This RPI (registered provisional immigrant) status won’t EXCUSE someone from the crime (or will it)? Does it ONLY allow the person to stay but still face penalties (if you could get DOJ to issue charges)? OK. Some of the text:
“Any person who, during any period of 3 years or less, knowingly and without lawful authority produces; forges, counterfeits, alters or falsely makes 3 or more passports; secures, possesses, uses, receives, buys, sells, or distributes 3 or more passports, knowing the passports to be forged, counterfeited, altered, falsely made, stolen, procured by fraud, or produced or issued without lawful authority; or completes, mails, prepares, presents, signs or submits 3 or more applications for a United States passport, knowing the applications to contain any materially false statement or representation shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years or both.”
So what happens if it’s less than 3 false passports created, forged, used, or fraudulently applied for? Why the 3 years or less proviso? Did Barry get his bogus passports within, say, 2 years and 11 months? I put NOTHING past these people. There’s got to be a reason for this provision and also the ones about fake BCs, SS#s with false IDs, falsified I-9s, altering a SS card, and other “document fraud” to prove eligibility for employment. He’s OUR EMPLOYEE. NOTHING is ever by accident in the Obamanation. There’s NO REASON to excuse these people from document fraud to get employment. The 3 passport thing is VERY, VERY weird. Does Barry have 2 bogus passports?
This really and truly could be a stealth thing put in there in case at any point in the near future, say after Barry’s left office, the TRUTH comes out. Then they can fall back on these provisions–say, well, it’s sad but immigration reform excused his crimes, so they’re not crimes. No need to hope that a future POTUS would risk political capital by pardoning him. No need to pardon himself before leaving office OR any of his accomplices, either. There’s more. That’s just a sample. I think we noticed and reported most of these. I’m glad to see that others are finally noticing, too. But what good does it do 5 years later? FYI, I’ve occasionally noticed in the past that when I type in my email and namein the proper fields, **your** gravatar link appears in the “website” portion. I’ve always erased it prior to posting and never thought twice about it. I didn’t notice your gravatar in the website portion today until AFTER it posted and my name was hyperlinked. I expect that from Sears. In out area there’s a K-Mart with a giant half empty parking lot that the manager at K=mart said the teaparty could use to hold a July forth gathering. Dana Loesch hit on something on her radio show last week. She connected the IRS targeting to the LOCAL targeting of Tea Parties, too. Remember the differential treatment across the country given to Occupiers (who didn’t have to get permits to protest or march, nor insurance, not put up port-a-potties, nor clean up after themselves, etc.) versus Tea Partiers, who DID have to do all that, as required by local governments? This shows that the targeting went far beyond the federal government. Up and down, across the nation, the DemoncRATS put out the orders to governors, mayors, chiefs of police, URBAN politicos where DemoncRATS usually make the rules: Stifle the Tea Party. Harass them. Shut them up BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. They used the POWER of government, across the board, to prevent these citizens from taking part in the political process and from exercising their constitutional rights. It is and was sheer thuggery. Un-AMERICAN. But they did it and they got away with it.
Unbelievable isn’t it Rosemary, considering true fact’s of the democratic party and how they are now holding something as ridiculous as this against Paula Deen. The Democratic party has always used racist demagoguery to deceive, divide and concur, to to further their agendas.
So my question to these hypocritical democrats is why was it okay that Bill and Hillary Clinton got away with using the “N” word in the past, but they want to crucify any other person of white color that has used the “N” word in the past like Paula Deen. Because…. race-baiting, it’s a democrat agenda, divide a nation and concur, while their “people” like Hillary and Bill get a pass. Hillary wasted little time before she engaged in a partisan diatribe against the Republicans. She has made it clear that, along with Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, she will lead the charge to race-bait every Republican she possibly can from now until November 2004.

Hillary’s husband is from the South. Perhaps she speaks with authority. After all, Arkansas troopers who knew her husband for many years told of his affinity for the “N” word, particulary when one of them did something to upset him.

Excellent find, Leza. It gripes me no end. It infuriates me. The hypocrisy of the left knows NO BOUNDS. Remember when Carville said this about Paula Jones? “Drag a hundred dollar bill through a trailer park and there’s no telling what you’ll get.” THAT’S ANOTHER REASON WHY THEY HATE PAULA DEEN. A couple of weeks ago some search led me to a site of archived articles; not sure even what I was searching but when I got there I looked around and started to search, for fun, some names familiar around here. so I’m curious Hoot, have you gotten any information from the ANC archives yet? I always balk if I have to fill out stuff, but always want to access archives of anthroplogists and political archives. I think if we emailed some authors of books you really dig, we could ask them the safest and best pracices for accessing online archives….what to do and not do. Haven’t done it yet. One person I trust might help is the author Diana West. I really like her interviews and much of her work comes from expoloring archives.
