1. OBAMA represents a clear and present danger to U.S. national security, to the U.S. Constitution and to our Republican form of government. OBAMA IS A FOREIGN BORN DOMESTIC ENEMY! OBAMA is working assiduously to destroy America! No document record exists showing Barack Hussein OBAMA to be a United States citizen.
2. OBAMA paid money and aided and abetted Al-Qaeda members and groups that attacked Americans on U.S. territory in Benghazi, Libya on 11 and 12 September 2012. Al-Qaeda is the jihadist terrorist organization that attacked the United States on 11 September 2001.
3. Pro-jihadist and Islamist OBAMA personally denied frantic cries for help from Americans in mortal danger throughout a 7-hour attack by approximately 150 heavily armed known jihadists. OBAMA watched four Americans die in real time. OBAMA is allowing our enemies to slaughter our servicemen piecemeal at the same time ordering our troops to disarm.
4. OBAMA lies to the American people about his TREASON with every opportunity. OBAMA is lying to the American people about the 11-12 September attack in Benghazi, Libya in a cover story intended to protect OBAMA from facing a criminal prosecution and conviction.
5. OBAMA is personally responsible for the 6 August 2011 shoot-down of an Army CH-47D Chinook helicopter in Afghanistan. 17 Navy SEALS died. 6. In commission OBAMA is engaged in purchasing and supplying guns, heavy weapons, high-powered munitions and explosives to foreign aggressors—AMERICA’S ENEMIES—around the globe. Known military criminal actors—command racketeers such as Martin Dempsey—are free in the exercise of an extra-military government intent upon the destruction of our Republican, constitutional form of governance. There are dozens of senior military commanders no more obedient to the United States Constitution than is OBAMA.
10. OBAMA is joined in his TREASON by a raft of civilian criminal assistants too numerous to name in this submission. I leave it to the Grand Jury, in the conduct of an independent, autonomous, and unfettered investigation, to assign specificity and particularity to the list of OBAMA’S co-conspiring outlaws.

Walter Fitzpatrick is a true patriot. He has been through so much in Tennessee, and yet he continues the fight.

When I read the complaint, I didn’t see anything to indicate that this is anything more than Fitzpatrick writing up charges and delivering them to the FBI and to the foreman of two federal grand juries via the Eastern Tenn. U.S. Attorney. As much as I wish someone within the judicial system or Congress would take these matters seriously, if for no other reason than to put them to rest, I don’t think Fitzpatrick’s charges will receive any more attention or carry any more weight than any of the previous citizen grand jury indictments. Getting any of these charges before a federally instituted grand jury, barring Divine Intervention or barry’s handlers deciding to throw him under bus, which isn’t likely, since they wouldn’t want him yakking, I don’t have much hope we will ever see bar-gollum indicted for anything.

I heard that a large percentage of Cuban-Americans voted for Obama. This from people who know better than anyone what a communist dictatorship can do. So now the question becomes: Does this put him beyond the reach of a subpoena by the Congressional committee looking into Benghazigate?
This sounds TOO Machiavellian. Did he really have an affair or was that the price of allowing him to resign? They made up an implausible “plausible” reason for his resignation, so this man of honor (?) didn’t have to go before Congress and LIE for Barry? He had to besmirch himself and his family in order to get out of this? I wondered why he was helping Barry out of this Benghazigate situation by the CIA statements before the election. Surely he wanted out BEFORE the election? OR did they know of the affair and use it to force those statements and now he’s had enough and is “outing” himself to save himself from Scooter Libby’s fate?
I bet the Obama administration knew ahead of time, and did use it against him. It would make sense as to why that bogus report was produced too. Will Holly his wife speak? Leave it to the media to uncover the information about the other woman. We will see her soon. Did he decide he couldn’t work for the Obama administration for another four years? He was hoping for a republican to come in? I can’t imagine having to go public with an affair – think of the military morale that is already low.
I heard on the radio news just now that Petraeus said it had nothing to do with Benghazi and nothing to do with the investigation of Benghazi and that he was looking forward to testifying. Operative word being “was”? In any case, the rule applies: Whatever they say, the OPPOSITE IS TRUE. They wouldn’t have MADE HIM SAY THIS if it weren’t true that it has EVERYTHING to do with his testimony about Benghazi.
Who’s this woman he had the affair with? Where did it happen? For how long did it go on? Let’s guess that unlike with Herman Cain’s accusers, the media will have NO INTEREST in finding the woman and outing her. If he was looking forward to testifying, then why resign NOW? Why not resign BEFORE the election? Why FRIDAY AFTERNOON “document dump” time? I would bet he expected Romney to win and when he didn’t (well, he did, but that’s another story), when Obama was selected again, then either he had to go lie for him under oath or else they were using this affair against him to persuade him to lie and he had enough. So what’s next? Is there a threat that he will lose his retirement? They “allowed” him to resign but he has to STFU about Benghazi?
WHAT WE NEED DESPERATELY ARE A FEW GOOD MEN.

Think about how corruptly ALINSKY this is: Destroy the morale of the troops by diminishing the honor of this man. Allow him to resign (because he’s going to tell the truth and they can’t have that) BUT you have to have an excuse. The woman is his biographer and she is married with two kids. Her name is Paula Broadwell. This tip was started through the FBI when they were investigating something else.

And Barry’s compromise is that unless they do what he said during the campaign–raise taxes only on the “wealthy”–he will veto any bill that extends the Bush tax cuts to ALL. It’s his way or the highway. That’s Barry’s definition of “compromise” and “working with” people. We’re to see another meeting with Republicans, like last time, when I guess he’ll once again tell everybody “I won.” He wants the House to rubber stamp the bill the Senate passed, which only extends the Bush cuts to the middle class (or Barry’s definition of the middle class). If they don’t, he’ll veto the bill that extends them for the “rich” and he will blame the Republican House for it. He stacked the audience for his speech with minions, allegedly “middle class folks” who want to tax the “rich”. That’s how he reaches out across the aisle. Not to the HALF THE COUNTRY who voted AGAINST HIM. And exit polls showed that 60% of voters want SMALLER GOVERNMENT.
IF it’s possible that vote fraud and/or election fraud allowed him to steal this election, then even IF the Republicans KNOW IT, at this point, it will be like with the birth certificate. THEY DIDN’T SPEAK OUT IN TIME and now he has them over a barrel. Un-American activities. They will likely say that whoever replaces Petraeus can testify to whatever he would have about the CIA involvement in the attack. But they need to learn what Petraeus knew and when he knew it.

How could Barry cite executive privilege over the testimony of someone who doesn’t work for him anymore?
there would unlikely be any need for any contempt of congress. Petraeus hasn’t said he wouldn’t testify if called on. We’re jumping the gun. Petreus may be getting out to avoid letting everyone sully his reputation. I don’t think most understand him very well. He’s a very intellligent WAR strategists who loved what he did, and a likely very big Ego in that department. The CIA supposedly were not all that keen working with him .
It may also be likely that what was being deployed at Benghazi isn’t finished either. Anyone care to take a stab at that. I’m not talking about this cover up, I’m talking about arms deals, spoiled arms deals. Where’d they go . It would have taken only a couple or three hours at most to destroy those buildings at Benghazi, probably less. Why seven hours, what else were they doing….what was Petraeus doing……Bengahazi keeps being called a consulate. It was not, it was a CIA headquarter for something covert.
I’ve never seen someone so quickly fess up to an affair, especially when no one knew about it. Who was aking him about an affair? This guy has hardly been home in how many years and suddenly he wants to tell us about his private life so quickly. I’m not buying it. Having an affair at this point in Benghazigate is a trivial habit of the uber elite. Yeah, it’s almost an attractive trait of traitors.

He was overseas in the war zone for ages. Less than a year as CIA director. He says that it is at his request to resign. Good question if this eliminates him having to go before the Congressional Hearing on Benghazi.

Chicago – Some In Line For City Job Fair Upset There’s No Hiring On The Spot

Thousands of people waited in line for hours Friday morning at Kennedy-King College, to attend a job fair hosted by the city of Chicago, but many of those people left upset, when they found out the job fair wasn’t quite what they were expecting.

CIA Director David Petraeus dramatically resigned today after allegedly having an affair with his biographer, it has been claimed. The alleged affair was uncovered after the FBI launched an investigation into the biographer, Paula Broadwell, for allegedly hacking into the former general’s email, NBC News and Slate reported. Broadwell, who researched the book ‘All In’ for three years, had extensive access to Petraeus in Afghanistan. Yet sources told NBC it is unlikely she will face criminal charges after the alleged hacking, stressing that Petraeus himself is under no investigation. Liz Cheney filled in for Hannity last night and played a hilariously ironic clip where Hannity had interviewed this woman months ago and asked her “how well” she “got to know the General!” This morning, TV news also reported that she was “embedded” with the General in Afghanistan for a year. It’s as likely it’s not even true. What also is very interesting is that they reported in the paper, as your story did also, that they “don’t expect any charges to be filed” against anyone in this FBI investigation. So many questions arise now:
Why no charges for her if she did break into his email and get hold of classified info? One would think this is treason! Navy SEALS punished for cooperating with a video-gamer and perhaps leaking “classified” info about equipment, but this floozy is not to be charged? Why, because they were allegedly lovers? I’m thinking about how the Russians would send gorgeous spies to get close to Americans. (Huma?) Are they not charging her because then the WHOLE story might come out? I mean, there’d be a prosecution and a defense with cross-examination. It would be public, wouldn’t it? Or shouldn’t it? Or are they not charging her so she goes along with this scam? Maybe she did hack his mail to get info for her book, but didn’t have any affair with him. But for the excuse to work, they needed a woman and she fit the bill. Go along or we WILL charge you?

That is so hokey. A physician would write to a NY paper’s Dear Abby? What is next, that he then perhaps left the newspaper column open on the breakfast table so his wife might see that he knows? So the media will turn to the affair as the “real” news and disregard Benghazi?

How could they know if the writer was anonymous?
Why was the agency monitoring Petraeus email in the first place? Does the FBI monitor all government employees – like BHO? When did they start the monitoring and why? Was it done around the time of Benghazi? Was the Obama Administration looking for something so they could blackmail Petraeus to get him to go along with their story? Did the Obama administration try to use the affair as leverage to get him to collude on the story and then issue his fake story about the video? Did he finally have a conscience attack and say he would out himself rather than continue with the charade that would come out in the investigation.
Hopefully, his wife was told before the tabloids sully his reputation. Did he go along with it at first because of not wanting to hurt his wife, then he told her so they couldn’t use it against him? I can see him at first concerned about being outed, but then “honor” made him change his mind. What is the normal MO for the Axelrod crowd to use against people – sex, divorce, or anything to destroy a person’s reputation. Petraeus was wrong, but the timing is weird. He had to be investigated prior to taking the CIA job…so either the administration already knew and was holding the information, or Petraeus didn’t tell about his affair when vetted. When I went to the website, it was showing the names of people from all states. Good question, and it would seem to me that only those from the state would be able to vote if it came to that, but that anyone can help them get the numbers they need on a petition. We as citizens should be able to vote on their request and if they want to do it, let them. Louisiana might not be able to survive without being part of the USA, but Texas sure could.
Reading the Texas information at Free, they want to close off the borders to other states. They are going so far as to make the southern states conservative states and letting the liberals have the rest of the country. That, of course, then worries some whether Texas is big enough to handle the influx of conservatives from the rest of the U.S. who want to live apart from the progressives and will move to TX.

In an totally unrelated piece, this sentence below is the reasoning in my head that the voters didn’t vote for Obama in the numbers that were shown allowing him to be re selected. Four days later and I still have not accepted the result.

Owen Honors was relieved of duty Tuesday as commander of the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise, then General Ham was relieved. There is a massive Reduction in Forces happening in the military. While civilian (union) workers are not being fired, the men and women in uniform are being basically fired.
Rumors are rampant that there was a Seven Days in May coup d’etat being planned if Obama won. I doubt it, bum Obama is removing all and any opposition to his plans there can be. Petraeus was pursuing her…and the FBI was worried that he might be blackmailed by some foreign intelligence agency or a criminal? Does this even make sense? This was male-female, and they want to make it something like espionage? If they had access to the emails – they know it was just that, an affair. Were they investigating her as well to see if she had connections to spies? Did they wire tap her phones, put surveillance on her? Thousands of emails in a year? Calculate that…365 days in a year…he wrote her 3 or 4 times a day? It would be twice or three times that many written emails if done in the last “several months.” Tell me that isn’t a fabrication. That would be beyond stalking and obsession – that would mean he needs a shrink in a big way.

What other things was the CIA investigating during that year long time frame when Petraeus was placed in that position so that they needed Petraeus out of the way? Or conversely, what are they up to now?
No sooner than I finish writing my comment above, and wondering what else was going on, I read this headline. We have known something was in the works regarding weapons being sold to Turkey to then be given to the rebels in Egypt. Think about this, would a decorated former army general really be involved in selling guns to the likes of Al Qaida? He would arm the very enemies that US soldiers were fighting and he was leading up until a year ago?

Most likely they’d also say it’s an “exaggerated” conspiracy theory that Stevens was giving arms to these Al Qaeda-associated and Muslim Brotherhood-associated “rebels” until it all went sideways. Can’t you imagine the scrambling?
Here Huma’s pal are waiting for those weapons, especially those ANTI-AIRCRAFT RPGs that Doherty and Woods were rounding up in Libya (repurchasing, the word was) in order, most likely, to send them via Turkey to the al-Qaeda extremists in Syria. But Benghazi screwed that. With everybody looking, is it possible for Hillary and Barry to run those weapons NOW? Nope. So what to do?
Make it APPEAR on the surface that the “visible” face of the Syrian opposition is NOT extremist, NOT Islamist, NOT even Muslim. Nope! The leader is (he says) a Christian. Well, that makes two: Barry and Sabra.

They’re saying he began the affair with Broadwell in August 2011, the month before he became CIA chief. It ended only a few months ago. Now their official story becomes that the FBI investigation into these harassing emails sent to another woman began “several months ago.” How many months ago would be key. Would it perhaps be, about August 2012, when Barry was learning that Romney might tap Petraeus for the VP spot? The thing is: Anything we read about how this all went down most likely will be lies, obfuscation, and spin. We’re supposed to believe that the FBI DID tell the “White House” (but not Barry) on ELECTION DAY, around 5 p.m. Barry himself didn’t learn about it until the next day. Why are they coming up with this unbelievable timeline? Election day? Why did they wait until after the polls were closing on election day? So they can say they didn’t hide it until the election was OVER? (Only hours later, though!)
I’m reading comments as they were submitted, so forgive me if I repeat what somebody else has said already, but this storyline doesn’t match the “official” tale being told in the lamestream by, of course, “anonymous” sources. This story says the investigation started “last spring”. That would not be “several months ago” by my reckoning, which is what the NY Times said. Another story said their affair ended “several months ago”. This story says it ended “at some point” after Sept. 2011, when he was sworn in as CIA director, which could be almost a year ago. This story says they asked for his resignation; the original tall tale said he went to Barry and told him about the affair and said he wanted to resign. “Still, the White House, with concurrence by the FBI and Justice Department, held off on asking for Petraeus’ resignation until after the election. His resignation occurred three days after the election, avoiding the possibility that Obama’s ill-fated appointment of Petraeus could become an issue in the election.” That also differs from the “official” story, which is that Barry (or the WH) didn’t know about the affair or any possibility of any resignation until evening on election day itself. If Kessler wrote about this in October, then where’s that story?
Well isn’t that just special. Tales of the tall tales by this white house. What else is new? Like that Senator said , makes no difference if he had an affair….the ISSUE is will he come on his own and testify or will they have to supoeno him. Congress of all people could care less about this guy’s private problems, they want some answers.

“They took the information,” said Doug Heye, Mr. Cantor’s deputy chief of staff, “and gave the standard answer: they were not able to confirm or deny any investigation, but said that all necessary steps were being taken to make sure no confidential information was at risk.” …

About two weeks ago? That would be about the time that Republicans in the House were told by a whistle blower about this affair.
I looked for a story by Kessler in October and didn’t find one that addresses the FBI involvement, but I might have missed finding it too.
I looked, too, and couldn’t find anything.
Ron Kessler on Petraeus Resignation: There Are Several Cover-ups Going On
Wheels within wheels. Who’s telling the truth? Petraeus’s allies or this guy? He’s criticizing Obama for holding off telling this story before the election, BUT he’s disputing the business about Broadwell threatening another woman. So they want us to believe that Petraeus was the stalker, the harasser, instead of Broadwell, as per the story told by the woman who asked the FBI to investigate Broadwell’s emails (not Petraeus’s).
Now this reporter is saying that the FBI stumbled across the affair when they were looking at Petraeus’s MILITARY email account and thought doing something “under the desk” meant some kind of political corruption. SO WHY WERE THEY READING PETRAEUS’S EMAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE? Is this normal practice for the FBI to read the “military” emails of the CIA chief? Petraeus was at CIA. Why would the FBI read his email, military, personal, or CIA? Did they have a warrant? It makes no sense.
It does make sense if they read Petraeus’s emails TO Broadwell by reading HER email account, which was necessary for them to read in order to investigate the complaint that the harassed woman made about Broadwell. That rings more true than for us to believe that Petraeus would send “thousands” of emails from his MILITARY account to this woman, trying to get her back, when he probably knows, as the CIA director, that that account isn’t secure. How stupid would he have to be? I see no indication the man is stupid.
Is she a good little ex-soldier, ex-intel officer, or whatever the hell she is/was? Her celeb status reminds me very much of Valerie Plame, who probably WOULD NOT like a boss like Petraeus.

Official: Woman complained of harassing e-mails from Petraeus’ biographer

The affair that brought an end to David Petraeus’ tenure as CIA director came to light during an FBI investigation into a complaint that his biographer Paula Broadwell was sending harassing e-mails to another woman close to him, a U.S. official said Saturday. During the investigation, other communications surfaced between Petraeus and Broadwell, a married mother of two, according to the official.
The official did not identify the woman who made the initial complaint and did not know the nature of her relationship with Petraeus.
The FBI interviewed Petraeus in the course of its inquiry, said the official, who stressed that the CIA director was never the target of the investigation and his communications were never compromised. The official did not know whether Broadwell was interviewed.
The official did not have an exact timeframe for the investigation and could not say if it is still ongoing.
The Obama administration first learned of the affair in a phone call from the FBI to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper at 5 p.m. on election night, [Tuesday] according to a senior U.S. intelligence official.

Petraeus met with Obama on Thursday to offer his resignation and explain the circumstances behind it, according to a senior administration official. The president accepted Petraeus’ resignation during a phone call Friday, the official said.
