Spy Spin

There’s a narrative developing around the Steele Dossier, and it’s not a promising one, from the perspective of those who want and expect truth and transparency. An op-ed in today’s Wall Street Journal lays out this narrative, which has been hinted at before. So what’s the new spin?

Why Are Strzok and Page Still On The Public Payroll?

Why do Peter Strzok and Lisa Page still have jobs in our government? You ought to recognize their names, but in case not, according to Wikipedia: [emphasis added to quotes]

Strzok was the Chief of the Counterespionage Section during the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server. Strzok rose to become the Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, which is the number two position in that division, and led the FBI’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections.

Intellectual Dishonesty

There was a time when you could find an intellectually honest liberal without looking too far, but that’s becoming hard to do these days. Nowadays, most liberals are quite deliberately intellectually dishonest. However, we know of one self-proclaimed liberal who is intellectually honest: Alan Dershowitz. One can only imagine the grief he must take from his cohorts when he stands up and tells the truth about mainstream media and Democrat narratives about “Russian collusion.”

Busy Bees in the Deep State Swamp

Peter Strzok. Now there’s a name that may live in infamy, at least in the minds of some citizens of these United States. History will tell.

This week brought enlightenment to the masses of We the People. Peter Strzok–the FBI counterintelligence agent who was removed this past summer from the Robert Mueller investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election–got reassigned, demoted, fired (take your pick) because he allegedly sent anti-Trump and pro-Clinton messages to his lover, who was also working on the Mueller team, at one point. A lawyer with whom Strzok was allegedly having an extramarital affair, Strzok’s lover was also moved or reassigned when their messages came to light.

Sin Like Flynn?

The mainstream media and the left are in the throes of Trump Derangement Syndrome today, salivating because of their belief that President Trump will be … what? Indicted? Impeached? Whatever. They hope to finally be able to overturn the will of the People and remove our President from office, by any means necessary.

Judge Told He’d Better Rule Correctly

Here’s a story that probably won’t receive much publicity in the mainstream media. It’s come to this now: A judge in St. Louis was “warned” by a group of clergy members that he’d better rule that white police officer Jason Stockley is guilty of murder, or else. Or else what? As yet another activist group, which included some of the same clergy members, threatened:

It’s going to look a lot like Ferguson. It’s going to be a hundred-plus days, three hundred-plus days of direct action.

Putin Weighs in on Comey

Recently Russian President Vladimir Putin opined about the ongoing saga of former FBI Director James Comey’s mendacity: [emphasis added]

It looks weird when the chief of a security agency records his conversation with the commander-in-chief and then hands it over to media via his friend,” Putin was quoted by Russia’s Tass. “This is strange. What is the difference then between the FBI director and Mr. Snowden? He is not a head of the special services, but a human rights activist.” …

“I am not familiar in detail with the testimony given by former FBI director Comey,” Putin said during a question and answer session with citizens. “Again, he gave no evidence of this (Russian meddling).”
