    “Milwaukee Man Victim of Knockout Game Attack…”

    “(PennLive) – With his blackened eyes and broken nose, Tim Bessette may just be the country’s latest victim of an urban crime wave known as the “knockout game.” Speaking from his hospital bed in Milwaukee this week, the 53-year-old says he’s lucky to be alive.

    He remembers getting off the bus, walking down the street and encountering four youths. The next thing Bessette knew, he was sucker-punched in the nose. The world went black, and Bessette woke up on the pavement. And as he did, he heard the youths running away, joking and laughing.

    “It was just like the lights went out,” he told Milwaukee media of his Dec. 2 attack. Bessette has given a full description of his assailants to Milwaukee police. No arrests have been made.”

      Although initially committed to non-violent protest, in association with the South African Communist Party he co-founded the militant Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) in 1961, leading a bombing campaign against government targets. In 1962 he was arrested, convicted of sabotage and conspiracy to overthrow the government, and sentenced to life imprisonment in the Rivonia Trial.
      Nelson Mandela was on the U.S. terrorist watch list until 2008:

      Which, begs the question: why is he thus lauded? And why removed from watch list in 2008?

No problems with multiple SS#’s, no problems with illegal driver’s licenses, no problem with tax liens unpaid, no problem with being an officer of a company when you’re not even a legal resident, no problem with being CONVICTED of anything. Suddenly, you’re a gentleman in a snazzy suit and that’s good enough for the judge, despite that you’ve spit on our laws for 5 decades. Unlike that German family being deported for daring to home school!

    Somebody elsewhere opined that at least, unlike Zeituni, Omar worked for a living and didn’t expect handouts and didn’t insult us and blame US for the sneaky mendacity of Zeituni taking advantage of the social benefit systems WE created, which make it easy to cheat.

          Carney is so ridiculous and they think we are so stupid. Consider his logic. We’re supposed to believe that they looked at Barry’s book and it didn’t say that Barry had ever met Omar, so they went out and LIED to the public and said with confidence that Barry NEVER met the man. Mind you, the book was written by Bill Ayers in 1995 and it was reissued in 2004. Therefore, it certainly doesn’t follow that he couldn’t have met him any time between 1995 (or 2004) and 2012. After all, the whole clan was at the WH for his Inauguration. In addition, Dreams doesn’t say that Barry met King Abdullah, either! So does that mean that in 2012, they could go out and say Barry NEVER met the man? Is the rule: Unless it says in Barry’s fake “auto”biography that he met someone, then he DID NOT meet him? What kind of weird book would it be if it was a comprehensive list of EVERYBODY BARRY EVER MET? There are a lot of people not mentioned in Barry’s book that Barry met (for example, his adopted sister LIA, with whom he shared a bedroom in Jakarta)! Seems to me that he also didn’t mention Turdi, his transvestite nanny. Does that mean they never met? I wish Ed Henry would as Carney Barker about Lia and Turdi.

      Has anyone listened to the tapes? Anything interesting or do they sound made up, meaning it took them a year to fabricate something that sounds somewhat plausible? Cynical, aren’t I? I’ll bite: Why did they cancel? NO INTEREST? OR NO BELIEF in the “reality” of the event? I heard on radio that they CLAIM they blocked the release of these tapes out of respect for the privacy of the families. So you tell me: What makes THEM more important and their feelings more deserving of protection than the feelings of, say, George Zimmerman’s (or Trayvon’s) family or the families of EVERY OTHER person who ends up being the focus of some 911 call?

                Hoot, I know. Believe me, I know. When I wrote in college, because the professors insisted, we all had to edit fiercely. My rough drafts could be 50 pages and then I’d reduce them by at least half, if not more! (And still end up saying the same thing.) With a blog, I don’t really have the time to be so persnickety, so you get, basically, my too wordy rough drafts. Sorry.

        Personally, I’d ask the person who said this to quote Bible verses to support their position. Chances are, they wouldn’t. And if they did respond with verses, that would open up a discussion about what the Word of God does and does not say. For example, I’d ask them, just like I asked the Pope, to please show me where the Holy Bible says governments should be in the business of forcing charity.

            As expected, they weren’t willing to quote scripture.
            They are quite willling to say, “hey, Rush, it’s not marxism, it’s a thing called Christianity….look it up”, but when you challenge them to back up “a thing called Christianity….look it up”, THEY AREN’T WILLING TO “LOOK IT UP”!

            Christianity to them is whatever they decide they want it to be, not what God’s Word says.

            In my opinion, that is not being a Christian, that is making up your own religion of your own choosing.

            They want to call others on the carpet about “a thing called Christianity”, but they aren’t willing to discuss the Holy Bible. Regardless of their personal spiritual beliefs, that is intellectually weak. Like a bully who threatens, but then won’t face a real challenger.

              Thanks for the link, RP. One does have to understand Catholic thinking to know what the Pope was saying. In fact, though, his Spanish was deliberately mistranslated, which is easy to do because translation is a very SUBJECTIVE thing and it depends upon the honesty of a person who is fluent in BOTH languages and is able to understand subtleties. Obama coming out and misusing what the Pope did NOT say, out of context, is probably proof that the mistranslation was by design. Certainly, theology cannot be reduced to sound bites. In NO WAY did the Pope promote GOVERNMENT-IMPOSED COLLECTIVISM OR “CHARITY”. Keep in mind the past two Popes and the last Pope’s attitude towards the present Pope. This Pope is going back to the basics but he’s NOT promoting communism or Marxism. IMHO. But we know by now that the progressives LIE, distort, and follow the motto: By ANY means necessary.

            I read that they used the LIBERAL Google Translate for the English version. I think that’s true, based on my attempt to retranslate with the help of Google Translate. Run it through another translator and you WILL NOT get a word for word correspondence.

      TY, foxy. Sometimes I have writer’s block and have to go to the pictures. Or maybe it’s not writer’s block but more like ADHD. I have so much to write about that I can’t decide. Events happen so fast. I gather data and then don’t get ‘er done before it’s “old news”. Daunting. Can’t keep up with events.

    5) Only in America … Could the people who believe in balancing the budget and sticking by the country’s Constitution be thought of as “extremists.”

    4) Only in America … Could you need to present a driver’s license to cash a check or buy alcohol, but not to vote.

    3) Only in America … Could people demand the government investigate whether oil companies are gouging the public because the price of gas went up when the return on equity invested in a major U.S. Oil company (Marathon Oil) is less than half of a company making tennis shoes (Nike).

    2) Only in America … Could the government collect more tax dollars from the people than any nation in recorded history, still spend a Trillion dollars more than it has per year – for total spending of $7-Million PER MINUTE, and complain that it doesn’t have nearly enough money.

    1) Only in America … Could the rich people – who pay 86% of all income taxes – be accused of not paying their “fair share” by people who don’t pay any income taxes at all.

      That is excellent! What’s so sad is that it’s true and that, yes, we do appear to be idiots–at least those of us who are FOR all this stupidity. On a happy note, those people do seem to be waking up. Let’s pray it’s not TOO LATE.
