In 2008, Obama signed the Nomination Papers for Arizona stating and applying his signature to a document that he was a Natural Born Citizen. Obama having supposedly taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago, knowingly signed the form thus perjuring himself. His own website stated he was a citizen under the 14th Amendment, an amendment that only classifies those people eligible for citizenship, it does nothing to change the definition of a natural born citizen. A natural born citizen needs no law to give them status. The Left has tried to blurr the meaning of natural born citizen to give and keep Obama eligible. Barack Hussein Obama I was a British subject from Kenya and was never a U.S. citizen, and that fact alone eliminates his purported son from being eligible to hold the position he now occupies illegally.

The Arizona Tea Party has requested that Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Maricopa County, AZ, investigate the document that is expected to be used for the 2012 Nomination and Election of the Usurper Barack Obama. He would investigate if a crime has been committed against the Arizona Secretary of State who has the responsibility of placing names on the presidential ballot.
The White House released a document on April 27, 2011 that has been verified by several experts to be a poor forgery, but is claimed to be Obama’s Certified Birth Certificate. Orly Taitz is attempting to view the original of this released document through a lawsuit in Hawaii. The DOH stonewalled Orly on August 8, when she visited their office in accordance with an issued subpoena. Orly was denied access to the documents and presented with a letter from Deputy Attorney General Jill Theresa Nagamine that stated they could not release the document due to a privacy exclusion.
“You are seeking disclosure of privileged or other protected matter, and there is no exception that applies to allow disclosure to you.”
They will need to defend their current position in court. As reported by WND, after being denied access to the records or documents that the DOH has on file, Orly secured a “Show Cause” order from United States District Court Magistrate, Judge Richard L. Puglisi, demanding that the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court on Sept. 14, 2011 and defend their position as to why Orly Taitz should not be allowed to see the original 1961 documents they have on file regarding Barack Obama’s birth. Again, we ask, what privacy can there be when Obama has already released a copy of the “real” birth certificate? Let’s leave it up to Joe!
It should be mentioned that our researchers have found a “coincidental” link to Deputy Attorney General Jill Theresa Nagamine who signed the letter that was presented to Orly Taitz. Her husband, Dean Tadao Nagamine, was the filing attorney for Maya Soetoro Forth’s divorce from Gary W.E. Forth that was filed on May 9, 1994. Maya is the half-sister of Barack Obama. Does anyone think that this Nagamine connection is an indicator of a potential problem for Orly? Interestingly, Dean, age 53, is three years older than Barry aka Barack. He also was a graduate of Punahou High School as were Maya and Barack. Did they know each other?
So we will have investigations on four fronts developing regarding Obama: one that deals with Obama’s illegal use of Connecticut social security number that was not issued to him; second, one dealing with having experts assess the validity of the original birth certificate in Hawaii; third, another looking into the real estate shenanigans in Illinois; and fourth, having Sheriff Joe utilizing his power in Arizona to determine if a crime was/is committed in his state.
Sheriff Joe has made himself a national figure by his crackdown on illegal immigration, and this is right up his alley… an investigation of a person that may be an illegal alien. As we now know, Obama has used fake social security numbers, has a forged selective service record, presented not one, but two forged documents to the nation stating he was born in Hawaii. Along with that, an investigation has shown illegal real estate dealings in Chicago, Illinois. Obama has faked his entire life, and his imaginary background is documented in a book ghost written by Bill Ayers. All these allegations are the signs of an impostor, an illegal alien. America hired a conman and a criminal in Barack Obama, and Sheriff Joe can bring him to justice!
Will there be more political pressure put on Sheriff Joe by Eric Holder? Expect it. There is no doubt that our corrupt DOJ will go after him again as he has done during the last two years. Ironically, the corrupt DOJ was investigating the law abiding and chief upholder of the law, Sheriff Joe. Arpaio was put on alert by Holder in 2009 for upholding the immigration laws, and Holder pressured his department to thoroughly investigate Arpaio. Holder has turned up nothing. Now the worm has turned, and it will be Sheriff Joe doing the investigating of Holder’s boss.
In a meeting in Arizona yesterday, Sheriff Joe met with Jerome Corsi, WND, and members of the Tea Party where they presented a petition asking Sheriff Joe to investigate.
The petition states the following:
“We the undersigned citizens are respectfully requesting that you initiate a criminal investigation under the authority of A.R.S. 13-2407 A-C, Into the alleged Certificate of Live Birth, File Number 151 61 10641, State of Hawaii, for Barack H. Obama II. The document was released on April 27, 2011, by the White House to the press and posted on the White House website and distributed and downloaded by computer throughout the nation, including within Maricopa County. Reportedly, several experts have declared the document to be a forgery. Reportedly, the file number may be out of sequence; “THE” appears to be misspelled as “TXE” in the State Registrar’s stamp; there appears to be a “smiley face” in the “A” in the Alvin T. Onaka, State Registrar stamp; reportedly the document has computer generated, multiple layers and is not a copy of a single layered document; font types appear to vary throughout the document, reportedly, not possible with a vintage 1961 mechanical typewriter. We urge you to continue to support the Rule of Law and to investigate and determine whether the alleged Certificate of Live Birth, for Barack H. Obama II, File Number 151 61 10641, is a forgery or an authentic document. A.R.S. 13-2407 A-C, declares that tampering with a public record is a class 6 felony. “
We at WTPOTUS totally support the AZ Tea Party for their efforts and Sheriff Joe for beginning a lawful investigation into this issue. Sheriff Joe has the law on his side and, by golly, he is one person that upholds the laws in this country. He is one person that can be counted on to do what he says!
Doesn’t the word ” FELONY” sound good in this instance?

Arpaio Clarifies Stand on Obama Birth Certificate

PHOENIX — Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has denied that he “promised” Tea Party leaders in Arizona to investigate the validity of Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate to determine the president’s eligibility for the 2012 election ballot.
Arpaio said he met in his office Thursday with a Tea Party group which presented him with 242 signatures asking for the investigation.
“What I have agreed to do, contrary to some published media reports, is simply look at the evidence these people have assembled and examine whether it is within my jurisdiction to investigate the document’s authenticity,” Arpaio said in a written statement Friday.
The Worldnet Daily website said Tea Party leaders in Surprise met with Arpaio and WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi Thursday to express concern that a fake birth certificate would be used to document Obama’s eligibility to run in Maricopa County.
According to the WND website, “At a one-hour meeting in Arpaio’s office, the tea-party leaders presented the sheriff with a petition that was drafted after a speech by Corsi the previous night. Corsi, author of a best-selling book challenging Obama’s eligibility, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” presented evidence from numerous computer-imaging specialists who believe the document presented by the White House April 27 is not authentic.
The WND posting continued, “The petition calls for the sheriff to investigate the possibility that a crime has been committed against the Arizona secretary of state, who must decide whether to put Obama’s name on the ballot.
Arpaio said, while he will look at the evidence, “I indicated in this meeting that I will also consider whether there is a more appropriate Arzona agency to determine the document’s veracity and ultimately whether the President’s name can lawfully be entered onto the 2012 election ballot.”

WND reports, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio’s office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio’s office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio’s office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with “utmost diligence,” and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

Thank goodness that there are still good ole boys like Sheriff Joe who know what the LAW is, respect the LAW, and take their jops (aka jobs) seriously enough to actually ENFORCE THE LAW. Holder could learn much from Sheriff Joe, instead of persecuting him. Political persecution is what it is–all because Joe actually does his jop. It’s a disgrace.

I believe that Obama is a natural born citizen, but this is based on a source most people do not have access to and that would seem dubious to the average person. So I have to leave it at that. But I will say, . . .
I believe Obama’s true biological father was Malcolm Little (known as Malcolm X) and his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham. Obama Sr opted for a temporary marriage with Stanley Ann to extend his visa and in return to give Stanley’s infant a name. Thus Obama Jr is a natural born citizen. Both his real parents were US citizens and he was born on American soil, i.e., Hawaii.
Malcolm X, on his way back from Mecca, stopped off in Kenya. Was it in part to thank Obama Sr for being a temporary surrogate father to his illegitimate son? Did he do this through contact with Obama Sr’s sponsor to the U. of Hawaii, Tom Mboya? (Mboya was a CIA recruit and the program that sent Obama Sr to University of Hawaii was a CIA-backed program.) Malcolm’s visit with Mboya is well documented as is Mboya’s sponsorship of Obama Sr .
Because of Obama Jr’s work for the CIA, all the information concerning his records and birth certificate are undoubtedly classifed. The phoney birth certificate that the White House released is most likely a CIA creation, justified under the heading of “national security.” Part of that “security” would be keeping quiet the extent of the CIA’s former cultivation of the Muslim Brotherhood. It is now most likely a matter of great embarassment to the agency. (Osama Bin Laden was formerly supported by the CIA, too.)
A problem the CIA may be facing now as well is President Obama, himself. It is a problem called “transference.” All intel agencies face this. An operative or former operative, because of his sympathy with a “target nation,” transfers his sympathies to that nation. As Chief Executive and CinC, Obama’s sympathies to the Muslim world in general, and Iran in particular, are reaching a very troublesome point. (Obama tends to favor Shia Islam in which he can combine both his Marxist ideology and Muslim faith.)
The elites in Washington and the media won’t touch this issue. They’ve been told by The Comany to stay away from it in the interest of “national security.” We, the People, have been left out of the loop. That’s the problem: Secrecy versus Democracy.
I have been expressing these views on the net, to my congressman, and elsewhere for the past several years, all, it seems to little or no avail. I’ve recently sent three different articles to American Thinker online concerning Obama’s Shiite preferences which they choose not to post. Early on, Israel Insider online (an Israeli blogsite) posted my initial article on this using my pseudonym “Shlomo.” But Obama’s Shiite sympathies have become much more evident and extensive as time has passed.
I believe Obama should be impeached or forced to resign on the grounds that he has been too much subject to foreign influence and acts in the interest of the Muslim world (Iran & the Muslim Brotherhood) over and against the interests of the United States. He should not have been elected in the first place. The “transference” that intel agencies fear has become more than obvious in Obama. Also, the CIA needs to be investigated by Congress and brought in line and in conformity with the law. Breaking the law in the interest of “national security” is a contradiction in terms.

Welcome. I , too, remember you and your claiming Obama was with the CIA. Well, your story is as good as any that we are reading these days! I guess we will have to see which story wins out in the end as the verified, authentic one. I’ll say if the CIA had him in their ranks, he was worthless. He lacks morality, character, integrity, and a work ethic. He may be an embarrassment to the CIA, but he is a worse embarrassment to the USA.
Are you saying he has sympathies toward Iran specifically? Or toward the Muslim Brotherhood in general. Which country was he originally from that was promoting the Muslim brotherhood at that time he was being courted by the CIA? His closest pal, Valerie’s family is Iranian. Are they brother and sister instead of best friends? I say that because of her statement once that they were like brother and sister.
I, for one, don’t believe that Ann Dunham was the real mother of BHO, and I think the whole Obama family story is fabricated. There are too many holes and disinformation for any of it to be true. BHO may look like Malcolm X, but probably lots of people do. He came out of nowhere, with no substantiated documents or records. The photos of him are all doctored. If they are of him, he has multiple head shapes, facial shapes, and physical body differences. It is beyond bizarre.

While the idea that B. is a child of someone the CIA were trying to hide/protect and that Washington knows something we don’t seems very believable,but putting Ann D. and Malcolm together doesn’t seem likely. Then, we could also leave Ann out of the mother role as she doesn’t really seem to fit as the mother either.
Malcolm went to Mecca for three weeks or so in 1959 and his wife went with him, so it isn’t possible that he was thanking Obama for lending his name unless Obama was born earlier than we think.
Malcolm was known to have challenged some other black nationalists and their having white girlfriends. Up until about 1964 Malcolm was wholeheartily against whites. He said something to the effect” I’m black first,My sympathies are black, and my allegiance is black, and my whole objective is black. When he joined the Moslem Mosque Inc. white people could help or work there but they weren’t allowed to join . This was the same time, around March 1964 that Ann Dunham is divorcing B. Obama .
Some think The Nation of Islam killed Malcolm. The Moslem Brotherhhood. Some think the CIA. If it were insiders in Washington ,how is it they’ve suddenly had a change of heart and let the son of a Black Nationalist that they may have helped off, get elected President???? Makes no sense.
While the idea that someone from Washington or the CIA knew and knows who Obama is, makes real good sense and would be the most sensible reason that most the House and Senate and all the courts seem to be protecting him, it just doesn’t seem like it would be Malcolm though.
Someone in the CIA could have easily set up the Dunhams as surrogates for Barry. What you have said is important to consider.
Dean I like your theory, however, Soetoro has had an adoption and became Indonesian. He has never gone back through the steps to obtain his citizenship. He has claimed BO as his father and he owns that. Are you saying Soetoro is a liar……ha ha ha . I read Pidgeon’s book as well, as Corsi’s book and been following since PUMA days in 2007. I do have doubts about his REAL bio father. But to date he owns the one he chose and that makes him non NBC . Unless he wants to have an uprising and claim Malcom X. I don’t think so. When would it have been that Stanley Ann Dunham got together with Malcolm X? She was very young. Would this have taken place in Chicago, Washington state, or Hawaii?
While your theory makes sense, imho the only likely scenario, if he were involved with the CIA, would be as a double agent. There’s no way the passport cauterization or those lame forgeries could possibly have been done by professionals, in the name of national security. Also, consider this, he listed his “father” as Obama, Sr., so that is by definition his legal father. Case closed.
That’s the real kicker. Whatever guy is on his document is who he is claiming to be his father, but it may not be his real father. Doesn’t matter. He’s claimed so-and-so on his BC.
I have asked this question a dozen times and the parent that gives you your national identity is who you claim him to be. Obama has claimed senior so that is his national identity.

tdr, that’s a question that I asked once and still am not clear on. Consider a child born in the USA to two illegal aliens. If the child is given up for adoption by two US citizens, and they’re put on the new BC as the parents, then is that child a NBC? I say, no. In any case, this is exactly WHY we need to see Barry’s ORIGINAL long-form BC, if one exists. That document will name the official, legal (usually biological, but not necessarily) father. We don’t KNOW that BHO Sr. was named as his father on his birth certificate. IF they truly were legally married, and if Stanley Ann was his mother, then both should be named as his parents on his original bc. However, we don’t know for certain because one thing we do know is that they don’t want us to see that original bc. Why not? There must be something on it that’s “embarrassing” OR the original truly is sealed because he was adopted and the “new” original bc will name the adoptive parents AS the parents and best guess is that father won’t be BHO Sr. But since Hawaii claims they gave him a waiver so he could get two copies of the original, which he did, on the pretense that they would be released to the public, then there’s no privacy issue, UNLESS the bc is sealed and he has the only copies given out under the waiver BUT he is the only one who can release them and he’s not doing so. That thing they released in April is a joke and is NOT a copy of whatever his lawyer hand-carried from Hawaii.
Nobody knows and nobody will know if he’s a NBC until we KNOW all the facts. But if the parents he named as his parents are his parents, then we know he’s NOT a NBC OR he’s a liar. Neither is good for him.
Miri, The new names of child and new parents are on the new bc but I keep saying this that the birth place NEVER changes. That is what I think is on there. The original birth place. If it is not that, then the parents listed are incorrect. It is one or the other I think.

Excellent comparison photos of X and BHO. Its the ears and purple lips that are really different.
BHO is the real rObot if we think his scar means something mechanical was inserted into his head. If it was something like a tape player that would explain the repeated speeches we hear. The sssss sound that drives many crazy might be a fluke in the playback recording mechanism, as it slows down and speeds up.
Yeah, I know, they look so alike in a huge way, but BO, Jr., named BO, Sr., as his papa on this fake documents, nonetheless, he named him, so that is what makes a difference. If he is the son of X, then he would have been wiser to name him because he might really be an NBC.
Bo, Jr. owns BO, Sr. as his papa, no ifs, ands or buts. He named him, he owns him. Once you name him on a document as your dad, then it’s yours.
To uncover the real father of the rObot would definitely show identity theft, fraud, and the forgery of multiple documents. I don’t think the American people would forgive him after his display of such arrogance. I am still hoping for the class action suit against him by the purchasers of his ghost written book, Dreams, where they will demand their money back!
I say we dig up Stanley A. Dunham and check the DNA between the two! That would prove a link to the Dunham side of the family. Then if someone could take a trip to Kenya, and steal a bone or two from the grave of BHO Sr., we could see if there is any DNA match from that side of the fabricated family. Granny Sarah needs money for her school and to keep the electricity and water flowing, so she might be willing to give a sample toe bone or two.

I was just responding to whoever it was posted something about BO and X. The way I look at it is this, we know BO has all kinds of forged stuff, his COLB, his Long-form document. And he named BO, Sr., as his daddy.
Here’s the kicker. What’s he gonna do when something comes forward and really proves that Malcolm X is his father, or Frank Davis, or even his grandfather, Stanley Dunham? Is he gonna say, oh, Stanley Dunham, aka as grandfather, was really my real father, but I was embarrassed to name him? or any of the other guys. It can be the same thing. I just named BO, Sr., as my daddy because it was what? Less embarrassing.
But then what has he just done, told everyone that his documents are false, which we know anyway, right? He’s kind of in a Catch 22-type of situation, I guess. Poor BO, Jr., he looks less like BO, Sr., that I can imagine. Although he did name him as his father.
Video: Sheriff Arpaio repeats his commitment to deport all illegal immigrants. It is a tough situation for those that were brought here by their parents. 16% of his prisoners are hard core criminals; those involved in human smuggling, drug dealing, etc. The reporter was trying to get him to side with Napolitano and Obama’s new backdoor amnesty and priority list, by saying he was wasting money going after immigration illegals. He should be focusing his resources on the hardcore criminals..Joe gave him his own statistics, and said he followed his budget!
Concerning the difficult problem that the Mexicans have who entered illegally with their parents, Arpaio says he still has to lean toward the law. It is a violation of the immigration laws for them to be here. [Yes, indeed it is!]

Over the years I’ve followed Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona and his innovative ways to curb spending. Remember him? He’s the sheriff who started the “Tent City Pokie,” now home to between 8,000 and 10,000 inmates in the desert in Maricopa County.
He started chain gangs — dressed in pink — where inmates provide labor for county and city projects. Illegal immigrants complain as over 43,000 have been arrested and and deported across the border in one of his five pink buses. When asked about parents and anchor babies (children born in the United States) he said, “Mama, papa and and little baby” get loaded on the bus for a free ride where they came from.
He employs 6,400 people, of which 3,000 are volunteers, forming our nation’s largest group of volunteers. These people round up deadbeat parents, patrol malls, fight prostitution, investigate animal complaints and deport illegals.

It is my understanding that Jan Brewer was the Secretary of State when obat put his signature on the ballot.
True, Brewer validated Obama on Arizona’s ballot. As the SOS, it appears she took his word for being a natural born citizen from the forms that he signed. As Governor, she could investigate using those very papers that bear his signature. Wouldn’t that be a payback for what the administration has put the state through.
I did understand her point, or partially, understood why she didn’t sign the eligibility bill. To bad she didn’t have a line veto. To bad the AZ legislature hasn’t cleaned it up enough so she could sign it. Nor did they ask how it should be written so she would sign it. I thought that being the gatekeeper was the job of the SOS.

This is a bridge too far.”

While many members of Congress appear to be reciting from a campaign statement when they respond to questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, one Michigan congressman is unable to say the dispute has been settled.
The perspective from Republican Tim Walberg came in a report from the Daily Telegram in Adrian, Mich., that said the congressman “did not tell the questioners that the issue had been settled by Obama when he released his birth certificate in April.” “Regardless of whether the license that he showed is true or fake, I’ve not seen it other than what was portrayed in the news,” Walberg said.
He noted he’s taken on many other urgent issues but then suggested a repair of the Obama presidency is coming soon.
“The House is controlled by the majority party being the Republicans, the Senate by the Democrats, the attorney general by the Democrats. That’s the answer. One and a half years. One and a half years. That’s when we do the do-over,” he said.

Supposedly, the FEC has issued two draft opinions stating that a Muslim NATURALIZED citizen can collect money in order to run as a CANDIDATE for the presidency. Even though he admits he is NOT eligible because he was not born in the USA, but in Guyana!

Page 2 of Draft A refers to Mr. Hassan NOT meeting one Constitutional requirement, that being “the NATIONAL born citizen” condition. NATIONAL born? It’s ridiculous that they seem to argue that because he fits the definition of “person” and “candidate” (after he collects enough money), he can run for the office and collect money, even though he’s NOT eligible for the position. The draft cites a federal court ruling that says it’s up to challengers at the time the electoral votes are cast to object, but the guy (INELIGIBLE UNDER THE CONSTITUTION) can get that far! They allow that since he’s ineligible, he can’t receive matching funds, which makes me wonder if that’s why Barry went the route he did. Did he refuse public funding because he similarly KNEW that he’s ineligible? Coincidentally, this draft opinion apparently clears Barry of fraudulently collecting campaign donations, knowing he’s ineligible. They say that’s not “fraud” within the intent of the bill cited. This draft is open to public comment, and supposedly becomes official after the commissioners vote to accept it.

Yesterday’s newspaper carried another report — relegated to the second section, below the fold. But his one vindicated Joe Arpaio of yet another baseless claim against him — that of discrimination. U.S. District Judge Stephen McNamee dismissed a lawsuit against Arpaio in conjunction with one of his law enforcement workplace sweeps.
In dismissing the lawsuit Alvarez v. Arpaio, the federal judge concluded neither Arpaio, the Sheriff’s Office nor county administrators knew of, participated in or authorized any unconstitutional conduct during the 2009 worksite enforcement sweep upon which the lawsuit was based. The illegal alien employees arrested were suspected of identity theft and fraud.
Judge McNamee found that “Plaintiff has presented no evidence that any relevant MCSO policy, pattern, or practice had a discriminatory effect and was motivated by a discriminatory purpose.”

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio’s office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio’s office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio’s office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with “utmost diligence,” and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.
Arpaio spokesman Lt. Justin Griffin told WND that Arpaio’s posse will consist entirely of volunteers and will avoid incurring any cost to the taxpayers of Maricopa County.
“I am very grateful that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a sincere man of his word and a fearless, patriotic American,” Brian Reilly, a spokesman for the Surprise Tea Party, told WND.

Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND he has assigned a five-member “Cold Case Posse” to investigate the authenticity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate.
The decision, he says, is simply a matter of doing his duty. “This investigation does not involve politics,” Arpaio told WND. “I listen to all the residents of Maricopa County who come to my office with complaints, regardless what their politics are.
The “Cold Case Posse,” however, has been described as a “posse within the posse,” consisting of volunteers with professional experience in conducting investigations, including individuals chosen because of their professional backgrounds in law enforcement, as well as lawyers who have participated in criminal or civil cases and individuals with specialized skills in fields ranging from accounting to conducting criminal forensic examinations.
Sources within the sheriff’s office explained to WND that the Cold Case Posse has been constituted as a 501(c)3 organization – separately organized within the 3,000-member volunteer posse – enabling people from around the country to contribute to its mission.
“The Cold Case Posse is a good place to put this investigation,” Arpaio said. “The individuals on this posse have been sworn in by me and I have granted them the authority required to conduct this investigation.”
Arpaio explained to WND that in the final analysis, all decisions stop with him. “I will have the ultimate authority to decide,” he emphasized. “I gave the Cold Case Posse the authority to investigate, but the results of their investigation ultimately come to me and I will then decide how best to proceed from there.”
The identities of the five individuals assigned to the Cold Case Posse investigation of the Obama birth certificate are being withheld from the public, in order to protect the individuals involved from both public reaction and from questions that are certain to arise from the media.

Another Hawaii source with inside knowledge has asserted that Obama supporters placed a forged 1961 long-form birth certificate in the vault of the Hawaii Department of Health.
Talk-radio host and former Nixon White House operative G. Gordon Liddy told WND that one of his trusted informants in Hawaii reported to him that while the document was forged recently, there may have been tampering with official Obama birth records as far back as 1978.[when BHO was 17?]
Liddy’s warning came in response to WND reports that Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is mobilizing a law enforcement unit with the authority to investigate allegations that the Obama birth certificate released by the White House April 27 is a forgery. Liddy’s warning coincides with similar warnings WND received from another source who said in February that an Obama 1961 birth certificate had been forged and placed into the Hawaii Department of Health records.
That source now says that the White House, by releasing an electronic file of Obama’s birth certificate, is laying a trap. [For WHOM? Is that their spin…we did it on purpose?]
“The computer-generated PDF file was obviously not a scan of an original 1961 birth certificate, so predictably it created a brouhaha that the document was forged,” the source said. “Now, all Obama has to do to get a jump in the polls is to release a true photocopy of the forged ‘original’ to humiliate and destroy the birthers.” [Exactly how would that destroy the birthers? It shows Obama to be a bigger liar than he is already known as and proves birthers right – it was forged and a CRIME!]
This same source advised WND that the Achilles heel of such a strategy is that Kapiolani Medical Center has never produced independent corroborating evidence that Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham Obama, was ever a patient in the hospital. Nor have the medical records of the now-deceased attending physician named in the Obama birth certificate, Dr. David A. Sinclair, been found to corroborate that Dunham was one of his patients in 1961.
The source advised that the Hawaii DOH will not be able to establish a chain of evidence for the supposedly authentic Obama birth certificate that would withstand court scrutiny. Hawaii DOH officials will be unable to give precise answers regarding which officials have access to the vault records and under what terms when copying birth records for citizens requesting records for dates surrounding Obama’s birth, the source said.

Kapiolani Medical Center in Hawaii Unveils $800M Expansion Plan
Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu has unveiled its plans for an $800 million expansion project, according to a KITV report.
According to the report, the hospital will eventually increase its number of beds from 207 to 243. The hospital’s newborn ICU unit will also feature 70 new private rooms. The expansion project also includes a 17-floor garage and additional space for meetings and conferences.
The expansion project is expected to begin in 2014.

I’m still puzzling over that supposed LFCOLB exemplar that WND put in a recent post and then downsized. Was thinking about this last night. At first, I thought that it’s bogus because security paper wouldn’t allow the front of the image to be seen through the back. But if the person who sent the LFCOLB copy to them just copied her BC on a copy machine, two-sided, or printed it out on two sides of the same page, and mailed that to WND. Then if they scanned that, maybe the text from the front would show through to the back. I can understand that they downsized it once they realized people were able to flip the image and try to deduce some of what was redacted on the front side. I looked at the back of the original they had posted. I don’t see what the obots and Mr. Woodman see. I don’t see “151” nor do I see what SHOULD come next, either 61 or 1961. It looks more like 71 to me. It’s useless, however, to analyze yet another unprovenanced item that’s a copy of a copy and is a digital image, like all the rest. When WND said in that post about finding another obot-created document, I thought they were referring to the LFCOLB Corsi posted. They were instead talking about some paper that we “birthers” never fell for–something supposedly saying that Barry gave up his US citizenship.

Supposedly, Barry was born in 1961 and Mark in 1965, except Mark, pointedly, will not talk about his age. Yes, they could be fraternal twins. Why not? You’re correct that Barry and BHO Sr. looked way too familiar for them to be meeting for the first time in 8 years (or ever). It was Christmas time. He supposedly stayed a month. I don’t remember if that’s when he was leaving or arriving. If you ask me, every photo of Barry in Indonesia looks photoshopped and most of the photos of “Barry” as a child look like a different person than the adult Barry.

The scheduled appearance of a controversial Arizona sheriff in Carson City this weekend has already sparked plans for a protest march through town. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., will speak on “What’s Right With America” at noon Saturday at the Weaver Aircraft hangar at Carson City Airport. His appearance is sponsored by the Carson City Republican Central Committee, the Carson City Republican Women’s Club and the Nevada Republican Assembly.
Arpaio has drawn adoration from conservatives and criticism from liberals for his tough law-and-order policies in Maricopa County — requiring jail inmates to wear pink underwear and register for the Selective Service System, and allowing them to register as organ donors — and he’s been outspoken against illegal immigration.
But his appearance has prompted the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Northern Nevada and the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada to schedule a peaceful demonstration Saturday in Carson City.
“Sheriff Arpaio’s practices are separating and destroying families and the larger fabric of the community in Phoenix,” said the Rev. Neal T. Anderson, a Unitarian Universalist minister from Reno. “He directs his department to employ racial profiling, discrimination and civil rights abuses.”

Sheriff Joe predicts Obama investigation to be a ‘shock’

The results of a formal law-enforcement investigation into whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president of the United States could come as a “shock” according to Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Tuesday night, speaking to a tea-party group in Arizona, Arpaio said, “I can’t tell you everything, but there could be a shock there somewhere that my guys came up with. I can’t talk too much about it. It’s in the process.”
WND previously has reported that Arpaio has constituted a special five-member law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate released to the public April 27 might be a forgery.
The posse, assembled under the authority of Arpaio’s office, consists of three former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys with law enforcement experience. Members have been examining evidence since September concerning Obama’s eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which requires a president to be a natural-born citizen.
He referenced disputes over the Social Security number attributed to the president and said, “There are a couple of things you and nobody else here knows anything about yet that could be a little bit exciting.” “The investigation into Obama’s eligibility to be president is proceeding as planned,” Arpaio later told WND. “I expect to have the investigation completed early next year.”
He continued, “Yesterday, I met with the leader of the posse conducting the investigation, and I am very satisfied with their progress. The posse is doing a thorough and very professional job, and I am confident the posse is asking the right questions.”
Arpaio declined to reveal to WND any specifics of the investigation, but he suggested the issues being examined are comprehensive in their scope.
Attorney Orly Taitz, who has fought for more information about Obama in a number of the court cases she has filed since before Obama’s election, flew on short notice from her office in California to attend an evening meeting of the Surprise Tea Party. She brought evidence she claimed proved Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security number.

Arpaio accepted the evidence Taitz presented, although sources close to the sheriff’s investigation told WND the posse already had the information she presented. During her approximately 10-minute speech delivered in the front of the room, Taitz made her case to Arpaio, with her comments punctuated by audience applause. Arpaio, standing next to the podium, listened to Taitz attentively and politely.
“Thanks for your input,” Arpaio said, after she handed him the papers containing her evidence and arguments regarding the Social Security number controversy. “We are looking at this very closely.” He commented that he was a little sorry Taitz went into details of specific investigative issues while the investigation was ongoing, but he acknowledged, “You have a right to do so. I’m investigating and I have to be careful sometimes. It’s very complex.” Arpaio told Taitz and the tea-party audience he could not go public on any specifics regarding the probe until it was concluded.
Regarding the Social Security concerns, he said, “What you are saying here, we know all about.”
Arpaio said he was “not going to wait forever to get the investigation done,” adding that he wants to complete it as soon as possible, so he can make his recommendations on steps that may be needed to move forward.
“I’m really the Lone Ranger on this one,” he told the group candidly. “I’m doing my job. I’m getting shots from everyone. Nobody is going to tell me not to address this issue. The investigation is moving forward.” Arpaio repeated to the tea-party group what he has told WND previously: “My door is open to everyone, and I don’t kick them out. If a complaint is legitimate, I don’t dump it into the wastebasket. When I get allegations brought to me by the people of Maricopa County, I look into the allegations, just like I am doing here.”

If he’s doing this NOT in his official capacity, then of what use is it? WND is in the business of making money. The whole thing was weird, including the fact that they (her husband?) kept changing the date of her death. I kind of remember a discrepancy between her reported DOB and the date she supposedly graduated from high school or something.
