Attorney General Holder Should Resign!
Holder Called to Resign – Traitors, Spies, Terrorists Exposed
By James Simpson

Kincaid Conference: Traitors, Spies and Terrorists Exposed; Eric Holder Resign NOW!
Cliff Kincaid of America’s Survival sponsored another incredible forum, June 28, 2011, at the National Press Club. The forum discussed communists, terrorists and Cuban agents of influence working within our borders, and demanded the removal of Attorney General Eric Holder. Kincaid’s panel fell short of calling Holder an outright traitor, but conference attendees would have a difficult time concluding otherwise, given the wealth of detail presented on Holder’s assistance to convicted terrorists both within our jails and in other countries beyond the reach of U.S. law enforcement.
As usual, information provided by the conferees and documents made available are encyclopedic. Topics included:
- Newly released FBI file on Ayers and Dohrn pal, the traitor Marilyn Buck, who gained early release due to intervention by Holder’s Justice Department
- Why Robert Kennedy’s killer, Sirhan Sirhan, was a hero for Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, and what they said when Kincaid confronted them about it
- What Kennedy’s son, Chris, has to say about Ayers and Dohrn’s admiration for his father’s killer
- In-Depth report documenting Attorney General Eric Holder’s record of corruption
- Documents proving that under Bill Clinton, Deputy AG Eric Holder aggressively sought the release of Puerto Rican terrorists in U.S. custody virtually from the day he took office until their sentences were commuted in 1999 and lied about it
- Moving testimony from the son of FALN terrorism victim
- The true extent of Holder’s relationship with fugitive Marc Rich, pardoned by Clinton at Holder’s request, including job promises from Rich’s lawyer
- Virtually unknown mass terror plots attempted out by Castro’s Cuban agents in U.S.
- Unflattering facts that reveal a Che Guevara unknown to media and Hollywood
- Identification of Cuban agents-of-influence within our government and media
- Just-released FBI records confirming former CIA agent Phillip Agee to be a traitor under control of Cuban intelligence
- A report on Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn’s Weather Underground bomb factory
- An update on efforts to expose newly-confirmed SEC DEF Leon Panetta’s ties to American communists and his provision of sensitive documents to a Soviet agent.
One participant we didn’t miss this time around was Russia Today TV, which videoed the April 2011 Stop Al-Jazeera Seminar. We think it may have gotten a little too hot for them.

This conference has so far been picked up by a few media outlets. This one came out the day after the conference. Daily Caller had a great article about it Friday. It is a fair guess however, that the big media will take a pass. While the media never seem overly interested in learning the truth about our enemies, in this particular case it may be because media figures feature prominently in the list of Americans identified at the conference as aiding and abetting our enemies through propaganda and misinformation.
As usual, an impressive lineup of panelists was featured, including, Richard Hahn, a decorated career FBI agent and terrorism expert, domestic terrorism victim Joseph F. Connor, whose father was murdered by the Puerto Rican FALN, Cuban born Humberto Fontova, well-known columnist and author of Fidel, Hollywood’s Favorite Tyrant, and Larry Grathwohl, the FBI’s only undercover operative to successfully penetrate Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground.
Why Eric Holder Must Resign
Kincaid led off the conference with a call for Eric Holder’s resignation.
We are here to demand that the corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder be removed from office. Holder lied about his role in granting pardons to terrorists under Clinton. Rick Hahn and Joe Connor will talk about this. We have also released, for the first time, a comprehensive report on the corrupt record of Eric Holder, written by investigative journalist Ron Kolb…
In addition to the granting of pardons or clemency to terrorists from the FALN and the Weather Underground, which Holder must answer for, the Obama/Holder Administration must be held accountable for the release from prison last year of Carlos Torres, the FALN co-founder, after serving 30 years of a 78 year sentence.
Equally offensive, Weather Underground and Black Liberation Army terrorist Marilyn Buck, a convicted cop-killer, was released. We are revealing details of this for the first time here, through materials gathered through the Freedom of Information Act…

Kolb Report – Attorney General Eric Holder’s Record of Corruption
From pardoning terrorists to dropping clear-cut cases of voter intimidation, from suing sheriffs doing their job to robbing states of their right to enforce law, Eric Holder’s Justice Department is already set to go down as one of the worst, if not the worst, in history.
As we all know, or should know, under Bill Clinton, Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder was largely responsible for obtaining pardons for 16 terrorists from the groups Fuerzas Armadas de Liberacion Nacional Puertorriqueno (FALN) and “Los Macheteros” (Machete Wielders) serving life sentences. During their reign of terror in the 1970s and 1980s, the FALN was responsible for six murders and scores of injuries in over 130 bombings. The Macheteros collaborated with them and enjoyed some notoriety of their own, having killed three U.S. servicemen and wounding 12 in two separate attacks. Both organizations are still in operation under a new name.
Holder obtained these pardons over the vehement objections of career Justice Department officials, federal, state and local law enforcement. He didn’t even ask the victims. He was also instrumental in Clinton’s pardon of Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground terrorist buddies, Susan Rosenberg and Linda Evans, and corrupt billionaire Marc Rich – indicted for the largest tax fraud case in history. As Attorney General for President Obama, he commuted the sentence of Weather Underground/Black Liberation Army member, Marilyn Buck, as well as seeing to the early release of FALN co-founder, Carlos Torres.
When questioned by the U.S. Senate about the FALN terrorists’ release, Holder claimed to know little about the group, but told Senators that he knew enough to recommend their pardon anyway. As Kolb’s report reveals, however, Holder knew a lot. In fact it is not a stretch to say that He was literally obsessed with the release of the FALN and Weather Underground prisoners.
Upon taking the job as Clinton’s Deputy AG in 1997, Holder immediately began exploring ways to release the FALN terrorists. He relieved the sitting pardon attorney, Margaret Colgate Love, who had written a report in 1996 arguing against clemency, and replaced her with his former assistant, Roger Adams. Adams refused to change Love’s recommendations, until Holder came up with the idea to issue an “options” report that made no recommendation. Even his boss, Janet Reno had warned about releasing the FALN terrorists. Incredibly, Holder insisted that Reno wasn’t referring to those particular FALN terrorists. Holder met with the terrorists’ advocates many, many times, but never met with victims, families, prosecutors or police involved in the case.
Holder also had a very poor memory when questioned about the Marc Rich pardons, claiming he knew little about Rich or the case. The fact is that as U.S. Attorney for Washington, DC in 1995, Holder had brokered a settlement with one of Rich’s firms so they could continue to receive government contracts, despite the principal being on the run for tax evasion.
Rich’s attorney, a well connected Democrat with ties to Al Gore, contacted Holder in 1999 to discuss a pardon and they talked for 18 months. He baited Holder with promise of the AG position in a Gore administration and agreed to help secure two jobs for Holder assistants in the waning days of the Clinton administration.
Rick Hahn added more detail to Kolb’s report. A veteran FBI agent with thirty-two years of experience, Hahn was Senior Supervisory Agent of the FBI’s Long Beach, CA office before retiring in 1999. He specialized in investigations of domestic and international terrorist organizations and received the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award for his work in counter-terrorism.
Hahn provided an in-depth history of the FALN and described in detail the series of events leading to their release. He also revealed ties between the FALN and Ayers and Dohrn’s Weather Underground pals. Perhaps this is what motivated Obama to release FALN’s Torres. Hahn’s description provides further backing to Kolb’s contention that Holder was willing to do whatever he could to get these people released.
In summary:
- 1993 – A group called “Ofensiva ‘92” began petitioning the attorney general for release of FALN terrorists
- Under Justice guidelines, to be considered for clemency, a person must make the request him/herself.
- Justice informed Ofensiva ’92 of the required procedure.
- FALN members refused to make the request.
- Ofensiva ’92 obtained the support of Congressional leftists.
- 1994 – Justice ignored its own rules and initiated review of clemency for the FALN.
- 1996 – pardon attorney Margaret Love forwarded recommendation against clemency.
- July 1997 – Holder replaced outgoing Deputy AG Jamie Gorelick
- July 1997 – Pardon attorney Love asked to submit information on FALN clemency. A back and forth dialog continued into September.
- Love was removed from the pardon attorney position shortly thereafter and left the Justice Department permanently in early November.[1]
- Love was then replaced by Holder assistant Roger Adams.
- Adams drafted recommendations not to grant clemency, as Love had done.
- Holder rejected.
- Adams drafted a recommendation to grant clemency to only some of the terrorists.
- Holder rejected.
- White House interagency working group on Puerto Rico included a female friend of the jailed terrorists, who claimed “They are truly good people who are where they are for wanting their country to be free. That is not a crime.”
- The rationalization for release was ultimately framed around this woman’s arguments
- July 99. Following more rejections from Holder, Adams drafts “options” letter to president without required recommendation
- Holder forwarded “options” to Clinton on July 8, 1999 (Holder later admitted recommending release although it was not listed in the “options.”)
- That same day, Hillary Clinton announced she was forming an exploratory committee to consider a run for the U.S. Senate
- A month later, two days after Congress had adjourned for the rest of the summer, Clinton announced he would commute the sentences of 16 jailed FALN and Macheteros members
Hahn also found a connection between the FALN and Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground:
The 1981 investigation of a robbery of a Brink’s armored car in New York led to identification of Kathy Boudin, (Kathy’s son, Chesa, was adopted by Ayers and Dohrn when Kathy went to jail), Judy Clark and David Gilbert, all members of the Weather Underground Organization (Weathermen) and others including several black terrorists who formed a group called The Family. They were found to be in possession of explosive paraphernalia stolen in the same theft as dynamite used in FALN bombs in 1982. Further, one member of The Family was found to have an exact carbon copy of a FALN communiqué issued in 1982. Members of The Family who cooperated advised authorities that they had engineered the escape of Black Liberation Army member Joanne Chesimard and that of FALN member William Morales.
In his concluding remarks, Hahn stated that Eric Holder:
…was instrumental in effecting the release from prison of a number of convicted terrorists – not “activists” or mere “nationalists,” but real, violent terrorists who were part of a conspiracy that engaged in intimidation and murder. He did so by negating the findings of other professionals, by violating the standard practices of the Department of Justice, and by pressuring those who worked for him. He did these things without really knowing the facts, as he has admitted in the record, and in defending his actions he cited things that were factually incorrect. That is why, in my view, Eric Holder should never have occupied the post of Attorney General, and should be banished from government forever.
Read Rick Hahn’s full report here.
Consequences of the FALN’s terror campaign were brought close to home with a moving presentation by Joseph Connor, whose father was killed in one of their bomb attacks. Connor has testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Foreign Relations (Clinton’s clemency grant to 16 FALN terrorists) in 1999, the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2009 (Eric Holder confirmation hearings) and introduced The Pardon Attorney Reform and Integrity Act to Congress in 2000. Connor also led the successful 2011 effort to deny parole to FALN leader Oscar Lopez.
In Senate testimony opposing the nomination of Eric Holder to be Attorney General for President Obama, Connors stated:
Putting aside his well documented involvement in the outrageous pardon of Marc Rich, his involvement with Chiquita Brands and Elian Gonzalez, the Attorney General nominee’s reported egregious support for unleashing unrepentant terrorists on the American people against the advice of the FBI, Bureau of Prisons, prosecutors and even Janet Reno herself, should disqualify him on its own.
Incredibly, we revisit today the same recriminations of the September 1999 hearings; who had a hand in the clemency grants and why? How sad that we have to go through this again. We knew the clemencies were wrong then. The Senate, in 1999, condemned the offers by a 95-2 vote. Yet here we are contemplating the confirmation of the architect of terrorists’ release as the top law enforcement officer in the land! In a post 9/11 world, how can this be?
These terrorists took away my father’s life; never allowing him to see his sons play sports in high school, never allowing him the pride in seeing his boys graduate high school and college, or meet his daughters in law. They took from him the joy of being father and a grandfather. They took from my mother the promise of growing old with her first love. His grandchildren will never know their grandfather. They look at pictures and listen to stories. But, when they ask why he was killed and why those claiming responsibility were released, what answer can we give?
What answer indeed? Connors reminds us that the terrorists never asked for clemency and had to be convinced to issue a statement condemning violence. Two never did. Finally, he added that while Holder met with representatives of the terrorists at least nine times, he never contacted any of the victims’ families.
Connors added another detail as well. One of the terrorists released in 1999 was Alejandrina Torres, mother of co-founder Carlos Torres. Following her release, Torres received an award from the United Church of Christ – the same denomination as Obama’s beloved Jeremiah Wright. You can see Torres Youtube acceptance speech, here.

A few days following the conference, Rick Hahn and Joe Connor joined Cliff Kincaid in a television interview about topics covered that you may view here.
Next up was Larry Grathwohl.
The only FBI undercover operative to successfully penetrate the Weather Underground, Larry has testified before the U.S. Senate, been interviewed countless times on television and radio, including The O’Reilly Factor, and wrote a book about his experiences: Bringing America Down – An FBI Informer with the Weathermen, soon to be available in reprint. His 1982 interview, where he described Bill Ayers’ plan to murder 25 million Americans, went viral during the run up to the 2008 elections.
Larry has been fighting a one-man battle against Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn and the whole sordid Weather Underground crew his entire life. He travels to hear them speak at various colleges around the country. He confronts them at every opportunity about their role in terrorist bombings, in particular the 1970 San Francisco Police Park Station bombing which caused the death of Sgt. Brian V. McDonnell. A decorated 101st Airborne Vietnam combat Veteran, Larry lives on a meager retirement and does this all on his own dime, strictly to see that justice is eventually done. You can donate to his cause here.
Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn have long contended that they just blew up buildings; no one was hurt, so let’s just forget the whole thing. But Larry has repeatedly testified that Bernardine Dohrn set the bomb that killed Sgt. McDonnell and Ayers told him so. Furthermore, materials found at a San Francisco Weather Underground bomb factory prove conclusively – if any more proof were needed – that the Weathermen were out to kill. Complete documentation of the wealth of evidence against Ayers and Dohrn, including Grathwohl’s Senate testimony, can be viewed here.
In 1999 the government created the Phoenix Task Force. Comprised of FBI, California Bureau of Investigation, San Francisco Police, District Attorneys, US Attorneys and the California Attorney General, it sought to solve the Park Station bombing case and other unsolved terrorism cases from that era. It appeared that the case against Ayers and Dohrn might be moving forward. Yet with Eric Holder at the helm, the U.S. Attorneys and FBI have lost enthusiasm for the case. The Task Force has been stripped to a skeleton crew, and according to Grathwohl, is being allowed to slowly die.
One certainly can’t prove the case is dying because two of the main suspects, Ayers and Dohrn just happen to be BFFs of the President of the United States. But shortly after Kincaid’s March 2009 Press Club Conference, which focused primarily on the Park Station bombing and the Weather Underground’s complicity, the Justice Department issued an unprecedented demand that the San Francisco Police Officers Association stop talking about the case. So for now at least, Obama’s terrorist buddies Ayers and Dohrn get a reprieve courtesy the good offices of Attorney General, Eric Holder, the man who has added a whole new dimension to the word In-Justice.

Last but not least was Humberto Fontova. Fontova is familiar to many online conservatives as a prolific, knowledgeable and entertaining writer for American Thinker, Big Peace, Big Journalism, WorldNetDaily and many others. He has also authored a number of books, most notably, Fidel, Hollywood’s Favorite Tyrant, and Exposing the Real Che Guevera. He was born in Havana, Cuba and escaped with his family in 1961 at the age of seven. His father was captured and sent to La Cabana prison, firing squad central, where 2100 men and boys were murdered. He was fortunately released after three months and joined his family in New Orleans, where Humberto grew up.
Fontova focused on the myth versus the reality of communist Cuba and the leftist icons Castro and Che. He revealed just how badly Kennedy screwed up both the Cuban missile crisis and the Bay of Pigs invasion.
Most people are unaware, for example, that at the time of the missile crisis, our advantage in nuclear missiles was 6,000 to 300. A nuclear exchange was the last thing Soviet leader Khrushchev wanted. In fact, Fontova argues, Khrushchev may have already decided to remove the missiles before the crisis, because he was afraid of what the Cubans might do with those in their possession. He had received a breathless series of telegrams informing him that the Cubans feared an imminent attack and wanted to launch an overwhelming nuclear first strike.[2]
Khrushchev said, “It would have been ridiculous for us to go to war over Cuba… For us war was unthinkable. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted.”[3] Then Attorney General Bobby Kennedy acknowledged this by asking Soviet Ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin to keep the agreement quiet, saying, “We can’t say anything public about this agreement. It would be too much of a political embarrassment for us.”[4]
The Russians got American missiles removed from Turkey and a guarantee that America would never again attempt to overthrow Castro – giving Castro a free hand to wreak havoc throughout Central and South America, as he has since done. In fact, according to Fontova, America has been Castro’s greatest protector, part of the deal being to ensure that no other regional force compromises Castro’s security.[5]
“We’ve been had,” said Navy Chief of Staff George Anderson.
“The biggest defeat in our nation’s history,” said Air Force Chief of Staff Curtis Lemay.
“We locked Castro and Communism into Latin America and threw away the key to their removal,” said Barry Goldwater.
Democrat Dean Acheson said: “This nation lacks leadership. The meetings were repetitive and without direction. Most members of Kennedy’s team had no military or diplomatic experience whatsoever…”
Joint Chiefs of Staff General Maxwell Taylor later admitted “Never did I have even the slightest preoccupation that their existed even the slightest possibility that nuclear war could result from that confrontation.”[6]
Another great thing about these conferences is all the free stuff you get. In addition to the documents cited here and more, all recipients received a free DVD of Cliff’s Al-Jazeera In America conference, and another titled “Che, the Other Side of an Icon.” Cliff’s son has done a yeoman’s job of compiling a list of truths everyone should know about this widely misunderstood monster.
Fontova put more flesh on this analysis by revealing that Che was not only a cowardly sadist, but a fantastically incompetent leader, whose forces suffered overwhelming losses anytime they faced any organized opposition.
He recounted one story from the Bay of Pigs fiasco. According to Fontova, the CIA created a diversion by lighting a slew of fireworks on a barge and floating it into a bay far from the true invasion point. The brilliant Che saw right through the ruse and realized that this was the main invasion. Safely away from the real battle, Che and his men enjoyed a night of fireworks on the bay, while miles away 1,500 Cuban volunteers slogged it out in a life-or-death battle with Cuban forces.
The history books portray the Bay of Pigs invasion as a fiasco of incompetents who bumbled a bad idea. It was a fiasco, but largely because President Kennedy betrayed these men. As Fontova relates:
Alas, politics prevailed again that night in April ‘61. JFK refused to help the freedom fighters. The election was over, you see.
“Can’t continue,” crackled the final message from San Roman a day later. For three days his force of mostly volunteer civilians had battled savagely against a Soviet-trained and led force 10 times their size, inflicting casualties of 20 to 1. To this day their feat of arms amazes professional military men. Morale will do that to a fighting force. And there’s no morale booster like watching Fidel Castro and Che Guevara ravage your homeland and families, believe me.
But without promised air cover, reinforcements and supplies, the end was inevitable:
Ammo finally ran out. “Russian tanks overrunning my position,” San Roman on his radio again, “destroying my equipment… How can you people do this to us?” Finally the radio went dead.
“Tears filled my eyes,” writes CIA man Grayston Lynch, a multi-decorated WWII and Korea vet who took that final message. “I broke down completely. For the first time in my 37 years I was ashamed of my country.”
Unlike Michelle Obama, who said she was proud of her country for the first time when Obama was nominated, Lynch had genuine reason to be ashamed. Defeat for the Cubans came at the hand of John F. Kennedy, and we have been paying for it ever since.
Fontova also described a New York City bomb plot Cuba attempted shortly after the Bay of Pigs that likely would have dwarfed the 9-11 attack in size and scope. Bombers planned their attack for the day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, the busiest retail day of the year. They targeted Gimbel’s, Bloomingdales, Macy’s and other stores, as well as the New York City subway system with incendiary devices and over a ton of TNT.
Two members of the conspiracy also belonged to the Fair Play for Cuba Committee. The group was early on identified by the FBI as a Castro-funded front group. Later members included Lee Harvey Oswald, CBS Correspondent Robert Taber, filmmaker Saul Landau, and Nation co-founder Alan Sagner. Sagner was appointed head of PBS by Bill Clinton in 1996.[7]
Fontova identified other reporters whose blatant pro-Cuba bias marks them as defacto agents of influence. During the Elian Gonzales ordeal, Elian’s father, Juan Miguel, was overjoyed that Elian had made it to America and had already applied for a visa to visit the U.S. and hopefully join his son. Elian’s mother had drowned in the Florida Straits in their bid to escape Cuba.
But that is not the story told by the media. An unhappy Juan Miguel instead came to take his son back. Juan had “helpers” in the form of a gang of thugs who shadowed him every minute. While CBS filmed their reunion, with Dan Rather presiding, the cameras carefully kept the thugs surrounding Juan Miguel off camera. Rather said nothing.
Eric Holder was also instrumental in this awful crime. Fontova recalls an interview between Holder and Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano:
Judge Napolitano: Tell me, Mr. Holder, why did you not get a court order authorizing you to go in and get the boy (Elian Gonzalez)?
Holder: Because we didn’t need a court order. INS can do this on its own.
Judge Napolitano: You know that a court order would have given you the cloak of respectability to have seized the boy.
Holder: We didn’t need an order.
Judge Napolitano: Then why did you ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for such an order if you didn’t need one?
Holder: [Silence]
Judge Napolitano: The fact is, for the first time in history you have taken a child from his residence at gunpoint to enforce your custody position, even though you did not have an order authorizing it. When is the last time a boy, a child, was taken at the point of a gun without an order of a judge…Unprecedented in American history.”
Holder: “He was not taken at the point of a gun.”
Judge Napolitano: “We have a photograph showing he was taken at the point of a gun.”
Holder: “They were armed agents who went in there who acted very sensitively…”
Finally, Fontova discussed the spy case of DIA Director Ana Montes, which he characterized as one of the most damaging in U.S. history. He also noted Montes’ close association with Fulton Armstrong, currently a senior staff member on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee chaired by Senator John Kerry (D-MA).
An article by Ken Timmerman, More Cuban Spies Lurking in the US, mentions Armstrong in discussing a book by the chief investigator in the Montes case, Scott Carmichael:
“The Cuban government has eyes and ears everywhere,” [Carmichael] told an audience at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington. “If it was that easy to recruit Ana Montes, then we have to assume they have recruited others…”
Ana Montes was “on a first name basis” with [then] National Intelligence Officer for Latin America, Fulton Armstrong,” Carmichael and others said.
Montes and Armstrong continued to confide by phone even as Carmichael and his investigative team were closing the noose around Ana Montes.
Amazingly, Montes’ jaundiced reports, memos and studies have not been pulled, as is the usual procedure, and continue to be used as legitimate foreign policy positions. Why?
“I wouldn’t be surprised if Fulton Armstrong had something to do with Ana’s products not being pulled,” said Norman Bailey, who until March 2007 was the Issue Manager for Cuba/Venezuela in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Armstrong was a vigorous supporter of Castro within the intelligence community, Bailey, Carmichael and [Montes case investigator] Crespo said.
Former Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs, Roger Noriega, added that Fulton Armstrong’s “advocacy” on behalf of Castro was so astonishing that Noriega banned him from his office.
Armstrong’s impact on Cuba policy is still in evidence. Kerry recently voted to nix a tiny ($20 million) aid package for a nascent Cuban democracy movement. The American contractor Alan Gross, recently convicted by Cuban authorities, was helping this group. Even the Left-wing Huffington Post noted with derision:
Why is Senator Kerry so hostile to the concept of “regime change” in Cuba, but not in North Africa and the Middle East? How can he support financing the violent overthrow of the Gaddafi regime by armed Libyan rebels, but not the distribution of laptops and books for Cuba’s opposition movement, which only advocates a peaceful transition to democracy?
As the well-known Washington maxim goes — “personnel is policy.” And in the case of Senator Kerry, the answer can be found in his senior advisor for Latin America, Fulton Armstrong.
Is Fulton Armstrong an agent of influence for the Castro government? We know one thing for sure: Attorney General Eric Holder will never ask.
Fontova left us with a quote from Castro, “Propaganda is the heart of our struggle.”
The conference packet included a booklet titled “Agents of Influence for Castro’s Cuba.” In it they identify:
Julia Sweig – Council on Foreign Relations
Jean-Guy Allard – Canadian journalist retired to Cuba. Writes for GRANMA.
Lisandro Perez – Sociology professor at Florida International University
Silvia Wilhelm – Executive Director, Cuban Committee for Democracy
Dr. Alberto Coll – Accepted a plea agreement in 2005. Currently Director of European and Latin American Legal Studies and Director of International Law at DePaul University. Probably recruiting students as we speak
Dr. Gillian Gunn Clissold – former Associate Director Caribbean Programs Trinity College
Marifeli Perez-Stable – Miami Herald editorial board, FIU professor, Association for Study of the Cuban Economy and VP at DC-based Inter-American Dialogue
Gilberto Abascal – FBI informant, double agent
This article endeavors to faithfully cover the materials presented at this forum. It is impossible to catalog everything, but by going to the America’s Survival website, you can find all relevant documents and much more.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Kincaid took the unprecedented step of asking for donations to the cause. These events, from the great luncheon, to the book and DVD giveaways, are entirely free to participants; the cost to Cliff and his tiny organization, about $20,000 per event. Like most of us battling the Soros-and-taxpayer-funded minions of the Left and their ill-gotten billions, America’s Survival operates on a shoestring budget.
Cliff’s personal knowledge, and the people he supports and spotlights through these events, is priceless information of which all patriotic Americans should be aware. I have no problem including an unsolicited link for your most generous donation to America’s Survival. Please give generously so Cliff can continue bringing us this invaluable information by clicking HERE.

The President of the United States should fire this man. It would be unjust to permit him to resign. A special prosecutor should be named immediately to investigate this person thoroughly and let the pieces fall where they may
.
It should be written in stone that any one found to be involved with the activities of this person will never be pardoned under any circumstance.
Is that all? They should have more on him before they ask a great public servant like Holder to resign! This sounds like racist persecution.
Just funnin’! 🙂
He’s a disgrace. He should be fired. He should be investigated by an independent prosecutor. He should be indicted and tried. He should be punished for his (alleged) crimes. This is the USA, not a third world country.
WND has a story about Rep. West saying that Holder should resign:
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=319861
“‘This is just another sad chapter in the Eric Holder book of ineptness and incompetence,’ West said. ‘Eric Holder needs to be brought before an investigative committee and if those charges are warranted he needs to be held accountable.
‘At least the president needs to realize that Eric Holder needs to be removed from the Department of Justice … or else it appears President Obama is complicit and in approval of the actions of his attorney general,’ he said.”
I can hear Holder now — “Bush made me do it!”
Has anyone heard of this Operation Castaway before?

Government Update: Congressmen Are Now Demanding Answers About ‘Operation Castaway’
July 15, 2011 at 6:43am by Buck Sexton
We at the Blaze told you on Monday about reports that a joint ATF-ICE gunrunning program similar to “Operation Fast and Furious” existed in Tampa, Florida called “Operation Castaway.” The methods were apparently the same- ATF agents allowed straw buyers to purchase weapons knowing that they would end up in the hands of criminals across international borders. Only in “Castaway,” the weapons supposedly found their way to the notoriously violent MS-13 gang instead of Mexican cartels.
ICE Director Morton
Now three Congressmen- led by Rep. Bilirakis of Tampa, Florida- have sent a letter to the John Morton, Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), demanding answers on “Castaway.” Here is the text of the letter:
July 12, 2011
The Honorable John Morton Director
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Department of Homeland Security
500 12th Street, S.W.
Washington, D.C. 20536
Dear Director Morton:
We are concerned about recent reports that suggest similarities between “Operation Castaway,” a firearms trafficking investigation led by the Tampa Field Offices of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and “Operation Fast and Furious,” an ATF program that provided firearms to Mexican drug trafficking organizations. Specifically, reports indicate that firearms under “Operation Castaway” may have been provided to dangerous criminal gangs in Honduras, including MS-13.
If true, these reports raise serious questions about the leadership of the ICE and ATF Tampa Field Offices. We support ICE’s efforts to disrupt criminal syndicates that traffic in firearms, drugs, and other illicit substances. However, when those efforts serve to fuel the operations of criminal enterprises through the provision of firearms, they must be stopped and those responsible must be held accountable. In an effort to address this issue, we would appreciate your response to the following questions.
1. What role did ICE agents and leadership play in “Operation Castaway?”
2. Can you confirm whether “Operation Castaway” included a gun walking scheme that allowed weapons to be trafficked to Honduras? If so, have any of these firearms ended up in the possession of the notorious MS-13 gang?
3. How many guns have been allowed to pass into Honduras and how many have since been accounted for?
4. Were these weapons subject to any special monitoring processes once they left the United States?
5. Is “Operation Castaway” still ongoing? If so, are you, in coordination with the ATF, planning to terminate the program?
We find it extremely troubling that the United States government would willfully allow weapons to be acquired by dangerous criminal and drug trafficking organizations, in direct contravention of our strategic and national interests. We look forward to receiving your responses to these questions in a timely manner.
Sincerely,
Gus Bilirakis, U.S. Representative, Florida, 9th District

The Justice Department claims “Castaway” was an ATF-led operation that was highly successful and unrelated to “Operation Fast and Furious.” But depending on the answers to the questions above, it looks like the Obama administration could be on the verge of handling an entirely new front in the growing international scandal of Project Gunrunner and its spin-offs.
Notice the link to Gateway Pundit. Way to go! It looks true to me.
Here are two more stories:
http://www.salem-news.com/articles/july092011/holder-atf-death-tk.php
“New information indicates that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s actions are squarely behind the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) operation known as “Fast and Furious”, which orchestrated the delivery of almost 2,000 weapons to Mexican drug cartels.
Holder openly proclaimed his connection to the operation in April 2009 during a publicized speech in Mexico, then told a Congressional Committee in May 2011, “I probably heard of Fast and Furious the first time in the last few weeks.”
The ATF weapons smuggling ring involved the arrest of several government officials with the city of Columbus, New Mexico including the mayor and police chief, but that is all.
They were apparently known from the beginning and the weapons deals with ‘straw buyers’ were videotaped. Smuggled U.S. weapons from this operation, described as mostly semi automatic versions of military weapons like the AK-47, were found to be used in the shooting deaths of two U.S. federal agents.
The new information, which is not really new at all, proves that Holder had to be aware of the U.S. government weapons smuggling operation planned and implemented by federal agents from ATF which he denied to Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) less than two months ago …”
http://sistertoldjah.com/archives/2011/07/06/gunwalker-holders-resignation-is-almost-inevitable/
“With all this legal and bureaucratic firepower in one room being briefed on Gunwalker, there is absolutely no way Attorney General Eric Holder did not know what was going on, which may make the DoJ’s actions in response to requests for information from Issa’s committee Obstruction, a felony. And interference with Melson’s testimony may also be Tampering, under Title 18, Section 1512 of the US Code. (See subsections (b) and (c).)
This is why I say Eric Holder is a “Dead Bureaucrat Walking.” There is too much to indicate he is either monumentally detached from his supervisory responsibilities and thus incompetent, or (more likely) knew all along about an operation that let thousands of firearms be sold to straw buyers who were acting as cutouts for the Mexican drug cartels, in order to trace a putative “gunrunning network.” An operation that has cost at least 150 Mexican lives and the lives of two US federal officers.
And thus my strong guess is that he will resign to protect President Obama, rather than be impeached and to try to head off an independent prosecutor, because I find it very hard to believe the President didn’t know, either.”
There have been several regular patriot bloggers who have expressed their dismay (and when I use the word “dismay”, I am being tactful…more like scorn) about Allen West because he hasn’t addressed the eligiblity issue. I maintain he is learning how D.C. operates. He is a very smart man and a stealth fighter,
I agree Rosemary. Its not fair to judge the man in 6 months. I think he is wise in not being ostracized upon arrival. I hope he’s biding his time and learning the ropes and of course, who is who and what they are thinking and saying. He’s in a position of being sabotaged at this stage.
Deadline July 18th, 2011:
http://dailycaller.com/2011/07/12/issa-grassley-name-12-senior-justice-officials-in-fast-and-furious-letter/
“House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, California Republican, and Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, ripped Attorney General Eric Holder again in another Monday letter.
The top Republicans investigating the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Operation Fast and Furious also blasted Holder for allegations that he allowed his Justice Department to skew potential witnesses by prepping them with access to background information.
In this new letter, Issa and Grassley name 12 senior Justice Department political officials they believe may have been involved in the decision which allowed guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. They asked Holder to provide all records relating to communications between those 12 individuals regarding Operation Fast and Furious.”
I read in today’s paper that Issa and the others are royally irritated that apparently there was a database all the “witnesses” could (accidentally?) SHARE so they could coordinate their testimony. Supposedly now that database of memos and other records is offline. Riiiigggghhhhht. So corrupt, and these are mostly lawyers who ought to know better.

Allen West Calls for Resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder
July 14, 2011
I just heard JUSTICE scream W……T…….F…….
Are you talking about Eric Holder? What was the context? Televised?
There are so many outrageous stories about Holder. We can take our pick!
http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/172057-rnc-calls-for-investigation-into-obama-fundraising
RNC wants Holder (yeah, right) to investigate Obama fundraising from the WH.
From that story:
Federal law makes it a crime for the president to solicit political contributions in a place of official government business.
“In this case, despite the White House Counsel’s indication to the contrary, it appears that President Obama recorded the video in the Map Room,” the letter reads. “The Map Room has been used for a myriad of official duties, including the administration of the oath of office to President Obama by Chief Justice Roberts.”
The letter asserts that if the president recorded the fundraising video in the Map Room, “then it appears he has committed a crime under federal law.”
ATF HEAD SAYS DOJ PROTECTING POLITICAL APPOINTEES.
July 19, 2011
According to Senator Charles Grassley and Representative Darrell Issa, both who have been at the front of the investigation into the Obama Justice Department’s Operation Fast and Furious, it appears DOJ is withholding vital information about the lethal operation to protect political appointees. This week, Grassley and Issa asked Attorney General Eric Holder why documentation requested by the Oversight Committee has not been provided, specifically a “smoking gun” report ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson mentioned during closed testimony over two weeks ago.
Issa and Grassley have sent a letter to Drug Enforcement Administrator Michele Leonhart requesting information about DEA’s involvement with Operation Fast and Furious. A similar request for information was made on March 15, 2011 but was ignored. Grassley and Issa have also requested memos, emails, briefing papers and handwritten notes from the FBI to be provided to the Oversight Committee after reports showed bureau officials may have paid informants to help the FBI, DEA, ATF and DOJ with the operation.
