When I heard the horrible, terrible story about how Herman Cain sexually harassed a woman 20 years ago by standing next to her and commenting that she’s the same height as his wife, I thought of Bill Clinton.
Thought about how terrible it was that Bill was literally persecuted by a relentless media, and how Congress then tried to run Clinton out of office simply for getting BJ’s in the Oval Office from a WH intern more than 30 years younger than he.
Look how the media went after poor Bill Clinton! Look how, by comparison, they give Herman Cain a pass for his awful, awful behavior. Moistening his lips while looking at a woman? Doesn’t he know about Chap Stick? He should be more aware, as Kathleen Parker says, about women’s perceptions. After all, he wants to be leader of the (possibly) free world.
But the media. What bias! How can they sleep at night? What a double standard!
A “high tech lynching” for President Clinton. A pass for candidate Herman Cain. Where is the outrage from NOW?
Is the media looking the other way on Cain because he’s black? Is that it? Racism? They shamelessly went after a white man but they now give Cain a pass? What sort of morals do these people have? Don’t they know sexual harassment when they hear about it?
BJ’s in the Oval Office from a young girl who works for you is consensual sex. It doesn’t matter (or shouldn’t matter) to anyone that the Clintons have an open marriage. It’s their personal business. That intern wasn’t a minor, after all.
But Cain comparing a female colleague’s height to his wife’s? How dare he compare another woman to his wife? That is a sexual implication and context. Shall we say, Six Degrees of Sexual Context?
Unless, that is, Cain can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he and his wife didn’t have sex back then. That might change the story.
Yet it’s only logical that the victim should assume that the Cains engaged in sex. And it’s her perception that CREATES THE CRIME.
So Cain had better be prepared to PROVE HIS INNOCENCE. There’s no presumption of innocence when unconfirmed allegations of sexual harassment come to light, made by anonymous women, twenty years after the fact. None. And Cain should know that. There’s no statute of limitations, either. None. GUILTY until proven innocent.
Where’s the media’s outrage and concern for Cain’s victim? Wait! There’s another victim. Why are they ignoring her?
With Clinton, the media dug up Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, et al. The media persecuted these women merely for engaging in consensual sex with the president.

Satire alert! Apparently, Rush Limbaugh thinks along the same lines:
Bill Clinton must be laughing himself sick over this hit job from The Politico on Cain. And Cain now has denied it, without question. He has categorically denied any of this. But a story like this involving Bill Clinton, why, Clinton would be getting high fives, millions of dollars of campaign contributions from the NAGs. If this story were about Bill Clinton, the left would be circling the wagons doing everything they can to fend off the charge. I mean this story is a joke that can only truly be appreciated by Clinton and other sexual predators.
The important part of this story is the kneejerk RACISM of the lamestream media. The only way that they can think of to smear and damage a black conservative is to pull out that tired old stereotype of the hypersexual black man (also used in Barry Obama’s fictional autobiography) to hint about mental micegenation and raise ugly suspicions in the minds of the susceptible.
Subliminal concepts that WORK to the extent that far too many “liberals” ARE RACIST at heart in that they believe that blacks are inferior, which is why they want to patronize them and make them forever dependent upon government and white elites, so that they vote for white elites (of which Obama is one).
This ploy is EXACTLY what they did to Clarence Thomas. I’m waiting for them to roll out Anita Hill for a retrospective and comparison: Then and Now.

The lamestream has now settled into their too predictable pattern:
White conservative = STUPID (See Quayle, Reagan, GWB, Ford, Palin, Bachmann, working on Perry)
Black conservative = SEXUAL PREDATOR (see Thomas and now Cain)

Cain doesn’t have a bimbo eruptions person like Betsey What’s Her Name, Betsey Wright. During the ’92 presidential campaign, some of you youngsters out there may not remember this but during the ’92 presidential campaign there were all kinds of bimbos popping up all over the country claiming that Clinton had actually done things at them, not just engaged in gestures that “were not overtly sexual.”

Now Clinton is laughing because he knows the media and the liberals are gonna treat a black conservative far different than how they would treat any Democrat.
I’d totally forgotten about the Clinton CZAR FOR BIMBO ERUPTIONS. What a blast from the past! Can you imagine if Cain had such a person on staff? But with Clinton, it’s only a joke. A foible to laugh about. Clinton had no victims. Here’s a more pertinent analogy:

Congressman: Science ‘czar’ giving China U.S. technology

A congressman says he’s alarmed that President Obama’s science “czar,” John Holdren, apparently has been collaborating with the Chinese even though Congress specifically prohibited that activity in a bill signed into law by his boss, Obama. The accusations from U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf. R-Va., came this week in a hearing of the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
The committee was listening to testimony about China’s espionage in the United States and “the violation of the law by the director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy.” Wolf noted he opposed the idea that the U.S. should work with China in any way regarding that nation’s space program.
His concern was raised because NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden had scheduled a trip to China to talk about cooperation between NASA and the Chinese army, and Holdren made multiple trips to China for weeks of meetings.
“I was … concerned to learn that Dr. John Holdren, head of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), had spent 21 days in China on three separate trips in one year – more than any other country. Very little information about these cooperative agreements with China were being provided to Congress and the American people,” Wolf said.
“So, I included language in Section 1340 of the Fiscal Year 2011 Continuing Resolution preventing NASA and OSTP from using federal funds ‘to develop, design, plan, promulgate, implement or execute a bilateral policy, program, order, or contract of any kind to participate, collaborate, or coordinate bilaterally in any way with China or any Chinese-owned company,” he continued.
He said he had asked Attorney General Eric Holder to make Holdren accountable for the misbehavior, but Wolf’s office said there had been no response. [Misbehavior? misbehavior? Downplaying the seriousness, don’t you think? Holder expected to do his job, hardly!]

Beck warned about Holdren long ago saying he was dangerous, …and now look…is this not espionage? Holdren said he knew about the ban and wouldn’t follow it! It was a law signed by Obama and Holdren had his own interpretation of the law and he’d do as he pleased. Should he be investigated for this or will Holder and Congress let it ride and let him continue doing what this Czar wants to do?
