 If I see a black kid in a hoodie on my side of the street, I’ll move to the other side of the street. If I see a white guy with a shaved head and tattoos (on the side he now is on), I’ll move back to the other side of the street. None of us have pure thoughts; we all live in glass houses.

If It Doesn’t Fit, You Must Acquit (Open Thread)

There was an anti-Zimmerman-verdict demonstration in Houston recently, hosted by the New Black Panthers.  One counter-demonstrator pointed out the obvious:  If George Zimmerman is a “white hispanic”, then Barack Obama is a “white black” (or, as I like to call him: A “white African-American who identifies as black.”)

If only the media would be consistent in their usage.  Is that too much to ask? Continue reading

Today’s the Day: Zimmerman Trial Winds Down

Today’s the day that a jury of six citizens will probably be tasked with deciding the fate of George Zimmerman.  Will justice be done?

Much injustice has already been done–by the media, race baiters like Al Sharpton, and politicians like Barack “If I Had a Son” Obama, the sitting president of the USA (who’s now trying to walk it back).

Who envies these six citizens?
