How Will They Get Out of This?
Poor, poor Sheeples – caught between a rock and a hard place!
During the last four years we have not seen powerful attorneys pitted against each other. Instead, we have been privy to the Obama attorneys backed by the presidency, paid by the taxpayers, use every trick in their collective arsenal against those choosing to question Barack Obama’s eligibility. Nary a hearing before any judge has been successful in allowing attorneys to present all of the evidence against Obama’s claims of legitimacy and eligibility.
Most lawsuits were tossed because of standing. (A legal term used for kicking the can down the proverbial road into a ditch.) A couple others were presided over by judges who clearly were “heavily influenced” by the Obama administration. Their less than scholarly decisions against Obama’s opposition were seen in their objectionable rulings including using evidence that was not even presented during the hearing over which they presided. (Georgia – Judge Michael Malihi; New Jersey, Judge Jeff Masin; California -former Marine, Judge David O. Carter ).
The judicial system in our country that was to provide the checks and balances and maintain our nation of laws has been corrupted by threats, bribes and unconscionable criminals. If we hadn’t seen the court room dramas, observed corruption, and read the felonious lawsuits and charges espoused by the Obama lawyers, or read the judges decisions, we would still be believing in justice for all. That is no longer the case.
The judges involved in these historical cases will be remembered because of their inability to stand up for our country and enforce the laws. Those judges will go down in history for their cowardice, not their bravery. Their reputations are now tainted, and their judicial opinions challenged as legally inept and unworthy. The robes they wear are no longer symbols designating respect or dignity. They saved themselves and perhaps their families, but allowed our precious nation to dip further into the totalitarian abyss.
In unprecedented action, yet one we have longed to see, an attorney is using his clout to send a loud and clear warning to his equal, Robert Bauer, Perkins Coie, formerly Obama’s personal attorney, former WH counsel, and now the general counsel of the DNC.
Prior to the DNC Convention, private practice attorney, Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch USA, issued a warning to the Democratic party executives that their choice to qualify a candidate who was not legally eligible would put them into jeopardy. Charges of perjury and election fraud were mentioned. Their participation in allowing an ineligible candidate to be nominated after receiving specific information and the legal analysis from Klayman would not allow them to plead innocent of wrong doing should the charges be filed. They were, therefore, forearmed and forewarned.
Klayman sent a letter to the infamous Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn of channeling Mao fame, and lead attorney for Obama eligibility lawsuits) on August 29, warning him as general legal counsel for the Democratic National Committee, that election fraud charges among others can be filed against him and anyone who chooses to certify Barack Hussein Obama for the 2012 election because
“the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.”
At the same time, another certified letter was sent to “each DNC Executive Committee member – as well as each state Democratic Party chair, secretary of state, and state attorneys general” with the advice and warning that they were in jeopardy of perjuring themselves and being charged with Election Fraud if they chose to certify Obama as a constitutionally and legally qualified candidate to the presidency of the United States. Klayman stated,
Such verifications, if created, would be “perjurious.”
In his letter, Klayman laid out the case that no one knows Obama’s background and according to Hawaii’s own laws, the verification about Barack Obama that AZ Secretary of State Bennett requested was evasively answered by Onaka. Conclusively,
“the only legal reason for not verifying that the posted long-form [birth certificate] “is a true and accurate representation of the original record in [the DOH] files” is if it is not. There is no other plausible explanation.”
“He refrained from verifying the key requested items because he cannot.”
The charges of election fraud and its consequences should be alarming for those taking the chance and signing their John Hancock to a nomination form for Barack Obama. All those looking to Robert Bauer for legal answers around this issue should consult their own attorney first because it appears they will need one… if they choose to follow this path.
Larry Klayman is famous for fighting government corruption and made a name for himself when he got a court to rule that President Bill Clinton committed a crime. He was the first attorney to ever get such a ruling against a sitting president.
Yes, Robert Bauer has been put on notice by his peer, and it is about time for Bauer to face the jury. Bauer’s shenanigans and cover-up of Obama’s ineligibility, and those whom he dominates or advises may finally see justice – real justice – thanks to Larry Klayman.
The moment those nomination forms are signed by anyone their fates are sealed. They have committed a crime. They may believe that they will be pardoned by the Empty Chair Obama for their crimes, but come November the new broom will sweep clean, and the likelihood that they won’t be prosecuted is nil. We hope they enjoy the Democratic National Convention with this real threat hanging over their empty sheepled heads! Prison is just a signature away!

The 2012 Democratic Party platform urges, “We need an immigration reform that creates a system for allocating visas that meets our economic needs, keeps families together, and enforces the law.” The platform lauds the DREAM Act but pans Republicans for “deciding to play politics with it rather than do the right thing.” The platform states clearly that “only Congress can provide a permanent, comprehensive solution.”

Division over platform at DNC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two platform planks sparked division at the Democratic National Convention here Wednesday. Things got so bad that President Barack Obama was forced to personally intervene, ordering language mentioning God and naming Jerusalem as the rightful capital of Israel be added.
While the campaign at first said Obama had seen the language prior to the convention, it later said he did not learn of the issue until Wednesday morning, when he became aware of seeing news coverage of the issue. Once that happened, the president directed his staff to change the language to include a reference to God and Jerusalem as Israel’s capital because, the campaign source said, the amended version is “consistent with the president’s own positions.”[Is it?]
And even then, it had to be forced through a convention hall full of delegates who nearly shouted down the change.

Although the crowd seemed to not reach the two-thirds majority needed to affirm the vote, the chair did so anyways. Now, it appears that the result was already forecast, planted in the prompter prior to the vote ever taking place.

May this argument over whether God was to be included or excluded from the Democratic platform be a real turning point for the undecided voters and those who were willing to vote for Obama based on his color. May the black Christian ministers who were willing to give him a pass before pray very hard to come up with the correct message to their flocks. Dick Morris just said that he is positive that BIll Clinton in his heart doesn’t want Obama reelected. He is speaking because Hillary is a hostage of Obama. I think Dick knows Bill really well, and he can tell from his speeches what he is saying. He thinks that by having Bill Clinton up there, people will compare what he did during his terms to Obama, thus having a negative effect on Obama. He said this on O’Reilly’s show, and Bill wasn’t buying it. He thought Dick was showing his bias, and Dick disagreed.
I don’t know Bridgette. Just yesterday I saw Bill in an Obama re-election commercial and he was his “sincere” ole’ self. Disingenuous doesn’t even cut it. I have to disagree w/ Dick…….and I like him (Dick) a lot (okay,…that just sounds wrong!!! 🙂 . It took a lot of guts to do what he did. Having written that, I don’t doubt that the Clintons still harbor hostility toward Obama, BUT Hillary seems to be on the same Marxist page and Bill has proven he is not trustworthy, to put it mildly. O/T on anything here but some may find in interesting. Heard a group of blacks at a state university say: 1. About half the black students will not come back after break because they came just so the school gets their money. They don’t go to class and just party for a couple of months and hang around to guarantee school gets money, then leave. 2. If Obama not reelected they won’t get their college paid for anymore (this must be the half that are there for real, as in to learn). If he is not elected, there will be lots of fighting and meanness over it. They will not take it.

It’s true. Where I went to college, the students on Pell grants got passing grades in ALL their classes regardless of whether or not they even showed up in class or did the homework or wrote the required papers or participated in class if they were there. At that time, at least, it was a requirement that the recipients make passing grades. Maybe now, all they have to do is enroll. Some colleges depend totally on those students who attend on government grants. Without the butts in the seats and the money coming in, they’d have to economize. Some of these students get money sent directly to them, and they use it for whatever they want, not school, and there’s no enforcement. It’s a scam. It’s like the ACORN scams. The idea is to spend as much as possible, get the country in debt, get as many as possible dependent upon government, and REDISTRIBUTE “wealth” in the form of the tax monies that mostly white people pay in.
After my previous statement about the fact that i don’t care whether ron paul runs or not, i was replied to with
“some people think there is no difference between the republican party and the democrat party. Incredible!”
and ” the people that abstain from voting for romney will be held accountable for obama winning”
and “the people that abstain will have no right to complain after obama is re elected”.
I just don’t get it. Don’t any of these posters understand that it doesn’t mean beans to elect romney if he and his party are going to contintue TRASHING the constitution? What is it about the Hard Core Fact that they are not only refusing to out obama’s fraud, they are also looking us right in the eye and lying to our faces about his eligibility that you don’t understand?
Do you think that a bunch of people who are hell bent on Trashing the Constitution are going to save this country once they get in power? Now that’s incredible!

There are only a few blogs around that about the eligibility issue, and i am pleased when i find people who care about that issue. But, i am sorely disappointed when i find out so many of theme couldn’t care less if the constitution and the rule of law is trashed as long as their party wins.
You are going to have to come to realization at some point in time that when there is no rule of law, everything else in the “party platform” don’t ….mean …squat. Why can’t you see that?
Mr. Nazyum, I think many of us agree with you that it is more of the same, especially in light of the fact that Romney will not face the currecnt president’s ineligibility and does not stand on the side of truth in this usurption. We part company, so to speak, as to when it comes to solving IN THE SHORT TERM. If Obama wins, we are toast both in the short term and the long term. The country is finished off and to regain it could mean years of bloodshed, literally, for our children and grandchildren. If Romney wins, in the short term, there is hope we will have time to cut the beast off at the knees. Also, There is a difference — BIG difference between WHO makes up the two parties (maybe not in who is running for each party). MOST Republicans ARE Americans at heart and not in name only. MOST Democrats ARE Anti-American at heart.
It is time to deal with the short term to stall while we stall, solidifying together and be ready to finish the job of taking the country back in 2016, which will be OUR TIME. We will be ready. We will have held things at bay. This is strategic warfare and the strategy right now is to deal in the short term. If a Patriot, a Constitutional candidate, wins today he will LOSE the country; especially if he wins as the result of a pretty even three-way vote. Why? Because we have not removed yet all the usurpers planted in local and state governments, as well as federal governments. Heck, we haven’t even identified them all! Our “conscience vote” candidate won’t stand. He will be, because of all the infiltration within the government and not enough Patriots yet placed, castrated. America falls. It is that serious.
We are, actually, on the same page. Thank you for your honesty.

Secret Service Probing Theft of Romney Tax Records

The Secret Service says it’s investigating the reported theft of copies of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s federal tax records before 2010. A letter sent anonymously to Tennessee political and newspaper offices demanded $1 million to prevent their disclosure.
Romney’s accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, said there is no evidence any Romney tax files were stolen. The letter said the returns were stolen in late August during a Watergate-style break-in at the company’s accounting offices in Franklin, Tenn.
A Tennessee Republican official, Jean Barwick, confirmed she received the letter and an encrypted flash drive, and said she turned them over to the Secret Service. She was not able to confirm that copies of any tax returns were stored on the flash drive.
Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan confirmed the agency is investigating.

I’ve been offline for a few days and so if this has been said already, I’m repeating it because I haven’t yet caught up with what everyone else has said.
This story is huge and it’s the October surprise, imho. This is EXACTLY THE OBAMA MODUS OPERANDI. This happened in Illinois. To win races there, he just happened to have stooges who got hold of SEALED records (divorce/custody) of his opponents and then they were “leaked” just in time to destroy the opponent’s campaign. Blair Hull and Jack Ryan. Look them up.
But this whole thing is a set up. First Reid goes out and hypes the issue. Makes the charges about Romney not paying taxes. Barry and the rest set up the FALSE standard–supposedly 12 years are released by all candidates. NOT TRUE. NEVER TRUE. Neither Clinton (either one) nor Obama released 12 years of tax returns.
But this is the black ops. They get the meme going. The media pick it up. It’s in the minds of the electorate. But wait! Where are the tax returns? Romney has them. He’s not releasing them. The IRS has them, but who controls the IRS? We know and so does everybody else, and dollars to doughnuts, they already HAVE Romney’s records. But Obama, his campaign, the DemoncRATS, the media–none of THEM can “leak” them. So who else has them? Romney’s accountants.
They WILL BE RELEASED. They WILL BE LEAKED. And IF they’re even accurate (meaning real and not forged like the Bush national guard records), they will come from these so-called anonymous hackers (or burglars). Just like the so-called unconnected passport cauterizers.
But we know how they REALLY got them and from whom and it isn’t Price Waterhouse! But it doesn’t matter. “TRUTH” will be whatever is reported–that these hackers got them by breaking into Romney’s accountant’s computers. It won’t be true, but who cares?
All that matters is the narrative and that Barry’s hands will LOOK clean. Just as they LOOKED clean during the Hull and Ryan leaks. The damage will happen. The media already have written their stories (or had them emailed to them from the WH).
The media probably already have the tax returns. All they will wait for now is the appropriate time to drop the shoe. When the signal comes down. Then they will slam Romney for WHATEVER is in there. It’s a set up. No investigation is taking place. It’s all kabuki theater.
Who will be the first to sign that nomination form and send it to states? We are waiting. Who is going to take the fall for the Usurper?

As many of you know, the “key Barack Obama attorney,” Robert Bauer, of Perkins Coie, was the President’s chief legal counsel,working in the White House, until June 2, 2011, exactly five weeks after the President “released” (posted an alleged digital image thereof on-line) his Long Form Birth Certificate. He hasn’t “gone away,” however, as he continues to be the legal counsel to both the Obama Campaign and the DNC.
The thrust of Larry Klayman’s letter to Attorney Bauer and the DNC is that as chief legal counsel, he cannot recommend that they place candidate Obama’s name on the Official Certificates of Nomination, or OCON’s, which they are required to submit to election officials in all fifty states. The bottom line, according to Attorney Klayman, is that given the refusal of Hawaii Registrar for Vital Statistics, Alvin Onaka, to verify the key facts of Obama’s birth as well as the validity of the birth certificate itself (posted at whitehouse.gov), when requested to do so by Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, back on March 30th, there is no legally-allowable basis for any official to accept the document as proof of identity. Federal judge OKs section of Arizona immigration law allowing police to question status of suspected illegals

PHOENIX – A federal judge ruled Wednesday that Arizona authorities can enforce the most contentious section of the state’s immigration law, which critics have dubbed the “show me your papers” provision.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton clears the way for police to carry out the requirement that officers, while enforcing other laws, question the immigration status of those they suspect are in the country illegally.
The provision has been at the center of a two-year legal battle that resulted in a U.S. Supreme Court decision in June upholding the requirement, ruling against the Obama administration, which filed the initial challenge.

Verdict: Obama levels more personal attacks

Asked to address the personally negative nature of the campaign, Obama campaign spokeswoman Lis Smith said the Democratic convention this week represented the party’s positive vision for America. [Yes, the socialist rhetoric is quite visible! If you want to call that a positive vision. Should we ask for some commentary from people living in socialist or communist countries? Oh, that’s right, we can’t – their government doesn’t allow free speech!]
“Americans are hearing every day at the Democratic convention about the President’s plans to move America forward by continuing to create more jobs, improve education and strengthen the middle class. [Promises, promises…abject failure for the Obama administration!]
And they also are learning about Mitt Romney’s plans to take us back with tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans paid for by the middle class, deep cuts to critical investments like education [lies] and commitment to letting Wall Street write its own rules again,” she said.
It is not that the Obama-led attacks on Romney’s character have been especially vicious by historical standards. But they have been both relentless and remorseless, designed to portray Romney as too flawed personally to be a viable political alternative : [The person that is beyond flawed is Obama! — Obama’s campaign has suggested Romney is deceitful or corrupt. [Yeah, we’ve seen lots of that…in Obama’s administration but not in Romney’s] Deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter, highlighting inconsistencies in Romney’s explanation of his departure from Bain Capital, suggested that Romney is “misrepresenting his position at Bain to the SEC, which is a felony.” [Another FALSE charge – whereas I believe identify theft, social security fraud and selective service fraud are felonies! Add in Real Estate fraud and tax fraud for that mansion Obama doesn’t own in Chicago.Oops Then of course, let’s add treason to his long list of criminal activities along with money laundering.]. The alternative, she said, is Romney was lying to the American people. Got it wrong again. Obama and his associates can’t open their mouths without it being a lie!] Last weekend, Cutter said that Romney and Paul Ryan think “lying is a virtue,” judging from the factual misrepresentations of the GOP convention.
– Obama’s campaign and surrogates say Romney’s business decisions and his personal finances call his patriotism into question. [Oh so much BS! stated by those in the anti-American party of democrats!]
Democratic strategist Paul Begala, who advises the pro-Obama super PAC Priorities USA, freely acknowledged that 2012 is a very different race from Obama’s first national campaign: “’08 was hope and change and the president won on a largely positive message. This is much more a choice than a referendum, and a choice is A and not B.” As long as Democratic attacks are accurate and avoid the most sensitive areas of Romney’s life — his faith and his family — Begala argued that they are in bounds.
Markos Moulitsas, the Daily Kos blogger who has reveled in the apparent success of the Democratic campaign against Romney, said there was nothing wrong with branding Romney — accurately, in his view — as an “unlikable buffoon.” [A buffoon – really, Markos, spoken like a true commie! Check out the guy with no records but failure – squatting in the WH.]
“None of what the Obama campaign is doing is false. Mitt Romney is a terrible human being, and it’s not hard to make that case with the available facts. What kind of human being tortures his dog? What kind of person has Swiss bank accounts?” Moulitsas wrote in an email. “Every presidential campaign is negative. Including 2008. (How many houses did McCain own?)”

9th Circuit Court of Appeals Refuses To Block DNC Certification of Ineligible Obama

Tonight Obama will be accepting the Democratic Party’s nomination. Tonight or tomorrow the DNC will be sending notifications that they certify Obama as their candidate to the Secretaries of State for all 50 states. These notifications will either explicitly state that Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as president, or they will imply it.Either way, the certifications will be fraudulent.
Earlier this week, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals denied Liberty Legal Foundation’s emergency motion to prohibit the DNC from sending those fraudulent notifications. The 9th Circuit’s order denying our motion was one sentence. It essentially said, we’re denying your motion because we can. You can see the order on our website.
The 9th Circuit’s one-sentence denial of our motion is, in my mind, the definitive proof that America’s judicial system has completely failed. For a year Liberty Legal Foundation has been presenting courts with an opportunity to explain why Supreme Court precedent should be ignored. Rather than answer that question, the courts have avoided the question. The 9th Circuit’s denial cites a single case. That case stands for the principle that the 9th Circuit doesn’t have to grant our motion unless it wants to do so. Oh, it has the authority, but it isn’t required to grant our motion.
Understand what I just said. The 9th Circuit didn’t explain WHY it chose to deny our motion. It didn’t even offer an excuse. The Court didn’t say that the DNC’s notifications wouldn’t be fraudulent. It simply said, we don’t have to grant your motion, because we don’t have to.
