Obama Mystery Theater: Adventures in Babysitting (Open Thread)

Our theme for this episode of Obama Mystery Theater is babysitting. Several strange and disturbing stories revolve around the Obama family and its babysitters.  There are also some very interesting connections.

First, we have Mary Toutonghi, the woman who claims that she babysat for the future U.S. president Barack Hussein Obama II when he was just a wee “pink” lad.  Trouble is, just months prior, Toutonghi didn’t mention that amazing connection when she spoke to an Alaskan reporter about vandals trashing her Obama-for-president yard signs.

I recently came across an online copy of the Harvard Law Revue, a parody published in April 1990, dating to when Barack Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review. Images of the pages are provided at the link (until scrubbed). On the back page of the publication, there’s a photo of Obama that was very briefly on the Internet, during the campaign of 2008. (It’s the photo where he has that unusually wide nose.)

In an article recommended by Bridgette, Ion Mihai Pacepa warns about what is happening to our country [emphasis added]:

In 2003 a dinner was held to honor former PLO “operative” and anti-Semite Rashid Khalidi.  Barack Hussein Obama II attended that event, which was videotaped.  Obama spoke at the event.

 

During the campaign of 2008, Obama’s attendance at the dinner became an issue in the campaign, not only because Rashid Khalidi was guest of honor, but also because Khalidi was good friends with unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers whose wife is unrepentant, radical, Charles-Manson-praising Bernardine Dohrn.  It was rumored that Ayers and Dohrn were also in attendance.

Obama’s Pseudo-Neo-Marxism

Since 2008, even before, we’ve speculated about Barack Obama’s possible connections to the Soviet Union and its communist ideology.  We know that Obama’s father, mother, and maternal grandparents were sympathetic to communism, as were many of his friends from Hawaii, Frank Marshall Davis (aka “Uncle Frank”) perhaps chief among them. 

Obama himself belonged to or associated with Communist or Marxist organizations throughout his early years in politics, although these facts were carefully kept from the American people during the 2008 campaign.

American Spring or American Nightmare?

Blowhard!  This would be amusing if we didn’t know that it just may be something that Barack Obama and most of his Marxist/progressive/domestic terrorist friends (Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dorhn, Van Jones, etc.) have been community organizing for, for years.  Global-warming guru Al Gore calls for an “American Spring”, such as the Middle East experienced over multiple “Arab Springs“–orchestrated, Internet-community-organized, George Soros-funded, astroturfed revolutions in the streets of their cities.  But we’re not alone.  Some have suggested recently that Israel, too, needs such a “Spring”.
