President George Washington’s Birthday 2017

Supposedly.

Did you know that Washington was actually, technically, born on February 11, 1731, not February 22, 1732? How could it be that he has two dates of birth? (Something he has in common with a former president we know only too well.)

According to Wikipedia:

George Washington was the first child of Augustine Washington (1694–1743) and his second wife Mary Ball Washington (1708–1789), born on their Pope’s Creek Estate near present-day Colonial Beach in Westmoreland County, Virginia. He was born on February 11, 1731, according to the Julian calendar and Annunciation Style of enumerating years then in use in the British Empire. The Gregorian calendar was adopted within the British Empire in 1752, and it renders a birth date of February 22, 1732.

How many of you who are into genealogy ever considered which calendar was in use at the time, if any of your own ancestors were born in the British Empire before 1752?

No wonder it’s so common to run across an ancestor who didn’t seem to know his own date of birth!

In any case, February 22 is the date that We the People of the United States of America accept as George Washington’s birthday. So,

Happy Birthday to our first president,

George Washington!

      Wow. How the heck did someone like that get a job caring for CHILDREN? Especially since she’s a known activist and tweeting similar stuff for years. I wonder WHEN she was hired. Just goes to show that a pretty face can hide an awful lot of hatred.

      I know. Very sad. I wonder what happened? He hasn’t looked well for a while, although they said this was a sudden and short illness. Did you know that Brenda Buttner also died? Only 55, iirc. Breast cancer. May they both RIP and condolences to their families.

    Co-host Mika Brzezinski commented Wednesday morning that she is upset to see President Trump has moved in on the media’s turf when it comes to mind control.

      Mika accidentally told the truth. What’s ironic is that SHE claims she was taken out of context and that everybody knows what she meant. Hmmm. She and her ilk NEVER give President Trump the same courtesy (to not have words put in his mouth that he didn’t say or to not have his words taken out of context or deliberately mischaracterized), so why shouldn’t what’s good for him be good for her?

      Sister calls him “Barry”, not Barack which he was going as by then. Also, Barry was his Pakistani-days name and it seems he would have started out as Barack to his Kenyan family and remained so. Barry does not fit. Sister after the car ride did then refer to him as Barack, though.

      Auma sounds so educated. Just strikes me weird such educated people live the way they seem to be in the video.

      Refers to “his fiancee”, with no name given. I had assumed prior to this vid that he and Michelle were married on this trip.

    Never before seen video provided exclusively to Infowars shows President Barack Obama complaining about white privilege during a 1990 trip to Kenya. (go to 14:40 for comments on race).
    The footage, filmed and narrated by Obama’s sister Auma, shows the president on his first trip to Kenya as a young man in his 20s. Michelle Obama also accompanied her husband on the trip.
    Crowdfunding platform WeSearchr (https://www.wesearchr.com/) provided the video exclusively to Infowars.
    Obama says in the film: “I’m Deeply saddened by a sense that Whites are still Superior in this Country, in some sense, that if you sit at a restaurant, they’re served before a Kenyan is served. If you go through customs, a white person is going to have an easier time going through customs.”

    Obama also warns that “things could explode at any point” as a result of the resentment black Kenyans have towards white people.
    At one point in the movie Obama says he has “a lot at stake” in building “a strong black country in Kenya.”
    Elsewhere, the footage shows white and Asian tourists visiting poor Kenyan villagers, a sight that offends Obama, who refused to join them on the tour according to his sister.
    “These strangers move about our country as a matter of course, with disturbing confidence,” she states in the video, complaining that her people “are being exhibited” for the entertainment of the tourists.

    Obama’s 1990 comments are fascinating given the fact that his presidency has been tainted by some of the worst race relations in America for decades, fueled by police shootings and riots in Ferguson, Baltimore and Charlotte.

    “The film is full of insights into Barack Obama’s psychology and worldview, especially with regards to the way he sees his family in Kenya and black-white race relations,” said WeSearchr’s Chuck Johnson, adding, “How much of a black nationalist do you think Obama is? What do you think he thinks of white people?”

    Obama’s remarks in the video will provide further ammunition for his critics, who claim that the president has used the office to stoke racial division, especially given his sympathies towards ‘Black Lives Matter’, a group whose ideological inspiration is a convicted cop killer on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted Terrorists’ list.

      You know, it’s enough to make you look into BLM or other associates of the DemoncRATS to find the perpetrators of this outrage. I mean, they sure had all their ducks in a row and ready to go, didn’t they? Very curious. Very curious. I suspect this will be like that church in the South that was burned before the election. Remember that one? The one they didn’t SOLVE until long AFTER the election, but used it to fan the flames of white racism accusations? The one where a BLACK MAN set the fire? They deliberately delayed solving the crime until the election was over, so they could USE IT to the best possible political advantage. Same with this one. Dollars to doughnuts the perps in this crime will turn out to be black teens. It’s a black neighborhood, despite that the 100+ year old cemetery is there. In fact, many of the black areas in St. Louis and suburbs were ONCE thriving Jewish neighborhoods. Neighborhoods change, but the cemeteries remain behind. btw, the SAME THING happens in the Catholic cemeteries that are now in black neighborhoods. Tombstones tipped over or broken deliberately–crosses broken off, etc. NOTHING is reported about THAT, because nobody gives a rat’s patoot about black on white or black on Catholic crimes. This may or may not be “hate”, depending upon how you look at it, but one thing is for 99.999999% sure–it was NOT done by white supremacists or anti-Semites, unless you consider “normal” vandalism (a la Ferguson) to be hate crimes. There’s a reason the cops “hesitate” to call it a hate crime–because they KNOW what the neighborhood is like and they probably already know who likely did it. I’ll bet you something else–a lot more money was raised by Christians than muslims and a lot more Christians showed up to work in the cemetery. It’s just that THEY won’t get the positive press.
