You’re a Regular Riot, Pocahontas!

This is the sort of thing that absolutely cannot be made up. Here’s Elizabeth Warren, aka Pocahontas, weighing in on Elon Musk’s plan to return free speech to Twitter:

Offensive Appropriation

Been thinking lately about Halloween, self-identification, and cultural appropriation. Along with Megyn Kelly, I’ve been trying to understand “cultural appropriation” and, more specifically, “identity appropriation” as “explained” to us by progressives who apparently now believe that some people (but only some) should be able to choose their age, race, sex, “gender”, and even species, forcing the rest of us to acknowledge their new reality.

The First Birther and Other Prevaricating Democrats

Just this past week, former president Barack Obama made reference, yet again, to the “wild conspiracy theory” that he doesn’t have a valid birth certificate. In fact, Obama lumped the issue of his birth certificate (credibly alleged to be forged) together with what he calls another “wild conspiracy theory” — the one “surrounding Benghazi,” as if facts about what really happened in Benghazi are not true.

Hillary is Simply Unbelievable

Hillary Clinton has made some amazingly hypocritical and clueless comments lately. Even for the typically far-from-self-aware Clinton, she’s outdone herself in exhibiting her hypocrisy and, especially, her myopia.

Which Game is Rigged?

It’s only Trump who’s not allowed to state the obvious: The game is rigged.

Elizabeth Warren and “Rich Guys Like” Herself

dnc-walls - Copy

Elizabeth Warren (aka Fauxcahontas) gave the keynote speech on the first night of the Democrat National Convention in Philadelphia. She spoke from behind the safety of a wall that you can see at the top of this post. The wall was hastily constructed after the minions got rowdy and rudely booed erstwhile DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz off the stage and out of the convention entirely, and after said minions also (threateningly?) chanted “lock her up” whenever Hillary Clinton’s name was mentioned.

A reminder: Hillary is supposed to be the DNC’s annointed one. Dare I say it?

The natives were restless, my friends.

Democrat Biographical Myth Making

Moccasins_-_Danforth_Museum_-_Framingham,_MA_-_DSC00251 - Copy

Let’s take a little break from all the craziness going on in DC over the shutdown/slimdown and the debt limit debacle.

I read this article by Dana Milbank, who wrote with regard to that silly controversy over the name of the DC football team: [emphasis added to quotes]

Are the Redskins really defending the name with an out-of-date survey that allowed anybody — even somebody with less native blood than Elizabeth Warren — to identify as a Native American?

How many of those listed have been indicted for crimes since WTPOTUS began showing their faces and advertising Judicial Watch’s list in 2009? How many have  faced any real consequences for their corrupt activities?  Unbelievably, these people, whose activities border on criminal  keep getting reelected by their constituencies and by the citizens at large.  These “criminals” should be branded as corrupt by their opponents the next time they run for office.  It should be made known they were listed by Judicial Watch as one of the top ten most corrupt politicians.  When will something stick to these seemingly teflon-coated thugs?   Why are these people above the law?

Obama’s Tessellated Pattern of Reality: More from the 1990 Harvard Law Revue

© Miri WTPOTUS July 13, 2012

I recently came across an online copy of the Harvard Law Revue, a parody published in April 1990, dating to when Barack Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review. Images of the pages are provided at the link (until scrubbed). On the back page of the publication, there’s a photo of Obama that was very briefly on the Internet, during the campaign of 2008. (It’s the photo where he has that unusually wide nose.) Continue reading
