For over two years now, We the People have been asking this question, “Who is this man?” Today we are no closer to the answer than before. In fact, we become more confused by the day.
Is his name Barack Hussein Obama II, as contended in two books arguably written by him and on a specious COLB presented to a gullible lamestream media on partisan blogs and campaign websites? Or is his name Barack Obama Jr., as he was called in the infamous FactCheck blog defense of his British/Kenyan citizenship? Or is his name Barry Obama, as (it is claimed) he was known in school in Hawaii? Or is his name Barry Soetoro, as school registration forms from Indonesia seem to indicate? Or is his name Soebarkah, as his mother’s passport records seem to indicate? (A one word name, in keeping with Indonesian tradition, because he was adopted by his stepfather.) Or is his name Barry Dunham, Steve Dunham, or the latest: Barrack Houssein Obama II, as indicated on records from a U.S. MILITARY Court-Martial of patriotic American, LTC Lakin, who himself put his life and freedom on the line in a quest to learn the answer to this question: WHO IS THIS MAN?

Why would a transcript from a U.S. government court-martial refer to the president of the United States as Barrack Houssein Obama II? Has anyone before seen that spelling of his name? What does this court, this judge, know that We the People do not know? Will this man answer our question: WHO ARE YOU?
This is an open thread. Feel free to comment at will. I’d like to request, also, that anyone who can, please tell us what is represented on those gold drapes that this POTUS is so frequently photographed in front of. In addition, can anyone familiar with Muslim names, please inform us as to the possible differences in meaning between Barack versus Barrack, and Hussein versus Houssein?

In a hearing before an administrative law judge, about Obama’s eligibility to be placed on the New Jersey primary ballot, Judge Jeff S. Maslin dismissed the complaint against Barak Obama (p. 7). On the first two pages of the ruling, which seem to reprise the petitioners’ filing, Barack Obama is referred to as “the respondent” and “president”. But which is his LEGAL name? Does the judge know? Is that why the judge used Barak, while the petitioners used Barack?

I saw a short clip of Christine O’Donnell speaking at a conservative forum. She acquitted herself well, despite being less skilled/practiced at reading her prepared speech as TOTUS. I liked what she said. She’s a real person. She may be Teflon-coated; I don’t know how much of the mud they throw at her will stick. I know little about her alleged non-payment of taxes or other financial problems, but it seems to me she couldn’t possibly be worse than Geithner, who didn’t pay thousands (imagine being so rich that you OWE $37,000), or Obama, who did “blow” and smoked “weed”, or Obama, who himself, according to his wife, didn’t pay off his (imaginary?) student loans until relatively recently. Why is that a slam against O’Donnell?
Why do they criticize her for taking 20 years to get her Bachelor’s degree? We can’t all be born with a leg up, such as, being born into money like Geithner and Ayers, being socially promoted like our TOTUS because of our skin color, or having a rich alum for a parent to pull strings to get us in (any of the Kennedys and probably some the Bushes, too).
Why does O’Reilly say she never had a real job? Did he say the same about Obama? Why do they say, “Well, the problem is that she lied about her financial troubles?” Do they say that about ANY of Obama’s blatant lies about his background? For example, he was a constitutional law professor. BZZZZT. Wrong. He was a guest lecturer (aka a teaching assistant). There’s far more, but why bother. By now, we know all the lies that will never be exposed AS lies by the lamestream media. But what hypocrites pundits like O’Reilly are. One can only suppose he’s either sexist or a reverse racist. While most 16-year-olds in America may be focused on driving, dating or dishing out gossip on social networking sites, Hunter Wainscott of Frankfort, Indiana has other concerns. Over the past few months, he has raised money to install a billboard to commemorate the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
“I was seven years old on September 11, [2001], and of course, that’s a day that I will never forget,” he shares. “I mean, I can remember that day as if it were yesterday morning. Keeping that in mind, as this whole mosque issue has risen in the media, we seem to be forgetting September 11. That kind of inspired me to do something to commemorate the ninth anniversary of September 11.”
Several weeks ago, Wainscott held a fundraiser that collected more than $600 for his billboard, which stated “Never Forget. 9/11/2001” in black and white letters and displayed a picture of ground zero. The billboard was up August 16 through September 12 on Indiana 28.
“I had a lot of positive feedback. People seemed very glad that someone took the initiative to raise awareness of this day,” he reports, adding that people began telling him “that it really brought back memories of 9/11 [and] started making them think about that day again and remembering how…tragic it was. This wasn’t just like any other day in our history.”

Report: Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated the U.S. government
WASHINGTON — The Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated the U.S. government as part of the movement’s drive to promote holy war against the West, a report said.
Instead, the White House simply relayed high-level access to other Brotherhood leaders in the United States. The report cited a decision by the Defense Department to grant responsibility for military chaplains to the Islamic Society of North America, regarded as the largest Brotherhood front in the United States.
“In the absence of a serious effort to understand the true nature of shariah and the determined campaign being mounted to insinuate it into this country, together with an aggressive counter-intelligence operation aimed at defeating such influence and penetration operations, it is predictable that the next Al Amoudi will be able to do vastly more damage than did the original,” the report said.
The report said U.S. intelligence and security agencies have been prevented from properly analyzing the Brotherhood threat. Analysts could jeopardize their careers should they employ “accurate language to define the enemy threat doctrine,” the report said.

This is a heads up regarding Progressive Auto Insurance. You know who they are. They are the ones with the clever television ads featuring the perky brunette actress all dressed in white. What you might not know is that the chairman of Progressive is Peter Lewis, one of the largest funders of the left in America. He’s your typical rich spoiled kid who took over the company from his father and apparently feels “guilty” for his success and now dedicates himself to making it impossible for anyone else to become wealthy.
Between 2001 and 2003, Lewis funneled $15 million to the ACLU, the group most responsible for destroying what’s left of America ’s Judeo-Christian heritage. Indeed, Lewis is himself a ACLU member. One of the ACLU projects he earmarked his funds for was an effort to sue school districts that have drug-testing policies. In other words, this idiot wants teachers to be able to use drugs without fear of exposure. I wonder what he would think if all his own employees came to work drugged out every day.
Lewis also gave $12.5 million to MoveOn.org and American Coming Together, two key components of the socialist left. The former group is perhaps the main group used by the Obama forces to organize their activists; the latter group is a 527 political action group that essentially served as a front for the SEIU union thugs who ran ACORN. His funding for these groups was conditional on matching contributions from George Soros, the international socialist who finances much of the Obama political network.
It’s disturbing that Lewis made a fortune as a result of capitalism but now finances a progressive movement that threatens to destroy the free enterprise system. He reminds me somewhat of Armand Hammer, the former head of Occidental Petroleum, who did business with Joseph Stalin and become his good friend around the same time Stalin was executing business men all over the USSR .
What angers me further is the way this company is targeting television shows watched by conservatives such as Fox News. Peter Lewis is making a fortune off of conservative Americans so that he can destroy our country. He’s banking on no one finding out who he is. I think it’s time we expose this clown.

Mayor Richard Daley will head to China and South Korea on Friday looking for investment money he says Chicago desperately needs.
The mayor today said he hopes to convince Chinese investors to put money into infrastructure improvements in Chicago during his week-long trip.
“What we’re looking at is, I’ll be very frank, we need money in America,” Daley said. “And I don’t care where it goes, as long as we can get it. So I’m going there for the purpose of – the Chinese do have money – a working relationship with the Chinese government and business leaders to invest in the city of Chicago. I make no bones about that. I will take money around the world, and we’re going to reinvest it in the city of Chicago and put people to work and rebuild our city.”
The trip will last until Sept. 24. It’s sponsored by the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and World Business Chicago. The mayor will make stops in Shanghai, China, and in the cities of Busan and Seoul in South Korea.
In Shanghai, Daley will launch “Chicago Days” during the 2010 World Expo in that city. The event will feature Chicago blues singer Otis Clay and other local musicians, as well as chef Art Smith, co-owner of Table 52.
In South Korea, Daley will meet with mayors of the respective cities and discuss business opportunities.

Asali was born in Jerusalem, where he completed his elementary and secondary education. He received his B.S. from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 1963 and an M.D. from AUB Medical School in 1967.

He has been a member of the Chairman’s Council of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) since 1982, and served as ADC’s President from 2001-03. He served as the President of the Arab-American University Graduates (AAUG) from 1993–95, and was Chairman of the American Committee on Jerusalem (ACJ), which he co-founded, from 1995-2003.
Asali has testified before the United States Senate on the issue of Palestinian education. On February 10, 2005, he testified before a full committee hearing of the House International Relations Committee on “the way forward in the Middle East peace process”. He served as a member of the United States official delegation to the funeral of Yasser Arafat and as a member of the United States official delegation to observe the Palestinian Presidential elections in January 2005. He was also a delegate with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) to monitor the Palestinian Legislative election in January 2006.
Asali was a member of the US Presidential Delegation to the Palestine Investment Conference (PIC) in Bethlehem in 2007 and again in 2010.[2]
On February 12, 2009, he testified at a House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Subcommittee on Middle East and South Asia hearing on the aftermath of the war in Gaza.[3] At the hearing, ATFP also submitted an extensive 50-page report on the circumstances, aftermath and consequences of the war.[4]

History
The previous ConAgra Foods logo, which was used until June 2009.ConAgra was founded in 1919[1] by Frank Little and Alva Kinney, who brought together four grain mills as Nebraska Consolidated Mills. As American households purchased more and more prepared and instant foods in the 1950s and 1960s, NCM chose not to expand into the businesses that used their flour, instead turning in the opposite direction and focusing more on raw foods like poultry and expanding its livestock feed business.
In 1971, Nebraska Consolidated Mills changed its name to ConAgra, a combination of con for consolidated and agra, similarly short in English for agriculture, and also meaning from the earth in Latin. The 1970s brought the company to the brink of ruin as it lost money expanding into the fertilizer, catfish, and pet product industries and as commodity speculation wiped out ConAgra’s margins on raw foods. In 1974, C. Michael Harper (“Mike” Harper), an experienced food industry executive, took over the firm and brought it back from the brink of bankruptcy. Nonetheless, ConAgra’s business model left it at the mercy of volatile commodity prices. In response, the company set off on a two-decade-long buying spree, purchasing over one hundred prepared food brands, starting with its 1980 purchase of Banquet Foods. It moved heavily into the frozen food business and the packaged meat industry, and then picked up a selection of other brands from firms like RJR Nabisco and Beatrice Foods among others, as the leveraged buyouts of the 1980s resulted in the divestiture or breakup of many major American consumer product firms. Hi guys…I thought I might post this here for the record because it’s relevant:
I received Fukino’s 7/27/2009 press release a few hours before I found it anywhere online–but it did show up at the Honolulu Advertiser during the night. My version of the press release shows a name spelled “Barack Obama” and the word ‘(more)’ at the bottom.
However, the Honolulu Advertiser published the 7/27/2009 statement from Fukino a few hours later and it referred to “Barrack Obama.”

Oh, nothing is new AND exciting….this Lakin Ruling got me all riled up and sucked into researching this mess again.=) I do find it curious that the court recognizes a legal spelling of “Barrack Houssein.”
And, recently, I discovered that the DOH actually does have the authority to release Obama’s vital records to anyone who demonstrates they are necessary for the determination of their personal and property rights.
Since no one has been successful at demonstrating that inspecting his records are necessary for the determination of their personal and property rights, it finally occurred to me that the natural-born citizen issue and it’s lack of a SCOTUS definition, is the totally wrong strategy.
They need to be requested/inspected/discovered for the stated purpose of verifying that Obama meets the constitutional age requirement. There’s no legal dispute on what 35 years old means.

Excellent thought. Since we have discussed his age several times, and wondered exactly how old he is. Wasn’t it his website that gave him the age of 52 or something like that? But you are right, the lawsuits aren’t asking for verification of his age. Everyone assumes that his birth date is correct from the COLB that is online. The selective service card was proven bogus, so why not his birth date too.
Will be interested in what the DOH writes to you..a vexatious inquirer!

It is indeed hard to believe that so many government organizations are so inept that they can’t get any information about BO correct. It is also difficult to think that all government employees are not qualified to do the jobs they are hired to do. Well, how silly of me, the voters hired BO and he didn’t have any experience and wasn’t qualified either.
I guess the lack of accountability and responsibility in hiring decisions lies with the government’s personnel directors who are hiring unqualified clerks to do the jobs. Regarding BO, there is the DNC who didn’t vet him, and the SOS in all “57” states who also didn’t do their job. Amazing how many people are involved in making mistakes involving one man. How many other people have fallen through the cracks in so many places at the same time? It is also on the media who did not do any vetting of BO either. It certainly is a sad state of affairs. Now everyone is playing the CYA game. When one person breaks, and they will, the answers will be forthcoming.
One man who worked at the DOH stated that there was no vaulted Birth Certificate for Obama, yet nothing has happened with his revelation. With all the people jumping ship, I expect that the truth will come out sooner rather than later. There is more information debunking everything about him than there is validating him. He is a con-man period.
As it turns out, Hawaii’s own privacy laws do actually allow a U.S. citizen, like you and me, to inspect his birth records because no one else is legally charged with that responsibility. Fukino is the administrator of the vital record privacy law and can waive it if she is compelled by petition. The Fourth Amendment is both, and it requires a LEGAL oath where this matter is concerned. A 34-year old man cannot take a legal Oath to the Office of President.
The fact is, birth records are legally considered “primary source documents” for the verification of ‘Age’/’Date of Birth.’ Sure, things like his Selective Service records could provide secondary support, but they actually state that no ID was presented. It makes sense legally to pursue his vital records for this purpose.

Huh…did you know that only six states allow MEN to legally change their names after getting married? Hawaii, for random example, allows it for any person BORN (or married) in the state as long as they have a valid marriage certificate from any U.S. state or territory.

No matter the changes to a BC as in name change, adoption, etc..one thing is never, ever changed on them. The “PLACE” of birth. That always remains the same. The “PLACE” of birth can never be altered. The reason why is because the original papers are on file in the county of birth. They must always remain there as a footprint of sorts. Like a point of reference.The changes in the document begin from there. Are always still there. In the case of adoption a new BC is issued with new names etc…but the “PLACE” of birth is never changed. This point never leaves my mind. This is NEVER altered. Unless someone is breaking the LAW…Then, that becomes Forgery..Fraud…etc..
It’s going to surprise you then to learn that Hawaii does allow a person to amend their ‘place of birth.’=) (Maybe it’s because they issue certificates for foreign born people and people born in other states??)
Also, and what may apply in this case, the ‘place of birth’ may be left blank when the certificate is initially filed if there is not enough evidence supplied to support filing that information. The local registrar will still be able to file the certificate, but the state registrar won’t be able to accept/record/register the certificate. At some later point, evidence can be submitted in an application to amend, that would support filling in that data so that it may be accepted by the state. If/when it is eventually accepted, the date of the original filing will be the “effective date.”
And we all know the online COLB makes no claim to have been accepted by the state registrar.

Back to this comment. It’s pertinent. Any “name which is in the best interest of the adult!”
If I can answer for misstickly, who pops in only occasionally, I think she was pointing out that the HDOH statement at first spelled his name with two “r’s”: Barrack. At some point, they changed the spelling to what he uses now, Barack, sounds like when someone questioned their “mistake”. But was it a mistake? The Selective Service records also spelled it Barrack. So, which is his LEGAL name? Which name was he given at birth or whenever he legally “earned”, changed, or was “bequeathed” the name?
If I understand misstickly’s point, why the various spellings? In addition, at least one court spelled his middle name with an “o”: Houssein. Why do they spell his name so many ways? To throw people off track or make them do extra work because one must search on all variations?
A person must have a legal name and the spelling must be exact. Have you ever had to initial a change (correction) on a legal document that has a misspelled name? That proves that if the spelling is not corrected and initialed by the person in question, a contract, as an example, would be void. So he has to have a LEGAL spelling of his name. It appears that at least his first name is Barrack, with two r’s. Now why would it be important to hide this from the public? Government documents spell it differently than that bogus COLB. That’s why I think the HDOH backtracked so quickly.
So the question is: Was that a JOINT resolution and was it approved by the POTUS? Can a POTUS approve a resolution that has such wide-ranging effect on his own status? Seems not, to me. Conflict of interest. Wouldn’t you say?

A changeling. I’ve always thought so, but also considered the possibility that David is/was twins. After all, his name means “the elder of twins.” So who would be the other?
Is this why Mark always refers to him as “my brother” even when reporters say, “half-brother?” And why people in Kenya who saw him when he visited had to be told, “No, that’s not David. There has been so much written and conjecture on the forced out into the open Obama passport documents that I have not had much interest in exploring them in the name Soebarkah which appears on the document as one of the listed names of Barack Hussein Obama.
As an exclusive as only found here though, the name Soebarkah is a confirmation of adoption, Obama’s Muslim status and a sort of strange Islamic prophecy of the day Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in that it was not in the stars to last.
Soetoro in the name, in the prefix of SOE links the name to Javanese roots and not Indonesian alone. Why this matters is that Indonesian names reflect region, family and often religion. It is quite obvious or should have been by now in no one has noted it, that the name Soebarkah is a combination and not one word.
The name is Soe Bar Kah.
Soetoro signifies the adoptive father as Lolo Soetoro. Bar is obvious in Barack, but also links to the Islamic Aramic in bar means SON. So we have confirmation of this is the Son of Soetoro.
The Kah is interesting in Indonesian, KAH translates as WAS. In names, KAH is added as a suffix to form a question of “Who?”
So what SOE BAR KAH means is literal, and I’m genuinely surprised with even Indonesian “experts” asked to explain all of this, that none of them had any comprehension of the language of their own nation.
Soe Bar Kah means literally Who is this, but the son of Soetoro.
This name is the actual legal title of Barry Soetoro, his bona fides, that he has been legally adopted, is a Muslim and is an Indonesian from the Javan region.
Just as Johnson in Scandinavian means Son of John, and Johnsen in Dutch means the same in different dialect. What this name on a legal document filed in America as a passport for Barack jr. is his legal manifestation that he is Indonesian, not American, as he has renounced his entire ties which bind to these United States.
If this was American English, it would be I, Barack, am a foreigner, as a name means everything in explaining who the individual is. In Indonesian, this name is telling every person there, on the street or in government, that this tan kid is the adopted son of Lolo Soetoro and a certified Muslim…………he is one of the Indonesian clan.
This name Soebarkah is the legal document which would hold up in Indonesian courts as it requires no other documentation. It appearing on a US document signifies it was in use as Obama’s defining name outside these United States.
This is Barack Hussein Obama’s legal name. The meaning of it disqualifies him from the White House and exposes him as criminal fraud, as this child had it explained to him completely what this name meant in adoption, Islam and Indonesia, that he was no longer American.
This is why this kid wanted to be “president of some country” as he knew damn well even then that America was off limits due to his being British and Indonesian, but the Empire had many colonies he could be president of one day if he slummed around far enough. What is troubling in this, is Maya Soetoro knows very well what this all means and she has been covering all of this up as a co conspirator.
I find it hard to believe that this blog is the only forensics linguistics expert in all of this, but there you have for the first time someone pulling apart this tri part name in explaining what the prefix, base name and suffix mean for the total legal adopted name.

I didn’t ignore it. It was a pretty good discription about the name,but long ago the Soetoro name I found to be associatied with a spanish explorer (have none of the info anymore) and the name Soetoro,sotoro,soturo was associated with a forrest or a glen;i.e. the Woods, just like many of the names I have run across in this circle of people. The first time I ran across the name Barak(Baraka) was before I ever even had a computor, in a book by Alan Moorehead “The White Nile”. It tells the history of the many explorers and their encounters with the many tribes throughout Africa (and Nairobi), in search of the origins of the Nile. Much is centered around Victoria Falls and Lake Victoria. THe stories about David Livingston and Morton’s search for him is where I See that Sometimes Livingston was called “Baraka”.(this was around 1865-69 slavery era) In fact one of the chapters is titled “Kudos and Baraka “. Livingston seemed to understand the hardships of the African negroes better than most.”He was around 52 when he set out on his last journey and by this time had that quality which the Arabs describe as ‘baraka’. He had the power of enhancing life and making it appear better than it was before. His mere presence seems to have conferred a blessing on everyone who met him; even the Arab slavers felt it and helped him when they could”. …..(Sound like anybody we know)? This book was written and published in 1960 and a revised edition written in 1971. This authors’ list of acknowlegents and archives and historians is quite extensive, and of course I think it is exactly from these type books (information) where Obama’s name Barak came from, whether he is from Africa or not. You have got to remember who had time to “kill” hiding out in the 1960’s and 70’s, and what their extreme passion was about,besides revolution…..They were smitten with the lives of the African negroe and slavery and how that related to their causes…I expect Bernadine and William and many other of their fellow travellers have a copy of this book or one like it on their shelves at home, as well as Obama’s real Mother, whoever she really was.

The term Barak and Baraka was used more than this one instance to describe someone so it must have been commonly used . It stated that Morton Stanley was certainly no “baraka”.
Just read throught the entire 70 something pages again to make sure what Bridgette was saying about Klotzle. Whether Klotzle was actually assistant director at the time some of these letters were written, either points out one (just like the African Cultural Center being a mistated fact), that the person falsifying these documents has their facts off again, or two, Mr. Klotzle, being the initial informant and go between and knowing the facts, was the one that was still being contacted. I was merely pointing out he still, even as late as the 70’s was a part of the Unitarian Universalist service Committee with the UN. Even the Neighborhood housing thing in Va. was part of their work in 60’s.
On page 23 Imigration insector says something about getting the Kenyan girl into Suffolk but that was not acceptable(I assumed they were talking about getting her back into some housing and help from the Service Committee people.)
Ya’ll please note that I think it’s possible the person that has filled out most these papers,from passport/immigration files to birth certificates is the same person or people. Notice the written papers in the passport docs; page 29, for example or page 35, or pg.43. Notice the words Honolulu and many other names using u and c’s and l’s. Now think about the name Ukele lee. There are many many more regularities in the papers relating to writing styles.
Another phenomenon is that on pages 36 and 37….even the Foreign Student Advisor has not decided how to sign his own name. He plainly signs Ziagler one time (but his typed signature is Zaiglee. Then on the next page 37 he signs it differently (can’t remember which is which but if you look you will clearly see what I mean.
Another odity is one page on june27, 1962 the Foreign Student advisor’s name is redacted,but of course other pages not. Is that because Mr Zaiglee/Zaigler is dead so his name is O.K. to use but the other advisor (like maybe someone like Mr. Henry Kissinger) is still living. Why redact this particular advisor when other names are not.
Another time in one of the letters about Mr. Obama and the Kenyan girl, the American Consul states they don’t know her immigration status. That is scary if they can’t tell, why would they know all this other business about her when they are the authority,but not know her imm. status ?….They should know. They could easily have located her in London, England since they know all this about her and this is the American Consul’s office in London, England. Makes no sense.they could have detained her until this matter was cleared up, not after the fact.
This is more Bull to lead us into forming some opinion about a man who is dead. Don’t forget , while we are studying the little details of Crapola he is boldy Stating his father is Kenyan, knowing full well what that implies. What is he really up to? I don’t have time to look it up..but we were all looking at the name and trying to figure it out when it first came up. I believe we assumed it was his adopted name. I remember researching it too. I only remember an Indonesian person stating that his name meant he was adopted, and that it was a common name there. It made sense to the person because they only supposedly use one name. Yet in all of the transcriptions we read, they used a multitude of names for each other, and that is why we had a hard time keeping them straight (both Africans and Indonesians). It appears Lame Cherry put together information from several blogs, as they are referenced..and that is unusual.

I remember the blogger’s screen name (dropped it here a couple of times) and the original entries were made about the time barky’s face book pages said he was 52 (2009, i think). She gave a lot of details about Timmy and said that barky had many names at that time, as well.

I remember the story too..and yet I thought that it was close to the stories of that other person, Marty.
One contacted the FBI and did nothing and the other was part of a family that was protected by the CIA or something like that. The family name was one I looked up Bruce Adreani. Both talked about drug dealers too.
