IT’S THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER STUPID!

The Obama nativity scavenger hunt continues to capture the attention of many citizens here in the US, as well as abroad, but what is flying under the radar, and cannot be disputed, is Obama’s use of a Social Security Number (SSN) issued in the spring of 1977 with it first appearing on his Selective Service Registration of which he applied on September 4, 1980.
There are serious problems with this SSN with the first being it appears to have been originally assigned to another individual born in 1890, and secondly, when verified using several Social Security Administration verifying databases it is rejected as “NOT FOUND IN THE SOCIAL SECURITY INDEX”, and finally it is a Connecticut issued SSN; a state in which Obama was not living in at the age of 15. This SSN has been tied to Obama’s State Senate and US Senate offices and his private residents, as well as land line phone numbers since coming stateside to attend Occidental College in California.
Now that Donald Trump has crowned himself a “birther” he too is making it abundantly clear to any and all who will dare listen that the digital Certification of Live Birth (COLB) is meaningless, because it is and always has been, but he needs to widen his scope of interest to include the oddities permeating around the President’s Social Security Number. For nearly two years now, the SSN peculiarities have percolated just below the dubious Certification of Live Birth, and it it has yet to bubble up to the top as being more significant in undoing the fabricated tale Bill Ayers wove together in Obama’s two autobiographies.
More importantly, you can’t change a SSN record, but you can certainly create a long-form birth certificate just in time for the 2012 elections. Which is what many are anticipating, and now with Donald Trump entering the fray you can count on such a document entering into the public arena and soon. After all, anyone who has studied this issue knows the Obama camps next step is to embarrass the “birthers” by producing a long-form birth certificate. That would be checkmate wouldn’t it? Of course, it will be a scanned copy just like the COLB, because it will never hold up under the scrutiny of an independent forensic review team of experts, that is someone other than his former employer, the Annenberg’s; so get ready for a repeat of a similar ruse coming to a computer screen near you.
There is good news though, and that is, thanks to the tenaciousness of many professional and amateur investigators, who appear to be working independently of one another, have created a hard trail of solid evidence that cannot be undone. As a matter of record, these investigators have only just begun their work; especially into the many different addresses that are associated with Obama’s SSN.
One of these tenacious investigators, Susan Daniels, recently granted the T-Room an exclusive interview which can be heard in full by clicking “Full Story” below.
The REAL STORY – The Fraudulent Social Security Number – An Exclusive T-Room Interview w/Private Investigator, Susan Daniels
For 16 years, Susan Daniels, Private Investigator, License #201021001759, has been employing her investigative skills sleuthing for lawyers, other investigators, law enforcement professionals and private individuals in and around the state of Ohio. She is the sole proprietor of Susan Daniels & Associates located in Northern Ohio. As a licensed investigator she is privy and has access to numerous databases used by law enforcement officials which remain largely unavailable to the public.
Frustrated with the direction Obama was taking the country, Daniels at the urging of a client put her skills to work to investigate President Obama. She began this journey by entering the keywords “Barack Obama, Chicago, Illinois,” into a number of exclusive databases. The first few searches did not provide any information, however several smaller and more obscure databases did. One in particular provided Obama’s Social Security Number (SSN), 042-XX-4425, along with 105 records detailing numerous addresses and land-line phone numbers associated with him and his SSN for more than 25 years. Immediately, as Daniels describes in her interview, she knew the number was fraudulent. We’ll leave it to her to explain why.
But first, to get the most out of this 35 minute interview, you will need to do some sleuthing on your own. To begin your own investigative work click here to see the unredacted Standard People Search to review the 105 records associated with the keywords “Barack Obama, Chicago Illinois”. These records serve as an excellent starting point for those interested in doing some sleuthing, and for those that aren’t, the papers give you an idea of how busy Obama was while community organizing in Chi-town.
Daniels was able to verify this SSN was issued at one time and to another individual, AND when it was run through different verifiers by her and other sleuths, she/they received these messages “SSN not found in Social Security Death Index” and “SSN not on file (never issued)” – click here and here to see the SSN verifier records.
Next, Daniels began looking into the SSN listed immediately before and after Obama’s number so as to pin down an exact date of issuance. She learned that the individual associated with the number immediately before Obama’s, 042-XX-4424, had passed away. Knowing any expectation of privacy regarding SSNs become moot when a person dies, the individuals parents were tracked down to confirm his place of residence at the time of his original application aka SS-5. The residence listed on the deceased’s original application is Newington, Hartford, CT. Application date March 21, 1977 – click here to review the original SSA form SS-5 Application.
Daniels also secured from another associate a “Certification” by the Social Security Administrations, Division of Earnings Record Operations, Office of Central Operations, certifying “that the annexed computer prinouts showing the dates the information was recorded are true and complete copies of such documents in my custody for Social Security Number 042-XX-4424…” click here and scroll down to second page to see the Social Security Certification.
Let’s pause for a moment to review what Daniels with the assistance of other interested parties has confirmed so far –
- FACT – the SSN President Obama used between 1980 – 2008 was issued in or around March 21, 1977.
- FACT – the SSN immediately preceding President Obama’s was certified by the Social Security Administration to be “true and complete”.
- FACT – the SSN was issued in the state of Connecticut.
- FACT – Social Security Administration cannot verify the SSN President Obama used between 1980 – 2008.
No where in Obama’s books, writings or interviews does he state he lived in Connecticut when he was a 15 year old – do the math, Obama’s DOB is August 4, 1961 and the date the SSN was issued was in or around March 21, 1977. If we are to believe Obama, all of his eyewitnesses, his family and friends, we know for a fact he was attending High School in Hawaii in the spring of 1977.
So the obvious question is – how in blue blazes did Obama get a Connecticut SSN when he was obviously living in Hawaii when he filled out his SSA form SS-5 Application form? Well, you can’t very well blame this oddity on the Social Security Administration. Prior to the “new” language which currently states, “This did not necessarily have to be the State where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security Office.” Well, we know Obama was shooting hoops in Hawaii in the spring of 1977, so he certainly didn’t walk into a Social Security office in Connecticut. What is more useful is the language used prior to this “new” language change, which details precisely how a SSN is assigned –
Number Has Three Parts
The nine-digit SSN is composed of three parts:
- The first set of three digits is called the Area Number
- The second set of two digits is called the Group Number
- The final set of four digits is the Serial Number
The Area Number is assigned by the geographical region. Prior to 1972, cards were issued in local Social Security offices around the country and the Area Number represented the State in which the card was issued. This did not necessarily have to be the State where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security office.
Since 1972, when SSA began assigning SSNs and issuing cards centrally from Baltimore, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card. The applicant’s mailing address does not have to be the same as their place of residence. Thus, the Area Number does not necessarily represent the State of residence of the applicant, either prior to 1972 or since.
Again, how did Obama receive a Connecticut SSN at the age of 15 when he was body surfing the waves thousands of miles away in Hawaii?
Daniels provides the answer along with additional facts in her interview linked below, but before we tune in, there is a new very intentional and deliberate item of disinformation that has surfaced recently. Daniels addresses this purposeful disinformation item in her interview as well, which is the silly notion that the SSN Obama has been using since he was 15 years old is actually an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN). Big clue, IT’S NOT! This is pure rubbish AND purposeful, deliberate and intentional disinformation. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
Here’s why – according to IRS Agent w/ID # 4331084 all ITIN’s begin with the number “9″. He then referred me toPublication 1915 (revised 11-2010), Page 5, where it states –
What is an ITIN? An ITIN is a tax processing number, issued by the Internal Revenue Service, for certain resident and nonresident aliens, their spouses, and their dependents. It is a nine-digit number beginning with the number “9”, has a range of numbers from “70” to “88” for the fourth and fifth digits and is formatted like a SSN (i.e. 9XX-7X-XXXX).
The SSN issued by the Social Security Administration is a tax ID as is the ITIN issued by the Internal Revenue Service. These two agencies identify and collect tax monies based on these unique nine-digit identifiers. Do you honestly believe for a millisecond that the IRS and SSA numeric system would use the same numbering system? The answer is an emphatic NO! Plus, this numerical assignment has ALWAYS BEEN the IRS’s practice, that is, ALL ITIN’S BEGIN WITH THE NUMBER ’9′

The Recorded interview was fascinating. Most interesting is that Susan has additional information that has not been revealed. She is holding back that information for a Congressional Hearing. All of her documentation was sent to the Justice Department, Eric Holder, and the Social Security Administration with a formal request to investigate. Additionally, she sent this to Donald Trump as well. All should have received this information.
She also stated that her information was sent to Glenn Beck and Rush in September 2009. It was also given to the attorney that went before Judge Carter (the Marine Judge who didn’t hear the case on its merits as promised).

In an attempt to explain why Barack Obama, who lived in Hawaii as a teen, has a Social Security number that indicates he had a Connecticut address, Fox News host Bill O’Reilly asserted the president’s father lived in the state.
But there is no evidence that Barack Obama Sr., who left Hawaii in 1962 to study at Harvard in Massachusetts and then returned to his home country of Kenya, ever lived in Connecticut.
In his viewer email segment Wednesday night, O’Reilly was asked: “What about Obama’s Connecticut Social Security card? He never lived there.”
O’Reilly responded: “Obama’s father lived in Connecticut for several years, and sometimes the child gets the Social Security number based on the father’s address.”

The assertion that Obama is using a Social Security number issued to an applicant with a Connecticut address because his father lived in Connecticut can be traced back to a piece Carol Bengle Gilbert posted on the Yahoo blog “Associated Content.”
In that piece, Gilbert claimed, without providing any documentation, that Barack Obama Sr. lived in Connecticut after divorcing Obama’s mother.

President Barack Obama took on the “birther” issue that potential Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has yanked from the GOP’s fringe and thrust into the mainstream, saying it will backfire in a general election because people know he doesn’t “have horns” and want to focus on pocketbook issues. Obama made the surprising comments, engaging directly with the birther theories that Trump has become patron saint of in the past month, in an interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos. When Stephanopoulos asked about Trump’s rise in the polls riding “fantasies” about the president’s place of birth, Obama paused before answering.
“I think that over the last two and a half years, there’s been an effort to go at me in a way that is politically expedient in the short term for Republicans but creates I think a problem for them when they want to actually run in the general election, where most people feel pretty confident the president was born where he says he was, in Hawaii,” Obama replied. “He doesn’t have horns.” He said that what the American people are thinking is, “We want to know his plan on gas prices but we’re not really worrying about conspiracy theories or birth certificates and so I think it presents a problem for them.”

Later at a campaign kickoff fundraiser in Chicago, Obama jokingly weighed in on the issue again.

The child asked him when Obama was visiting the school right after the election. Remember, he was not too happy about it?
You poor fools. This is ALL a load of rubbish which means NOTHING–if you spent your time educating yourselves and your children (if you have any) in personal skills which helped you to grow, evolve and become the best person you can be–you might begin to “see.”
Why not learn how to read and research authentic data (e.g. go to your local library/university/school, etc.). Then you can find out for yourself that this is a bunch of nonsense that’s wasting your time.
You could learn the art of resolving conflicts fairly–how to communicate constructively (no more need to shoot or punch someone because he/she does or says something that offends you. Learn to paint. Music. Write. Create. Actually prove that humans can be more evolved that the other animals on this planet–cause right now, folks, this manure is swallowing our human family’s spirit.

I have checked every source in the Snopes article: Nowhere in any of their sources does it say that BHO Sr. lived in CT or went to school in CT. This is untrue.
Two of the articles did say that SADOS died at age 52 in 1995. Do the math. One said, falsely, that she was the daughter of a FARMER.
I could do an entire post on these bogus stories. They ARE stories. Just a continuation of the mythology.

The woman, Carol Gilbert, with no logical basis, asked if Daniels traced BHO Sr’.s SS# instead of Barry’s, which goes to show that this award winning travel writer didn’t do any research whatsoever into the issue.
For what reason would a foreign student NEED a SS#? Can foreigners get SS#’s? I’m asking; I don’t know the answer.
Did BHO SR. register for selective service in 1980, using that SS#? Why would a former foreign student who was working for the Kenyan government register for selective service in the USA?
Gilbert wrote, “Throughout the attestation, Daniels speaks of Barrack Hussein Obama spelled exactly as it appears here- incorrectly with 2 Rs. The caption on the document spells the president’s name correctly. So what name did Daniels search exactly? Barack, the president’s name, or Barrack, not the president’s name?”
Since nobody knows what his name really is or how to spell it, people have to use every permutation, don’t they? And while Gilbert is busy ridiculing Daniels for allegedly incorrectly spelling Barry’s alleged first name, Gilbert herself absolutely FALSELY refers to World Net Daily as World NEWS Daily. Yuck! Some factchecker!
Gilbert wrote, “In fact Barack Obama’s dad attended college in Connecticut and in 1977, Obama was college aged; is it beyond reason to consider that he might have checked out his father’s alma mater?”
IN FACT? Where are the FACTS? NAME this CT college that she says BHO Sr. attended. Oh, wait! She cites SNOPES as the source: http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/muslim.asp “… his father moving to Connecticut to continue his education before returning to Kenya.”
So based upon a geographically challenged writer at the partisan, self-proclaimed factchecking-and-urban-legend-debunking Snopes, Harvard is now in CT. Of course, the SNOPES article has sources, which I haven’t yet checked. I will check and get back to you to see if that the falsehood about CT IS a falsehood, which I suspect. But you never know with this Krewe. Maybe BHO Sr. really attended a community college in CT instead of Harvard. Maybe he’s a total fraud, too.

The Daniels interview was good, as well as the T-Room’s article. What I don’t understand is why Daniels did not go after the name of the SSN holder–as did Mario Apuzzo–therefore Jean Paul Ludwig. Helen subtly digs at this name in a post and email article, but Daniels did not go after names on SSN’s.
The quality of the Daniels work stands on its own, but it did not go after names. Any criticism of names therefore, serves what point?
Kate, we already researched Ludwig. Who knows where that rumor got started. His number wasn’t anything like Barry’s. It appears that someone found a guy, Ludwig, who was born in Connecticut and lived in Hawaii..that is about it. No facts, no other evidence. Ludwig was a red herring. I looked up social security numbers above and below Obama’s stolen one..and the others haven’t died yet, so there is no information as to who those numbers belong to, other than Thomas Wood.

Trump is correct, Barry Soetoro, AKA Obama is hiding something in his past that is very bad… and it may not be his citizenship. (Trump would not say this if he did not know something and he has the money to get the dirt…)
As an IRS tax examiner, one of many former federal jobs, I have seen what it appears Barry Soetoro has done, mostly by illegal aliens attempting to acquire a new identity in the U.S and/or criminals looking to acquire a new ID.
Barry, AKA Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry’s name was legally changed to “Barry Soetoro”. (Barry’s own admission) Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen. (again Barry’s own admission) The adoption would be noted in Barry’s vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate…

Just passing by and reading the comments here combined with the Trump interview on Hannity, I think I know what is going on. barry and his minions have ‘approached’ specific conservative news outlets with a doomsday scenario. “Don’t let this get out, if you do, there will be anarchy in the streets and barry will not go peacefully, help us get through to the next election, etc………….” And now Donald is on a mission to expose them all.
I have news for the likes of Bill O, Glenn B, and the other allegedly-conservative pundits: YOU FAILED. You failed to investigate, you failed your accountability to We The People, and you failed in your responsibility to be a journalist. You have drown yourself in the barry koolaid and now you have to cover for your screwups and his mega-lies.

CNN’s “reporting suggests” Orly’s beliefs are not true. So King says. Suggests. Not KNOWS. Just suggests. And then he say, CNN is “not perfect.” The most factual thing King said. They’re most certainly not perfect because they did NOT investigate and they WILL NOT allow Orly to present what her investigations have found. A real reporter who wanted to get out the truth, would look at her evidence and debunk it, IF HE CAN. But he cannot debunk it. Can he?
I wish Orly had gone after King and others in the Media for not investigating anything when it comes to Barry. Orly held up the papers, started talking, and King stopped her. Here’s a puzzle. Why does this ad cite the 22nd Amendment, Section 1?
Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.
Here’s the section of the U.S. Code they cite to “define” natural born citizen, which of course, it doesn’t because it can’t. What is the U.S. Code? According to a legal dictionary, it’s “A multivolume publication of the text of statutes enacted by Congress.” So, in other words, any definition in it has no weight if the attempt is to change the Constitutional meaning of “natural born citizen.” By definition, a person is a NATURAL BORN citizen IF citizenship occurs NATURALLY, at birth, and NOT THROUGH ANY LAW PASSED BY CONGRESS. The only way to change the meaning and intent of the phrase “natural born citizen”, as used by the Founders, is through Constitutional Amendment.
Their citation of the U.S. Code (which applies to Barry?):
The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth [National and Citizen is not equal to NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.]
(a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof; [THIS is a natural born citizen, although it should also say two citizen parents; otherwise, the person ISN’T subject to the jurisdiction thereof.]
(b) a person born in the United States to a member of an Indian, Eskimo, Aleutian, or other aboriginal tribe: Provided, That the granting of citizenship under this subsection shall not in any manner impair or otherwise affect the right of such person to tribal or other property;

Since this clause also allows that a person can be a national but not a citizen, then obviously, contrary to the implication in the black publishers’ ad, a US national is not a “natural born” citizen, in certain circumstances.]
(e) a person born in an outlying possession of the United States of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year at any time prior to the birth of such person; [So what type of citizen would this person be, if only one parent is a citizen? What exactly IS an “outlying possession?”]
(f) a person of unknown parentage found in the United States while under the age of five years, until shown, prior to his attaining the age of twenty-one years, not to have been born in the United States; [Gee, is this the one?]
(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided, That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or periods of employment with the United States Government or with an international organization as that term is defined in section 288 of title 22 by such citizen parent, or any periods during which such citizen parent is physically present abroad as the dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person
(A) honorably serving with the Armed Forces of the United States, or
(B) employed by the United States Government or an international organization as defined in section 288 of title 22, may be included in order to satisfy the physical-presence requirement of this paragraph. This proviso shall be applicable to persons born on or after December 24, 1952, to the same extent as if it had become effective in its present form on that date;[Oooh, could this mean USAID? Or something attached to the East/West Center? Possibly so, hmmm? [This can’t be the one. While we don’t know his age, for sure, I don’t think he was born prior to 1934.]
BOTTOM LINE: Since we don’t know WHO his parents were, WHEN he was born, or WHERE he was born, nobody can determine his citizenship status at birth. As we see, there are MANY variables, but the one thing that does not vary is the definition of NATURAL BORN citizen, as the Founders envisioned it: Birth on U.S. soil to TWO U.S. citizen parents. Obama does NOT qualify, unless he’s lying about his parents.

Back on April 13, 2011, the T-Room predicted that President Obama would soon post a scanned version of what his inner circle would designate as his “Official” long-form birth certificate.
With both sides seemingly taking a short pause in the battle for reality, we thought it a good time to provide you with an update on the “It’s the Social Security Number, Stupid!” front. A lot has been happening with some detail already being reported while other detail has not.
We first caught up with Susan Daniels, ….
Two documents – One embarrassingly ridiculous and the other tightens the window
Daniels brings our attention to two new documents with the first being an official response from the Social Security Administration to Ms. Daniels request for an investigation into how a legal Hawaiian resident, then Barry Obama, age 15, secured a Connecticut issued Social Security Number. A Mr. Frank Biro, Acting Associate Commissioner, Office of Public Inquiries, Social Security Administration, issued the formal reply by stating the following “after reviewing the information you provided, we disagree with your conclusion that a person’s Social Security number depends upon the address of a residence.”
The next document Daniels highlights is a Social Security Certification of a deceased applicant named Paul Michael Graziano. Mr. Graziano filed his SS-5 application (scroll to page 2) with a Connecticut Social Security office on March 16, 1977. His residential address then was 38 Yorktown Circle, Trumbull, Conn. 06611.
Why is this significant? Well, Mr. Graziano’s SSN is five numbers AFTER Obama’s Connecticut SSN and, again, was filed on March 16, 1977. You may recall in our April post Daniels explaining a Mr. Thomas Wood’s SS-5 Certification form, which immediately preceded Obama’s Connecticut SSN, being applied for on March 21, 1977. Therefore, it is now conclusive that the Connecticut Social Security number Obama secured at the age of 15, and has been using for the last 25 years, was secured in March of 1977 and more narrowly, sometime during the week of March 16 – 21, 1977.

In the second part of the Daniels update, she highlights longstanding regulations of the Social Security administration that remain on the SSA.gov site for which Commish Biro simply disagrees.
The first item Daniels discusses is a historical guideline written by a Mr. Crow and Ms. Bennett, experts on the Social Security system including number assignments, which states the following –
‘With few exceptions, each geographical area is assigned a range of area numbers. Area numbers assigned prior to 1972 are an indication of the location of the SSA office which originally issued the SSN. Since 1972 SSNs have been issued centrally and the area number in SSNs assigned since 1972 corresponds to the residence location of the applicant as indicated on the application for the SSN.”
“To be clear, Connecticut’s area numbers are 040 – 049 and Hawaii’s area numbers are 575 and 576.
Therefore, based on these two SSA regulations one must suspend all rational thought to believe a young 15 year old boy from Honolulu, Hawaii traveled 5015.6 miles, 8071.8 kilometers, 4355.5 nautical miles or took a 10 hour and 25 minute flight to Connecticut, walked into a Connecticut Social Security office with at least “two legal documents” in hand verifying his age, identity, established place of residence in Connecticut and verification of US citizenship.
Nowhere in all of Barry’s travels, his books, articles written about him or his family does anyone even remotely suggest that Barry ever resided in the state of Connecticut nor his grandparents nor any other relatives. Nowhere. And don’t waste good folks time trying to convince intelligent people the SS office in Baltimore, Maryland read the zip code wrong on the application. To suggest this only shows how desperate and dumb you are.”

So , given that I long ago before there were all the social security no’s floating around and the many names that I could get from looking his crowd up in various ways that someone has been giving him and identity for a long time. The spelling of the surname is incorrect. I have found nothing in Family Search at LDS under that spelling. I also searched at Genealogy Bank under the first name only using the birth years of 1920 – 1921 and in TX. There are 466 names of Guadalupe..I searched all surnames beginning with M and found nothing close to the spelling Megndenez. I checked Ancestry.com to see what names might sound like the spelling given…and the spelling is questionable according to ORYR. Nothing close to the spelling came up. I tried different misspellings also.
UPDATE: The name is Guadalupe Dominquez.

We’re waiting for an explanation that MAKES SENSE for how it is that a man who NEVER lived in Connecticut, never even reported ever visiting Connecticut (and you need a mailing address there), somehow has a SS# from CONNECTICUT. He was thousands of miles away in Hawaii when he supposedly got that SS#. (Although, since this issue came up, I did read a story that implied that he worked without a SS# when he was a teen.
