    The dead one, tamerlan: Arrested for dv in 2009. 24 yr old wife 3 yr old daughter. Apparently his wife, who converted to islam when they married, moved back to her parents. Neighbor hasn’t seen him around for a year. Believed to have spent 6 months abroad last year.

    EDIT 279: 6:46PM Reports of a suspect in custody. No description, name, location, or anything else. I can not even hint at it being the primary suspect.
    EDIT 278: 6:45PM I have been sent a recording of the potential high speed chase by /u/That_Urks_Me and it seems as plausible as the other scanner audio I have found. Thank you to everyone that has sent me scanner links, I think I have one that is working for now. EDIT 277: 6:42PM Mention of a possible runner. (This was potentially of a recorded audio – apologies)

    EDIT 378: 8:49PM All residents being asked to return back to their houses to clear the street. Potential helicopter lift for the suspect. Unsure once again. Apologies for waffling. Asking to clear the street for the “victim”. Don’t know what to make out of that.

      In 2010 Russia asked for FBI cooperation in questioning older one for suspected terrorist connections. FBI said they weren’t a threat …then we gave him citizenship

        Today they’re blaming the Russians. Saying the FBI asked for more info but the Russians wouldn’t give it to them. So, they just turned around and welcomed these dudes with open arms, gave them benefits, scholarships, and one citizenship! Even after the Russians told them of potential terrorist ties. Then they allowed Tamerlan to go for six months to another country (when he’s not a citizen of the US) and then let him come right back in. No questions asked, apparently. When this bombing happened? He didn’t even come to mind, even though he lived right there, which is why it was so easy for them to just walk away and go to ground in their own places.

    The suspect is in custody and is confirmed as the 19 year old brother in the Boston Marathon Bombing. He IS ALIVE but is severely wounded. He is being treated for wounds as I write this. I want to thank everyone for the kind words, the support of the Reddit community for all of those in Boston currently, and for all of the hopes and prayers you sent out. I apologize for any mistakes I made during this reporting and typing but hopefully I was able to share the information in a fair and rapid way. Thank you to everyone that posted before me and those that have followed this for all these hours. I’m off to find me some pizza.     The commissioner just spoke saying thank you to all of the PD of Boston, thanking them for their efforts and bravery in the face of danger.

    EDIT 384: 8:56PM Everyone is clearing out and finalizing movement out. I am going to believe that the suspect is alive at the moment as they continue to refer to him “in custody” rather than “deceased”. Just my personal opinion and that means nothing. They are currently organizing the return of all weapons to the appropriate jurisdictions. I think we’re all done here. “Good job boys.”

      Wow, I hit idiot status. It took all of your postings to realize that I should have been reading them from bottom up! I kept thinking this time sequence isn’t what I have been hearing… no kidding, B. But for others that are just joining and reading all of the scanner reporting, start at the bottom of the posting. It will make so much more sense.

      . I think maybe they had already shot MIT cop then carjacked Mercedes then had to get gas ,at 7-11, the Mercedes owner escaped when they were filling up – may be why a 7-11 robbery was reported…and what led to car chase last night

      ..at least that’s what I’ve gathered from reading scanner transcription on reddit

      If nobody’s answered this yet–I heard that they carjacked that man AT the 7-11. There was no robbery of the 7-11. At least that’s the story I heard today. Amazingly, both of them told the man that they pulled off that bombing and THEN they let him go! So even if they question the kid without reading him his rights, it won’t matter what he says because they have more than enough to convict him without whatever he says now. This man’s testimony, for one thing.

      Was just about to link that one. A lot of good info. Did they really think they wouldn’t be id’d? At least not that quickly…
      During chase they threw out a pressure cooker bomb but the latches for lid opened so it wasn’t that effective. Also had some other pipe bombs not to mention suicide vests. I think they had another target planned – but then their photos released – caught them off guard, especially after pictures of 2 arab guys (one with white hat also) were leaked to media (purposeful subterfuge?)

    It’s a set up, they’re being framed but the FBI has been following my son for years (older), never talked about jihad, but 5 yrs ago got really into religious politics, , says fbi were scared of him because they think he’s a leader and goes to extreme sites and always questioning him and me about him, for years watching him controlling him,

    Read it. . . Astounding assortment of completely contradictory statements…she’s a 9/11 truther too (her son knows all about it from the Internet)

    I bet the worst parts of the week for the Usurper was to hear 17,500 people sing together America at their sporting event, and to see all of the patriotic flags flying around Boston after hearing the news about the two terrorists no longer being a threat to their community. Our country does come together during crisis, and there is a unity that no one not even a divisive con man and his regime can tear apart. God Bless America and may justice prevail. Gitmo is where the terrorist and others who want to destroy our country should reside if they aren’t prosecuted for treason and get drawn and quartered.
