A Quiz

This is a quiz as well as a presentation of an example of shameless gaslighting.

Who recently wrote the following in the Wall Street Journal? [emphasis added]

I consider Mr. Xi [ruler of China] the most dangerous enemy of open societies in the world. The Chinese people as a whole are among his victims, but domestic political opponents and religious and ethnic minorities suffer from his persecution much more. I find it particularly disturbing that so many Chinese people seem to find his social-credit surveillance system not only tolerable but attractive. It provides them social services free of charge and tells them how to stay out of trouble by not saying anything critical of Mr. Xi or his regime.

Well, for sure it wasn’t Hunter Biden who wrote that.

Nor was it written by anyone from “the right.” No neo-con, no Trumper, no conservative, no Republican.

Nor, for sure, was it written by anyone associated with our social media corporations.

While one phrase within the quote may give it away, I’m guessing that most who read it won’t guess who actually penned it.

So who had the hubris to write the above paragraph?

None other than George Soros! Is this rope a dope or what?

Are we not seeing the beginnings of a similar system of oppression and social control here in the U.S. through the demonization of and cancellation of anybody who disagrees with the “regime” of Joe Biden?

Just this week Biden’s DHS had the gall to tar as potential domestic terrorists anyone who supported President Trump; who believes the election was stolen from him; who believes he deserves reinstatement; who opposes anti-white, racist ideologies; or who disagrees with Biden’s COVID-19 policies.

DHS warned, without direct evidence, about a potential for violent attacks perpetrated by potential domestic terrorists around the 20th anniversary of 9/11/01. Just about any American, in their view, is a potential domestic terrorist (except antifa and BLM, those burners and looters of American cities).

Their categories of potential suspects probably include at least half the population of the USA!

Thought crimes in the USA now precipitate warnings from DHS, while Soros pretends concern about the “dangerous” Mr. Xi, but not the arguably equally dangerous Mr. Biden–or, I should say, the puppet master(s) behind him.

Who was among the most fervent promoters of the presidency of Joe Biden? George Soros. Why, then, doesn’t Soros see the parallels between Xi and Biden?

By the way, isn’t it ironic that the DHS put out their dangerous and equally ludicrous warning, without evidence, the very week that Biden’s policies and ineptness ensured that on the 20th anniversary of 9/11/01 our Taliban enemies will be able to take a victory lap due to the fall of Afghanistan and the Taliban’s rout of our people from that country?

Our military leaders (I’m not speaking of our troops, but their leaders) can’t control an airport or keep order on its tarmac.

They can’t prevent lethal weapons from falling into the hands of our enemies.

They can’t protect and defend allies who now face the prospect of being hunted down and executed by the Taliban for “collaborating”, when we promised them safety.

They can’t preserve the strides made towards freedom and equality for the women of Afghanistan who likely now will be thrust back into their homes, under the thumbs of their husbands or male relatives, isolated, refused education and jobs, and whipped or executed when they “step out of line” or have the temerity to dishonor their families by being raped.

But our military leaders sure can preach CRT, protect transgender “rights,” and otherwise “value diversity” and ensure “equity” among the rank and file.

How our military leaders need to get their priorities straight!

But George Soros is supposedly worried about Mr. Xi.
