What’s a shame is that kids can’t enjoy the carefree fun we had. I remember running around in the dark, with my pillowcase full of candy, wind blowing, cold sky eerie, kicking leaves on my way home (many blocks) ALONE at 9:30 p.m., worried that my mom would kill me because I was supposed to be home at 9. But think about it: A little girl roaming the night for over 3 hours (with friends, of course, until I left the last one at her house on my trek home). Of course our parents worried about us, but not like people MUST worry today. Every adult back then watched out for every kid. We were safe. All the houses were lit; everybody gave out candy.
Yes, “no cares, no worries.” But not in the society we have now: full of FEAR, full of promiscuous sex and porn, full of the sexualization of children, full of hatred and anger–courtesy of the leftists among us who hate religion and who warp the freedoms we all have by trying to eliminate the concurrent RESPONSIBILITY we all should practice, along with our rights.

“MARION — Joan Stevens was one of several early voters at the polls on Monday. But when Stevens tried to cast her ballot for president, she noticed a problem.
Upon selecting “Mitt Romney” on the electronic touch screen, Barack Obama’s name lit up.
It took Stevens three tries before her selection was accurately recorded.
“You want to vote for who you want to vote for, and when you can’t it’s irritating,” Stevens said.
Stevens said she alerted Jackie Smith, a board of elections member who was present. Smith declined to comment, but Stevens says she mentioned that the machine had been having problems all day.
Stevens also reported the issue to Sophia Rogers, the director of the board of elections for Marion County.
Rogers said the machine worked fine when she and others tried voting on it. No one else had reported problems with the voting machines malfunctioning.
Rogers suggested the issue may have been caused by not hitting the button directly or tapping with more than one finger. Stevens was aware the machine had to be operated a certain way.
“I know how to do the voting,” Stevens said.
Despite no problems with that particular machine, Rogers decided to take all precautions. She contacted the vendor and had them inspect the device.
“Because of her issue, we had that machine recalibrated,” Rogers said. “I am certain the equipment works properly.””
Again with the “recalibrated”. You tell me how any machine can just up and decide to register a Romney vote for Obama? It’s always that way, too: DEFAULTING to Obama. How many voters DIDN’T NOTICE?
We know this is deliberate because of the bogus claims of the Romney family being tied to voting machines. Always point the finger at someone else for what you are going to do. This is the Obamaway.

Test data would be different for wwII bombs than for something concocted today. There is no way it is not known. Uh, hello, landing on a bomb and being exploded upon from the outside of the plane is different in appearance and result than from an explosive inside the plane. “In just 14 months, Americans will be required to prove that they have federally “qualified” health insurance or face an Obamacare tax of $695 to $2,085. That is unless you are in prison, below the poverty line, or are an undocumented immigrant, according to the anti-tax group Americans for Tax Reform.
When added together, those three groups total up to one-sixth of the nation’s population of 314 million: 218,929 are in federal prisons, 12 million are illegals and 42 million are below the poverty line and eligible for welfare, though some fit into all three categories, according to federal reports.
ATR highlighted the groups eligible from the mandate to get health insurance in a mock Internal Revenue Service form they developed to show the extra paperwork Americans will be required to fill out once the full Obamacare law kicks in, January 2014. It is based on testimony from the IRS given in September that said, “taxpayers will file their tax returns reporting their health insurance coverage, and/or making a payment.”
Based on other IRS requirements, ATR said that Americans will have to show that they have health insurance “qualified” by the Department of Health and Human Services. They will also have to disclose if they were covered by a qualifying plan during the year and for how long. And they could be subject to penalties and interest on unpaid Obamacare taxes for periods they were not covered.
Their mock form includes groups qualifying for exemptions from the Obamacare health insurance mandate and tax. “Classes of individuals who are exempt from the mandate include but are not limited to: those serving sentences in the federal penitentiary system; those persons not legally able to work in the U.S.; welfare recipients (since they are below the poverty line); and those qualifying for an HHS-granted religious exemption,” said ATR, citing section 1501 of the Affordable Care Act that also exempts many others, including native Americans.”
We’ve noted before that the religious exemption means that MUSLIMS don’t have to prove they have insurance or pay any penalty for not having insurance.
So it sounds as if Obamacare is a classic example of a violation of the Constitution in that all are not equal before the law. It sounds as if Obamacare MANDATE and PENALTY applies only to U.S. Citizens who obey the law, who work for a living to support themselves and (unspoken) are WHITE.
If every Republican just did not answer the questions on the IRS forms, and refused to pay fines, just what would happen? Can’t put all in jail because there would go the workforce and the Takers cannot replace us; simply not qualified. What then? Add to this all Republican business owners refuse to garnish wages for those unpaid fines, what happens then? The company’s get fined and they don’t pay? Ok. That leaves all workers in jail and no companies. It is time we started acting like the revenue we are! The best scenario would be the governement would take over all the businesses that did not comply and/or pay fines when owners walked away from them. Gov would then hire all those they promised jobs to but don’t know a thing about business or holding a job. While the gov is trying to be successful all the misplaced people from business and individuals start living in our own alternative universe with one another. Oh, yes we can. Not that far fetched. “I stand with America. Not with Tyranny.” “Yes, we can survive Tyranny”
I used to think on this same scenerio. Especially now with grass root organizing, we could cause a whole wave with everybody in unisen refusing to pay all sorts of fines.
“Just say NO” I also think the time is ripe for employers large and small, including small business to organize and decide they are no longer going to be tax agents for the government and will no longer withhold confiscate employees earnings and turn over to the government. They also, no longer being agents of the IRS, will not report employees wages/earnings as that is asked of each taxpayer on the 1040. The time is ripe. I think it would actually happen as part of a non-violent revolution if Obama were to win the election. I think it should happen no matter who gets in.
You are right too Hoot…being a tax collector is an illegal act if you aren’t a federal employee. Evidently you’ve read about this too. Yeah, no matter who gets in….a revolution and then we can tell Burnanke and Geithner to stick their calculators where the sun don’t shine.
While JOBs has been and will be the summit of this era….everytime they bring it up, no matter which side, a lot of things go thru my mind. We wouldn’t have to work all day, both family members working, paying baby sitters, paying extra tax dollars and fees for every bodily function of our lives, pay for high cost of everything if we weren’t in debt to banks, bank cards, the tax man, corporations who run people off their land so they can use it to supposedly feed the world and more . We wouldn’t need that damn social security except that we’re made to owe somebody.Most everyone is a survivor or the government and those special elite hidden people could not use us. Think about it…because most everyone can do for themselves if need be, those in high places think you need to be enrolled in the system so you can pay them for your rights to survive. OK, I’ve had one beer and it’s gone to my head. I’m going to eat my eggplant parm I baked.

I don’t think anyone really ever reads much of what I post. It gets long gone,but I thought it was important.
I feel the same way, alfy. Especially when people post things that I already posted. I remember reading about Biden’s son. There are far too many such connections to the voting machine fiasco. I am old-fashioned. I think ALL votes should be by paper ballot so they can be verified. I also think we should make people dip their fingers in ink, like they do in the Middle East. That way, we KNOW people aren’t double voting.

They’re saying Christie might be positioning himself to run for president in 2016. This will NOT help him, especially if it helps Barry. Rasmussen or Caddell, on Hannity last night, called Christie’s handing Barry this photo op is “inexplicable” for a guy who pretends to support Romney. Hannity logically asked WHY Christie didn’t also INVITE ROMNEY to tour the devastation. GOOD FREAKING QUESTION. I hope Romney, when he’s president, remembers. Person non grata, imho.
I think Romney knows it’s going to be a higher power that will get him elected in the middle of all this turmoil. If he does win the trailer trash will blow over just like all hurricanes. The landscape will never be the same but there’s still forgiveness and love left in this strange chaotic world.
I think I noticed just how pitiful Obama was today. I am sure the devastation had an effect of him as it would anyone, and seeing people helping each other and really caring about complete strangers. I think this may be something rare in Obama’s life…reality, real caring, volunteering with one another without a government mandate. He said all the right things and had to discreetly cover his political a–, but I really thought there was something vacuous in his speaking…it suddenly dawned on him that he really could become human, but he didn’t know these feelings he was having, a sense of belonging to somethin bigger than himself, the heartwarming emotions of people caring for but losing something they call HOME; you think Obama knew what that felt like before this? Maybe I read too much into his behavior but he seemed as if he didn’t know how it felt to be sincere for once.
I guess I was saying something vacuous in his speech was…there seemed to be an awkwardness and I couldn’t help but think about that huge vacum in his heart had just got a huge witness pump to real people with real feelings…even from the Jersy Mayor too.

A couple of Senators are going to try and talk to people Tunisia to get the guy detained for questioning. Off Topic. This is posted on facebk by libs promoting the abolishing of the electoral vote. How to explain each State has equal representation and regardless of the amount of people in the state. Otherwise the smaller, less popular states actually have no say in the president as the denser populated will always win. Why would a territory have wanted to sign up to be part of the United States if they were just going to have their resources (including people resources) taken away and have no vote because they were minimally populated? This is the latest case to highlight how advances in technology are causing the legal system to rethink how Americans’ privacy rights are protected by law. In January, the Supreme Court rejected warrantless GPS tracking after previously rejecting warrantless thermal imaging, but it has not yet ruled on warrantless cell phone tracking or warrantless use of surveillance cameras placed on private property without permission.
Yesterday Griesbach adopted a recommendation by U.S. Magistrate Judge William Callahan dated October 9. That recommendation said that the DEA’s warrantless surveillance did not violate the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches and requires that warrants describe the place that’s being searched.
“The Supreme Court has upheld the use of technology as a substitute for ordinary police surveillance,” Callahan wrote.”
Common sense would seem to dictate that it is UNREASONABLE for federal agents to TRESPASS on private property for the purpose of installing surveillance cameras to spy on citizens on their own property. This does not make citizens “secure” in their property, as demanded by the Constitution. How in the HELL can this stand?

A rep from Jarrett office was in today. She gave us a finish line pep talk and then afterwards, heard her saying how Jarrett is very excited about a 2nd term agenda and a big part of that agenda is to punish everyone who opposed them during the first term and the campaign. Strange that everything was “Ms. Jarrett wants this, and Ms. Jarrett is looking forward to that”. You hardly heard Obama’s name mentioned by her which I guess reinforces what people are saying. Valerie Jarrett really is the power in the White House. I know that when her representative showed up it was like royalty was visiting. All the big dogs were lined up to meet her and acting real friendly and they gave us a heads up an hour before and told us we better “put on a good show” while she was here.
The part that really stuck out to me was when I overheard the rep say that Jarrett told them, “After we win this election, it’s our turn. Payback time. Everyone not with us is against us and they better be ready because we don’t forget. The ones who helped us will be rewarded, the ones who opposed us will get what they deserve. There is going to be hell to pay. Congress won’t be a problem for us this time. No election to worry about after this is over and we have two judges ready to go.” She was talking directly to about three of them. Sr. staff. And she wasn’t trying to be quiet about it at all. And they were all listening and shaking their heads and smiling while she said it. Pretty creepy.
Why are they so confident about winning next week? We aren’t getting any numbers in the office that has any of us knowing Obama will win. It will be close. Jarrett and her people seem so confident. Why is that? Do you have any information on why she is so confident? I’m worried. Benghazi was supposed to play big this weekend. That is what everybody here was bracing for last week. You could really tell the staffers were freaking out. Now nobody is talking about it. Like it was never a concern. Like it never even happened. Don’t you have people to help with that? What happened? Let’s clean up our mess on Nov. 6. An impeachment would be a “form”, and a form is different from function. An impeachment would look good in form, but it wouldn’t be allowed.

Most likely the same reason the other impeachment was never acted upon when Obama originally went into Libya without Congressional approval. That didn’t make much noise either. Still I would have liked to have seen them at least try in “form.” Citizens would have forced Harry to do something…don’t you think? Well, probably not, after seeing how they pushed Obamacare.
“We gotta get back to doing the right thing.” I agree. The right thing is to follow the Constitution. I don’t care if Reid picks up the Articles of Impeachment, but it will bring PUBLICITY to the issue. We can’t “impeach him on Nov. 6,” if they CHEAT. They do and they will. The Republicans need to “discipline” the DemoncRATS, make them APOLOGIZE to the people, and clean up the mess THEY MADE with this president. People like Southerland, by not speaking out, are the ones who made this mess. We the People have no “standing”. But Mr. Southerland would have standing, if he would try. IF the worse happens and Obama is again selected and electors again go to cast electoral votes for him that are ILLEGAL, who will STAND UP who has STANDING?

“Longtime African-American civil rights advocate Rev. Joseph Lowery told The Daily Caller that he was joking when he told a get-out-the-vote event that all whites will go to hell.
“It was a joke” that was supposed to show the perspective of a young militant, Lowery told TheDC. “When I said it, I said it was a joke, I identified it as a joke.”
However, attendees at the African-American event Oct. 27 were reportedly horrified.
An Oct. 31 article in the Monroe County Reporter newspaper reports that Lowery, who gave the benediction at the January 2009 inauguration of President Barack Obama, told the audience of up to 300 African-Americans “that when he was a young militant, he used to say all white folks were going to hell. Then he mellowed and just said most of them were. Now, he said, he is back to where he was.”
Lowery’s aide described the Oct. 27 statement as a reaction to bias against Obama: “He was saying [that] based on all of the hatred that’s going on” towards the president, Helen Butler, the executive director of Lowery’s Georgia-based Coalition for the People’s Agenda, told TheDC. [The white devil made him do it.]
“He just felt that he should feel the way he used to feel,” Butler, who attended the rally, explained.
The speech, she said, was also intended to boost turnout in the presidential election.
Obama and his political allies are relying on high minority turnout to counter a sharp drop-off in support among mainstream white voters.
“He was trying to get people motivated to ensure they go and vote…. [and] he did make the point that there is a lot of hatred in this country,” she said.”
Yes, there is a lot of hatred in this country. There’s a lot of racism, too. Lately, as we see, it is coming from the likes of Lowery and Ms. Butler.
Playing the race card to motivate people to vote. Imagine that. Drumming up hatred for whites by saying they’re all going to hell, just to “motivate” blacks to vote. What a statesman! What a Christian! What a phony! Check out this statement by the “Reverend” Lowery, too:
““I don’t know what kind of a n—– wouldn’t vote with a black man running,” Lowery also told the audience in the St. James Baptist Church in Forsyth, Ga., according to the Reporter.”

Miller, a Democrat, was responding to a letter sent to his office and election officials in five other states on Thursday in which the RNC alleged voting machines cast ballots for President Barack Obama, a Democrat, when the vote was intended for his Republican challenger, former Massachusetts Gov. The RNC letter expressed concerns that the voting machine problems were the result of “miscalibration and hyper-sensitivity of the machines.” Letters were sent to officials in Ohio, North Carolina, Colorado, Kansas and Missouri.
The RNC asked officials to recalibrate voting machines on Election Day and instruct poll workers to remind voters to double-check their votes. … [What would be the objection to this? Common sense for anybody who really cares that the vote is accurate and every vote counts. Right?]
