“Some Obama birth records made public for years”

“HONOLULU (AP) — Lost in the renewed scrutiny into President Obama’s birth records is the fact that anyone can walk into a Hawaii vital records office, wait in line behind couples getting marriage licenses and open a baby-blue government binder containing basic information about his birth.
Highlighted in yellow on page 1,218 of the thick binder is the computer-generated listing for a boy named Barack Hussein Obama II born in Hawaii, surrounded by the alphabetized last names of all other children born in-state between 1960 and 1964. This is the only government birth information, called “index data,” available to the public.
So far this month, only the Associated Press and one other person had looked at the binder, according to a sign-in sheet viewed Wednesday in the state Department of Health building. The sheet showed about 25 names of people who have seen the document since March 2010, when the sign-in sheet begins.
Those documents complement newspaper birth announcements published soon after Obama’s Aug. 4, 1961 birth and a “certification of live birth” released by the Obama campaign three years ago, the only type of birth certificate the state issues.”

I remember that guy in the video and this video, John McKnight, – a real Marxist, I believe. He was Obama’s teacher and taught him all he knew about Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. He was associated with that Foundation beginning with a G – and wrote letters for Obama to get into Harvard.

Dr. John L. McKnight of the Center for Urban Affairs Policy Research at Northwestern University was Obama’s community organizer trainer and mentor. He is an ally of Quentin Young, Obama’s doctor, and the person whom Obama approached for a recommendation to Harvard Law School.
At the end of “Audacity of Hope,” Obama tells of asking McKnight for a recommendation (wiithout using his name, however).
McKnight is an expert in community organizing and health policy. McKnight co-authored with John (“Jody”) Kretzmann (another Obama associate) “Community Organizing in the Eighties: Towards a Post-Ailinsky Agenda.”
Kretzmann and McKnight argued for community organizing as a way to take over economic production itself amnd they focused on the Community Reinvestment Act as the model to apply CRA-like redistributive constraints on a whole range of industries.
This movement to place constraints on capitalism “from below” was the strategy favord by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) in the 1980’s. The DSA vision is what inspired Obama to become a comunity organizer. He learned how to do it from McKnight.
This information was gleened from Stanley Kutrz’s book RADICAL-IN-CHIEF: Barack Obama and the untold story of American Socialism. I highly recommend it. On page 276 is a matrix of Obama and all of his close associates and their interrelationships. John Kretzmann and John McKnight form their own box in the matrix that shows them working closely with both Barack and Michele.

Rove and Romney. They may be right and realistic that with THIS media, at this time, they have to drop this NOW. For NOW because the most important thing, the highest priority, is to GET OBAMA OUT AND THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT IS TO ELECT ROMNEY. The media have done such a good job of demonizing and Alinsky-ing the “birther movement” and painting anybody who doubts Obama about ANYTHING as a racist, that realistically, practically, Romney NEEDS those susceptible voters. The ones subject to white guilt. The independents who are so insecure about their own selves, their own minds and hearts, that they FEAR that they just might BE racist if they even allow themselves to doubt him. Those who just might turn away from Romney if he or the Republicans use this issue in any way.
I hate to say this but it might be right to do it because WE MUST GET OBAMA OUT OF OFFICE. The only way to do it is to elect Romney. He isn’t the best candidate, but he’s going to BE the candidate so the ONLY HOPE for us is to get him elected and get OBAMA out of the White House.

There’s no way it will remain hidden. When he’s out of power, when he can no longer use the power of our government to threaten and intimidate others into silence, then people will begin to talk.
But we MUST defeat Obama. HE CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE EVEN ONE MORE SUPREME COURT JUSTICE. If he does, our Republic is DOOMED. Why? Because progressives have no morals and ethics. They believe “by any means necessary.” They will use the court to IMPOSE their beliefs NO MATTER WHAT THE LAW SAYS. We know that. Conservatives and liberals in the past “evolved” once they got on the court. Once removed from partisan influences. Once freed by the knowledge that they were safe in that position for life. This is no longer true. The type of “liberals” put on the court by this man proves that. They are there for one reason and one reason alone: To do Obama’s bidding. To do Soros’s bidding. To bring about the end of America as we know Her and to put the USA under the authority of a global government. To DESTROY OUR FREEDOM AND SOVEREIGNTY. AND THEY WILL DO SO, IF ALLOWED TO.
OBAMA MUST BE DEFEATED. If it means nobody listens to us anymore, that doesn’t mean we’ll shut up; but it will mean we have to wait until ANYBODY BUT OBAMA is in charge of our government.
They would like NOTHING MORE than to use this issue to split us away from Romney. The enemy of our enemy is our friend. Romney is not the best, but he’s our LAST BEST HOPE. Sad to say. We must choose him. And it really is no choice.

That story, written just 5 hours ago and linked from Drudge, says this:
“A spokesman for Bennett said he received Hawaii’s verification and will comment Wednesday. It was not clear if the new information would satisfy Bennett or bring the dispute to a close.”
We don’t know what he was sent. The fact that Hawaii came out and preempted the issue by announcing that they sent Bennett the proof stinks of Obama tactics. We don’t know WHAT they sent.
When we researched this 4 years ago, what was SUPPOSED to be sent under their laws is a quasi-SFCOLB (exactly like what’s shown on FACTCHECK), certified but not to be used as a legal document, and with printed on it only the data items that the requestor provided for verification.
When others have tried to get this, they have been stonewalled and what was sent was NOT what was supposed to be sent. And that’s because if they, for example, supplied a birth date that didn’t match, then the SFCOLB verification received WOULD NOT HAVE A BIRTH DATE ON IT. The absence itself would prove that what’s on file doesn’t match what the requestor asked about. The policy only verifies the data items asked about.
If the person provides data that doesn’t match, then it’s not listed on the verification. In this way, clever requestors could, as the HDOH well knew, find out exactly what Barry lies about. That’s WHY they began to stop following their own policies and procedures. NOW they will NOT issue what they used to issue. Because to do so will prove that Barry is a liar.

Joshua Wisch, special assistant to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie, told The Associated Press late Tuesday that the matter is resolved after Hawaii gave Arizona the verification it was looking for.
Hawaii — which has vouched for Obama’s birth in the state several times — didn’t bow to the request easily. The Aloha State told Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett to prove he needed the records as part of normal business. Wisch says Hawaii got what it needed.

Exactly. Either Bennett was eligible to receive verification of the facts of Obama’s birth as recorded on his birth certificate, or he was not. The way he “worded” the request would not change whether he was eligible or not. This sounds like a bunch of bullcrap, where HI agreed to “verify” only what they wanted or were comfortable “verifying” – NOT what the law says they need to verify.
We need to see exactly what transpired, and what HI gave AZ. If they gave just a generic verification that they have records for Obama, then that would be relying on either a 1960-64 birth index which has been altered to include legally non-valid records OR a database which has been altered to put Virginia Sunahara’s birth record under somebody else’s name (like the HDOH did before).
And no matter what they “verified”, their doing so contradicts previous disclosures that Obama’s BC was amended and/or late and has affidavits supporting what was claimed on the BC – because HI law says that late and/or amended BC’s are not probative; HI cannot vouch for the accuracy of anything on those BC’s. So if HI actually verified anything, it is grounds for Bennett (or any SOS) to audit ALL Obama’s birth/citizenship records, as strongly recommended in the report by the HHS inspector general, found at

I am seriously leaning towards that this crap about Hawaii verifying the records is all a fake campaign to get in front of the story. Bennett was getting more play than they expected and THEN the FACT that Hawaii was stonewalling was out there. In the news. It leads ANY THINKING PERSON to wonder WHY they WOULDN’T simply VERIFY that they have a birth certificate for Barry, since supposedly he’s already produced TWO versions.
We know why they won’t but most people who don’t follow the details (as Barry has always counted upon and hoped for) DON’T know why Hawaii won’t do it.
That was BIG and DAMAGING news: That Barry’s produced birth certificates but for SOME INEXPLICABLE REASON, Hawaii wouldn’t simply say that to the AZ Sec. of State. They KNOW how Americans WILL WONDER about that and then they might actually look further into the VALID ARGUMENTS that we have.
They ridicule us BECAUSE they KNOW we’re right. They don’t want the mass of the public to look further and to read our valid arguments and to then decide that we’re right that Barry LIES.
So this might be all a lie or at least obfuscation and prevarication.
They got this “spokesperson” to put out a statement claiming to have responded to Bennett and given him what he asked for after just some tiny technicality about how he worded the question was satisfied. SMOKE SCREEN!
But the FACT is that this statement by the Hawaiian “spokesperson” (degrees of separation from ANY person in any position of authority in Hawaii, any person who holds an office that REQUIRES official statements to be TRUE)–that statement will give the media something to hang their hat on.
Just as they took the parsed statements of the HDOH to say for the past four years that “Hawaii” vouched for the authenticity of the SFCOLB and the LFCOLB, when they did not, they will NOW claim that Hawaii responded to the Sec. of State of AZ in the affirmative and all’s well and people who continue to doubt are just an insane clown posse.
More and more I believe that whatever they sent Bennett is not verification of anything.
They have already telegraphed that they KNOW what they sent was inadequate and they have set up the ALINSKY attack in advance by snarking that they don’t know if it will “satisfy” Bennett. So if he is not satisfied, they can then paint him as a partisan hack who’s “pandering to the birthers” in a bid to get their votes when he runs next. See how they play these games? There wasn’t one, but there is now. They have provisions for amending birth certificates. Of course all matches NOW. Barry probably amended his own record to match what he wanted it to say, they accepted it because they’re complicit, and voila! There you go.

Note the language at the bottom that says the information on the record they have was used to verify the facts of the vital event. So if, as is allowed under their laws, all that record is is an affidavit that Madelyn signed in 2007, then Onaka is saying the information she gave is what he used to “verify” the vital event.
He doesn’t swear that the information is TRUE. He says only that what that record claims is what he’s using to “verify” the event.
In other words, he’s making clear that he did NOTHING ELSE to verify the “facts” of the vital event than to look at that vital record (suddenly now singular) and then tell Bennett that it matches what Obama put on the Internet.

Why is that form not mentioned ANYWHERE on the Web? If it were in their policies, it would show up on a search, just as the numbered provisions of their policies show up, if you search on them. MORE IMPORTANT: If at any time his birth certificate was amended, the ORIGINAL information needs to be seen AND a certified copy WOULD SHOW all the amendments. It’s been amended and THAT’S WHY he won’t allow Hawaii to release a certified copy. NOW that they have released it, then there’s no reason NOT to release to the public an actual certified copy. They won’t because if they do, under their own laws, they have to show that it was late or amended. If the amendments involved changing the name of the biological father or adding the name, that could be crucial.

BUT……..you see where Ken mentions an “ATTACHED FORM”? I don’t find that “form” in the correspondence between AZ and HI. What else was in that FORM? I don’t think he was speaking about the COLB, because that was listed separately and after the line items.
Why in the name of all that’s holy would the Sec. of State NOT ask for verification of one of the most pertinent data items? The freaking birth date? What’s the first thing anybody asks when you fill out an identity form? DATE OF BIRTH.

Or did the “reporter” of WHAT Bennett did ask for deliberately omit the birth date item from the email that he published because they WILL NOT verify in a letter of verification a data item that was incorrectly provided? Such as, the Sec. of State mis-typed 8/4/61 as 8/5/61, so the letter simply left out the verification of that item because it wasn’t accurate?
AGE is one of the requirements to be met under the Constitution.
Is this yet another Alinsky game and distraction? To make everybody wonder? Oh, of course, they’ll say. It’s obvious he’s old enough to be potus, so what does it matter?
This comports with our suspicion that he’s older than he claims. Arpaio found that children 3 years old were ANNOUNCED in the Hawaiian newspapers as if they were newborn. Barry’s own webpage said he was 52 when he allegedly was 2 to 3 years younger (forgot when it said that, but he’s not even supposed to be 52 today). Barry’s own babysitter placed his birthdate in early 1961, not late summer. His birth was registered late, based upon the date accepted and the BC#. In the 3rd grade photo (actually all the school photos), he looks much older than his classmates.
Why would Bennett NOT ASK FOR THE DATE OF BIRTH? Was he clued in? So, in order to get the rest and to satisfy the “birthers”, he just forgot to ask for the item that they won’t lie about?
Of course, they’re probably lying about the rest (I see no CERTIFICATION EMBOSSED SEAL), but he might have got all the other items amended. Who the heck knows? All I do KNOW is that if this verification is TRUTHFUL, then

I notice the wording in the first line of the letter;

““Indicating?” Is that the official term for “verifying“?
I am likely splitting hairs, but “verifying” is a NO wiggle room term, whereas “indicating” leaves a bit of room for interpretation.
You’re not splitting hairs. The “verifying” hair has already been split. To verify, in legalese, can be defined as something attested to by oath, such as in an affidavit. We’ve long speculated that’s what the HDOH meant when they said the “vital records verify”. INDICATING is almost exactly what he parsed down at the bottom, when he wrote that bizarre statement about how the information on the record is what they used to verify the facts of the vital event. I think he’s telegraphing in both places that it’s the records that “indicate” this and that he didn’t do ANY MORE factchecking OTHER THAN to look at what the record (suddenly singular) said. jmho, but indicating is certainly less precise.

Ever since the long-form came out, everybody has been doubling-down on the authenticity of the short-form COLB because everyone’s attention has permanently shifted to the long-form – which was the intention to make it all along.
Meanwhile, in less than five seconds, I can prove that the short-form COLB does not exist and never did. I can also prove who created it and distributed it.

2016 is a new movie supposedly opening in theaters next month (June 2012).
It appears that the movie is not Obama friendly. The writer also makes the claim that Obama is no ordinary democrat and that love Obama or hate Obama, you don’t know Obama.
The movie is based on a book written by Dinesh D’Souza entitled The Roots of Obama’s Rage (2010). The movie was produced by Gerald R. Molen and directed by Jim Hanon.
Movies produced by Molen include Schindler’s List, Jurassic Park, Rain Man and Minority Report. Molen has produced at least twenty movies. Jim Hanon has worked on more than several documentaries.

The man who said Abraham Lincoln would roll over in his grave if he knew that Governor Rod Blagojevich had tried to sell a senate seat is stepping down from his post.
Patrick Fitzgerald, the U.S. Attorney who made his name for taking down corrupt, high-profile politicians, Wednesday announced his resignation from the U.S. Attorney’s Office effective June 30.
“Mr. Fitzgerald notified the White House, Attorney General Eric Holder, and U.S. Sens. Richard Durbin and Mark Kirk this morning of his decision to step down from the presidentially appointed post that he has held since Sept. 1, 2001, making him the longest-serving U.S. Attorney ever in Chicago,” he said in a release.

Fitzgerald, 51, lists two Illinois governors and a bevy of politically connected people to his list of convictions: Blagojevich, George Ryan, Ed Vrdolyak, Robert Sorich, Al Sanchez (hired truck), Issac Corothers, et. al. Now, Breitbart News has established that Obama’s grades and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) scores may have been even lower than those of his supposedly less capable predecessor, George W. Bush. Breitbart News has learned that the transfer class that entered Columbia College in the fall of 1981 with Obama was one of the worst in recent memory, according to Columbia officials at the time.
A Nov. 18, 1981 article in the Columbia Spectator, “Tight Housing Discourages Transfer Applications to CC,” written by student Jeremy Feldman and quoting admissions officials, reported: “On paper at least, the quality of the students accepted [as transfers] has declined along with the number of applicants, the officials say.”

Among accepted transfer students, the average combined math and verbal score on the Scholastic Aptitude Test is a 1,100 and their grade-point average at their former schools is about 3.0, Boatti said. The freshman class at the College had a combined SAT score more than 100 points higher. Only 450 students applied to transfer to Columbia in 1981 and sixty-seven were admitted, according to the Columbia Spectator, compared to 650 applicants just four years before.

This comports with the story that came out yesterday, that said some Northwestern U “community organizing” and Alinsky teacher was begged by Barry to write a letter of recommendation to Harvard because his grades were too low as an undergrad. That Muslim bigwig, friend of the Saudis, wrote a letter, too, didn’t he? Or was that Percy himself? I forget these details, but the bottom line is the he got by with a little help from his FRIENDS instead of on MERIT as the genius he’s supposed to be. If all he wanted was some “verification” why didn’t he simply accept the official public statement by the former HI DOH official who said she saw what they had in file and that it was “half written and half typed”???! From what I remember, after an adoption, the new birth certificate can be considered “original”, but not “initial”.
I think he’s done more harm than good. He should have told all candidates to submit a hard copy birth certificate to him or they would not be put on the ballot, and then he should have asked Hawaii to verify that the document is authentic and that it matches the INITIAL record on file with them.

Hi Redpill, again on ALL bc’s PLACE of birth NEVER changes. Names, parents etc…get changed in adoptions, but ORIGINAL PLACE of birth stays forever…THIS is probably the issue.
Perhaps if the dob is prior to statehood. There’s a real question about whether a citizen of a territory (especially if birth was on Hawaiian sovereign lands) would be eligible, especially if his father WAS an East African who never had permanent residence. And his mother was too young to convey citizenship. Hawaiian sovereign lands are NOT, so far as I know, part of the USA. He does look Hawaiian MORE than he does African.

Missouri US Senator Claire McCaskill failed to pay taxes on her private airplane. Now, AGAIN, she’s late paying taxes on her DC condominium (as she was in 2010 and 2008, too). All this from a woman who declines to state whether she supports President Obama’s wish to raise taxes on others — and who served as Missouri’s state auditor. She’s a serial tax delinquent. And if she’s this careless with her own finances, can you imagine how careless she is with our tax money?

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo) said Monday she will sell her private plane and pay back $287,273 in four years of back taxes, the latest chapter in a politically embarrassing saga for the moderate Democrat facing a tough reelection battle in 2012.
McCaskill has been answering questions about the plane since POLITICO recently reported that she billed taxpayers for a political trip around Missouri. POLITICO also reported that McCaskill spent $76,000 from her Senate budget on trips on the aircraft over the past four years, prompting the senator to refund the Treasury Department more than $88,000 for the cost of the trips plus pilot fees.

On top of this, McCaskill signed on in February as a co-sponsor of Senate legislation that would fire federal employees if they are “seriously delinquent” in paying their own federal taxes.
Back home, local papers have picked up on the plane story, and Missouri Republicans aren’t letting go, either. They filed a complaint with the Senate Ethics Committee last week, requesting an inquiry into whether McCaskill improperly used taxpayer money to cover the cost of at least one political trip on her plane. And they ran a full-page ad in the Springfield Leader Monday, calling on her to release tax records for her aircraft.
“This is not good,” McCaskill said during conference call with reporters on Monday. “I’ve been sick to my stomach for four days since this has happened, and I really do feel a lot of people are going to say, ‘How in the world? They’ve got this big business and they’re wealthy. How did they not self-report this airplane?’” [Poor baby, sick to her tummy. They are going to say more than that Claire!]
