Reports today from Russia state that Iran’s navy is planning to send a “flotilla” to patrol our eastern coast shortly. [Anyone know how many ships comprise a flotilla?] Are their navy destroyers arranging a sight-seeing tour or do they want to size-up our naval carriers that protect our nation? Do they want to contact our naval submarines that also travel our shore lines? What is their intent? Should we be concerned? According to a CNN report, the White House is not concerned and the Department of Defense says, ‘It’s no big deal.” As we have learned over the last three years, whatever this administration says, expect the opposite.
If you recall, in August, 2009, we had provocative visits by two nuclear-powered Russian attack submarines that patrolled our eastern coast for several days, but at least we were told that the military was monitoring their activities. Whether they are still in the area or have departed our international shores, I don’t know. I hope they went south to visit our neighbors in Cuba or moved further south to the South American coast. Here’s hoping the Russians don’t have plans to meet up with their Iranian friends off our coast line. (Now, the arrival of those Russian ships cruising along our shoreline did freak me out).
I don’t like blustering by despots because we never know when their cries of wolf will become reality. Middle Easterners have a different mind-set than we do. They’ve been brought up to believe if they end up in their heaven by following their Islamic jihadic cause they’ll be visited by multitudes of vestal virgins upon arrival. So they are all for offing one or a dozen western infidels for the chance to get their mighty nifty reward. If you haven’t noticed, it seems they are ramping up their stairways to heaven and forcing their ideology on everyone. Maybe like their Al Queda brothers the Iranians are willing to make aggressive moves on the western world and on our territory.
So my fellow Americans, here is the story from RT which I believe is a Russian newspaper’s website. This is an alert and not a panic button …yet. We just want to remain informed because we know that Iran’s President Ahmadinejad hasn’t unclenched his fist or given a high-five salute to our weak leader. In fact, it was only a week ago that he spoke to the UN General Assembly in New York City and raked our people, our nation’s policies, and our government over the coals. That’s nothing new, but he is consistent.

In reality, he’s had a rough week. He was given a warning by Al Queda to stop denying 9-11, there were hundreds of protesters outside the UN yelling for him to go home, and then multiple countries walked out on his speech. By sending a flotilla to the US he could be retaliating for people dismissing and ignoring his anti-American diatribe. Then again, perhaps we didn’t praise him enough for releasing those two leftist anti- American activists (spies) from prison. Do you think he suffers from the Napoleonic syndrome that so many short men do? Unlike his friend Hugo Chavez, Ahmadinejad didn’t smell sulfur when he took the stage at the UN. But after his fiery speech perhaps he left a distinct odor as he stepped away from the podium. Only the speaker after him would be able to report.
Iran to Patrol US East Coast

Sick of the American navy’s ongoing presence in the Persian Gulf, an official with the military of Iran announced this week that they will be sending ships over to be stationed off the coast of the United States.
In other words, Iran thinks that what’s good for the goose is good for the colossal, militaristic gander.
A statement from Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyar to the official Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) this week reads,
“Like the arrogant powers that are present near our marine borders, we will also have a powerful presence close to American marine borders,”
The IRNA adds that Sayyar, the commander of the entire Navy of Iran, will call for “the help of our sailors who follow the concept of the supreme jurisprudence” to send a flotilla towards the Atlantic coast of the United States.
On the same day as Sayyar’s statement, Iran Defense Minister Gen. Ahmad Vahidi also revealed to the media that the navy has another tactic under its sleeve: the country is beginning production of cruise missiles made for sea-based targets that could even counter massive warships, reports The Associated Press. The AP says that Vahidi’s comments suggest that the weaponry could be used to combat American ships anchored in the Persian Gulf, but with a fleet setting sail towards the US, could a new cold war embark between the two nations?
The Department of Defense doesn’t think it’s a big deal.
Pentagon Spokesman Capt. John Kirby released a statement in response to Iran’s plans and says, “We’ve been pushing freedom of the seas for years and the Iranian navy can go wherever it wants.” Given those sentiments, it seems likely that the United States will continue to sail through the Persian Gulf, even if Iran is ready to respond to that presence.
For those keeping track, this marks at least the second time in a week that Iran has called out America as an “arrogant power.” Those were the words that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad used last week when he called out the US for the military’s ongoing appearance in seemingly all ends of the globe.
Ahmadinejad said to the United Nations’ General Assembly last week,
“Do these arrogant powers really have the competence and ability to run or govern the world? Is it acceptable that they call themselves the sole defender of freedom, democracy, and human rights, while they militarily attack and occupy other countries?”
In the meantime, it looks as if Iran will send ships elsewhere, as well. State-run Press TV suggests that the country will also be deploying a new fleet into the Gulf of Arden to protect the nation’s ships from pirate attacks.

The commander of the Iranian navy announced the regime plans to move vessels into the Atlantic Ocean to start a naval buildup near the US border.
Fars News reported: Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari announced that the country plans to move vessels into the Atlantic Ocean to start a naval buildup “near maritime borders of the United States”. “Like the arrogant powers that are present near our marine borders, we will also have a powerful presence close to the American marine borders,” Sayyari said. Speaking at a ceremony marking the 31st anniversary of the start of the 1980-1988 war with Iraq, Sayyari gave no details of when such a deployment could happen or the number or type of vessels to be used.
The remarks come as another high-ranking Iranian military official rejected a recent US request to establish a “red phone” link between the countries in the Persian Gulf. “We would establish direct contact with the United States if we would ever go to the Gulf of Mexico,” Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy Ali Fadavi said. He rejected the US demand, and explained, “In the view of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the presence of the US in the Persian Gulf is illegitimate and makes no sense.”

When the Pentagon’s John Kirby said, “We’ve been pushing freedom of the seas for years and the Iranian navy can go wherever it wants,” I hope he wasn’t talking about the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
“Accession to the convention would result in a dangerous and irreversible loss of American sovereignty. It would require the U.S. Treasury to transfer tens, if not hundreds, of billions of dollars to an unaccountable international organization in Jamaica, which in turn is empowered to redistribute those American dollars to countries with interests that are inimical to the U.S. The convention’s mandatory dispute mechanisms will result ultimately in troublesome and costly legal judgments if the United States is deemed to have “violated” the convention-most likely when the United States has acted in its own best interests. … The Navy is strongly in favor of U.S. accession to UNCLOS. It asserts that U.S. membership in the convention is essential to guaranteeing the Navy’s navigational rights and freedoms. However, the Navy’s vocal and consistent support for UNCLOS is extremely narrow, based largely on the navigational rights and freedoms contained within the convention-its least controversial provisions. That said, for more than 200 years before UNCLOS came into existence in 1982 and during the almost 30 years since then, the United States has successfully preserved and protected its maritime interests regardless of the fact that it has not acceded to the convention.”
Interesting that the Navy is for something that Pres. Reagan (and apparently the Senate) sees as a threat to our sovereignty.

Was it presented at the UN this past week? By chance, I just read something about the Law of the Sea treaty and see that you wrote about it. When I read it I thought it was about Obama’s wanting to limit and control fishing in all lakes, etc. that was talked about last year. It is an informative article, but I don’t know anything about the organization that wrote it so don’t know if the information can be trusted.

Re Law of the Sea, The Heritage Foundation does not support it. “It is supported by a wide array of interest groups, including the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard, international environmental groups, and the mining, fishing, shipping, and telecommunications industries.” This has been on the table since 1982 and still hasn’t passed.
The United States, the country with the largest exclusive economic zone, may ratify the Law of the Sea treaty. Among many measures, it would set guidelines for U.S. oil companies that seek to mine the Arctic Ocean. Newly appointed U.S. leadership is promising to join a longstanding international agreement that oversees ocean resource and pollution disputes.
U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush supported the treaty during their tenures, but conservative members of Congress repeatedly blocked its ratification due to concerns that it would limit commerce and allow international bodies to wield greater control over U.S. interests.

The Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST)—signed by the U.S. in 1994 but never ratified by the Senate—is showing some signs of life on Capitol Hill, even as new circumstances make it less attractive than ever. With China emerging as a major power, ratifying the treaty now would encourage Sino-American strife, constrain U.S. naval activities, and do nothing to resolve China’s expansive maritime territorial claims.
At issue is China’s intensified effort to keep America’s military out of its “Exclusive Economic Zone,” a LOST invention that affords coastal states control over economic activity in areas beyond their sovereign, 12-mile territorial seas out to 200 miles. Properly read, LOST recognizes exclusive economic zones as international waters, but China is exploiting the treaty’s ambiguities to declare “no go” zones in regions where centuries of state practice clearly permit unrestricted maritime activity.
Take the issues of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, both by air and sea. LOST is silent on these subjects in the exclusive zones, so China claims it can regulate (meaning effectively prohibit) all such activity. Beijing also brazenly claims—exploiting Western green sensibilities—that U.S. naval vessels pollute China’s exclusive zone, pollution being an activity the treaty permits coastal states to regulate out to 24 miles.
China wants to deny American access to its nearby waters so it can have its way with its neighbors. Beijing is building a network of “anti-access” and “area denial” weapons such as integrated air defenses, submarines, land-based ballistic and cruise missiles, and cyber and anti-satellite systems designed to make it exceedingly hazardous for American ships and aircraft to traverse China’s exclusive zone or peripheral seas.
If the Senate ratifies the treaty, we would become subject to its dispute-resolution mechanisms and ambiguities. Right now, since we are the world’s major naval power, our conduct dominates state practice and hence customary international law—to our decided advantage.
This dispute is not really about law. China simply does not want the U.S. military to gather intelligence near its shores. And other nations quietly support China’s position, including Russia, Iran, Brazil and India. Given China’s incessant incursions into the exclusive zones of other Asian nations such as Vietnam, the Philippines and Japan, these states may seek to restrict international maritime activities in their exclusive zones as well, further complicating U.S. efforts.” (I wish Bolton WOULD run for POTUS.)

And sitting there, listening to Russian leaders, I saw we’ve got a tougher time than our counterparts in the Russian Arctic, where the nation — and the national government — understands the opportunities and the risks.
To counter the risks, next month Alaska officials will push to implement the Arctic Search and Rescue agreement signed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at May’s Arctic Council Ministerial. Alaska National Guard assets, with helicopters and rescue teams deployed by the North Slope Borough, support the under-equipped and under-capitalized Coast Guard in keeping the safety mission we’ve promised the world in the American Arctic.”

Someone overreached a bit in the saber-rattling. The cost, logistics, and the capability that would be required are simply too much. That said, analysts did note that Iran’s chances, if it were that determined to pull off such a stunt, would improve with a little help from its friends — perhaps Venezuela.
(CNN) In response, White House spokesman Jay Carney said that “we don’t take these statements seriously, given that they do not reflect at all Iran’s naval capabilities.” Pentagon spokesman George Little echoed Carney’s point, saying Iran has the right to send vessels into international waters, but “whether they can truly project naval power beyond the region is another question.” “I wouldn’t read too much into what came out of Iran,” Little said, adding: “I think what is said and what is actually done can be two different things.” “Iran doesn’t have the capability to come within close proximity to (the United States) to conduct hostile activities. Even if (Iran) launched missiles, we would sink their ships immediately.”
Iran lacks battleships or aircraft carriers. Its forces are capable of patrolling the Persian Gulf and sailing a short distance in the Indian Ocean, Herrmann said, but keeping ships stationed near the United States, so far from Iran, would be too expensive for the government. “They would need a place to resupply, refuel, restock crews with food and water. They couldn’t afford that unless they got help,” Herrmann said. “I would imagine they could get help from somewhere in South America, maybe Venezuela.”
Venezuela and Iran are allied by their anti-U.S. sentiments.

There was no media vetting of the largely absentee senator from Illinois, who even back then had the temerity to compare himself to Abraham Lincoln. All anyone ever had to go on was an autobiographical book suspected of being ghost-written by an unrepentant domestic terrorist. We all know how it goes with politicians and autobiographical books.
When Nancy Pelosi writes hers she will claim she trumps Mother Teresa, the Calcutta saint, not the one married to John Kerry.

You can claim to be anyone you want in a book, and that’s what Barry Soetoro did.
The point is that Barry Soetoro took the name Barack Hussein Obama, got himself elected and immediately began pushing the country so many look up to, right up to the precipice and nobody—nobody—has been able to stop him.
Now when we have a narcissistic Obama plunging in the polls, a democrat governor in North Carolina is pushing the envelope for suspending elections and covering up a notion she dropped a bombshell by claiming she was only using hyperbole to make a point for a Rotary Club.
If the election were held tomorrow, Obama would go down in a landslide strikingly more humiliating than the shellacking he and his party got—and never got over—in the midterms.
But the 2012 election is more than a year away, and the man who made it all the way to the most powerful office on earth sans identity documents has all the booty, and the absolute power it brings, at his command.
This is Obama’s well-stocked position at a time when only suspended elections would guarantee his re-election.
North Carolina Gov. Bev Perdue was not joking when she spoke about suspending elections. Nor did she pick the idea out of thin air. Perdue was giving the suspend-congressional-elections idea its first oxygen for her hell-bent-for-leather boss.
It is crucial to not let this day go down without remembering what Perdue said.
Don’t let the state-controlled mainstream media lure you back to sleep by saying if there is no election, then why is Obama so diligently campaigning.
Obama is not campaigning. He is preparing for Stage Two of the Total Transformation of America, using taxpayer money to prepare his Internet-identified “troops” for the coming Marxist Revolution.

When Axelrod, Plouffe, Jarrett and Obama heard that, they knew where in the hell the leak came from, was inside the White House walls, because they were the only one’s in the meeting about this criminal fraud in the Hawaiian birth abstract.

I watched the video twice, and I am still a skeptic. As for that photo of Ann and Barry, I have seen that photo many times, and something about it makes me scream “photoshopp!” but I can’t tell you why, just a hunch.

What an interesting video, and analysis of the one photo of Ann. I captured some of those pictures of her from the video as screen shots and will look at them more closely. I was interested in her ears…because BHO’s stand out so much. Malcolm’s were close to his head and had a different shape. But the gal in the video seems to have ears that stick out. The girl looked so boyish, naive, and sweet standing there. I still don’t think BHO was born here…I go with that original database find that he was from New Guinea.
As a group we started collecting these photos 3 years ago and have compared them. From the whole collection there are only a few that were untouched by a photo-shopper, and many we don’t think are even him or real relatives. After seeing so many, I can pick out the details now.
The adopted sister probably held the answer, that he isn’t who he says he is. Unfortunately, Lia died before being able to correctly identify him or say she didn’t know who he was. She was the only one with “real” details of the person known as Barry.

dont know…i went back and looked at the old photos….everything is possible i suppose. all the photos out there are so strange, like they took a picture of her when she was thirty and put it with him when he was 18 months and then there is a picture of her with bho jr. when she looks 16 but he is three???? i just cant put the whole thing together because the photos that were put out there are strange looking that it makes you wonder what she really looked like at any one time.
Yes, we’ve been comparing photos of Stanley Ann for years. It does seem as if all the photos put out by either his campaign, his family (Maya), or her friends are photoshopped around the hairline, the nose, the mouth. Some look as if they split her face in two and then flipped half and put two of the same halves together to make one face. You can see this especially on the passport photos. There’s a line going down the middle.
It sometimes looks as if they splice halves of two different faces together. You can see that especially on the lips where they don’t match them up exactly. They add long hair by putting that headband, to hide the hairline. In the photo where she’s sitting on the couch with Lolo, her hair might be a “fall” or even a veil. Hard to tell.
That photo of her with Barry on the fence, there’s a lot more messed up with that photo than they pointed out. So long since I looked at these, I’d have to go back and find my notes.
That person in the video–are you all convinced that ISN’T a boy? If it’s a girl, she’s very, very butch, if you know what I mean. Later photos of a chubby SAD in Indonesia, doing her anthropology work, look more like that “boyish girl” than the early ones. Perhaps by design, because if that’s she, then they may have figured it not necessary to photoshop the aged SAD’s photos, since age and weight gain disguised her well enough. But perhaps in the younger photos, she would have been more recognizable.
However, they say in that article that Malcolm’s teen lover was present at his murder in 1965. First of all, wouldn’t that known lover have a name? It’s been said that it would not have gone down well with his followers if he had a WHITE girlfriend. Second, was he married then? Third, was SAD a TEEN in 1965? Fourth, where was SAD in 1965? Marrying Lolo, unless we discount EVERYTHING about him and their marriage. They’re hiding her early passport records, but do we believe they faked ALL those records from Lolo’s file?

White House Condemns Possible Execution of Iranian Pastor

The White House condemned the conviction and possible death sentence for an Iranian pastor who refuses to renounce his Christian faith on Thursday, saying the execution would further demonstrate Iranian authorities “utter disregard” for religious freedom.
Youcef Nadarkhani, 32, who maintains he has never been a Muslim as an adult, has Islamic ancestry and therefore must recant his faith in Jesus Christ, the 11th branch of Iran’s Gilan Provincial Court has ruled. Iran’s Supreme Court had ordered the trial court to determine whether Nadarkhani had been a Muslim prior to converting to Christianity.
Attorney Mohammad Ali Dadkhah told The Associated Press on Thursday that his client has appeared before the appeals court over the past four days and expects a ruling by the end of next week. Dadkhah said he believes there’s a “95 percent chance” of acquittal for Nadarkhani.
Dadkhah said neither Iranian law nor clerics have ever stipulated the death penalty as punishment for converting from Islam to Christianity.
The judges in the case, according to the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ), demanded that Nadarkhani recant his Christian faith before submission of evidence. Though the judgment runs against current Iranian and international laws and is not codified in Iranian penal code, the judge stated that the court must uphold the decision of the 27th Branch of the Supreme Court in Qom.
Even if the sentence is overturned, Jordan Sekulow, the executive director of the ACLJ, said the message is that it would be unlikely that Nadarkhani would be set free.
Nadarkhani is the latest Christian cleric to be imprisoned in Iran for his religious beliefs. According to Elam Ministries, a United Kingdom-based organization that serves Christian churches in Iran, there was a significant increase in the number of Christians arrested solely for practicing their faith between June 2010 and January 2011. A total of 202 arrests occurred during that six-month period, including 33 people who remained in prison as of January, Elam reported.
Elise Auerbach, an Iranian analyst for Amnesty International USA, told FoxNews.com that an execution for apostasy has not been carried out in Iran since 1990. Nadarkhani’s sentence is a “clear violation of international law,” she said. “The key is to keep up the pressure and to publicize the story because it obviously outrages most people,” Auerbach said. “It’s part of the pattern of persecution based on religion in Iran.”

With all of its pretense of sending open letters to Obama pleading with him to stop his illegal and Congressional bypassing behaviors, Congress patently refuses to stop Dictator-in-Chief Obama from destroying the United States of America and enslaving its people. The latest “plea” that prompted this column is the 26 September 2011 Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) begging letter to the US “dear leader.” In it, Grassley begins:
“Dear Mr. President:
“We write to express serious concern about your immigration policies and ask that you require the Department of Homeland Security to overturn recent directives regarding the increased use of prosecutorial discretion. We also request that the Administration halt any initiative, whether through regulation or otherwise, that circumvents Congress or aims to ensure that illegal immigrants are afforded every possibility to remain in this country.
“After the release of the June 17th Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) memorandum, which called for the increased use of prosecutorial discretion, several members of the Senate wrote to Assistant Secretary John Morton. While prosecutorial discretion is justifiable in certain cases, this initiative may result in an impermissible intrusion on Congress’s plenary authority over immigration law. Accordingly, we asked Assistant Secretary Morton to rescind the memorandum outlining ICE’s prosecutorial discretion policies. That request has been ignored.
“We are also concerned that the initiative announced by Secretary Napolitano on August 18th will result in the administrative closure of an untold number of cases currently pending before our immigration and federal courts. In combination with the June 17th ICE memo, these new policies send the message that your Administration is turning a blind eye to those who have broken our immigration laws. We are also concerned that these policies appear to be a direct attempt to categorically legalize those who are unlawfully in the country and to allow undocumented individuals to remain in violation of the law without fear of apprehension or deportation…”
Really, Senator? Ya’ think? Begging and pleading with the now obviously criminal US chief executive has done no good in the past, will do no good now or into the future. But, Congress already knows that. Remember that it has “kinda’ sorta’” joined him by establishing its own unconstitutional “Super Congress” that bypasses the will of We-the-People in favor of only twelve Congress people. But, I digress. Let’s return to the issues and Obama rogue “presidency” of our lawbreaker-in-chief.
Here is only a very brief (compared to what he has done) Obama offense list (aka “Rap-Sheet”):
* Obama’s First Executive Order (#13489) and first official act as POTUS sealed any and all past information about him, including his birth certificate, college and other school transcripts and any and all other records that could damage his invented persona. Obama became the first true “don’t ask me ’cause I won’t tell you” usurper Chief Executive
* Obama introduced and—after months of trying to convince Americans it’s “for your own (and especially the Obama syndicate’s) good” and failing—then he and his (then) completely controlled Marxist-Democrat Congress forced ObamaCare down our throats. This gave Obama control over 1/6 of the American economy—to do with as he pleases (which by-the-way will NOT include health care)
* The forced-upon-us Obama Stimulus (#1) gave Obama & Co the ability to further raid & gut the US Treasury—which he and his criminal band of smiley-faced demons accomplished with great relish! Today, approximately $200Billions still remain unaccounted for. Did they magically enter overseas bank accounts or DNC slush funds, perhaps? And now, Obama and the Federal Reserve are discussing another stimulus? Is this to requisition (aka “redistribute”) the rest of what once was (before Obama) OUR money?
* Although Obama and US Attorney General Eric Holder continue to deny it, the Obama syndicate enacted “Operation Gunwalker: Fast and Furious.” In 2009 (see below video link to “C-span2 David Ogden Project Gun Runner Mexico March 24 2009“-changed later to “Gunwalker”), Deputy US Attorney General David Ogden told of the Obama-Holder plan. I’ve known about it since that time and have even cited it in several other columns. Why does Congress still claim ignorance? Are they actually saying that “gun runner” and “Gunwalker” are two separate programs? Give us a break
* Documents show that the Obama syndicate not only “walked” guns to the Mexican drug cartels but, show that it has also, apparently, chosen sides and partnered with the Sinaloa drug cartel. This is so blatantly criminal that if ever REALLY investigated and proven—and in a sane reality—should land all the members of Obama’s illegal regime in prison
* As no one is stopping him, Obama is now simply ignoring Congress, US law and the US Constitution. He has bypassed and is still bypassing US immigration law and enacting executive orders (the latest is another illegal aliens amnesty) and ignoring the law altogether by telling ICE to ignore illegals
* Despite a 2010 Appeals Court ruling banning Obama’s now apparently wholly-owned and controlled FCC from enacting “Net Neutrality” (aka censorship and Obama-control of the Internet) the Obama syndicate has decided to—again—ignore the law. The FCC is currently engaged in enacting this court-banned program
* Obama has appointed and continues to appoint members of the Muslim Brotherhood (the parent organization of Al-Qaeda and Hamas amongst others) to high-level US government positions—many of them involving US Security!—and has recently announced that the Obama syndicate will now have formal relations with this avowed enemy of the USA
These are only the tip of the iceberg of Obama’s patently illegal and treasonous activities. In saner and more ethical times, almost any one of the above would have led to his removal from office and possible—or likely—imprisonment.
We used to have moral, ethical, honorable and courageous men and women in our country’s leadership. Tragically, those days seem to have passed. But, have the days of all of our so-called leaders actually wanting and working toward the continuation of the USA as a Republic also passed by the wayside?
We now have a resident of what was once our White House working every day to ensure We-the-People become his—and his alone—willing slaves. Every program and action he takes proves it. Yet, no one in any leadership position tries, except via pretense, to stop him and his minions. Our leadership is bereft of bravery and honesty. Even many of those who claimed to be constitutionalists now seem top have joined the establishment. We MUST elect only those with a proven record of being strong and ethical. Do any of you still remember Ronald Reagan? He would never have folded as the RINOs have now done. We need that kind of leader now. If we fail, please make sure you have weapons at the ready and enough ammo to last a long time. I think you’ll need it.

Above, the New Black Panther party endorsing President Obama in 2008 (and posted on Obama’s antisemitic campaign website) before it was scrubbed.
Now Andrew Breitbart has obtained photos of Obama appearing and marching with members of the racist hate group back in 2007.

New photographs obtained exclusively by BigGovernment.com reveal that Barack Obama appeared and marched with members of the New Black Panther Party as he campaigned for president in Selma, Alabama in March 2007.
The photographs, captured from a Flickr photo-sharing account before it was scrubbed, are the latest evidence of the mainstream media’s failure to examine Obama’s extremist ties and radical roots.
In addition, the new images raise questions about the possible motives of the Obama administration in its infamous decision to drop the prosecution of the Panthers for voter intimidation.
The images, presented below, also renew doubts about the transparency of the White House’s guest logs–in particular, whether Panther National Chief Malik Zulu Shabazz is the same “Malik Shabazz” listed among the Obama administration’s early visitors.
Tomorrow, J. Christian Adams, the Department of Justice whistleblower in the New Black Panther Party case, will release his new book, Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department (Regnery).
The book exposes Obama administration corruption far beyond the Panther dismissal, and reveals how the institutional Left has turned the power of the DOJ into an ideological weapon.
Adams’s book also describes, in detail, the Selma march at which then-Senator Obama was joined by a group of Panthers who had come to support his candidacy.
Among those appearing with Obama was Shabazz, the Panther leader who was one of the defendants in the voter intimidation case that Attorney General Eric Holder dismissed. Also present was the Panthers’ “Minister of War,” Najee Muhammed, who had called for murdering Dekalb County, Georgia, police officers with AK-47’s and then mocking their widows in this video (7:20 – 8:29).
Injustice includes a disturbing photo of Shabazz and the Panthers marching behind Obama with raised fists in the “Black Power” salute.

I have learned that Regnery initially received approval from a person who took pictures of the events in Selma to publish these additional photographs in Injustice.
After the photographer wrote Regnery reversing his permission to include the photographs in Injustice, the images were removed from the photographer’s Flickr account. Yet we were able to capture them before they disappeared.
The photographs show Obama sharing the same podium at the event with the Panthers.
In the first image, Shabazz stands at the podium, surrounded by uniformed Panthers, including Muhammed. In the second photograph, Obama commands the same podium.

The First Amendment allows photographs of such enormous public importance to see the light of day. Cases, including one involving skimpy photographs of Miss Puerto Rico, have established that fair use and the First Amendment allow publication of these photos.
It is true that then-Senator Hillary Clinton and Al Sharpton were also in Selma at the same event. But the Panthers explicitly came to Selma to support Obama, as Adams details in Injustice.
They spoke with Obama at the podium shown above, and departed together with Obama for the main march itself, as shown by this grainer image captured from YouTube:
Obama seems not to be reviled by the Panthers in any of the video or photographs. And Obama’s own campaign website would post an endorsement by the New Black Panther Party in March 2008. As Adams writes in Injustice:
Somehow, the fact that the future President of the United States shared a podium with leaders of the New Black Panthers, marched with them, and received a public, formal greeting from their party has vanished from the history of Obama’s campaign. Apart from [Juan] Williams’ single dispatch, no other media outlets ever reported it.
After NPR initially reported that the Panthers were present at the event with Obama, subsequent reports from Selma omitted any mention of the hate group appearing with the future President.
Had any of Obama’s opponents appeared at an event with the KKK or Aryan Nation, The New York Times would have had to double its ink buy.
Obama’s appearance does much more than expose mainstream media hypocrisy. It also exposes an association between a vile racist organization and a future President of the United States. Only the degree of association is subject to debate.
And only a few voices outside the mainstream media have continued to press the Obama administration about its past and present ties to fringe groups.
I have been calling for the White House to disclose which Malik Shabazz visited the private White House residence on July 25, 2009, two months after the DOJ voter intimidation case was dismissed. So far, the White House has refused to do so, leaving open the question of which “Malik Shabazz” appears in visitor logs released to the public.
While the media is busy asking Perry about a rock that SOMEONE painted racist graffiti on 30 years ago, and asking Herman Cain to condemn Perry for something HE didn’t do and for which there’s NO EVIDENCE that I’ve seen that the epithet was visible “recently” as Amanpour implied, could they spare some time to ask Barry to DISTANCE himself from these black haters? From these black RACISTS? From these black SUPREMISTS? How about they ask him to decry the hateful rhetoric of Jimmie Hoffa Jr.? Another hater. “Speaking to WND, Shabazz boasted he met Obama when the politician attended the 42nd anniversary of the voting rights marches in Selma in 2007. … Shabazz himself has given scores of speeches condemning “white men” and Jews.
The NBPP’s official platform states “white man has kept us deaf, dumb and blind,” refers to the “white racist government of America,” demands black people be exempt from military service and uses the word Jew repeatedly in quotation marks.
Shabazz has led racially divisive protests and conferences, such as the 1998 Million Youth March in which a few thousand Harlem youths reportedly were called upon to scuffle with police officers and speakers demanded the extermination of whites in South Africa. So while the lamestream is harping on Rick Perry about racist graffiti he didn’t write 30 years ago and his “stand” on Confederate symbols, we have the CURRENT POTUS who consorted with RACISTS WHO PROMOTE VIOLENCE with nary a peep from them, asking him to explain himself.
ESPN deep sixes a song by Hank Williams Jr. because he made an apt analogy about Netanyahu and Hitler, and yet nobody in the lamestream asks OBAMA why he hangs out with people whose idol said EVERY “WHITE” person has “a little bit of Hitler” in his/her makeup.
Report: Iranian Warship Route to U.S. Coast Leaked Online

Last week, an Iranian Naval Commander threatened to deploy ships off the U.S. coast as a provocative show of force.
Now it looks like Iran might actually be serious.
A new map that allegedly shows the expected path of the Iranian Naval expedition to the U.S has leaked online from an Iranian website, according to MEMRI.
The unprecedented route for the Islamic Republic would take Iranian ships through the Suez Canal and into the warm waters of the Caribbean, a total nautical distance of approximately 9000 miles. According to MEMRI, Iranian media sources claim:
“In this new and feasible mission, the ships of the navy of the Iranian Army will sail west, towards the Strait of Gibraltar, after they enter the Mediterranean. Subsequently, they will enter the Atlantic Ocean, and from there they must traverse the long distance to their destination off Cuba, in the Gulf of Mexico, and Central and South America.”
Iranian Naval chief Sayyari has previously threatened on Iranian state TV to send a fleet of warships into the Atlantic armed with “Nour” long-range anti-ship cruise missiles. The proposed Iranian flotilla would be an extension of Iran’s presence in the Mediterranean, the Persian Gulf, and the Indian Ocean.
Iranian warships deployed close to the U.S. mainland would be a deliberate provocation. The warships could be viewed as additional leverage– alongside Iran’s threat to cut off oil supplies through the gulf of Hormuz– if Israel were to strike against Iranian nuclear facilities.
MEMRI pulled a second map from the Iranian website that had no accompanying description, but showed a number of western countries in different colors, including the U.S., Cuba, Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador and Brazil. See Below:
The Iranian regime has already established close ties to Venezuela and Cuba, but the inclusion of the other Central and South American countries remains unclear, according to MEMRI.
In addition, an unconfirmed report in an Italian newspaper in September claimed Hezbollah– a terrorist proxy of Iran– has opened up a base in Cuba. This allegation was repeated by Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann just last week.
Whether Iran launches this aggressive naval action or not, the Ayatollahs are clearly looking for ways to agitate the United States and complicate international efforts to contain the number one global sponsor of terrorism.
