the backgrounds of Obama and his associates tells the story of attending a speech by Republican Rudolph Giuliani in 2011 and asking the former New York City mayor if he had ever considered the possibility that Obama was a mole. “What? A mole? God, I hope not,” was the response.
