George Soros - Nose in the Air - Familiar?
Schwartz György , otherwise known as Soros György in Hungarian, or in English George Soros. He was born on August 12, 1930, in Budapest, Hungary.
Glenn Beck is taking on one of the U.S.’s wealthiest men (35th) and will be documenting his influence in America’s politics and economy.
I prefer to refer to him as the “Anti-America Octopus,” whose tentacles reach into numerous governments and non-governmental organizations. His philanthropic activities that might have humane benefits are over shadowed by those organizations and activities that have been initiated to undermine our country.
Soros, has called the United States a danger to world peace, blames Israel for anti-Semitism, and wants to subordinate the United States to the United Nations or some other international government!
Some background on infamous George Soros to begin. Throughout the rest of the week, we can add information that Glenn Beck connects to him of which we might not be aware.
We know him as the benefactor of the Radical Left’s major organizations. Specifically, he initiated and backed over 500 organizations to defeat President George W. Bush’s bid for re-election in 2004. According to the Center for Responsive Politics (CRP), Soros donated $23,581,000! It should come as no surprise that the CRP is under George’s financial umbrella. The CRP was founded in 1983 as a nonprofit. Their mission,
“to create a more educated [Progressive/communist] voter,
an involved [Leftist] citizenry and
a more responsive government.”
Who supports the CRP? As you might suspect, the well known leftist leaning foundations are the primary funders, i.e., the Ford Foundation, the Carnegie Corporation, the Joyce Foundation, the Pew Charitable Trusts, and the George Soros’ Open Society Institute.
CRP’s affiliate is OpenSecrets.org. Their website states their Mission:
Inform citizens about how money in politics affects their lives
Empower voters and activists by providing UNBIASED information
Advocate for a transparent and responsive government
His propaganda machines that he owns and operates include many media sources, and well as online blogs such as Media Matters, Center for American Progress, and MoveOn.org.
MoveOn.org is another well known hateful, radical voice of this international financier. Soros has spent millions of dollars for them to spew anti-American vitriol. Remember they called General Petraeus, General Betrayus? Such a fine group of despicable, radical humans.

Wow, Bridgette. Powerful stuff. On your recommendation, I watched Beck today. Amazing stuff. He’s a brave man.
Words from George Soros, himself, who fancies himself a sort of “god” or “messianic” fellow:
“The MAIN obstacle to a stable and JUST world is the UNITED STATES.”
He expects to be (and expects us to recognize him or his organizations as) “the conscience of the world.”
George is hoping for the “managed decline of the value of the [U.S.] dollar.”
I advise everybody to watch Beck this week. He’s exposing George for the creep that he is. George has been leaning on Beck’s executive bosses. Meeting with them to “suggest” that Beck is a threat to the country, has the potential to CAUSE violence, and is harming Soros’s businesses. Awwww. Too bad, George. We have freedom of speech and freedom of the press. The Tea Party set you back on your Nazi bum, didn’t it? We’re here and we ain’t going away. We got your number now, Georgie boy. Might I suggest you tattoo it on your forehead? 666 comes to mind. Remember that George also said, while collaborating with the Nazis, helping them confiscate the possessions of Jews being sent to extermination camps, (paraphrasing) that he has no guilt about it. If not him, then somebody else. So why not him?
And this guy wants to be the conscience of the world! A man without a conscience. Like Hitler, a Jew himself. Apparently a self-hating one.
It’s said George has been building his network for 35 years. That would put it right around the time that Barry decided he needed to go to Columbia to learn about how to get “power.”
Hillary was shown in Beck’s videos, praising Soros. Beck showed how much Soros was behind Kerry and how he tried so hard to defeat GWB in 2004.
Now, a victory for us because we have STOPPED the cap and tax, carbon trading schemes. I hope George lost billions on that, to make up for the billions he stole from the UK when he crashed their currency.
Hang on, folks. This is gonna get better and better.

I voiced my concern with Neal Katyal being the Acting Solicitor General of the United States with the eligibility lawsuits. His name appears and is referenced so many times by the The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS) which is a progressive legal organization. Holder, Biden, and Hillary were found to be members.

the whole financial crisis gets more complicated by the day. my main problem with beck is he’s an “i told you so” kind of guy . i know beck has been right on alot of this stuff but i am not sure about the complete end game that he describes. europe is still way more in the hole than we are and so far nothing major has happened with them despite the doomsday about greece. the amount of revenue this country generates is staggering. cutting spending could really make a dent in the debt. the democrats know that the republicans will make these difficult decisions so we need to stick with them when the decisions are not that popular.
this is one way out and i hope we can all pass this on to the governor’s now that they are mostly republicans in there.
Listen to Soros say what his plan is…and how he describes taking down other regimes in the video that is above. Soros has done it before, and is now using the same formula to take down the US. When the focus was put on cap and trade, Joyce Foundation, Shorebank, Al Gore, etc., they failed. Look at ACORN, also now filing bankruptcy. Awareness of voting machines, voter fraud, and other voter problems ended up having watchdog groups watching the election process throughout the nation.
He may be an “I told ya” guy .. and the reason he does that is because of the blow back from the Left. Mostly the problems we are facing can be attributed to those on the Left or those preparing our country for its eventual transformation.
Beck has had foresight and has been able to analyze very divergent, and seemingly unrelated things, that when taken together show a pattern. He has tackled some very complicated issues. He often says that he hopes his analysis isn’t true and that certain things don’t happen.
When you think about Soros having his minions lean on Beck’s bosses, ominously telling them they “don’t understand” that Glenn is “hurting Mr. Soros’s business,” Godfather-like, then one must wonder about Glenn’s sudden and mysterious illnesses. God bless and protect him. He is a true hero.

I wish I were kidding. McCain is part of the problem, not part of the solution. Both McCain and Romney fought harder to defeat Mike Huckabee in the primary than they fought to defeat Barack Obama in the general election.
Do you want to know why McCain picked Palin? Because Huckabee’s delegates threatened to walk out of the Republican Convention if McCain picked a “progressive”, pro-choice VP. McCain picked Palin to pacify the conservatives, but then his campaign promptly set her up for a fall by forcing her, against her will, to spend multiple days with Katie Couric, and by supplying, and directing her to wear, a very expensive wardrobe… and then having the Soros media attack her on those very things.
I wish Sarah Palin didn’t trust John McCain. Trusting McCain is repeating what I feel was George W. Bush’s greatest weakness… trusting people who should not be trusted. “W” trusted what Henry Paulson told him, and “W” promoted Paulson’s suggested “solutions”. I agree Redill. Bush trusting the wrong people was his biggest mistake.I feel sorry for him, as he took them at their words. At face value. They hurt him that way. I saw his clip with Hannity. Did you hear that Nancy Pelosi is planning a celebratory party for the lameduck session of Congress? She’s not worried. That fact should worry us. They’re in this for the long haul. I’ve always honored McCain for being a hero and for his service to the country, but he has ALWAYS made me crazy with his RINO activities. He’s now getting ready to help the Dems yet again: Banning earmarks.
Like McCain-Feingold, this is something that SOUNDS GOOD on the surface, but is a trojan horse for the Soros progressives. They loved McCain-Feingold so long as it shut out any money that went to conservatives, exempting most money that went to progressives (including Soros’s millions).
Now they want to ban earmarks. Sounds good on the surface. It plays into the meme that they, like the American people, just want to stop irresponsible spending. They can do that without banning earmarks. All they have to do is stop using earmarks.
I hope Tea Partiers, as well as the rest of the American people, aren’t foolish enough to fall for this trap. Here’s a clue: If McCain’s for it, watch out.
BARRY wants the earmark ban. Do you know why? Because then all earmarks will be his provenance. With the stimulus billions, he’s already able to punish his enemies and reward his friends.
One of the MAIN functions of the Congress is the power of the purse. This power is reserved to the representatives of WE the PEOPLE, not to the executive branch, which is supposed to have a limited role. CONGRESS was designed as FIRST among co-equal branches of government, especially with regard to spending. But Barry and his puppet master want to usurp as many powers of Congress as possible, including control of the purse strings.
It’s not enough for Barry to have usurped the presidency, he needs to control the entire government. Through his puppet master’s ACS, he’s quickly getting control of the judiciary.
He’s already usurped part of the power of Congress simply by them ALLOWING him and his minions to WRITE legislation that they don’t bother to read. Now he’s going to hold a “Slurpee Summit”. WHY? Why would Congress, especially Repubs., go to the WH, as if in a command performance, to sit down with the POTUS to plan out the next session of Congress?
Has anybody noticed that it’s not the president’s role to plan, direct, write legislation? That’s the purview of the representatives of WE the PEOPLE. His role is merely to read and then sign or veto bills passed by both houses. His role is NOT to initiate legislation. Can they please READ THE CONSTITUTION?
Why are the Repubs. going to play along with this charade? Why are they going to go up there, like schoolboys called into the principal’s office? They’re in control. He’s not. They need to put him back into his rightful place, the one that the Constitution spelled out for the president. THAT’S what they were recently elected to do. Again, I remind the incoming Congress, “It’s just lunch.” If we don’t hit it off with you guys, there will be no second date.
What Congress needs to do first is to learn whether Barry’s even eligible to sit in the WH as president. However, if they’re going to allow him to stay, for whatever reasons, they need to remind him what a president’s job is and WHAT IT IS NOT.
We need to be smart. We need to watch all of these people and publicize, as well as we can, anything that we see coming down the pike. Don’t let them swipe our slogans and then pretend that they’re for what we’re for.
They’re not. They’re out to destroy the United States of America as we know and love her. We cannot let them. We all, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Greens, Libertarians, etc., MUST realize that we are in the fight of our lives. IF you value this Republic and do NOT want to live in a fascist state controlled by the likes of “elites” like Soros, we need to stand fast, hang together, fight together. On February 5, 2008, Mitt Romney made a promise to the public to battle “all the way to the convention”.
Then, less than 24 hours later, Romney met behind closed doors with unnamed “prominent” people and sold out to the shadow government on February 6, 2008.
Then, on February 7, 2008, less than 48 hours after promising to battle “all the way to the convention”, Romney quit at CPAC with the lamest excuse I have ever heard for quitting a political race:
When I heard that, I knew in my spirit that something was wrong. Nothing had changed on the terror front between February 5th and February 7th. Something else had changed. I believe that the “behind closed doors” meeting with unnamed “prominent Republicans” on February 6th is what changed. I believe that these “prominent Republicans” promised to help get the VP slot for Romney, and make 2012 “his turn”, in return for Romney quitting the race.
That, not terrorism, is the logical explanation of why Romney quit.
Romney’s excuse of “I simply cannot let my campaign be a part of aiding a surrender to terror” was designed to paint Mike Huckabee into a corner. Because, according to Romney, if Mike Huckabee didn’t quit and hand the nomination to John McCain on a silver platter, then Mike Huckabee would be “letting his campaign be a part of aiding a surrender to terror”.
Huckabee responded in his CPAC speech on February 9th:
Later that same day, Huckabee won another primary with 60% of the vote. McCain was getting panicked… he was running out of public financing money and if Huckabee won too many of the remaining primaries, McCain would not have reached 1191 pledged delegates to clinch the nomination… that would have resulted in a brokered convention, and McCain may not have emerged the nominee from that convention, especially if Huckabee had all of the momentum.
So, what happened next? Romney sold out even more…
On February 14, 2008, Romney “released” his delegates to McCain.
In my opinion, his words and actions, both at CPAC on February 7, 2008 and upon “releasing” his delegates to McCain on February 14, 2008, completely confirmed that he had sold out to the shadow government in return for the promise that it would be “his turn” next time. Romney did not keep his word. Romney sold out principles in return for promises of future power. Romney did everything in his power to hinder an honest competitor (Huckabee) who was still trying to defeat McCain.
Had Romney kept his word, and battled honestly all the way to the convention, I could have happily voted for a ticket with him on it. Now, however, I know that a vote for Romney is a vote for Soros. Now, I would vote for a third party Constitutionalist/Tea Party candidate over voting for the Republican Party should Romney win the 2012 nomination.
Thanks Red Pill. I knew in my gut there was something wrong with that guy, just like I knew the same about McCain’s nomination and Barry’s candidacy. They’re setting Romney up for 2012. I feel that in my gut, too. Rove probably is in on it. Look how he goes after Sarah Palin. They know she’s a threat, just as Huckabee was and still is a threat, imo. Rove may or may not be part of the shadow government. He may just be someone who thinks he knows best. With O’Donnell’s loss, he’s even more convinced, yet had the Repubs. supported her, she may not have lost. She won independents–it was Repubs. she lost. All I know is, in 2012–anybody BUT Romney. He may be a good man, but we can’t afford to take another chance. We won’t allow ourselves to be fooled again. We simply can’t.

The puppet master is revealed.
Soros has so many organizations under his umbrella, that one has to dig to find his connection. Was support given to McCain from one of these organizations, so that his campaign would not know who it really was from? I am thinking of how many of these companies have names that really sound like they are democratic, but are actually progressive organizations.
I remember McCain getting money from an organization and he had no idea that it was from an affiliate of CAIR or something like that. Same problem there. As soon as it was publicized (most likely by the Left), he returned the money and said he was unaware of the background of the donor.
I would have to see more evidence to prove that McCain is a progressive. He might be a RINO, but to think he would want to destroy the US, is unfathomable.
Also was Soros known to be such a sleaze before the 2004 election when he got involved in politics in the US? “Hedging his bets” is what he always does..and that explains supporting both candidates.
Think of the top things that Progressives have tried to achieve over the last decade, and then look at where McCain stood on each of those issues.
* Government “reforming” elections in favor of George Soros (McCain-Feingold)
* Government “reforming” education (Kennedy’s No Child Left Behind)
* Amnesty (McCain-Kennedy) vs. border enforcement
* Cap and Trade
* Government involvement in “Healthcare” (McCain promoted his “Healthcare plan” during his campaign)
* TARP
* Holding up conservative Judicial nominees (he was a leader of the gang of fourteen)
* etc.
Show me where McCain has ever supported the initiatives of true conservatives like Jim DeMint.
Bridgette, I agree that it’s unfathomable that McCain would want to destroy the US, but it’s fathomable that he’s so dense that he doesn’t realize what he’s helping to occur.
This may be a hero, but he doesn’t seem to be a deep thinker. Look how hard it is for Beck to explain what’s going on. These Congresspersons deal in sound bites. They don’t even read the legislation they pass. They’re there, in their little DC bubble, enjoying the notoriety, the celebrity, the cameras, the self-importance, the largesse of the taxpayers. I wonder if ANY of them are deep thinkers? Look how easily one memo from a lawyer swayed the opinions of Congress concerning the “facts” about Barry’s ineligibility.
McCain’s enamored of his own story. In that way, he shares some characteristics with Barry. His behavior towards his first wife is disturbing, as well as what looks to me like ingrained sexism. Maybe he’s just a product of his generation and an upbringing in a military family.
I doubt that McCain realizes what a tool of the progressives he is. The progressives give him the attention that he craves. He’s a war hero. He likes being a hero. The conservatives already honor him, and always will, for his war service. When he pleases progressives, he gets their adulation, too. So then everybody loves McCain. He can’t lose. But We the People can.
Three managers leaving Soros Fund Management
NEW YORK — Three investment managers at Soros Fund Management LLC are leaving the hedge-fund company headed by billionaire George Soros to form their own firm.
Lief Rosenblatt, Mark Sonnino and Gabe Nechamkin are departing on an amicable basis, said Nechamkin. He said three other Soros Fund employees will join their new investment company, Satellite Asset Management. The new firm will manage about $2 billion for Soros during a “transition period.”
The group worked as a “special situations” team at Soros, focusing on distressed stocks and bonds and merger arbitrage, or buying and selling shares of merging companies. The managers were among the steadiest performers at Soros and will continue to pursue such investments at Satellite Asset Management. The departure comes as Soros’s flagship $6.75 billion Quantum Fund has suffered 3 years of sub-par performance. The fund failed to surpass the gains of the Standard & Poor’s 500 index and its own average historical return of about 30 percent a year during that time.

I have a friend whom I worked with many years ago. Her father was a retired Air Force officer (fairly high up); before he died in 2008, he told her it would be a mistake for the US to have John McCain as a Presidential candidate as there was no way to predict his behavior after the hell he endured for 5 yrs as a POW in NVietnam. Almost like he was a sleeper agent, a plant, if you will, and not to be trusted with anything important. McCain enjoys tweaking people, kind of sadistically, and then gets jealous if the attention goes to someone else. In other words, he chose Sarah, but she quickly moved out of his orbit (control) and he lashed out inappropriately during the 2008 campaign, causing the whole thing to falter. Remember when he closed the campaign during the economic crisis? He has a fair number of good old boy hangers-on in the press and his fellow senators (think “icky” Lindsay Graham) who enjoy his company and probably some carousing around, and keep him aloft in the media. I know the type — the Navy pilots who think any woman they see is fair game, even the wives of their fellow officers. Remember, McCain dumped his first wife, who loyally waited for him to be released from POW camp; she had been in a car accident and was disfigured and it wasn’t long after his return that they were divorced. There are lots of other stories and I think he was the hand-picked Soros/Democrat candidate of choice because he was ideal to put against BHO for all the reasons we have discussed on this blog.

If the Soetorobama “birth narrative” is proven TRUE, then he is ineligible because his British subjecthood, received at birth from his father, makes him not a “natural born citizen” of the United States, regardless of birth location.
If the Soetorobama “birth narrative” is proven FALSE, then he is ineligible because he has committed multiple high crimes including perjury, forgery, obstruction of justice, etc., perhaps even treason.
I.E., even if he were born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizen parents, he would be a “natural born citizen” but he would still be ineligible to hold the office because of his other crimes.

The I believe that the objection would have to be heard because the law clearly specifies that there needs to be a call for objections, and since Cheney didn’t follow the law, the certification was never legal and objections must be allowed now.
This should be in front of the Supreme Court. It’s quite possible that the Court did not hear Leo’s and Cort’s cases because the Court was allowing the Congress to to perform their Constitutional responsibility. It is the Legislative branch’s responsibility to certifiy the election of the President and Vice-President of the Executive branch. The Court may feel that they cannot step in until and unless they are asked, by the Legislative branch, to step in.
I think if at least one Representative and one Senator were to raise an objection and ask the Court to step in, then the Court should respond to that.
And this isn’t a case of “innocent until proven guilty”, it’s a case of “ineligible until proven eligible”. The burden of proof is on Obama, not on anyone else. The only reason he has gotten away with it until now is because there hasn’t been a Representative and a Senator with enough backbone and respect for the Constitution to raise an objection.

Duting the election last week when Rove and Palin were on Fox together you could tell Rove was ticked. He has it in for Palin. Rove certainly worked FOR McCain and AGAINST Huckabee in the 2008 primaries…
I remember Rove being on Fox News talking about how it was “mathematically impossible” for Huckabee to win the nomination, when that was not the truth.
Huckabee did not have to reach 1191 pledged delegates. Neither did Romney. What they DID have to do was prevent McCain from reaching 1191, and then it would have gone to a brokered convention, from which it is likely that McCain would NOT have emerged as the party’s nominee.
Rove may or may not realize that he is working for the “shadow government”. Be he most certainly is interested in what’s best for Karl Rove, and that is being paid big bucks by the “establishment” candidate.
Rove is most certainly working against Palin, O’Donnell, Miller, and the rest of the Tea Party candidates.
I may be slow and dumb but why would the GOP want BO to win? Just to get back the Congress? Politics is never what you see, its all the dirty dealings going on behind backs. No wonder no one feels like their votes count. Do they really? I mean look at California…if all Dems won then you know that the Dems voted for the Pot to pass. But it DIDN’T? Smells fishy to me.

I agree. I actually considered not voting at all this last midterm election because I, too, feel it is all rigged. Feeling like an idiot, I did vote, not that I expect that votes are counted as cast — if only for the body count. Perhaps that is why Caroline Kennedy does not vote, because she knows the system is all for show (is rigged).

I think it was decided that healthcare had to be overhauled, and that the candidate who would be most successful in that effort would be o, the “first aa president”. It was/is considered a democrat, as opposed to a republican, cause — and they knew Hillary was unsuccessful in getting it passed in the ’90’s. Now that it is passed, they can make revisions/”tweak it”.

You people really need to do some actual research for yourselves. Do any of you have any idea what the ACS is? Had any of you even heard of it before Beck started going on about it?
Well, here’s a lesson for you (even though you probably won’t listen). The ACS is just the Democratic version of the right-wing Federalist Society, except it’s LESS effectual than the Federalist Society. The Federalist Society was very successful in advancing right-wing legal theories in the Reagan and Bush I administrations, so Democratic lawyers eventually decided “hey, we need one of those too,” and founded ACS.
Basically, ACS provides a minor networking opportunity for liberal lawyers, but probably hasn’t even advanced any of their careers very far beyond where they already would have been through the usual lawyer networks (law schools, judicial clerkships, law firms, etc.) It certainly isn’t having anything comparable to the success that the Federalist Society had placing conservative ideologues in the Justice Department during the GWB administration. FYI, ACS also holds a lot of panel discussions on current legal issues. Ooo! Scary! Panel discussions!
If ACS had any actual power, it would have gotten Obama to nominate a decent number of liberal federal judges during his first 2 years, which he quite plainly FAILED to do.

Since I don’t believe that the constitution is a fluid, changing document or one that is flawed, liberal lawyers and judges are on my radar. Because the ACS is made up of Progressives/Marxists/ therefore communists or anti- Americans, these are people that should be watched.
Did I hear of them prior to Beck, yes. In fact the ACS was brought to our attention because of the natural born citizen issue. When the ACS has corrupt politicians as its members..i.e., Eric Holder, then it is indeed an organization whose members lack moral character and integrity. If it is an organization formed with George Soros, then it is a radical leftist ideology that is being touted. Kagan and Sotomayor are other fine examples of progressives ..one having Marxists connections, and the other a La Raza following. Two progressives that were put on the highest court by the usurper Obama. Were these two were members of ACS ?

A top conservative commentator in the United States has accused an American billionaire donor of helping instigate the post-election violence in Kenya. Glenn Beck, a talk-radio host known for his hostility toward President Obama, told his legions of listeners on Thursday that a leading contributor to Mr Obama’s Democratic Party had “interfered in Kenya in 2007 in the elections”.
Mr Beck further accused the donor, George Soros, of having “played a role in creating complete chaos” in Kenya.

Mr Beck pointed his audience to an article on his website that charges Mr Soros and his foundation, the Open Society Institute, with having “destabilised and overturned governments in several countries”.

Quoting “several Democratic sources,” the Huffington Post reports that billionaire George Soros may be encouraging his fellow progressives to funnel their money away from President Barack Obama — that is, unless Obama can deliver for their cause.
During a small, “private” meeting of the Democracy Alliance Tuesday afternoon, Soros reportedly told the well-funded, progressive-minded crowd that the Obama administration might not be their best investment: According to multiple sources with knowledge of his remarks, Soros told those in attendance that he is “used to fighting losing battles, but doesn’t like to lose without fighting.” “We have just lost this election, we need to draw a line,” he said, according to several Democratic sources. “And if this president can’t do what we need, it is time to start looking somewhere else.”
According to HuffPo, Soros’ political director later did not dispute the comments, but insisted that Soros remains a staunch supporter of Barack Obama. “Mr. Soros fully supports the president as the leader of the Democratic Party,” said [Michael] Vachon. “He was not suggesting that we seek another candidate for 2012. His comments were made in a private, informal conversation that was about the need for progressives to be more forceful in promoting their agenda. He was stressing the importance of being heard by elected officials.”
In addition, the council of progressive big spenders also reportedly unloaded some tough questions on White House deputy chief of staff Jim Messina Wednesday, including why the Obama administration wasn’t “more combative with Republicans.”
So who is the Democracy Alliance? The group’s leadership consists of former and current officials of the SEIU, National Education Association (NEA), Tides Foundation, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), NARAL Pro-Choice, EMILY’s List, Media Matters, the Clinton Administration, the NAACP and a number of private family foundations.
The group’s stated mission is “to build progressive infrastructure that could help counter the well-funded and sophisticated conservative apparatus in the areas of civic engagement, leadership, media, and ideas.”
