Arizona official to Hawaii: Show birth verification
Eligibility dispute elevated to formal inquiry from state elections office

A state official in Arizona has asked Hawaii for verification of the information on Barack Obama’s birth certificate, the document that Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s special investigative team has concluded may be a forgery.Members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party, who petitioned Arpaio to investigate Obama’s eligibility, say they are awaiting word from the state secretary of state regarding whether Obama’s name will be on the 2012 presidential ballot in Arizona.
Secretary of State Ken Bennett had promised to ask Hawaii officials for verification of Obama’s documentation, vowing that if answers are not forthcoming, Obama’s name will not be on the ballot.
The assurance came in an email to various constituents in Arizona who had contacted Bennett’s office expressing concern that the name of an ineligible candidate would be presented to voters in November.
“Because of the importance and profile of the president’s case, and at the request of many constituents, I have gone the extra step of asking the state of Hawaii to verify the facts contained in his birth certificate,” Bennett wrote in response to concerns last month. “Hawaii is bound by their own statutes to provide such verifications to other state officials in their official duties.
“With all due respect, the [Arpaio] investigation has not proven anything other than raised probable cause that the birth certificate posted on the White House website ‘may be’ a forgery. The next lawful step would be for the sheriff’s office to turn their findings over to the county attorney for prosecution,” he continued. “Evidence would be brought on both sides and a judge should issue a decision.
“Whether or not that happens, if Hawaii can’t or won’t provide verification of the president’s birth certificate, I will not put his name on the ballot,” he wrote.
“I can tell from the tone and language of your letters that the only acceptable outcome for you is that his name not be on the ballot, period. That may be what happens, but under my watch, it won’t happen based on opinions, petitions, probability or pledges to support or oppose me in the 2014 governor’s race. My oath of office is to uphold the Constitution and laws of our state and country, and I’m going to do that by following the law,” he said.
Amen, said Brian Reilly, the Surprise Tea Party member who originated the idea of asking Arpaio for an investigation. He also was part of the group that sought from the state legislature this year a requirement that presidential candidates document their eligibility. The proposal that fell by the wayside despite some 3,000 signatures of people endorsing the plan.

Bennett’s communications director, Matt Roberts, told WND today that the secretary of state indeed has asked Hawaii for the answers. In fact, he said, there was a conversation about proper procedures to submit the request. “We are awaiting their response,” he said.

Good News – AZ demands confirmation re Obama! Will they respond? Can we hope that Obama the fraud WILL NOT be on the Ballot! Should Ken Bennett expect a visit from the thugs? Will Hawaii’s answer confirm NBC status? The law is clear…and if Obama’s BC is produced how will that make a difference if AZ doesn’t acknowledge what constitutes an NBC? Should we expect Hawaii will stonewall like usual – at Obama’s peril?!
He’s probably already got the visit. This is the response and Hawaii’s response probably has already been written for them and faxed from DC. Are we going to learn his birth parents, his birth name, his REAL birth name, etc.? Are we going to FINALLY learn that “embarrassing” information that he’s been hiding? I hope but I have no real hope.
The fact remains that IF they “verify” it, it will not explain then WHY he spent so much time preventing it from coming out, why he wouldn’t present it to ANY of the courts, and why he SENT LTC LAKIN TO PRISON rather than show it.
Will we see a repeat of that same old parsed statement–that the RECORDS (perhaps ONE affidavit from granny) “verify” (i.e. CLAIM) that he was born in Hawaii and so is (in their warped opinion) a NBC? What I fear. I’ve pinned my hopes too many times that there is at least one honest patriot who TRULY will follow the LAW and the CONSTITUTION to believe this time. There is too much at stake for ALL of the complicit ones on every side of the aisle. They’ve effed up big time and they know it and it’s CYA time.

I hope this is true. One thing that bothers me about the Mormons is how they made a show of presenting Barry with “his” family tree. IMPOSSIBLE without documents to back it up.
And their response will be that what is on the records NOW is what is on the Internet. And yet they will NOT admit that what was on the record ORIGINALLY is NOT what is on the Internet. And they will not disclose, as required by their own laws, that he had amendments made, or WHEN they were made, or HOW they were verified. See how that goes? I’m not holding my breath on this one.
Sheriff Joe SHOULD submit the evidence for prosecution of forgery. He should. This will all depend upon what the Sec. of State ASKED for from Hawaii, which data elements, whether they asked for certification (as in under oath) that the FACTS are that his biological parents are those named and that he was BORN WHERE he claims–that being Kapiolani Hospital. If he’s adopted and got a new BC that matches the LFCOLB, then they’ll answer in the affirmative but without ALL the facts, in other words, NOT the whole truth.

Klein played the audio today on the Sean Hannity radio show. Earlier this year there was a all day symposium on Barack Obama and the black agenda. Farrakhan was there and said, “Obama was seeeelected before he was eeelected. You didn’t select him.”
Which one of you was the new photo rendition expert? Was it Miri? This picture in the video….Wow, if Miri put Mark Ndesandjo’s scarf on Obama’s head , he looks a whole lot like Mark N.. Seriously, try it Miri. Obama’s darker, but all his features here may coincide with Mark’s. Maybe they do have a parent in common (not necessarily anyone we know). Maybe like Lame Cherry has said lately….Asian , CHinese, Groid (my interpretation)? It’s something about this picture of O.

So Wright admits that Obama is ordering black MINISTERS to campaign for him and giving them the plan! Is this not illegal? All of these guys are probably not paying taxes for their churches. Can you imagine GWB doing the same thing with white priests and ministers? Telling them to go out there and get him reelected? GWB has too much integrity to suborn people this way. And check it out: Was this “conference” NOT IN THE WH? OUR HOUSE? He’s strategizing for his campaign with ministers in OUR HOUSE. Campaigning on public property. Amazing gall.
Remember it depends on which room they were in whether it is lawful or not. No photos allowed, no doubt.

Top Democratic strategists have reacted quickly to stop a proposed $10 million advertising campaign that would highlight the relationship between President Barack Obama and his old Chicago pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Plans for the potential ad campaign were revealed this morning by the New York Times.
“Stunning! Will Mitt stand up, as [Sen.] John McCain did? Or allow the purveyors of slime to operate on his behalf?” claimed a 5.42 a.m. tweet from [MARXIST] David Axelrod, the senior strategic at Obama’s campaign headquarters in Chicago.[Well, if that isn’t the kettle calling the elephant black!]
The proposed advertising is a “hateful campaign being planned by GOP super PACs,” claimed Bill Burton, who runs a Democratic “super PAC” political action committee, dubbed Priorities USA Action, that is itself designed to run negative ads against Gov. Mitt Romney
“The world is about to see Jeremiah Wright and understand his influence on Barack Obama for the first time in a big, attention-arresting way,” says the proposal, according to the Times.
At 9.32 a.m., Woodhouse followed up with another tweet, saying “If @MittRomney can’t clearly denounce the type of scum bag tactics planned by his allies as outlined by the NYT he’s not fit to lead.” [Speaking of who isn’t fit to lead! Takes a scumbag to know one.]
The Democrats’ hostile reaction to the planned ad campaign follows recent media reports that top GOP fundraisers are being investigated and intimidated by Democratic cadres.
The Wright-focused advertising campaign is being designed by campaign ad guru Fred Davis, and was commissioned by Joe Ricketts, who founded the brokerage firm TD Ameritrade, according to the May 17 article in the New York Times.
The leak may torpedo the plan, because Ricketts is vulnerable to economic and social pressure, especially in Chicago. “The proposal was presented last week in Chicago to associates and family members of Mr. Ricketts, who is also the patriarch of the family that owns the Chicago Cubs,” said the Times.

Obama’s proposed budget numbers just died in the Senate with a whopping ZERO votes in support of the bill. ZERO for ZERO! Where are your comrades? Way to go Barack – another “winning” budget –but you tried – amateur! Funny, now that it suffered a humiliating defeat, the Dems say it wasn’t Obama’s – well, whose was it then? Of course, Democrats are now desperately trying to conclude that the bill killed in the Senate was not Obama’s bill. Republicans were quick to respond, pointing out the bill uses Obama’s proposed budget numbers and asking Democrats to reply with any inaccuracies.
There is something traumatically wrong with proposed budget numbers that cannot get a single vote in the House or Senate. Especially when these proposed numbers are from a President who has a majority in the Senate.

50+ Professors & Staff Resign From Christian University After Refusing to Sign Homosexuality Pledge

Last October, news broke that Shorter University, a Christian college in Rome, Georgia, had decided to ask its employees to sign a controversial pledge that affirms that they are not engaging in homosexuality, among other forbidden activities. Now, after scores of employees refused to sign the document, the college, which is affiliated with the Georgia Baptist Convention, has reportedly received a massive number of resignations.
Dr. J. Robert White, executive director of the Georgia Baptist Convention, which Shorter is a part of, told The Christian Post that the “lifestyle statement” is consistent with the convention’s position. “We have not taken a specific position related to the ‘lifestyle statement,’” said White, “but the history of our convention, which goes back to 1822, has approved many resolutions regarding homosexuality as a sin and alcohol use as ill-advised.”
Despite the outcry from some faculty and staff regarding the statement, White did not believe the measure would be overturned… Aside from forbidding an active role in a gay relationship, the lifestyle pledge also bans pre-marital sex, adultery and drug use and abuse. Additionally, employees are asked to be active members of a church and to live their lives as committed, Bible-believing followers of Jesus Christ. “Shorter University will hire persons who are committed Bible believing Christians, who are dedicated to integrating biblical faith in their classes and who are in agreement with the University Statement of Faith,” the document reads. “Moreover, employees are expected to be active members of a local church.”
In responding to the latest news of mass departures, [Univ. Pres.] Dowless says that the university wishes those who choose to leave well.

I love that last line! Finally people with the guts to stand up for what they believe. Now it will be interesting to watch the progressives condemn these Baptists while at the same time praising Islam (as practiced in Saudi Arabia, e.g.) as it consigns women to figurative hell.
OMG. Did you hear the teacher’s wife say that she and her husband are taking a stand because they aren’t willing to “teach our children that this is okay.” Say what?
They think they’re showing courage to REFUSE to sign a pledge that they will live MORAL LIVES as their religion teaches? And that’s what she wants her kids to learn?
So what? Is she against having her husband sign a pledge that he will be FAITHFUL TO HER and that he won’t be a DRUNK? Their stand is to teach their children to stand up for the rights of drunks and adulterers?

Just that clip of Mooch saying what she said about the American Dream ought to be put in a loop, over and over. That would help defeat Obama this time around. I’d hazard a guess that MOST Americans have never seen that side of Mooch.
I didn’t believe in the Frank Marshall Davis father angle, but the photos are darned convincing. Especially that tilt of the head to the right. I’ve seen mannerisms like this show up in kids who NEVER KNEW the parent who shared it, so it’s sometimes genetic and not learned behavior.
Interesting read that coincides with what we know of Obama’s background – yet we may not agree with his theory of BHO’s father being Davis.

I didn’t think they had permission to fly those drones in the US yet. I thought that is the debate that is going on right now. Drones were made for warfare and the US is not in a war on our soil that I know about.
