Who Is Patricia Ann “Pattie” Millett?

Last week, the Republicans blocked the nomination of Patricia Millett to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia because Obama is trying to pack the court that has the most to say about his policies and the tactics used by his administration to do end runs around the law and the Constitution.

As a result, Harry Reid (who voted against Millett) is once again threatening the nuclear option, which, of course, if ever invoked will come back to bite the Democrats big time, if and when Republicans ever control the Senate again. [emphasis added to quotes]

On September 29, 2010, Dr. Eowyn described how a person’s name is placed into nomination in his article, “Hawaii Democratic Party Did Not Certify Obama’s Eligibility.”

 In the United States, to become a party’s (e.g.,   the Democratic Party) presidential candidate, one must go through the following:

Step 1:   Receive the votes of the majority of party delegates from the 50 states.

Step 2:  The delegates’ votes are tallied and certified at the party’s national convention.

Step 3:   Each state’s party must certify that the candidate is constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States of America.

Step 4:   After the parties of all 50 states produced their Certificates of   Nomination, the Chair of the National Party Convention also signs off  certifying that the nominee indeed is constitutionally eligible.

During the last four years we have not seen powerful attorneys pitted against each other.   Instead, we have been privy to the Obama attorneys backed by the presidency, paid by the taxpayers,  use every trick in their collective arsenal against those choosing to question Barack Obama’s eligibility.  Nary a hearing  before any judge has been successful in allowing attorneys to present all of the evidence against Obama’s claims of legitimacy and eligibility.

Since 2008, even before, we’ve speculated about Barack Obama’s possible connections to the Soviet Union and its communist ideology.  We know that Obama’s father, mother, and maternal grandparents were sympathetic to communism, as were many of his friends from Hawaii, Frank Marshall Davis (aka “Uncle Frank”) perhaps chief among them. 

Obama himself belonged to or associated with Communist or Marxist organizations throughout his early years in politics, although these facts were carefully kept from the American people during the 2008 campaign.

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has published a very interesting article about what Robert Bauer is up to lately. You remember Bob, don’t you? 

Former White House (WH) counsel.  He who introduced the world to the real, authentic, three-dimensional, certified, long-form Obama birth certificate.  He who’s married to the lovely and mysterious, I-have-no-backstory, Mao-loving, former WH director of communications Anita Dunn.  He who belongs to that law firm, Perkins-Coie, that also employs as a partner Barack Hussein Obama II’s personal lawyer, Judith Corley, who is the only person [outside the HDOH staff] known to have actually possibly seen whatever it was that the Hawaiian Department of Health produced in April, which later on Bauer and other WH flunkies implied was scanned and placed on the White House blog as Obama’s birth certificate.  Yeah, that guy. Bob.

Recently, World Net Daily (WND) ran an article about Barack Hussein Obama’s short-form certification of live birth (SFCOLB), copies of which the White House (WH) released to the media on April 27, 2011.  Besides giving out copies of a document alleged to have been obtained by the Obama campaign in 2007, the WH blog linked to a digital image that they said represented that same SFCOLB.

Why is Savannah Guthrie the only journalist to see the original, certified Obama birth certificate in three dimensions, up close and personal?

By now the world knows that on April 27, 2011, 8:48 am, EDT, White House (WH) press secretary, Jay Carney, held a “gaggle” to introduce the media and the public to what he implied was President Barack Hussein Obama’s

long-form birth certificate from the State of Hawaii – the original birth certificate.

In another post on this blog, that press conference was dissected and some still-unexplained curiosities were noted.

At the presser, reporters received copies of Obama’s short-form certification of live birth (SFCOLB), originally released in June, 2008, as well as a recently issued “long-form” certificate of live birth (LFCOLB).  The copies were one-sided, on white paper, and contained relicts of other documents that must have been stacked all together on the scanner or copy machine. On August 31, 2010, pResident Obama signed his latest Executive Order amending the “Manual for Courts-Martial.”

The White House website shows the Executive Order, but the changes  that were made were not published.  The cover page states they are “described in the Annex attached.”

As of yesterday, the changes were not listed on these websites: The Federal Register;  Department of Defense; Library of Congress; or the JAG database.

On September 30, 2010, these new amendments will take effect.

All Congressmen Were Sent a Notarized Letter from Lucas Daniel Smith affirming that he had a copy of  Obama’s birth certificate from Kenya.

The Post and Email held an exclusive interview with Lucas Daniel Smith where he maintains that the Birth Certificate he got in Kenya, Africa is that of Barack Hussein Obama.

Lucas gained notoriety last year when he produced the copy and tried to sell it on Ebay.  He produced a videotape of his time in Africa obtaining it.   He also was supposed to be witness in Orly Taitz’s case in California with Judge Carter presiding.   In an unexpected turn of events, Judge Carter did not take a deposition and the evidence was not heard.   Between court appearances, the judge,  who had promised a hearing based on evidence and discovery in the lawsuit changed his demeanor and tone.  He dismissed the case.  Later, it was  discovered that  Judge Carter hired a law clerk that worked in the offices of Robert Bauer, Obama’s personal attorney.  Bauer was the one responsible for answering multiple eligibility lawsuits, and is now the White House Counsel.
