Yes, we do; indeed we do, Mr. President.
Today there is little joy in Magaville, as President Donald J. Trump signs the RINO/Democrat $1.3 trillion “omnibus” spending bill. (Yes. Trillion!)
Puzzlement, maybe, at best. A sense of betrayal. There’s that, too. What exactly is or was he thinking?
A man has shot himself to death very near to the White House. How does this happen? How did an armed person get so close to the White House, when the entire DC area is a “gun-free zone?”
Above is video of the press conference given yesterday, October 9, 2017, by Sheriff Joseph Lombardo of the Las Vegas police department. This press conference was a stunner, in that many of the facts previously given to the public have been changed (“clarified” or “updated”) over the 8+ days since the terror attack.
The most stunning change was in the timeline. The unarmed casino security guard, contrary to prior information provided by authorities, was shot before any concert goer was shot.
Some states intend to “explore” ways to block those on terror watch lists from buying guns. Already, according to this story, the state of New Jersey blocks people on the list from purchasing guns, something which would seem to be unconstitutional. Consider the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Owning a gun is a Constitutional right, not just a privilege, like driving a car. In addition, the Constitution requires “due process”, which is not something that occurs when someone is added to terror watch lists by anonymous bureaucrats.
The lack of a job did NOT cause the Islamic terror attack in CA.
Poverty did NOT cause the Islamic terror attack in CA.
Drought did NOT cause the Islamic terror attack in CA.
