Round Up Illegal Aliens and Deport Them (So Says Saudi Arabia)

Now we hear that Obama is “pivoting” away from the debacle that is Obamacare as well as the many scandals in his administration.  One issue to which he plans to pivot is “immigration reform”.  In other words, amnesty–preferably for all “undocumented immigrants”, preferably with citizenship included so that all former illegal aliens can vote, preferably without having to secure the border, so that more and more potential voters can invade our country and turn the whole place “blue”.  You might wonder what that photo up there has to do with “immigration reform”.  Well, I’ll tell you:

Obama bows to the Saudi king, which says something about the esteem Obama feels for the Saudi ruler.  The Saudis are allegedly our allies, even though they oppress every female in their kingdom, which is a crime against humanity.  They also have a rather un-Obama-like attitude towards illegal aliens: [emphasis added to quotes]

The immigrants gathered in Riyadh on Sunday before being transferred by bus to an assembly center. They are then to be deported, just a week after their seven-month amnesty expired.

Overnight, immigrants of mainly Ethiopian origin rioted in the impoverished Manfuhah neighborhood of the capital. Police said they intervened after the immigrants attacked Saudis and other foreign expats with rocks and knives. The Manfuhah district is home to many illegal immigrants, most of whom come from East Africa. …

On Monday police started a nationwide crackdown on illegal immigrants after the end of a seven-month amnesty for foreign workers whose permits had expired or who were not working for their official sponsors. Thousands of immigrants have since been deported from the country after they failed to legalize their status during the amnesty period, according to local media.

Nearly a million migrants from countries including Bangladesh, the Philippines, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Yemen, left the country during the amnesty period. The Ethiopian government on Saturday said it was repatriating citizens who had failed to meet the amnesty deadline. …

The government says its recent efforts to bring the hammer down on illegal immigrants are aimed at providing more jobs for its citizens. The unemployment rate in Saudi Arabia, the world’s top oil exporter, is 12 percent.

In Saudi Arabia, amnesty means something far different from what progressives have in mind for our country.  The Saudis gave illegals the option to come forward and register as foreign workers or be rounded up and deported.  As a result,  millions left on their own and the rest are in the process of being systematically rounded up at their homes or workplaces and deported.  Not surprisingly, Saudis citizens are on board with the crackdown:

The sweeps and deportations appear to have broad backing by Saudis since it is aimed largely at creating more job opportunities for the kingdom’s own citizens, who comprise less than half of the country’s workforce.

Since the persons being deported from the kingdom are mostly black, one wonders if Obama is going to call the Saudi king on their behalf.  Surely this is a racist policy.

“Yes, we can.”  “Si, se puede.”  نعم، يمكننا أن

To which the Saudis say,

“No, you can’t.” “No, no se puede.”  لا، لا يمكنك

If only our president and our Congress would listen to what our citizens think about illegal aliens and how illegals take jobs (not to mention taxpayer-funded social benefits) from our CITIZENS.  One poll found that 60% in the USA oppose Obama on immigration reform (the percentage is probably much higher).

Apparently, the Obama administration treats Saudi Arabia with special deference:

Secretary of State John Kerry met with Saudi King Abdullah [recently] to try and warm relations between the two countries. “A true relationship between friends is based on sincerity, candor and frankness,” said Prince Saudi al-Faisal, the Saudi foreign minister, after the meeting.

But Kerry certainly wasn’t frank about Saudi Arabia’s brutal treatment of women; according to The New York Times, “Wary of inflaming Saudi sensitivities, Mr. Kerry sidestepped a reporter’s question about whether Saudi women should be allowed to drive, casting the debate as one ‘best left to Saudi Arabia.’” … Lecturing a sexist monarchy like Saudi Arabia is imperialism, according to the Obama administration.

So don’t expect Kerry or Obama to exhibit any sincerity, candor, or frankness on the issue of how Saudi Arabia treats black illegal aliens.  Don’t expect them to lecture Saudi Arabia on their rather efficient method for dealing with illegal aliens who steal jobs from Saudi citizens.

Those who admire the Saudi approach to dealing with illegal immigration aren’t alone in thinking that the Saudis have the right idea:

Well there’s a novel concept – you mean the Saudis are actually punishing people who break their laws? Seems kinda racist. …

Well that’s all very backward for Saudis to think that illegals would take jobs away from citizens … They’re not as forward-thinking as we Americans, who let illegals rally for amnesty on our front lawn while locking out war heroes from their monuments.

It’s curious, isn’t it?  Conservatives in the USA are accused of waging a “war on women“, yet you never hear those same braying voices decry the very real war on women that takes place daily in the Muslim world.

When conservative politicians stand up for the rights of U.S. citizens to not have their economic future–or the future of our very Republic–threatened by waves of illegal aliens, they’re called “racist”.   Yet you never hear those same braying voices decry how illegal aliens are treated in Muslim countries.

Obama’s plan to give amnesty to illegal aliens will indeed “fundamentally transform” the USA.  We cannot allow amnesty to be rammed down our throats, like Obamacare was foisted upon us:

“The Senate Gang of Eight bill is yet another tragedy for the American worker,” [Representative Mo] Brooks said. “It either legalizes or imports more than 44 million foreigners over the next decade. When you consider that our entire population is only a little over 300 million, to have a roughly 15 percent increase in our population through legalization of illegals and importation of more foreigners, that’s quite significant. The dramatic increase in the labor supply will, according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) over the next decade, increase the unemployment rate for American workers, cut the average income for American workers—those who are lucky enough to get a job—and cut our Gross Domestic Product [GDP] per capita.”

To “import or legalize” 44 million foreigners will “fundamentally transform” this country.  Forever.  There will be no going back, and Obama knows that.  In fact, he counts on it.

Amnesty MUST be stopped.  Our borders MUST be closed.  NOW.

For what it’s worth,  the Speaker of the House of Representatives, John Boehner, said today that the House will not be rushed, that they will never go to “conference” on the Senate amnesty bill, and that this issue is dead for this year, at least.
