You’d have to be living in a cave not to know that President Trump has called out the activities of Obama’s “shadow government” on Twitter. The reaction of the mainstream media has been predictable and totally laughable.

One by one, they fall to the pressure of group-think and political correctness. “Artist” by artist, they refuse to participate after being honored with a request, or they rudely back out of performing at President-elect Donald J. Trump’s Inauguration celebration, bowing to pressure from the intolerant among us. The latest to wimp out is Jennifer Holliday.

Ok. So now that all the Thanksgiving leftovers have been consumed and most of us are probably hitting the gym again, it’s time to talk about Hillary Clinton. I’d like to never talk about her again, but like Michael Myers, she just keeps coming back, and back, and back.

That’s what the feeling is for today. Cautious optimism. Such an improvement over the fear of the past 8 years, with its concomitant need for hyper vigilance.
As the media try their best to shake confidence in President-elect Donald J. Trump and to undermine his future administration, we need to hold on and wait to see how things shake out, once he actually takes office.
Let not your heart be troubled.
Random thoughts about the monumental, glorious election of November 8, 2016:
Tremendous, YUGE actually, sense of relief about the results. No matter what a President Donald J. Trump does, he’s not Hillary Clinton. The “fundamental transformation of America” grinds to a halt–like a golem bashing itself mindlessly against a solid WALL of opposition.

Okay. Time to roll the dice, people. Let’s make it as simple as possible for those as yet undecided, or for those already decided upon Hillary Clinton who may yet be open to persuasion.
Vanity Fair published an article recently about “the Vatican Exorcist,” a priest by the name of Father Gabriele Amorth. The article is fascinating, the more so because it was written by William Friedkin, director of the 1973 movie The Exorcist. Having never seen an actual exorcist at work, Friedkin sought out Father Amorth to bear witness to his work.

It’s only Trump who’s not allowed to state the obvious: The game is rigged.

Okay. Now the debates are over, and it’s a mad rush to the finish line. While we stay the course, determined to make America great again by voting the only way a person who loves this country can possibly vote, let’s look at a few lasting images from the debates.
From the first debate:
My eyes were crossing, too. Sad.
