Musings on the Death of Loretta Fuddy

TXE Daily Pen

On Wednesday, Loretta Fuddy, director of the State of Hawaii’s Department of  Health (HDOH), was reported killed in a plane crash off the coast of Molokai, Hawaii:

The Hawaii State Health Director who authorized the release of President Obama’s birth certificate in 2011 died Wednesday when her plane went down in the Pacific near a remote island.

Loretta Fuddy was the only person aboard the aircraft to die. The others, including the pilot, were either rescued by boat or swam ashore.

The crash was attributed to catastrophic engine failure, according to the plane’s owner, who allegedly heard it from the pilot, who didn’t call for help during the long minutes between takeoff and crash landing.

Some musings/questions about this story:

1. Was “Deliana” Fuddy found by rescuers in the fuselage, as reported in many news articles, or was she found floating in the water, wearing her life vest, as told to a Catholic priest by Keith Yamamoto, deputy director of the HDOH?

2. Was communication between the plane and the tower possible, or was it not? Did the pilot radio distress or not? If not, why not? How is it that the other plane in the area was able to radio a position?

3. Fuddy’s death was announced relatively quickly.  The priest opined that she may have been dead for hours when he gave her last rites.  Was she pronounced dead and her family notified before her death was reported to the media? If so, when, where, and by whom was she pronounced dead?

4. Why are Fuddy and Yamamoto the only named passengers?  Who was the pilot?

5. How could the NTSB so quickly declare that the wreckage is unrecoverable?  Molokai is an island, which is nothing more than an undersea mountain.  Given the underwater slope of the island and the fact that the crash was allegedly just offshore, how is it that the wreckage cannot be recovered?

6. Was that plane capable of a controlled landing?  In other words, could it glide so that a skilled pilot could set it down intact?  Given that 8 of the 9 passengers survived with few injuries, it would seem so.

7. Why did Fuddy alone die?  Of what injuries?  Autopsy is pending.

8. The plane left the airport at 3:15 p.m., local time.  What time did the plane crash and when were the first reports of the crash received? How long before rescue workers got on the scene?  How far off shore was the crash site?  Some stories say a half mile; others say a mile.

After being alerted to the crash, the U.S. Coast Guard scrambled two helicopters and a Hercules plane to the site, which was about a mile from the shore. Rescue swimmers were also deployed and they winched three passengers onto the helicopters. … Joseph Ferguson [pilot of the rescue plane] … told NBC News that usually they would drop rescue gear into the water for the survivors but because the helicopters had arrived quickly so that was not required. “We acted as the on scene commander,” Ferguson, an avionics electrical technician, third class, said. “So we control all the different assets flying around there and made sure no one flew into that air space.”  Maui Fire Rescue were involved in bringing others to safety.  [See his photos here.]

Why did the first story cited in this post state that passengers were rescued by boat or swam ashore, and yet other stories say one swam ashore and three were hoisted into helicopters, with the rest being picked up by fire boats?

9. Were five survivors flown to Maui or treated on Molokai?

10. How is it that the owner believed that everyone was out fine and yet Fuddy either was or was not still in the fuselage, but in any case dead?  How many were truly on that plane?  Where is the manifest?

There are many other oddities and discrepancies in the reporting of this story, which I leave to commenters to point out.  Previous discussions about her death can be read here and here.  Video of the plane owner here.

We await further word on the cause of her death and, of course, the results of the official crash investigation.

Our condolences to the family of the deceased.  May they learn the truth about their loved one’s death.  We wish this fervently for them, as we also wish this for the families of the deceased at Benghazi–that some day they finally learn the truth about their loved ones’ deaths.

  1. New thread about Loretta Fuddy, because this story will be ongoing. I’ve linked back in the post to our prior discussions about it. If you wish to repeat your comment here, have at it. Sorry that I didn’t think to put this up before you did a lot of commenting yesterday. I was so blown away by this simply unbelievable news.

  2. “BREAKING! Investigator Mike Zullo speaks out on Fuddy death!”

“Investigator Mike Zullo related to Gallups, “Sheriff Arpaio and I first want to express our deepest condolences to Ms. Fuddy’s family, and her friends, and to the people of Hawaii. We are aware that there are numerous Internet speculations of possible foul play in this situation. It appears to us, at this time, that the plane crash was simply a tragic and unfortunate accident.”

Zullo went on to emphasize, “I can tell you this, though; our investigation into the Obama fraud case does not hinge on Ms. Fuddy. While her death certainly is a tragedy, it in no way hampers our investigation in this matter. If people truly believe that her untimely demise was somehow related to an attempt to silence her for ‘what she may or may not know,’ then there are several more people in Hawaii who should be very, very concerned. Again, I want to emphasize, Sheriff Arpaio and I do not, at this time, believe her death was connected to any nefarious circumstances.””
“It appears to us, at this time, that the plane crash was simply a tragic and unfortunate accident.””

“Again, I want to emphasize, Sheriff Arpaio and I do not, at this time, believe her death was connected to any nefarious circumstances.””
    … “at this time” …

[Mike Zullo MUST say this NOW.]

“When Coast Guard rescuers flew to a small plane crash off the Hawaiian island of Molokai, they found smoking flares from the Navy, nine people floating in yellow life vests and debris scattered across a half-mile of choppy ocean waters. But there was no sign of the single-engine plane.[So the one who swam ashore for help swam back out to float in the water and be picked up?]

Red Elk’s team of rescue swimmers and pilots maneuvered two helicopters and an HC-130 airplane about 50 feet above the water, using the flares as a guide to locate two clusters of passengers Rescue swimmer Mark Peer lowered himself toward a man about 100 yards from the plane who looked to be in his 70s. As he swam to the passenger, the man appeared calm, Peer said.

“He was happy to see us. Just kind of grabbed my arm and gave me a thumbs up,” Peer said.

But the next passenger Peer tried to save, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy, was not responsive and he couldn’t find a pulse.

It was unclear Thursday how Fuddy, 65, was killed. Molokai General Hospital Vice President Randy Lite said Fuddy’s body will remain at the hospital until an autopsy is conducted.

Schuman said he did not yet know why the engine failed because he has not been able to see the plane. The aircraft had no previous problems, he said. [Uh, it’s supposed to be at the bottom of the sea.] …”

“When Loretta Fuddy took over as director of the state Department of Health, one of the first things she did was help save the Maui County medevac helicopter from falling victim to the budget ax.

On Wednesday that same helicopter carried her body and survivors of a commuter plane crash off the Kalaupapa peninsula for further medical treatment. …”

You have to register to read the rest. WHY?

    • where are pictures of the rescue?

      • if wind and wave action were as bad as claimed, then no one would have even been in the vicinity of the plane by the time of a rescue. Bodies floating would have zoomed with the current and the dude who swam ashore , unless the wind and waves were blowing and moving onshore…it would have been hopeless unless they were only about 20 yards from shore(not likely or all would have tried to get ashore…….) and where did the dude make it to shore if you can only access the island by plane or mule? All I can say, ‘another one bites the dust”

        • You’re supposed to suspend ALL disbelief in the Obamanation, alfy. BLIND FAITH and being a good sheeple is REQUIRED.

        • I’m always the skeptic I guess. But, I do know a little something about planes crashing . Had some friends , relatives die in some and my husbands family some have flown their own jets for a good while. My old boyfriend worked on cesnas, flew many small planes , and I used to hold banners for one of my friends, so he could fly by and pick them up from the ground. He crash landed more than once, and luckily still alilve. My husbands stepfather built small planes and fllew often. He crash landed in the ocian quite a ways off shore once. He swam ashore all night till the next morning….that’s after many fish bites and jelly fish stings….his friend who stayed with the plane was rescued before him.. i used to fly to and from a ycht I worked on on a seaplane and know a littlle about those and their crashes to9. Soemthing just , so far, is amis . THe new reporters can’t be that bad, as to tell this many conflicting stories.

      • That one and back up one, I think. Here’s the other: If you click on his name, it will take you to his page. There are a few other photos from 1 day ago that MIGHT be the plane landing at “air station barber”.

“An autopsy will be conducted Thursday on Molokai.

Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly.”

But the story from today, Friday, implies the autopsy was not done yet.

    • in one of the articles Schuman or someone states that they have rarely had a crash incident, but mokulele airways had a plane emergency land on a highway not even two months ago….something about engine trouble. if i’ve got my plane crashes right (seems there have been a few since 2012 to now) the Pilot Jeff Erb said there was a loud bang….Sound Familiar/

A name of the passenger (Phil Hollstein) who allegedly swam ashore and then must have gone back out to be seen by the Coast Guard, and the name of the pilot (Clyde Kawasaki).

“One of the survivors in a plane crash off Molokai was determined to get everyone out and into their life vests, even swimming a half mile to shore to flag down help!

Phil Hollstein says he’s absolutely thankful to be alive, hailing the pilot, Clyde Kawasaki, a hero.

“I’m guessing the air speed was at least 70 and we hit the water. It’s like instant brakes,” Hollstein said.

Hollstein says it all happened so fast. His Makani Kai Air flight had just departed Kalaupapa, bound for Honolulu when they heard it.

“Not sure how high. Maybe 300 to 500 feet. It wasn’t too long after and we were climbing and then there was a bang. Not too loud, not too quiet, but there was a bang. Then everything quit,” Hollstein said.

He says the pilot had only moments to react.

“He did everything by the numbers. He was handling the airplane and just the fact that we got it in there as clean as we did,” Hollstein said.

The plane landed right side up. Everyone had their seat belts on and remained calm. Then it was a race against the clock to get everyone out.

Hollstein last remembers seeing Health Director Loretta Fuddy with a life vest on. Then he took off swimming for shore.

He got cut up on the rocks, but made it, and flagged down a passing driver for help.

The pilot’s son told KHON2 that his dad even gave his own life vest away to one of the passengers to make sure they would be safe.

Friends say Kawasaki suffered broken ribs and a concussion.

His son is expecting him to be released from the hospital soon. …”

    • Surely they’ll say she had a heart attack. Kawasaki will probably have memory loss from his concussion. Nothing to see here, folks, MOVE ON.

Hawaii Survivor: Plane Lost Power, Then Glided
A 70-year-old man who swam to shore after a small plane crashed off the Hawaiian island of Molokai says the plane lost power after a muffled bang, then glided into the ocean on its belly without anyone showing signs of major injury when it hit the water.

    C. Phillip Hollstein said Friday that something sounded like it broke soon after the plane took off Wednesday afternoon.

Hollstein says the pilot did a great job maneuvering a water landing. He says the nine people aboard calmly put on life jackets and bobbed in the water.

Hollstein says he took off swimming when he believed everyone else was OK.

He says State Health Director Loretta Fuddy did not seem distressed or hurt during the crash and water evacuation. She later died.

    • It’s not clear what details they had at 4:36 though, since they updated later (without indicating which details are updated…i hate that)

      • It’s poor journalism to not indicate the changes they made. I read the comments and it seems that perhaps the story originally talked just in general about a small plane craft and a “high ranking official” who was on board. Later that one person died and then in the evening there was finally a comment naming Fuddy.

  8. Miri, or anybody else who may care. Sorry not about Fuddy though. I was searching something else when I noticed the Iconic DABIGRAGU in a header… was one of our posts of course (remember DABIGRAGU). Well, I checked back on what we were posting about….which was me saying there was a photo of Mark N. surfing with a cap on. Then you, Miri found the photo for me….Well, I decided to save it and when I did, something was revealed to me…………THe photo is headlined with the words “surfsamba” well, guess what and where that is. THe phillipines. ANd samba surf resort looks about right, where you would get yourself a few surf lessons and even a surf photo for yourself. WHat was Mark doing in th phillipines…..unless maybe he has some familial ties there??????
I am just posting these images to get a flavor of what and where I am talking about….San Juan la nacion Phillipines……..notice the surfer laying on a board with his thumb up. Now think back…I kept thinking about Mark and his so many photos and his thub gestures (often). When I get a chance I may investigate a bit more, but I often used to think of him as CHinese /filipino. Wo knows, but the Mandarin language would come easy for him if it can be tied in somehow.

    • Interesting. And you insight into small planes and water is interesting, too.

    • Yep, I remember da big ragu

great info…. i have never doubted that Mark is Asian and that’s why he is not the child in the little brother photo called “Mark”. I will never believe it is he. He’s triracial. I think jugears is as well.

      • Think you’re as close to right as can be Pap….some Asian in there somehow. I thought one time Puerto rican /(Mark)chinese. I’ve seen a few…..but philipino/chinese suits too. THe thing is too, that somewhere Mark mentions his surfing like he has been surfing awhile…..but it is so obvious in that photo that this might be his first or second time standing up in a wave(a little one at that)on a surf board. I showed it to my husband tonight….first thing he said was”that guys a kook” I didn’t tell him who itwas. he said what the heck is that thing on his head. nobody wears a cap like that. Maybe he’s trying to avoid a sunburned head, but nobody let him borrow this thing;it’s something he would have had himself. Mark claims that he avoided cameras and media attention yet he’s doing something in the spotlight every minute claiming his phlantropic enterprises;using children of course as all thesetwirpy socialists do.

  9. Lots of questions Miri. 😦

For what it’s worth, Fuddy’s statement in April 2011 about Barry’s LFCOLB. I’m thinking that the reason the obots call it “THE original” is that what Fuddy “waived” in order to produce it were the requirements that ANY amendments made to ANY original records are to be noted upon ANY subsequent certified copies. She says this copy given to Corley is authentic BUT she says nothing about what those original records she saw consist of. I think there were some kinds of records “written down” in the archives, as Abercommie alleged, but that, like the HDOH clerk Adams said, they weren’t a birth certificate. Abercommie and Adams both said there was NO birth certificate. So whatever was there, maybe a formerly unaccepted affidavit or a very recent affidavit by Barry himself, Fuddy waived SOME rules/laws and then they CREATED for the first time a birth certificate for Barry. An “original”. THE “original”. That they made it look AS IF it dates to 1961, when it doesn’t, could be part of butterdezillion’s theory that Fuddy et al used imaginary “threats” to Barry from “birthers” as an excuse to create a record for him. Apparently there’s provision in Hawaiian law to allow it but that would seem to apply only to someone, for example, in witness protection. But we know how they bend rules and laws to “find” what they want to find in them, so …

What’d I say? They want to treat gun violence as a public safety issue, throwing it under executive branch purview AND they want US to give them money to “study” it (like they study climate change) so they can then come up with rigged statistics that “prove” what they want to prove whilst enriching their cronies who do the research. Sweet!

  12. It’s Friday, time for a document dump or some other outrage. What will it be this afternoon, on a Friday the 13th?

    • From your link, Rosemary,

A criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Wichita charges Loewen with one count of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction, one count of attempting to damage property by means of an explosive and one count of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization. He was scheduled to be arraigned at 3 p.m. local time.

Back in the day this coulda been Dorhn and Ayres.

      Merry Christmas Rosemary Woodhouse.
We always knew we were peeking in on a coven.

      For you ~

      • Rosemary Woodhouse

❤ Pap. Thanks. I don't know "'bout no coven", but I will admit to being a kid from one to 92. Lots of love to you and yours, Pap. I was going to post the end…or in today's parlance " the reveal" of RB, but why ruin such a lovely song? SIGH. All we have left are our memories of how nice and civil a nation THEY WANTED US TO SEE. (Yes, I am weary and cynical). Okay, strike that. I despise being cynical….all we have left are our memories of how nice and civil a nation we used to be. (double sigh)

        • yes, we are weary.

and yes, Rosemary, a coven. They are all in it together. We knew that a long time ago. I envisioned Rosemary peeking through the closet crevices when she saw them with the demon. I remember that you and I were weary way back then when it clicked. They are all in it together. There was a great article posted today here and I’m going to grab it and come back.

            December 13, 2013

            Lawrence Sellin:

“A Government Separated from the People Cannot Stand”

“The United States is now controlled by a Democratic and Republican ruling class that transcends government and sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf. The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, only reluctantly, any civil right to do so.

Power rests, not with the citizens, but with a relatively small group of politicians and financiers, who enhance their personal wealth and privilege by looting the country through a self-serving legislative process. They maintain their authority by adjusting the levers of government and using the establishment media to manipulate public perception and opinion.

Barack Obama, a coffeehouse communist, leads a dishonest and lawless cabal of far-left ideologues, whose goal is to promote socialist policies that can only be implemented at the expense of personal liberty.

Republican leaders neither contest that view nor oppose their Democrat counterparts because they do not want to challenge the ruling class, they want to join it. The GOP leadership has gradually solidified its choice to no longer represent what had been its constituency, but to adopt the identity of junior partners in the ruling class.

The erosion of the Constitution and the theft of our Constitutional rights have been occurring incrementally and quietly over a long period of time. With the election of Barack Obama in 2008, those efforts have accelerated.

The Obama nightmare could be ended at any time simply by telling the truth.

To do so, however, would expose the rampant corruption of our political and media elite, reveal their complicity in Obama’s violations of Constitution, uncover their willful ignorance of his alleged felonies and confirm their participation in the greatest election fraud and Constitutional crisis in American history.

Both the Democrat and Republican parties know that exposing Obama would reveal their dereliction of duty, their complicity in undermining the Constitution, and their continuous flouting of the rule of law. They know that the truth would topple the corrupt status quo and terminate their exclusive grip on political power, allowing the American people to regain control of their government. The political and media elite will do anything to prevent that.”

Hillary’s “I ain’t in no ways tired:” speech popped into my head,

Heck, looking back on it, one has to wonder if the destruction she would have wrought would have been slower and therefore less obvious.

And it’s quite the realization that the only person on the ticket in ’08 who would have made a good president and who loves this nation is Sarah Palin!

And that, my dear, is your Friday distraction. White guy turned onto radicalized Islam on the net. Surprised they didn’t cast him in the role of “right wing wing nut”

How ironic that would have been, if a mentally ill, fraud, had killed our pathologically, narcissistic fraud occupying the Office of the President!

O’Rielly is “SO”….. concerned about how the fraud interpreter could
get so close to Obama, ……………………………………………………………
while he ignores ….. the Fraud that placed Obama

“CCP Lead Investigator: New Information Iron Clad And Can Never Be Refuted”

“Maricopa County Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo appeared on Carl Gallups radio show and gave an up on the Obama forgery investigation. Zullo says the new information is iron clad and can never be refuted.

Zullo also denounced Doug Vogt’s assertions regarding the purported Obama birth certificate forger reported here.”

Thanks, GORDO, for keeping us apprised!

  17. Keith Yamamoto appointed deputy health director april 11, 2011. long form “birth certificate” released by wh april 27, 2011.

yamamoto held Fuddy’s hand in water:
“Fuddy, who gained notoriety in 2011 for her role in making President Barack Obama’s birth certificate public, held hands with deputy director Keith Yamamoto as he tried to help her relax, said the Rev. Patrick Killilea, who consoled Yamamoto after the ordeal.

“He recounted how he said he helped Loretta into her life jacket and he held her hand for some time,” the priest said. “They were all floating together and she let go and there was no response from her.”

The people in the water when rescuers arrived seemed calm while floating on their backs, Coast Guard rescuers said.”

  18. From CW

KITV News report. Witnesses and Testimony

      • Sorry , I’m on a different topic. Maybe you can move this afterwards to a better place. Do any of you have access to the e-yearbooks. If so, WE need this page of the san antonio yearbook saved and blown UP! I musn’t say who or why,but you will know. If anyone can do anything about it, Great! I used to be able to get in and browse, but now I got to pay. ANy help appreciated and I think it will be of good cause to you all. You’ll see.

Go here to this page 107

      • Here’s one contradiction. A 70-year-old man said HE’S the one who swam to shore:

“The Rev. Pat Killilea, pastor of St. Francis Church at Kalaupapa, said he didn’t see the plane hit the water, but watched rescue operations from Kalaupapa’s airport where the survivors were taken.

Killilea said the pilot swam to shore to get help for the passengers floating offshore.”

There are some more passenger names for us:

“Killilea said he spoke with crash survivors including Deputy Health Director Keith Yamamoto; Rosa Key, a National Park Service administrator at Kalaupapa; and Key’s husband, Jake.”

        More discrepancies:

“The Coast Guard said it received the distress call at 3:27 p.m. [WHAT distress call?]

Rescue swimmers from two Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopters were deployed, pulling three passengers from the water. Maui Fire Rescue retrieved the other passengers.

Three people were transported by Dolphin helicopter crews to Honolulu for emergency medical services. One was flown directly to an Oahu hospital. Two of them — a 74-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man — were transported by Emergency Medical Services ambulances from Makani Kai’s Honolulu Airport headquarters to Queen’s Medical Center in stable condition. Two people, Yamamoto and the pilot, were taken by another Makani Kai plane to Honolulu. The pilot drove himself to Queens to be examined. Yamamoto was driven home.

Three other passengers remained on Molokai and were treated and released, authorities said.”

    • Now this reporter says people said it was only a minute or two after takeoff that the bang was heard. That contradicts other reports.

They talk to a resident who knew her and, the reporter says, helped recover her body.

The reporter says it was a passenger who swam to shore for help, not the pilot. Two tourists, a park ranger and her husband, a contractor, and a carpenter were on the plane with Fuddy, Yamamoto, and the pilot.

      • And intresting comment from oldsailor81 | December 13, 2013 at 5:46 pm |at Citizen Wells:
“BTW if there was time to get everybody into life jackets there was MORE than adequate time for the pilot (Mr. Kawasaki) to inform the Coast guard that he was deadsticking the aircraft into the drink. If he was close enough to shore to allow a passenger to swim ashore then he could have ditched the aircraft in such a way that it would have slid up on the beach like a boat it apparently had fixed landing gear (NON RETRACTIBLE) which would have helped to keep the airplane from nosing over when the wheels hit the shoreline because the aircraft would have been NEARLY STOPPED at that point . When you ditch the first contact with water takes a hell of a lot of airspeed away from the airplane and after the first contact an airplane rarely goes much further. During the Korean war we watched a lot of AD! Skyraiders ditch. and after the first bounce they came to a stop on the second contact. That is when we were going full speed toward the airplane to assist the pilot in getting out. A few were not so lucky because ADs sink very quickly after ditching… particulary since they were nose heavy with a R-19 radial engine. about 1800 itself.”

That’s what I’m talking about. People who KNOW know.

“After a 70-year-old Hawaii man survived a flight that crash-landed in Hawaii waters, he swam about a half-mile in 6-foot waves to Molokai’s rugged shoreline, thinking the eight others aboard the small commercial plane were fine bobbing in their life vests, awaiting rescue.

          C. Phillip Hollstein Jr. said Friday he was surprised to learn later that one of the travelers was killed, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy. The others on board suffered only minor injuries.

When the lone engine of the small plane failed, the nine people on board stayed calm as the aircraft glided toward the ocean and made a remarkably smooth belly landing, Hollstein recounted.

He said the pilot, Clyde Kawasaki, expertly maneuvered the plane after the engine failed, avoiding what could have been a catastrophic impact on the water. …

Hollstein swam for shore when he saw that everyone was out of the plane, guessing it took 90 minutes. …

Hollstein said Fuddy was doing fine during the landing and getting out of the airplane. …

Results from the autopsy on Fuddy have not been completed, but her cause of death will be made public when the report is finished, Maui County spokesman Rod Antone said.

Kawasaki, a 60-year-old veteran pilot, and the other passengers were pulled from the water by rescuers. …

John Frank, executive director of the Cessna Pilots Association, said the Grand Caravan has a reliable engine.

“It’s very unusual to have an inflight failure of this engine — almost unheard of, actually, unless there’s some contributing factor like fuel not being available to the engine or something,” Frank said. …”

OR SOMETHING, which they’ll never learn about because for some reason they’re not even going to TRY to raise that plane. I wonder … if someone tries to raise it for salvage, will the DHS be there to stop them?

          There are photos there, too.

    • Not much more than what I already have….thanks for trying though. I got a screen shot and then blew it up but it’s real fuzzy. Oh well….i was hoping you guys could spot the resemblances to you-know-who.

It seems inconceivable that government is entrusted with something as ethereal and personal as one’s health. Yet, it is central to the well-being of a society.”

News to We the People. News to the Founders. Totally false, but these progressives write AS IF what they believe is a GIVEN that everyone should know. It’s only (un)common sense, isn’t it?

      Here’s another gem:

“You can’t prove that you exist without paperwork from DOH.”

This one is kind of eerie, all things considered:

“Or, as Mae West put it, “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.””

“Ms. Fuddy’s appointment occurred during the groundswell of demands for Obama to produce his long form birth certificate, a document that supposedly resided in the interim chambers of the Hawaii Department of Health. As calls for the release of Obama’s records increased, Ms. Fuddy reportedly changed the policy of her department. At some point between mid March through the first week of April, she quietly instituted a policy that would deny requestors the ability to obtain certified copies of their birth certificate, and changed the internal request forms as well. This change served Obama well, as his assistants cited this “longstanding” policy as the reason for being unable to produce the requested documentation. By stealth, Ms. Fuddy was now the sole guardian of birth records.”

A good reminder of some of what Fuddy wrought. Of course, I doubt that the policy changes were really HERS.

  21. Twist’s in O’s Birth Prob….. more old news….. BUTT’…. O well

    • Well, it’s new that Fuddy makes no diff one way or t’other. There’s this:

“… Zullo affirmed the investigation had been expanded to the county sheriff’s office and was “moving in a direction that was not anticipated by us.”

“The whole [issue] is more nefarious than you can imagine,” Zullo said, crediting Arpaio for ordering the investigation and sticking with it.

He knows in his gut that something is wrong,” Zullo said. …”

Yeah. Our guts told us 5 years ago. Better late than never.

~~ Obama isn’t incompetent, just stupid. He was packaged by rich leftists, taught what worked for Clinton & marketed to the American public. It’s part
& parcel of politics that candidates pander & play on an emotional basis, not intellectual. The American public has been trained to think emotionally, not critically. Most Americans don’t know when WW II was or who was the second POTUS or how a bill becomes law. Those are Obama’s base & they are legion.

We are told NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics.
BUT on the other hand, we are also encouraged TO judge ALL Gun Owners by the actions of a few lunatics.”
How is that supposed to work…..??????

  24. btw, that link I gave elsewhere is Doug Hagmann’s analysis of discrepancies. We can compare and see how well I did versus someone more “expert” than I:

One piece of news I gleaned is that the pilot who was circling the crash site said early on that only 8 people were in the water, which corresponds with statements from AUTHORITIES on the scene who also said Fuddy NEVER GOT OUT of the plane. Which leads to the obvious question: was she even on it? As I said before, was she wearing scuba gear?

“Community Confusion – Two Peoria Middle Schoolers Join Growing Ranks Of Non-Mythical Knock Out Attackers…”
“Peoria Local Media are shocked, shocked I tell ya, shocked. The mythical knock out assaults, they are programmed to deny exist, all of a sudden show up on their doorsteps. The video -available at the link- tells it all. The answer to the obvious is “YES”.”
“Illinois – […] Daniel Wilson says he was walking home last night from the bus stop on Harrison. When he got to Folkers Avenue across from Trewyn middle school, he was blind sided by two attackers.

Luckily for Wilson, a nearby youth program officer, an ELITE officer, Bill Cannon, was able to identify the attackers.

The victim says he’s shocked at who they were.

“I never thought in a million years that grade school students would try to knock me out,” said Wilson.”

How Barry is just openly “legitimizing” what the IRS did to the Tea Party. How he’s now using “guidance” to persecute Tea Party groups and ONLY Tea Party groups.

“President Obama keeps claiming that he had no knowledge of the Internal Revenue Service’s abusive muzzling of conservative groups. That line is hard to swallow given that his Treasury and IRS are back at it—this time in broad daylight.

In the media blackout of Thanksgiving week, the Treasury Department dumped a new proposal to govern the political activity of 501(c)(4) groups. The administration claims this rule is needed to clarify confusing tax laws. Hardly. The rule is the IRS’s new targeting program—only this time systematic, more effective, and with the force of law.

That this rule was meant to crack down on the White House’s political opponents was never in doubt. What is new is the growing concern by House Ways and Means Committee investigators that the regulation was reverse-engineered—designed to isolate and shut down the same tea party groups victimized in the first targeting round. Treasury appears to have combed through those tea party applications, compiled all the groups’ main activities, and then restricted those activities in the new rule. …”

So WHAT are they going to do about it? IMPEACH HIM NOW.

  27. “Zullo also denounced Doug Vogt’s assertions regarding the purported Obama birth certificate forger reported here.”

I find that heartening. The more I read about Vogt, the queasier I become. In my gut, I don’t think a “birther” gave a forged LFCOLB to Corsi and I don’t think that, like in the DaVinci files or something, the forger hid her name in some kind of code in the document.

  28. About Ms. Fuddy: Is it impossible to give CPR to or resuscitate (or try to) a person in a life jacket, floating in the water? I’m serious. Would a pilot be trained in such methods? Why, if she suddenly failed to respond, did the survivors, who were peacefully floating on their backs, waiting to be picked up, just let her float off and not try to help? Would you not at least TRY to revive her? Photo of her there that day, and they say the autopsy was done yesterday.

    • i knew I had seen the pilots name somewhere….matter of fact I wrote it and the Admitted swimmer’s name too. Here try this report. I also remembered the two stories about life vests. So which story will they be sticking with…..that they had engine trouble so the pilot told them to put on their lifevests..which they did calmly;then the plane crashes (and there’s all this debre in the water. Ok, or will it be like this story, which I’ve seen more than one story/report like this one—-that they did a beautifyl belly glide landing then they put on their lifevests….now of course who’s going to dispute the catholic father and his story or this guy phillip in his own words says he swam ashore….guess the pilot who got a cut on his chest from swimming a mile to shore will need to tell Phillip Hollstein that he was hallucinating because he swam ashore. If my friend died in the water, unless a shark was tailing me, I would keep her with me till help arrived dead or alive.

      • I caught that one, too: IF the plane glided in and landed beautifully, then what was all the debris the other plane spotted? They didn’t say they spotted the downed plane, which would be the easiest to see. Nope. They said they spotted the debris field. In that pilot’s photos, you can’t see ANYTHING, much less debris, a plane, people. All you can see is what he called smoke and one story called Navy smoke flares. As for the priest. He’s supposed to be Irish but his name is Killilea, which to me sounds Hawaiian but which a website calls either English or Irish. Still … it sure sounds Hawaiian, too. Yep. The informants are a priest, a deputy official of the HDOH, or lepers who are friends of Fuddy’s. Friends and even a priest might go along with something they believe will help their friend. I agree with what you said about not abandoning your friend, dead or alive. If she passed out, for example, and her grip loosened, wouldn’t a person grab on more tightly?

        • THe old military guy that explained how fighter planes ditched and explained a bit did not explain about planes with landing gear down. While some say this type of glide/crash ditching of the plane is easy , as many if not more say it is much more likely to flip the plane when landing gear is down—–unless you land exactly perfect. No room for error plus choppy wave action you can’t control either. Even the pilot of the pontoon sea plane told me how he crashed coming over Boston Harbor (you got to remembr, the engine is out so no power to change speed, just the weight of the plane free falling. He flipped the plane even on pontoons.
Whether this matters much in this ambiguous story i don’t know.
Also note the news report …There is real facts shown in this storoy….notice I say shown…..THey show a beach, butwhere is that beach in relation to anything in the stoory, then they show other various people on Molokai, we see a rescue of some type, but who’s to say this isn’t some training exercise done all the time . We see no real wrecked plane. THe whle news report onl;y insinuates with images of a STORY. Does the reporter think by standing by a beach and saying people watched the plane and the rescue , does that make us assume in our own imagination what happened. THis story usines your own visual conjuring to believe a story in the viewers mind, not at all an actual event.

  29. C-SPAN2 BookTV

    Jack Cashill:

“‘If I Had a Son’: Race, Guns, and the Railroading of George Zimmerman”

“Jack Cashill argues that President Obama and the liberal media worked overtime to convince the public that George Zimmerman unlawfully killed Trayvon Martin on the night of February 26, 2012,, even though neither knew what really happened. He writes that Martin was a drug user and streetfighter who was legitimately confronted and shot by Zimmerman. Mr. Cashill spoke at the Platte County Resource Center in Kansas City, Missouri.”

[video at link - click "Watch This Program"]

    • Speaking of George, did you read that ONCE AGAIN that girlfriend admitted that she’s just making things up? Why the hell don’t they charge HER with making false police reports? And then, why the hell does he keep going back with her? You’d think by now he’d figure it out.

  30. Most recently, Fuddy led the department as it transitioned its marriage license system to allow gay couples to wed under a new law that took
effect this month. …..( & was someone not happy about that??)

  31. did we see this yet?? Loretta “Deliana” Fuddy….. (type in that name)

    • She wasn’t always called Deliana by family and friends.

      • Marjorie Fuddy, 70, of Kamiloloa, Molokai, a state Department of Health computer programmer, died Sunday. She was born in Leichhardt, Australia. She is survived by daughters the Rev. Lynette Schaefer, Loretta Fuddy and Cynthia Bunch; sons Philip Golderman and Lewis Fuddy; brother Keith Ireland; sisters Sylvia Laverly and Dollie Bierley, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Scattering of ashes: 10 a.m. tomorrow at Camp Mokuleia. Memorial services: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Episcopal Church, Hoolehua. No flowers. Donations suggested to Camp Mokuleia Campership Fund.”

Orly says this obit is from 1979. Lewis Fuddy died this year.
