Obama Mystery Theater: Stanley Ann’s Passport Renewal of 1968

We’re going to look at a few pages from Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro’s alleged passport files, which were released under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.  We have many questions about these pages, especially because requests concerning “White House equities”, ever since 2009, “need” to be routed through the White House, as revealed by a recently disclosed memo.

In 2009 the FOIA was effectively rewritten or extra-legally “amended” by former White House Counsel Greg Craig to ensure the White House has hands-on oversight.  One wonders, then, why these particular pages were released to the public and not redacted, as so many other documents have been heavily redacted out of alleged concern for the “privacy” of living people (that being Barack Obama, among others, such as his sister).

Attorney Orly Taitz has written a letter to Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court of  the United States (SCOTUS) William Sutter and to Mr. Eric Fossum, a SCOTUS employee.  Her letter is in response to a letter from Sutter, signed by Fossum, which she says incorrectly stated that Taitz never tried to file a writ of certiorari in the case  Taitz v Astrue (USCA DC 11-5304), which challenges the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama II to be president of the United States.

Today, Orly Taitz  released a  transcript of the  lawsuit,  Farrar v Obama, as well as 208 pages of cumulative evidence that were presented to  Judge Malihi in the hearing last Thursday, January 26, 2012.   Witness  affidavits and their supporting documentation are also included as evidence.   The hearing was video recorded and can be viewed.   All of this information is now on record.

In 2008, Obama signed the Nomination Papers for Arizona stating and applying his signature to a document that he was a Natural Born Citizen.   Obama having supposedly taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago, knowingly signed the form thus perjuring himself.   His own website stated he was a citizen under the 14th Amendment, an amendment that only classifies those people eligible for citizenship, it does nothing to  change the definition of a natural born citizen.   A natural born citizen needs no law to give them status.   The Left has tried to blurr the meaning of natural born citizen to give and keep Obama eligible.  Barack Hussein Obama I was a British subject from Kenya and was never a U.S. citizen,  and that fact alone eliminates his purported  son from being eligible to hold the position he now occupies illegally.

Dr. Orly Taitz is serving a subpoena issued on July 5, 2011 from the U.S. District Court in Honolulu to the Hawaii Department of Health today, August 8. According to Jerome Corsi, prominent, well-known, but unnamed lawyers from Hawaii are standing by to assist with whatever she needs.
