Stormy’s Lawyer and Hillary’s Mouth

Several interesting items appeared in the news, recently. One national, the other local, but touching upon a national story.

The first item comes from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The story provides local interest attached to the saga of Stormy Daniels, the woman who allegedly had an “intimate relationship” with now-President Donald J. Trump over a decade ago. Daniels entered into a “hush agreement” that she wants to go back on, now offering to return the $130,000 she took to keep quiet (among other things). She’s suing to have the agreement declared void. Her lawyer was the subject of a recent lifestyles column.

Below are a few illuminating and not-very-well-known facts from the story about Stormy’s lawyer:  [Emphasis added to quotes.]

[Michael] Avenatti represents Daniels (real name: Stephanie Clifford) …

After high school, Avenatti attended St. Louis University [SLU] for his freshman year, then transferred to the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from there, he went to law school at George Washington University.

During that lone year at SLU, Avenatti made solid connections while working for the campaigns of [Democrats] St. Louis County Executive George “Buzz” Westfall and U.S. Rep. Richard Gephardt.

Local [Democrat] political operative “Joyce Aboussie gave me my first big shot when she hired me to work for Buzz and the congressman. And that’s how I met [Democrat] Rahm Emanuel, who also was involved with Gephardt,” he said.

During his undergraduate studies and law school, Avenatti worked for a political opposition research firm [The Research Group] run by Emanuel, who is now mayor of Chicago and was President Barack Obama’s first chief of staff.

After law school, his law firm’s website notes that Avenatti moved to Los Angeles and gathered a string of high-profile clients …
He also has sued Paris Hilton for defamation of character; the National Football League; and spearheaded an idea-theft lawsuit “involving the reality show ‘The Apprentice’ and its producer, Mark Burnett, as well as Donald Trump.”

Would anyone truly be surprised to learn that Stormy’s lawyer is a long-time supporter of Democrat campaigns, that he did opposition research for Rahm Emanuel, and that he tried to sue Donald Trump in the past?

Anti-Trumpers in Chicago are touting their own local connection to Stormy’s lawyer and hoping Stormy can “bring down” the president.

If Avenatti is cut from the same cloth as the guy he once worked with [Emanuel], he has the potential to do our country a great service.

I’m not saying the Stormy Daniels case means the end of the Trump presidency. But one can hope.

Russia/Trump collusion is fizzling as an issue. So is Stormy Plan B?

Next up: We find that even Democrats are beginning to gripe about Hillary Clinton running her mouth. Kamala Harris, a presidential wannabe, isn’t helping the Democrat cause much, either. If Democrats keep talking the way they’re talking, well … that’s good news for Republicans and conservatives. The 2018 ads will write themselves. (Always get tape!)

While in India, Clinton blamed married women for not being able to stand up to their husbands and vote correctly.

“We don’t do well with married, white women,” she said, because of “ongoing pressure to vote the way that your husband, your boss, your son, whoever, believes you should.”  …

“I won the places that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward. And his whole campaign, ‘Make America Great Again,’ was looking backwards,” she said. “You know, you didn’t like black people getting rights; you don’t like women, you know, getting jobs; you don’t want to, you know, see that Indian American succeeding more than you are — you know, whatever your problem is, I’m gonna solve it.”

In Hillary’s mind, married white women are nothing more than puppets of whatever men are in their lives. They don’t have minds of their own. They do only what their men tell them to do.

Hillary not only disses these women, but she also disses their husbands, who can  be nothing but bullies–controlling thugs–that made their wives vote for Trump.

Ditto for the sons. They must have bullied mom (if she’s white) into voting for Trump.

But their bosses, too? What is it about married white women that convinces Hillary that even their bosses bullied them into voting for Trump? Sheesh!

In Hillary’s fantasy world, married white women have no agency; they don’t think for themselves; they’re nothing more than victims. And (white) male Trump voters are all racists, xenophobes, and misogynists; otherwise, they’d have voted for Hillary (and bullied their wives into doing the same)?

As for the other female Democrat who’s flapping her gums:

Sen. Kamala Harris defended Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf on Friday, supporting her decision to warn people of a possible sweep by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents last month.

Schaaf was criticized this week by President Trump, who called her warning a “disgrace,” and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who ripped into her at a speech in Sacramento, where he said she had put ICE agents in danger by alerting “criminals” in advance.

“I think Mayor Schaaf is doing exactly what she believes is in the best interest of her community, and I support that 100 percent,” Harris, D-Calif., said.

They still don’t get it, which is good news for the president and his supporters.

Just keep on talking, Democrats.

You’re doing us a favor.

  1. “This may be the Worst bill I have seen in my time in Congress & the
Worst bill our leadership has ever allowed to come to the floor,” he said.

    Here’s what today’s vote funds:
✔ Biggest pay raise for our troops in 8 years
✔ Military equipment, as requested by Sec. Mattis
    ✔ Long-overdue updates to our country’s infrastructure

    — Paul Ryan (@SpeakerRyan) March 22, 2018

House Speaker Paul Ryan, meanwhile, has defended the massive spending bill, citing increased funding for the military & border security.

“That’s probably the biggest victory here, is what we’re doing for our soldiers, our sailors, our airmen, our marines and our veterans,” Ryan told Fox News. “This funds the wall, fixes the military, fights opioids, does the things that we said.”

The Guaridan noted that the new budget includes $1.6 billion for barriers along the U.S.-Mexico border that cannot be used to build President Trump’s proposed wall.

Trump alleged on Twitter that Republicans “had to waste money on Dem giveaways in order to take care of military pay increase and new equipment.” ………………….. ??????? …. ^^^^ truth OR dare???

    • Not to worry. They’re already pursuing bimbo eruptions and have moved on to the “Trump associated” Cambridge Analytica collusion with Russians in the GRU! See how that works? Trump/Russia collusion is so old hat.

    • I wonder how it would have played out had he vetoed it. Would the RINOs have overridden the veto? I would have preferred to see him call their bluff and then renegotiate. After all, he knows the “art of the deal,” doesn’t he?

  2. just where DID IT come FROM??? WTP don’t have a CLUE
    OBAMA … BARRY ? FRAUD …YEP …. SO IDENTIFY…> IT!

    Did Obama Commit “Identity Fraud?”
