Week One – Trump Administration

donald_trump_official_portrait-copyToday begins the first full week of the Trump administration.  Will the swamp finally be drained?

Will Democrat obstruction continue, or will President Trump finally get his people into his cabinet, so that the real work can begin on fundamentally restoring our Republic?

Will the mainstream media stop with their ridiculous “fact-checking” of President Trump’s every utterance?

We the People know and recognize hyperbole when we hear it. The media, whose very jobs are based upon words and their meanings, ought to know better than we, right?

We the People know what Trump means, even if the media (pretend they) do not.

Will the mainstream media continue their childish, Eddie Haskell-like behavior, or will they finally go back to being what they’re supposed to be–unbiased, objective reporters of fact instead of distortion, lies, Democrat propaganda and their own partisan opinions?

(Example: “Alternative facts” are not always “falsehoods,” no matter what Chuck Todd might claim. The media declared that White House spokesman Sean Spicer uttered “lies” when he disputed the media’s characterization of the size of Trump’s Inaugural audience, as compared to Obama’s. However, there are many “alternative facts” that any reasonable person would and should consider, such as that side-by-side comparisons of photos taken at the several events are like comparing apples to oranges, especially given that some areas in question were barricaded off by security for Trump’s inauguration but not for Obama’s. Other alternative facts: For Trump’s inauguration, many more streets were blockaded; viewers were more heavily screened by security, delaying their arrival; protesters deliberately blocked entrances, delaying people from arriving at the event in time; among many other confounding variables that stymie direct comparisons.  An online dictionary defines the adjective alternative as follows:

Logic. (of a proposition) asserting two or more choices, at least one of which is true.

The mainstream media presented their proposition; Trump’s administration presented their own propositions. Of the two or more propositions, which are true? Not necessarily the proposition put forth by Chuck Todd, as you can easily understand, given all the facts, or at least more alternative facts than were considered by the media. Let the People, and not the biased media, decide.)

Will the mainstream media continue to chase distractions and abstractions instead of reporting on what President Trump is doing for the People as directed by the People?

Whatever Congress or the media do, this much is certain: Nothing will stop President Trump’s plan to “make America great again.”

They can be with us or they can be against us, but nothing will stop the Trump Train.

These facts remain:

Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day,

President Donald J. Trump won.

All those Never-Trumpers, all those progressives, all those partisans in the mainstream media, all those (liberal, radical, or activist) women who marched and whined Saturday can be part of the solution, or they can be part of the problem.

If they choose the latter, then they will continue to be outvoted in our elections.

  1. While the US media were arguing about nothing burgers, this changed in Syria:

Moscow acts to oust Iran from Syria, bombs ISIS
    Russian Tu-22M3 bombs Deir ez-Zour
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report Jan 21, 2017, 9:34 PM (IDT)

Donald Trump in his inauguration speech pledged to wipe radical Islamist terrorism “off the face of the earth.” His words were still reverberating when Russian long-range Tu-22M3 bombers flying in from bases in Russia smashed Islamic State targets in the eastern Syrian province of Deir ez-Zour the next day. Ahead of the Syrian peace confab in Kazakhstan, co-sponsor President Putin signals President Trump that he is a strong partner in the war on ISIS and also ready to clip Iran’s wings. More>

    that was from http://www.debka.com
    OK USA media,
spin that into some anti-trump screamer,
    I know you can.

    • Always good news. I’m still wondering why they killed those 185+ terrorists (allegedly) right before the Inauguration. Were they people who KNEW a lot about what Barry was really doing in our name over there? You just know that Barry and Brennan, in their hearts, truly do NOT want to see the end of any future caliphate. Did you see that Barry secretly and quietly gave over $200 MILLION to the Palestinians just hours before Trump was Inaugurated?

Here I am asking a question again. It seems I am always picking your memory banks!

I am looking for vile song lyrics sang at Obama’s WH and any positive remarks he said about the artist and the performance.

Several memes going around fast and furious about how Obama is a gentleman compared to Trump. Video “examples” as well; all having to do with Trump disrespecting or forgetting about Melania in public, blah blah blah.

    One example this pic/meme https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FOccupyDemocrats%2Fposts%2F1399213463505037%3A0&width=500

As far as I see this is “workplace” sexual harassment, according to the politically correct viewpoint. Michelle and Barrack have NO business touching her! This is a workplace. Melania is a very capable person, not sickly and needing help, not a helpless female, not handicapped and this touching outside of handshake and customary “international” to-the-wind double-cheek kiss greeting is off limits. Melania did not stumble and need a brace or a lift. These two are being extremely condescending. They are not her friend or family and should not be acting so casual.

    • What BS. We’ve seen how much of a gentleman Obama is. And his wife. (Ha! Ha! Meant how “ladylike” she is but I guess, depending upon whether you believe Joan R. or not, maybe she ought to be gentlemanly, too.)

I’ve never seen Trump in an interview or a one-on-one situation where he was anything BUT a gentleman. He has impeccable and gracious manners. On the campaign trail and when he’s “performing,” of course, less so, but we all know that it IS a performance.

It would really gripe me to be touched by either of those two. You’re correct. It is, in a way, a form of aggression. That’s how I always take it when someone I barely know lays hands on me. Body language experts could explain.

Has Barry NEVER preceded his wife into any place? I think those two, Donald and Melania, are simply less casual in public about their relationship. I was so touched by how proudly she looked at him when he took the oath of office and also how sweet they were when dancing. Can’t remember but think he called her “honey” or “darling.” It was sweet. And the first time I’ve seen them “cozy” in public. A lot of people, especially of the Boomer generation and older, are not demonstrative in public. Trump is always holding Melania’s hand.

It’s always possible to get one photograph, out of context, and make something of it. Even if the Obama’s were escorting Melania into their home (soon to be Melania’s home) it does seem condescending for them to lay hands on her. It’s sexist, either way. It really bugs me when men I don’t know do that to me. I can walk. I can go up steps. I don’t need help. It’s rude to “help” someone in that way unless they’ve asked for help.

      • facebkwallflower

My gut, when watching this workplace sexual harassment, was it was choreographed and orchestrated. Just can’t shake that thought. And yes, I say “workplace” because it is a formal job related function paid for by the bosses (wtpotus). Of course I know the minute we fight back with they have no business touchy like this, we are taking the bait and they will show all the times Trump touched people during the campaign. It feels like a trap.

        • I wouldn’t be surprised if it were orchestrated. They are the experts at staged narratives, after all. It probably is a trap, too.

          • The whole video, for context. Watch about 1:00 in. Watch how BARRY tells/instructs Trump to go inside, shepherding him in, while Melania is talking to Michelle and looking away from the men, towards Michelle. When the women notice they’re supposed to go inside, then Barry comes over and shepherds Melania inside. It was Barry calling the tune, so maybe they did set it up that way, but I really don’t think so, from watching the video. But in no way did Trump disrespect Melania. It seemed as if the men were going inside and the women were staying behind, talking. Much ado about nothing, but this is what they do. Just as they deliberately mischaracterized his alleged impersonation of the disabled reporter when videos prove he was NOT impersonating the man, especially because the man is not and was not “spastic” and because Trump does that same imitation for people who aren’t disabled. It’s just a quirk of his.

  4. He worked through the weekend.
And is up and atem this morning.
No Day Off for this Prezzie. 😀

  5. http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/01/flashback-organizer-womens-march-linda-sarsour-rachel-maddow-muslim-children-executed-u-s-video/

Fake news and outright lies by the radical muslim organizer of the liberal, radical, jihadist “women’s” march. She claims muslim children are being EXECUTED in the USA!

  6. https://thebadger14.wordpress.com/2017/01/22/whistle/

Did you hear about this a-hole who interrupted the oath? OR about the “peaceful protesters” who attacked and ruined the clothing of two of our heroes’ widows? Disgraceful. Just more examples of REAL NEWS the FAKE NEWS MEDIA refuse to report.

  7. They LIED. Not only about Trump’s turnout but also about BARRY’S:

Only a MILLION short. Mistakes were made. 🙂

They also lied about Barry’s alleged turnout in St. Louis for a campaign event. That one was infamous. A photoshopped image.

    • They will soon learn that progressives CANNOT be trusted. It’s heartening, at least, to read that Trump and Pence were NOT pleased. It probably won’t happen again.

  8. Controversy ….^^^^^
Following President Donald Trump’s inauguration, Rich tweeted about Trump’s youngest son, 10-year old Barron, saying he “will be this country’s first home school shooter.”[6] After widespread criticism, the tweet was later deleted.[7] Soon afterward, Rich hid her entire social media presence from public view.[8] Her name did not appear on the credits for the January 21 show.[9]

The following Monday, Rich restored her social media feeds and apologized for her “insensitive” and “inexcusable” comments. NBC suspended her indefinitely.[10][11]

    Personal life
In July 2015, Rich married Devlin Murdock, a programs director for Recovery on Water, a rowing club for breast cancer survivors.[2] As of at least September 2015, she divides her time between New York City and Chicago.[2]
Rich revealed that she suffers from anxiety and panic disorder.[12]

    • Progressives only get “suspended,” probably with pay, for a little while. Then they show up again after their phony “apology” for offending anyone. Conservatives, on the other hand, are immediately fired and are prevented from ever again getting a job in that field.

  9. facebkwallflower

Well, the only thing I can come up in defense of this video is Trump was talking about a threat either over or starting and for her to be prepared. Or they apprehended a threat or something that would be a worry to her and not want to be there.

Or she was frustrated because she did not hear him because of crowd or because with all the background noise combined with thinking in different language she missed what he said.

She does look so pathetic and gotta admit, if this had been Barry and Michelle I might be saying the same crap as I am seeing with the video.

  12. YEP …DUST of them WORK-CLOTHES! A Change is a COME-n’

    • Who the hell asked that question? It’s getting ridiculous how they deliberately try to go off on tangents and TROLL the press secretary just for kicks. They’re reporting this as another “falsehood” when they say there’s no “evidence” it’s true. Well, there’s plenty of circumstantial and common sense evidence that it’s true, but besides. If there’s no evidence it’s true, there’s equally none that it’s not true. It’s a theory. Sort of like man-caused climate change, for which there’s NO EVIDENCE. Also like there’s NO EVIDENCE for evolution. It’s a theory. Trump’s theory, and mine, is that the 3 million plus votes Hillary got, mostly from CA, are ILLEGALS VOTING. Let’s do an experiment: Enforce voter ID and make sure ONLY CITIZENS vote and then we shall see if the voter registration rolls go down. They will. Guaranteed.

Can you believe the story says it’s “long been debunked?” Where’s THE EVIDENCE of that “debunking?” Just like they say the claim that Barry hasn’t presented a valid BC is “debunked” and “not true.” These people make me sick. Note how they qualify their statements: No CONCRETE evidence. No WIDESPREAD voter fraud. CNN cites NO EVIDENCE. They cite “expert” OPINIONS and biased “studies.” Opinions are not evidence. Nor are studies. Then they compare apples and oranges, saying there’s no widespread “voter impersonation.” But that doesn’t mean that ILLEGALLY REGISTERED ILLEGAL ALIENS DON’T GO AND VOTE IN THEIR OWN NAMES, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENS. Of course there aren’t many people IMPERSONATING OTHERS and voting for them. That’s just a SUBSET OF VOTER FRAUD. Non-citizens voting under their own names is an altogether different type of fraud.

This is what the lying lamestream media tricksters always do. They go off on a tangent and talk about minutia from some other topic. Impersonation fraud is not ILLEGAL ALIENS VOTING AS IF THEY’RE CITIZENS. That’s TECHNICALLY not “fraud,” it’s just simply a CRIME.

  13. …. she served her purpose …same as them ? young-ins’
no where they go she goes… so she CAN’T talk!!! ha

    • I find # 3 and #4 disturbing…

      • #3 involves them putting a freeze on information, comments, blog posts, tweets coming out of federal agencies. It’s only temporary, for a few days or a week, supposedly, until the agencies are given Trump’s policies on how they’re supposed to engage the public. I read this the other day with regard to the Dept. of the Interior, where someone tweeted an anti-Trump comment AFTER he was POTUS already. They ended up apologizing, iirc, saying it’s against Dept. of Interior policies in the first place. So it’s good, imho, that the massive (no doubt) number of progressives who work in the executive branch LEARN that there’s a new sheriff in town who’s NOT going to allow their progressive propaganda to be spewed on OUR computers and on OUR dime.

There was an interesting story on the TV news recently, about some public school employees who were spotted at one of those women’s marches carrying signs that contained disgusting words and images who now face sanctions. SUDDENLY, when the shoe is on the other foot, the progs are concerned about First Amendment rights–this after conservative public employees and even non-public employees have lost THEIR JOBS on account of their political activities or speaking or carrying signs others (falsely) consider bigoted or three-degrees-of-separation racist (e.g., carrying the Gadsden flag).

#4 may or may not be disturbing, depending upon what he means. If he means the National Guard, then that would be up to the Governor. I’d like to know what he means by it. It’s NOT as if Obama hasn’t sent the feds into MANY cities to interfere (Ferguson, Baltimore, etc.). Precedents set. Twill be fun to watch their heads explode for a change. It’s so amusing to me to hear them or read them talking about how Trump is Hitler, a tyrant wannabe, etc., after WE’VE suffered for the last 8 years under someone who HAS ALREADY DONE what they’re afraid Trump might do.

Trump Plays Media: Answers Their Call For Proof Of Vote Fraud

Published by AJStrata under 2016 Elections,Illegal Immigration,The Trump Presidency

I don’t think the Fake News Media or the Liberal Democrats are EVER going to learn not to be played by Trump.

The best example in the last 24 hours was how Team Trump made the claim – without any hard evidence – that Trump would have won the popular vote if not for illegal aliens voting, a.k.a Vote Fraud. The Fake News Media pounced on this and challenged the administration on why, if there was this much fraud, there was no investigation. See the hook being set below at around 1:24 (H/T Hot Air):
So ! Trump announces an investigation into fake voters,
    the rest is here:

    • Fake news and fake voters. It’s how they roll. Or have, up til now. Let’s hope Trump STOPS THIS FRAUD IN ITS TRACKS.

    • Dave, do you think this story has anything to do with how he trolled them and what he plans to do? There’s a guy, working with True the Vote, iirc, who says he’s going to “out” the millions of illegal aliens who he has calculated (using some algorithm) have voted in the election. He says he’s ready to name names if necessary. He’s done computer cross-referencing of voter rolls, etc. It’s entirely possible that he’s used public information from CA that identifies all these non-citizens with driver’s licenses who ARE registered and then compared it to who showed up to vote. It SHOULD BE EASY. So maybe CA is ordering their programmers to DELETE that code to stymie Trump PROVING HIS POINT. https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/01/25/california-officials-instruct-state-dmv-programmers-to-remove-undocumented-alien-flags-on-drivers-licenses/

We have confirmation from a top level IT source state officials have instructed programmers to immediately remove AB60 administrative coding. The removed code in question is an administrative function for identifying the registered DL holder as an “undocumented person” or illegal alien holder within the DMV database.

The established computer flag allows an administrator or DMV or State official to filter the massive database of California Drivers License holders and identify just those who are ‘undocumented’.

The removal of the “flag” via deletion of the program code, means the database cannot be easily filtered to show only illegals who received those Drivers licenses, and/or generate a list of those license recipients. …’

Truly outrageous! Trying in advance to stop Trump’s investigation. As CTH points out: They hired Eric Holder exactly for this.

Being a LAWYER, however, he ought to know that you cannot get away with hiding evidence when you’re anticipating a criminal investigation. This is beyond outrageous. Of course, there are and have to be ARCHIVES and computer backups of databases. So, if I were those programmers, I would at the very least save a copy of the database somewhere and NOT destroy evidence. Holder et al will NOT worry about throwing the little guys under the bus. Any programmer who has an ounce of INTEGRITY would REFUSE to comply with any instructions that are obvious attempts at destroying evidence of crimes. Trump should IMMEDIATELY PUT CA ON NOTICE THAT THEY’D BETTER PRESERVE THOSE RECORDS. Comey should do it. He heads the FBI. Programmers CANNOT get away with the Nuremberg defense–that they were only doing what they were told. It’s a crime and to participate in it IS A CRIME. If they didn’t know it’s a crime, then they wouldn’t have leaked to CTH!

True the Vote wants a forensic investigation. IF CA deliberately erases EVIDENCE that people with their driver’s licenses are illegal aliens registered to vote, then it seems to me that they’re OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE and that they’re engaged in a conspiracy to allow people to commit vote fraud. Or, even worse, that they have deliberately designed a system that, via software, ENSURES a way for people who are known to be illegal aliens to nevertheless register and vote. Let’s not forget, either, that Barry told them there’s NO CROSS-REFERENCING of voter information with La Migra. Well, there will be now!

  16. Bad lip reading. 😀

  17. Political views and alleged politicization of office
ALAN Greenspan describes himself as a “lifelong libertarian Republican”.
In March 2005, in reaction to Greenspan’s support of President Bush’s plan to partially privatize Social Security, then-Democratic Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid attacked Greenspan as “one of the biggest political hacks we have in Washington”[5] and criticized him for supporting Bush’s 2001 tax cut plan.[6] Then-Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi added that there were serious questions about the Fed’s independence as a result of Greenspan’s public statements.[100] Greenspan also received criticism from Democratic Congressman Barney Frank and others for supporting Bush’s Social Security plans favoring private accounts.[101][102][103] Greenspan had said Bush’s model has “the seeds of developing full funding by its very nature. As I’ve said before, I’ve always supported moves to full funding in the context of a private account”.[104]

Others, like Republican Senator Mitch McConnell, disagreed that Greenspan was too deferential to Bush, stating that Greenspan “has been an independent player at the Fed for a long time under both parties and made an enormous positive contribution”.[105]

Economist Paul Krugman wrote that Greenspan was a “three-card maestro” with a “lack of sincerity” who, “by repeatedly shilling for whatever the Bush administration wants, has betrayed the trust placed in the Fed chairman”.[106]

Republican Senator Jim Bunning, who opposed Greenspan’s fifth reconfirmation, charged that Greenspan should comment only on monetary policy, not fiscal policy.[107] Greenspan had used his position as Fed Chairman to comment upon fiscal policy as early as 1993, however, when he supported President Clinton’s deficit reduction plan, which included tax increases and budget cuts.[108]

In an October 2011 lecture addressing the Occupy movement,[109] Noam Chomsky characterized portions of Greenspan’s February 1997 testimony to the U.S. Senate as an example of the self-serving attitudes of the so-called 1%. In that testimony, Greenspan had stated that growing worker insecurity is a significant factor keeping inflation and inflation expectation low, thereby promoting long-term investment.
    Personal life

Greenspan has married twice. His first marriage was to a Canadian artist named Joan Mitchell in 1952;[110] the marriage ended in annulment less than a year later.[111] He dated newswoman Barbara Walters in the late 1970s.[53] In 1984, Greenspan began dating journalist …… A M !!!!

” Andrea Mitchel ” ILLEGALS VOTING …SHE NEEDS 2 PROVE that they

ALAN Greenspan at the time was 58; Mitchell is 20 years younger.
In 1997, they were married by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.[112][113]
