The End? Or Next Up: Impeachment 3.0?

We’re told that the impeachment trial will end this week with an acquittal on Wednesday, after the President gives the State of the Union address Tuesday evening. But will this truly be the end? Not bloody likely.

Witnesses at the Impeachment Trial

Provided that the Democrats don’t simply cut their losses and pull the plug on this impeachment clown show, it’s likely they’ll continue their demands for “new” witnesses. They’re touting polls that supposedly show majority support among the public for witnesses, although the polls don’t indicate whose witnesses–the President’s or Democrat House Managers’ witnesses. Are we talking Hunter Biden and the so-called sham whistleblower? We’d all like to hear from them.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told Democratic caucus members in a closed-door meeting on Tuesday that the body will vote on sending the articles of impeachment against President Trump to the Senate on Wednesday.

Playing the Sex Card

We’ve become accustomed to the left playing the race card. Now we’re seeing the left play the sex card in their never-ending quest for power, obtained by any means necessary. They’re sacrificing their own (Franken, Conyers) with the hope of appeasing those demons that they worship: money, power, control. If the scheme works, they get back the reins of government so they can continue the fundamental transformation of America, to the ruin of all.

Gun “Laws” and the Constitution

Some states intend to “explore” ways to block those on terror watch lists from buying guns. Already, according to this story, the state of New Jersey blocks people on the list from purchasing guns, something which would seem to be unconstitutional. Consider the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Owning a gun is a Constitutional right, not just a privilege, like driving a car. In addition, the Constitution requires “due process”, which is not something that occurs when someone is added to terror watch lists by anonymous bureaucrats.
