Seriously now, would parts of your birth certificate disappear if it was scanned or copied like Obama’s does?
Barack Obama Sr.’s Immigration Papers were certainly released at an opportune time! It is one coincidence after another. They were published just in time to coincide with Barack Obama’s release of his new birth certificate. Were these documents on Obama’s alleged father’s history to be used as back-up to those non verified, forged documents that were placed on the White House government website on August 27? Did you notice that Obama’s new birth certificate doesn’t have the OFFICIAL HAWAIIAN SEAL? The OFFICIAL HAWAIIAN SEAL wasn’t on his first faux CertiFICATION that they tried to pass off as a CertiFICATE either.
More interesting is that these immigration documents and Obama’s newly manufactured birth certificate were all dropped on the public while Congress was on their break; the drop and photo op occurred on a Wednesday instead of their normally scheduled late Friday afternoons where they bury the news, and this supersedes Jerome Corsi’s book release by two weeks.
In the blink of an eye, or the roll out of the talking points by the media, they heralded the release of the immediately identified as phony birth Certificate of Live Birth. Without investigating or looking at the information presented, the orchestrated JournOlists and media sycophants jumped on the “destroy the birthers” bandwagon, and waged an all out crusade to marginalize those who wanted the REAL, ORIGINAL, LONG FORM VAULT COPY of the birth certificate released. A copy of the original still hasn’t been released, and they know it! You know it too! It doesn’t resemble what Dr. Fukino, formerly of the DOH, said the document looked like in her recent interview. She said it was half typewritten and half hand-written. The document presented to the public is not a copy of the original vault copy. Does it look half handwritten to you? Does it resemble old long form birth certificates like the Nordyke twins? NO, it isn’t even close!
On April 9th, Michael Isikoff, national “investigative” Leftist JournOlist correspondent for NBC interviewed Dr. Chiyome Fukino, formerly of the DOH with no authority at this juncture. Dr. Fukino, a Democrat that the Left and CNN stated was a Republican, said this about Obama’s birth certificate:
“She has personally inspected it — twice. The first time was in late October 2008, during the closing days of the presidential campaign, when the communications director for the state’s then Republican governor, Linda Lingle (who appointed Fukino) asked if she could make a public statement in response to claims then circulating on the Internet that Obama was actually born in Kenya.
Before she would do so, Fukino said, she wanted to inspect the files — and did so, taking with her the state official in charge of vital records. She found the original birth record, properly numbered, half typed and half handwritten, and signed by the doctor who delivered Obama, located in the files. She then put out a public statement asserting to the document’s validity. [The one she saw, not the one on the internet!]
Does the released document look like what Dr. Fukino saw when in her previous position with the DOH? A resounding NO is the answer. The media is trying to bluff the public again, and call the game over. The game is just starting for if we are to believe the bogus document, Obama has admitted that he is not a natural born citizen and should immediately vacate the White House. What does Dr. Fukino say about this new Certificate? Is it the one she saw? Why would the DOH take the time to print out another computer generated birth certificate without a seal when they have the original safely held in their vault?
Barack Obama called himself a native citizen on “Fight the Smears.” He is not and can never be a Natural Born Citizen as the Constitution requires according to his document that he stood before the American public and declared was real. The case against Obama will now begin as that subject is just a start to listing his crimes. A forged birth certificate, a forged selective service record, a forged social security card, and a book he says he wrote but was written by another…and those are crimes, my friends. Huge, not small. Huge. Will we find that these government documents of his father’s were also tampered with? We shall see.
Now my suspicions about a couple of those pages included in the Immigration package make total sense. As always, we are highly trained by the Left to look at the right hand (distraction) and check out the left hand..because the left hand is always up to something. Why did the ubber left wing newspaper hold on to Barack Obama Sr.’s immigration documents for a full year?
The Left of the Left wing newspapers, The Boston Globe, filed for the FOIA report over a year ago, yet the Arizona Independent published the information on April 28. Did the cub reporter whose name is on the documents, Heather Smathers, previously work for the Boston Globe? Are there two sets of the FOIA documents? One full year to release this information? Really? This appears perfectly staged, don’t you think?
So what do we know about this AP reporter, Alicia A. Caldwell? If this information was so hot, why didn’t the Boston Globe want the spotlight in 2009? Why didn’t Alicia publish the information then instead of holding on to it? Perhaps she has a book in the making or was using the information for other purposes, but what could that be? Does her copy match the copy that Heather published? Is there any researcher out there waiting to receive BHO Sr.’s FOIA information?
Buried 9 paragraphs down in this article tells a story. In paragraph 10, Alicia contacted Harvard who doesn’t have this INS information in their records. Could it be that Harvard doesn’t have the records because some of the information was fabricated?
We know that for other FOIA requests, there has been long, long delays and totally redacted information when and if received. Did political appointees also add information to certain files? Whistleblowers have said that certain FOIA requests are first sent through political appointees for approval. Congress is investigating those cases now.

The immigration memos, contained in the elder Obama’s Immigration and Naturalization file, were given to a Boston Globe reporter in 2009 through a Freedom of Information request. The papers were first made public Wednesday by The Arizona Independent, a weekly newspaper. The Associated Press obtained copies of them on Friday.
Harvard issued a statement Friday saying that it could not find in its own records anything to support the accounts given in the INS memos.
I believe the FOIA papers were tampered with, and someone either with the government, AP, or the Boston Globe conspired to insert pertinent information into the immigration file of Barack Obama Sr. Inconsistencies in the information and the file organization lead me to believe this to be so.
In comparison to the other 54 pages, this page 14 is sloppy and has the handwriting of several people in an attempt to make it appear authentic. It looks to me that the child’s name was added; “Barack Obama 2nd, USC (United States Citizen), 2 years.” This is dated April 21, 1964. It appears the child mentioned was born in 1962. BO states Jr.’s COLB states he was born August 4, 1961.

Does the date of April 21st 1964 look doctored to you? It appears to have been dated 1961 originally. Also peculiar is that BO Sr., usually dated documents the European way; date first, then month and next the year. This is dated the U.S. way. See page 27 below as an example.
The memo mentioning BO as a child could easily be inserted into the immigration package. Prior to the mention of Barack Obama Jr., the only child Barack Obama Sr. mentioned as a son was Roy on page 27, Application to Extend Time of Temporary Stay. This was dated August 17, 1962 and that was a full year after young Barack Obama Jr. was allegedly born. Barack Obama Jr. was not mentioned as being a son.

On Page 35, dated August 31, 1961, Barack Obama Sr., does not acknowledge a child that was born August 4, 1961. The child was 27 days old and there is a blank space in No. 7, “If married, give name and addresses of children.” There is no name! What a proud papa! Above that the question is asked, “If married, give name and address of spouse.” Easily “Kezia, Kenya” would fit the space allowed before being marked out. Look closely, and the final a for Kenya isn’t crossed out all the way. It appears to me that Ann S. Dunham, Honolulu, Hawaii replaced the first acknowledged wife.

The criminal conduct of Barack Obama is further depicted by the release of his newly created and obviously phony birth certificate. This joins the original forged COLB, forged selective service records, use of a stolen social security number, photo-shopped family pictures, missing school and college records, a book written by someone else, and these new immigration files where his supposed father does not recognize him as kin.
Just having one of these items associated with him is horrific, but when put together, the painted picture is that of the ultimate con man. Everyday the evidence keeps mounting up against him. He is an undocumented worker. The man sitting in the White House is not who he says he is, and he is not eligible to be holding office. His next house may be the jail house. There is a reason when things don’t add up, it is because they don’t add up. Period. Only the deaf, dumb and blind will allow “What’s His Name” aka Barack Obama to continue this charade, and we are none of those.

Just a technicality, doesn’t take away from your overall points, but if he was born in Aug, 61 he would have been 2 (and a half) in April of 1964, and until his birthday in August when he would turn 3.
Hey you guys, just a little something I think is sort of cool. On Obamas passport papers up abouve notice he lived on Magazine street. And ya know when Obama first came to Hawaii he stayed in The YMCA. Just thinking….everytime I see the Magazine street I always think …..about……Lee Harvey Oswald. He too lived in a YMCA for a short while, like Obama and He also lived on a Magazine street in New Orleans in 1963 shortly before he supposedly shot you know who. Just thought it would make for good trivia……?

I am not kidding. Oswald went to live at 4903 Magazine( I think it was a place that a Quaker friend of Mrs. Ruth Paines sent him to see. He also stayed in a Y. Magazine street came up long ago for O. and it always struck me weird. YMCA’s were also notorious for Communists as back in the day (from my reading old FBI files on communist infiltrators and such) . Also, if you remember I told ya’ll somewhere that Frank Marshall Davis’ fbi file showed him getting away from his wife Helen and staying at the YMCA around 1958-59 , which is where O stays when he first comes to HI. The YMCA there was affiliated I think with Atherton House. YIKES!…..

Excellent point that she makes. I wonder what the DOH will do and how their attorney will answer her. How can his vault BC be private now that he has released a supposed copy?
4. Nordyke BC states that it is a certified copy of the original document. Obama BC has a notation, that it is a true copy or an abstract. If it is not a true copy of the original birth certificate, but rather an abstract, than it completely negates your statement, that it is a certified copy of an original Certificate of Live Birth. As you well known, an abstract, can be just about anything. It can be a computer copy of grandma’s recollection, not supported by any corroborating evidence.

HONOLULU, Hawaii – A private investigator claims employees of the state Department of Health forged three Hawaiian birth certificates for Barack Obama to “screw with birthers.”
Takeyuki Irei told WND one document placed the birth at Kapiolani hospital, another at Queens Medical Center and a third in Kenya.
The 57-year-old detective, who has been a P.I. since the 1980s, said he was stunned when he discovered that the purported copy of Obama’s original birth certificate released by the White House was more or less an exact image of one of the forgeries.Irei said he was provided a copy of the document indicating a Queens birthplace but ascribed no importance to it. He explained that he was focused on finding evidence that Obama was born in Kenya, which he thought would provide a financial windfall.
He also said a likeness of the certificate indicating a Kenyan birthplace was published more than a year ago by a website that presented itself as a Hawaiian news organization. Later, it spread virally even though it was rejected as fraudulent by investigators, because the purported signature of Obama’s maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, was misspelled.
Irei explained the state employee told him the fake records were kept in a vault in Room 303 of the Hawaii Department of Health. The room, next to the director’s office, is well known and holds files such as the records of residents of the Kalaupapa leper colony on the island of Molokai.
But Irei pointed out that the obviously fraudulent Kenya-birth document published by the Aloha Reporter website contains markings that appear to coincide with markings found on the document recently released by the White House.

Two retired police officers in Honolulu, who asked not to be identified for security reasons, also told WND they believe the White House document is a forgery, and they are trying to identify who created it.
Irei said he discounted the worth of the copy of the Queens document he obtained, as he thought the “money” would be in documenting a Kenyan birth. He said he and a partner began searching for evidence that Obama might have been born in Kenya. They approached the state employees, asking for help.
Irei said the initial documentation he obtained from the Department of Health employee was the birth certificate indicating Obama was born at Queens. The doctor was listed as John Ohtani, whom Irei remembered as the doctor who also had delivered his own son, Chad, in 1980. WND confirmed that Ohtani practiced at Queens during the years in questions. He has since died.
Irei said he kept the copy of the Queens document on file until about two months ago when his office was being repainted. The folder holding the birth certificate was among some 20 boxes of old records that were destroyed in the cleanup.
“Whoever forged these birth certificates wanted to cover all angles,” he said. “Even making a birth certificate that showed Obama was born in Kenya that was an obvious forgery. The grandmother’s name was forged.” Irei said the question still remains, “Where was Obama born and who has his real birth certificate?”

(May 8, 2011) — WorldNetDaily is reporting that a private investigator in Hawaii has confirmed that three documents have been manufactured by employees at the Hawaii Department of Health bearing the name and alleged vital statistics of Barack Hussein Obama, II. The investigator, Mr. Takeyuki Irei, stated that the image released by the White House on April 27, 2011 was “more or less an exact image” of one of the three forgeries he identified.
However, we had reported on Corsi’s recent prediction that “certain government officials in the state [of Hawaii] have been contemplating releasing fraudulent birth records for Obama in the run-up to the 2012 election.”

On April 27, 2011, Barack Hussein Obama held a press conference following the release of what he claimed is a copy of his long-form birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health in Honolulu.
The image does not appear to contain an embossed seal, just as that of the “Certification of Live Birth” released on the internet in June 2008 lacked that sign of authentication. The registration number of the short-form document had also been blacked out, which, according to the statement on the bottom of the form, “invalidated the certificate.”
One similarity between the Certification of Live Birth and the image posted last Wednesday is that neither bears an embossed seal. However, the birth certificates released by Mrs. Nordyke do, in the bottom-middle section between the signatures of the Director of Health and the Registrar General.

HONOLULU, Hawaii – Could it be that the document released by the White House as President Obama’s “Certificate of Live Birth” from the state of Hawaii is linked with a well-known forgery that states Obama was born in Kenya and his Hawaiian birth was registered by his grandmother?
An analysis posted on Facebook by GoodTryBarry shows that markings on the Kenya document appear to be the same as markings on the White House release. The image below, for example, shows a “2” penciled in on the green White House document on the left, just below the word “Plantation.” The same marking appears in nearly the same location on the Kenya document on the right.
The difference in backgrounds was explained earlier by Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo, who said safety paper was used to make the copy of the original birth certificate requested by Obama. The original documents in state records apparently do not have the background that appears on the copy.

The online hoaxbusting website Snopes.com has changed its reference to the purported attending physician at Barack Obama’s birth. WND reported just days ago that the site, along with a Buffalo newspaper, referenced a Dr. Rodney T. West as the physician at the birth. A similar reference that appeared in the news story by reporter Paula Voell of the Buffalo News, however, which appeared to be the source for Snopes, remained unchanged. There was no explanation at the Snopes site, and the Buffalo newspaper did not respond to WND inquiries about the report.
It was just one of the controversies that have arisen over the White House release of a copy of Barack Obama’s purported long-form Hawaiian birth certificate. That document lists Dr. David Sinclair as the obstetrician who delivered Obama in 1961.

Have you noticed most of the images of the BC have been cropped to be just the upper part of the page with the vital statistics? The lower part of the page contains the stamp and signature of Alvin Onaka. There is typo in that rubber stamp! The word “the” is written as “txe.” Below is a link to FR thread that shows the entire image of the BC. Look at post 488, zoom in to the stamp in the lower right corner of the image and you can clearly make out the word “the” is written as “txe.” A huge – Ruh Roh!! (proof of fraud?) Bridgette,the BC image you saved from PDF does it have the rubber stamp image? does it show the same misspelling / typo?

Thanks, Gordo. I asked about this last week, on our first BC thread, but didn’t get any responses. It’s curious. If you look closely by zooming in, it might be that the “H” got corrupted somehow. But how convenient. Another snarky subliminal message, and maybe an “out” for Onaka.

Butterdezillion has shown that the packet of six documents given to all press persons could not have contained copies of the ACTUAL certified documents supposedly received from Hawaii. How does she know? The packets contained two items that were supposed to be copies of the COLB and the new long-form. Both of these items, if authentic, would have been printed on heavy weight security paper. However, the copies provided to the press contain details from pages beneath them in the stack, presumably on the copy machine. Nothing can bleed through security paper from a page beneath. Therefore, the copies given to the media of the purported COLB and the purported certified copy of the original long-form bc were not copied FROM the originals (if they exist).

Barack Sr. did not, I repeat, did not, if this page is not an entirely false document, Come into a Port in Hawaii. At least not at first. This would change some things considerably. Certainly from the alleged photo of Stanley Dunham with Barack covered in leis, we are not looking at B. Sr.’s first arrival to the United States via Hawaii. This would not be a departure back to Africa likely either, as he left For Kenya via New York too,around 1964. So what exactly is this photo really? Notice (if you can find the photo) Barack is not carrying any luggage, but has a briefcase of some sort. The only luggage is the piece of luggage in front . Is little B. possibly in the luggage? Just joking , but Barak Sr. did not first come to Hawaii. Who do you suppose he met in New York to take him to Hawaii, or just how did he go from New York to Hawaii? THere’s more.

An interesting piece of trivia:

I never knew what that meant before. About the “dock photo”: I’ve heard it said that it was his departure from Hawaii. But why would it take place from a dock, anyway? He probably flew away, just like he flew there. Didn’t he?
No, Miri, I know what Brittish airway Corp. is. I am talking about port of entry where his passport would have been read. It was New York. He went through that port and that is where his passport would have been checked. It would say port of entry : Hawaii, if that is where he entered the US.. He did not depart from Hawaii back to Africa unless he went back to Africa more than once, at some other time, and it would have shown on his passport. When he left for Africa it was via New york. That photo has to either be staged or he did not use his passport that says port of entry New York with this photo. If this is a real photo it could be a different time , not 1959.When he flew from Hawaii for Harvard, I would think on non immigrant status , it would be stamped where he left from and where he went (like a footprint of sorts) If Barack was the first of the African American students to come to Hawaii, who are the other Africans in the photo? Why aren’t they being greeted in a similar fashion? No, I think Barack was a courier (ha, a word getting alot of use these days, Maybe a fruedian slip) for something. Some said it was his graduation party, although why it would look like a dock or tarmac, I don’t know. He obviously had to leave from Hawaii to go to NY and from NY to go to Hawaii. His passport, as you say, would be checked at the point he entered and left the USA. So if he flew from Hawaii to NYC, no passport check, right? No customs gone through? And vice versa. It would make sense to me that he might fly from Kenya to the East Coast, where he went through customs/immigration, and then on to Hawaii. Now, if Hawaii was still a territory when BHO Sr. arrived, I don’t know what the customs/passport procedure would be.

Sorry Miri, I was hoping to find what type classes were taught at Punahou back in the day. Thought you would have more luck than I. today Barack said he studied spanish in high school. I was thinking maybe back in the 70’s Spanish wasn’t that prevalent in Hawaii. I could see maybe Japanese,french, or even german. today I see they offer Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese and french,but I still think it is possible it wasn’t taught back then. I would guess that they taught Spanish because it’s a Romance language and because there are many Mexicans as well as Filipinos in Hawaii, who speak Spanish.

1. The HDOH made certified copies of Barry’s original long-form bc.
2. But this original document could have been created as recently as 2008, based upon affidavits from somebody like his now-deceased grandmother.
3. Obama’s people released the correspondence between Fuddy and the WH to the press, along with copies of the long-form and the COLBs, which they hoped would be taken as copies of the actual item hand-carried to DC by Barry’s lawyer.
4. The HDOH will not comment on the item, nor will the hospital, even though any privacy has now been waived.
5. Fuddy, according to Okubo, “attested to the authenticity of the two copies,” but did she ever attest to the authenticity of the copies in that packet of information given to the media? No, she did not. And Okubo says Onaka certified those two copies. But did he certify those images that were given to the press corps and posted on the WH site? NO, he did not, because that stamp is not the official stamp placed by Onaka. It has a misspelled word–TXE, not THE.
And where are the receipts, the cover memo introduces as enclosures?

The U.S. government is on record questioning President Obama’s citizenship status as early as when he was 5 years old, stating it lacked documentation to determine his citizenship, WND has learned. The citizenship inquiry dated back to 1966, when Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was attempting to secure a waiver so her second husband, Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetoro, could return to the country after his visa had expired.
Dunham separated from her first husband, Barack Obama Sr., in 1963 when the future president was 2 years old. Dunham and Obama Sr. are reported to have divorced in 1964. In 1965 in Hawaii, Dunham married Soetoro, an Indonesian, and moved to Indonesia in October 1967.
Soetoro had been studying at the University of Hawaii as part of a State Department-initiated student exchange program. Soetoro’s student visa had been sponsored by the University of Hawaii’s Center for Cultural and Technical Interchange between East and West. The program enforced strict visa limitations, requiring foreign students to return to their home countries after two years.

A memorandum from the center dated July 7, 1965, relates how Soetoro had his Class J visa briefly extended after he married Dunham due to a claimed illness on the part of Dunham. His visa had been set to expire June 15, 1964. “He gave his wife’s illness as the reason for his visa extension request,” stated the center’s memo. The memo said Soetoro claimed Dunham had been “suffering from a stomach ailment which may, according to her physician, require surgery.” “When I pressed Mr. Soetoro for more information regarding the name of the physician, etc., he claimed that he could not remember exactly,” continued the memo, signed by Robert Wooster of the University of Hawaii’s exchange program.
Further notes from the exchange program that year related how Soetoro worked at the time for Hawaii-Pacific Engineers Surveyors. An additional memorandum, from July 13, 1965, advised that Soetoro no longer was associated with the East-West Center, and that the University of Hawaii exchange program could not further help him renew his U.S. visa. Soetoro had turned to the center to make a special exception in his case and to hold his return travel for another year, or until June 22, 1966. “I gather that he intends to make every attempt to remain indefinitely with or without East-West Center approval although his manner throughout our interview was polite and cordial,” stated a memo from the center.
The memo, from Robert Zumwinkle, executive director of the East-West Center’s Institute for Student Interchange, relates how the program received a special cable from the Indonesian government that Soetoro, a civilian employee of the Indonesian army, must “immediately terminate his studies and return to Djakarta. Soetoro apparently was expected to devote four years of service to the Indonesian government in return for its subsidizing geography studies at the country’s Gadjah Mada University, as well as for his participation in the student exchange program.
The memo made clear the East-West Center would not help Soetoro extend his U.S. visa. It complained Soetoro did not comply with its previous instructions to return to Indonesia at the end of his studies.
Soetoro departed the U.S. for Indonesia on June 20, 1966. Once back in his home country, Soetoro attempted to secure a waiver from the U.S. immigration authorities for his immediate return to Hawaii, according to immigration files reviewed by WND.
Dunham and Soetoro both filed petitions with U.S. Immigration in hopes of persuading the American government to grant a waiver allowing Soetoro to return. The petitions claimed Dunham would suffer undue “psychological hardship” because of Soetoro’s departure. Some petitions referenced hardship that may be suffered by Obama, then aged 5.
In a Nov. 22, 1966, interview with Robert Schultz, immigrant inspector in Honolulu, Dunham talked about financial hardships for her son. “I buy personal things for my 5-year-old boy. I also pay $50.00 a month for a babysitter from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m,” she wrote, referring to Obama. That petition was denied, with immigration authorities determining that according to remarks from her own interview, Dunham made enough money to support both herself and her son.
A document to the Assistant Region Commission Travel Control in Honolulu from December 1966 specifically stated, “It was also determined that the applicant’s spouse is now employed and can adequately maintain both herself and her 5-year-old child by a former marriage.”
Facing repeated denials, Dunham decided she would apply for a visa to Indonesia to live with Soetoro.
‘Nothing on file’ to document Obama’s citizenship
Before that, immigration authorities exchanged queries about Obama, with one noting questions about Obama’s citizenship. One critical exchange is dated August 21, 1967, from Sam Benson, an officer at the Southwest Immigration and Naturalization Service office in San Pedro, Calif.
Benson’s query stated, “There is nothing in the file to document the status of the spouse’s son. Please inquire into his citizenship and residence status and determine whether or not he is the applicant’s child within the meaning of Section 101(b)(1)(B) of the Act, who may suffer exceptional hardship within the meaning of Section 212(a).”
The reference is to the Immigration and Naturalization Act, which defined a “child” as an unmarried person under 21 years of age who, among other qualifiers, could be a “stepchild,” whether or not born out of wedlock, provided the child had not reached the “age of eighteen years at the time the marriage creating the status of stepchild occurred.”
A response to Benson’s inquiry came from one “W.L. Mix” of the central immigration office, who determined Obama was a U.S. citizen. Mix replied: “Pursuant to inquiry from central office regarding the status of the applicants’ spouse’s child by a former marriage.” “The person in question is a United States citizen by virtue of his birth in Honolulu, Hawaii, Aug. 4, 1961. He is living with the applicants’ spouse in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is considered the applicant’s step-child, within the meaning of Sec. 101(b)(1)(B), of the act, by virtue of the marriage of the applicant to the child’s mother on March 5, 1965.”
The files do not state how the office determined Obama was born in Honolulu.

I wish, with ALL of their resources, especially lawyers on staff, that they had done more analysis on section 212(a), especially concerning ALIENS who may suffer hardship. WND seems to believe that the immigration authorities were concerned with Barry’s possible hardship, should Lolo be denied an extension. The part about a stepchild, whether or not born out of wedlock, is interesting.
If Lolo was married to SADOS at that point in time, then what did it matter whether or not her child was born out of wedlock? He would OBVIOUSLY be Lolo’s stepson no matter HER status when HER child was born. Right?
So why would they ask for further analysis, pointing out the need to “determine whether or not he is the applicant’s child?” They were looking for any reason they could find that would allow Lolo to stay. What if Barry is Lolo’s biological son, born outside of wedlock, but meaning outside of Lolo’s and SADOS’s marriage? Born while she was still married to BHO Sr.
“He is CONSIDERED the applicant’s step-child, … by virtue of the marriage of the applicant to the child’s mother…” So, could it be technically true that Barry was Lolo’s STEPchild, while in actuality he may have been Lolo’s biological child, although TECHNICALLY BHO Sr.’s child because he was born during the marriage to BHO Sr.?
Can you think of another explanation WHY they’d ask for further investigation? Suppose SADOS was claiming that Lolo was the biological father, even though she was married to BHO Sr. in August 1961 (OR possibly the “child” was born before her marriage to him, because we don’t know when he was indeed born). It makes no sense otherwise, because obviously, when a man marries a woman with a child, that child becomes his stepchild, no matter what his mother’s status was when that child was born. So why ask the specific question? Why ask them to investigate whether or not he’s the applicant’s child?

Each of these explanations that has been proffered – tab stops, damage to the background, the low number of layers from automated processing that just happen to all be on things that would be important to change if you were forging something, the appearance of kerning, misalignment of certain fields .vs. others, check boxes that happen to be PIXEL identical yet are allegedly reduced by a program from a scan (and not from a “copy and paste” and more – has a probability associated with it as having happened by random chance, assuming no human malfeasance.
How many of these random probability events have to fall exactly the right way for the explanation that everything is on the up and up to be valid? Let’s put some numbers to this. Assume that each of the oddities identified has a 1 in 4 chance of happening by random odds. That’s probably being generous, but we’ll go there. Let’s further assume that we can easily identify ten of these low-probability but possible anomalies. Then we can determine the odds of these probabilities “stacking” using simple exponential math: 0.25 ^ 10 = 0.000001. That’s a one in a million chance.”

Kenya investigated Obama ‘African birth’
Leaked document shows official urged probe of possible criminal ‘tampering’

Documents obtained by WND indicate the Kenyan government investigated the possibility that President Obama was born in the East African nation.
Two letters purportedly written by Kenya’s immigration secretary during the 2008 U.S. presidential election campaign stated that officials in Nairobi could not find evidence Obama was born in Kenya. But the official said the government had “information” that relevant birth records may have been removed or were missing.
Emmanuel Kisombe, the permanent secretary in the Ministry for Immigration and Registration of Persons, wrote a letter in July 2008 in reply to a letter from the U.S. ambassador in Nairobi that raised the possibility with Kenyan officials that Obama was born in their country. Kisombe wrote another letter on the issue, this time to Kenya’s Criminal Investigation Department, a few days before the Nov. 4 presidential election in the U.S.
Kisombe, 56, has been in public service since 1979, according to his bio. He became principal administrative secretary in the Office of the President in 2004 and was appointed permanent secretary for Immigration and Registration of Persons on Dec. 7, 2005.
His Oct. 22, 2008, letter to Simon Karanja Gatiba, director of the Criminal Investigation Department, indicated an investigation into the possibility Obama was born in Kenya was instigated at the level of the Kenyan Cabinet.
Kisombe wrote to Gatiba:
We have instructions from the Head of Civil Service and Secretary to the Cabinet carrying out directions of the Cabinet sub-committee on Security and Foreign Relations to investigate and report on efficacy of reports that Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic Party aspirant in the United States could be Kenyan-born.
Kisombe said the Kenyan government investigation was prompted by “numerous intelligence reports that [Obama] might have been born in Mombasa at the Lady Grigg Maternity Wing of the Coast Provincial Hospital.”
Kisombe noted that the Kenyan government’s inability to find Obama birth records was not conclusive, because “the information we in the ministry have is that some documents have been removed by unknown persons at unknown dates or are missing from birth registry records thus denting the prospects of uncovering the facts of this matter.”
He wrote:
This tampering, if confirmed, constitutes a serious offense that is punishable by law and it behooves your office to track down the culprits and bring them to justice. My officers have been instructed to fully cooperate as the Kenya Police Criminal Investigation Department performs this task.
Here is the entirety of the Kisombe letter:
A July 4, 2008, letter by Kisombe to U.S. Amb. Michael Ranneberger in Nairobi, marked “Confidential,” was a response to an inquiry from the U.S. regarding the possibility that Obama had birth records in Kenya.
Kisombe replied that there were no records to indicate Obama was born in “the geographic confines of what is now known as the Republic of Kenya.” However, the Kenyan official said he could not say whether any documents or files “from the births registry at the Coast Provincial General Hospital are missing or tampered with.”
Ranneberger, who was appointed to the Kenya post by President Bush in 2006, has been reassigned to Washington and reportedly is flying back to the U.S. today.

What a surprise! In one of the most corrupt countries on the face of the earth, documents go “missing”. If it can happen in DC (Sandy Burglar), certainly it likely did in Kenya.
From reading the WND article, I deduce (did I misread?) that the GWB-appointed US ambassador Ranneberger initiated a conversation with Kisombe ASKING HIM for confirmation of a possible Kenyan birth or tampering of documents! That’s big, imho. I would have headlined the story, “US Ambassador Investigated Obama’s Kenyan Birth.”
Kisombe’s July 4 letter references Ranneberger’s enquiry of July 1. Kisombe’s letters are copied to the Prime Minister. Ruh oh. Wouldn’t that PM have been Raila Odinga, BARRY’s COUSIN? Like anybody’s going to get the truth out of his administration.
Note that Kisombe says his government deems this issue “very sensitive.” I bet. Especially considering his boss is Barry’s cousin. But Kisombe doesn’t tell the US ambassador what he wrote in house, so to speak:

Wouldn’t you like to know what other “intelligence agencies” were involved? I always wondered why the “rumor” got started that the hospital records were tampered with in Africa, but never saw a source. I assumed that it was that..a rumor. Now to see that it was suspected enough to get the investigative arm of the government of Kenya involved. I wonder if O’s “cousin” had anything to do with the missing documents. It would be more interesting to see other documents from Africa to see how the investigation was conducted. Do they have FOIA requests in Africa..or will this be in Corsi’s book?

According to the date of the inquiry..the records were missing in 2008//so the BC from Kenya can’t be authentic. Unless that is the missing record that Lucas was lucky enough to get from the original thief.

Lucas’s story would be blown if this is true that the records were scrubbed, because wasn’t his tale that he went to Kenya, met somebody (videotaped in an alley) who went inside and obtained the documents AT the hospital and brought him the copies? Well, I suppose the records could be in a bound book in a little vault under the control of a select few individuals, maybe just one, like Onaka in Hawaii.
I’m of the opinion that all of those various versions of the BC were created by this Alinsky-loving administration to “mess with the birthers”. To CONFUSE the issue and the documents, above all else, so that, like the boy who cried wolf, NOBODY can TELL what’s true and so everybody throws up their hands in confusion and just says, “Let this issue go away. It creates too much cognitive dissonance for me.” It wears us all down (well, most of us) so the human tendency is to say, “It’s unimportant, just let it go.” Which is exactly what the Alinsky-loving obots want.

A report in the Hawaii Medical Journal by a health-agency manager published six years before Barack Obama’s birth indicated that an adoption in the Aloha state required a change in the child’s birth record.
When a new certificate was made, the original birth certificate was sealed in an envelope that could be opened only by court order, according to Charles G. Bennett in the 1955 report.
Bennett was identified as an official with the Bureau of Health Statistics of the Territorial Health Department before the islands were granted statehood. He continued in his role as an authority, later serving as an assistant executive officer of the Research and Planning Section, Research, Planning and Statistics Office in the Hawaii State Department of Health after statehood.
The existence of the policy could undermine the authenticity of the birth record released by the White House to support the claim Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible as a “natural born Citizen.” State officials have declined to respond to WND requests to confirm that the document released by the White House is an accurate representation of the state’s records.
No adoption records have surfaced, but there is evidence Obama was adopted by his stepfather in Indonesia, where he was known as Barry Soetoro.
If an adoption occurred, it could have affected the birth certificate. In the U.S., when an adoption takes place, a birth certificate generated at birth is replaced by a birth certificate that references the adoptive parents as the parents.
Bennett’s article explained the Hawaii policy in 1955 in an article titled “Vital Records in Hawaii.” On Page 128, under the sub-heading “Confidential Nature,” was the explanation:
“Despite the very wide use of vital records, a high degree of confidentiality is maintained with regard to them. The files are not open to public inspection; applicants for certified copies must show a legitimate right to them; and statistics produced from the records never identify individuals. In the case of legitimations and adoptions, where new certifications are made out, the old ones are sealed in envelopes that can be opened only upon court order.”
If the adoption was legal in Hawaii, did the state seal his original birth certificate and issue a new one?

Has Obama Won the Birth Certificate Game?

Some believe that the “birthers” should be embarrassed. They believe that Obama could have released his birth certificate a long time ago, but instead suckered the “birthers” in and then at the opportune time, released the document for maximum political gain. They conclude that Obama is a very clever guy and has therefore won the birth certificate game.
At worst, this is Obama’s enablers’ continuing fraudulent cover for Obama and at best their wishful thinking regarding his hoped-for political cunningness.
Obama is not clever at all. It took him over 2 and ½ years to finally release his long-form Certificate of Live Birth. I do not believe he held on to that certificate for some political advantage. Even if the birth certificate is real, he has lost millions of voters for his cowardly conduct in not releasing it in due course to the people he is supposed to serve like a normal Presidential candidate should. His conduct is even more reprehensible given that his alleged long-form Certificate of Live Birth does not contain any information which he would have had any interest in keeping confidential and he has caused our nation to lose incalculable millions of dollars in public and private time and resources arguing about his birth certificate. And let us not forget that he allowed a highly decorated military officer, LTC Terry Lakin, to go to prison for 6 months rather than just release the document.
Even though Obama has released a computer scan of his alleged long-form Certificate of Live Birth, there is still an open question whether the underlying paper birth certificate is real. We can hardly say that it is real when the underlying paper document which was supposed to be filled in with a typewriter in 1961 shows evidence of kerning (a certain way letters are graphically printed which cannot be done with a typewriter in 1961).
But in the end, even if the birth certificate is real, it proves Obama is not an Article II “natural born Citizen,” a child born in the U.S. or its jurisdictional equivalent to a U.S. citizen father and mother. This means that a “natural born Citizen” inherits his or her allegiance and U.S. citizenship from being born to U.S. citizen parents and from being born on U.S. soil rather than acquiring them from a positive law which is what a naturalized citizen does.
Obama, if born in Hawaii, therefore, did not inherit his U.S. citizenship from his natural parents but rather acquired it by positive law, i.e., the 14th Amendment or 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401(a), which naturalizes persons who are born in the U.S. but lack two U.S. citizen parents to be U.S. citizens “at birth.” Hence, Obama can be a “citizen” under the 14th Amendment or 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401(a), but he is not an Article II “natural born” citizen. Obama is therefore not eligible to be President and Commander of our military forces.
Obama loses any way he turns or pretends to turn.

I can guess how they’ll answer this, if they answer. They’ll say that the other half that was handwritten contained those medical facts, such as how many pregnancies Stannie Annie had, how much the baby weighed, etc.
I listened to Corsi’s interview that somebody linked. Sorry I don’t remember where I saw the link. Anyway, he said several things that I don’t agree with:
1. He said that now that Barry came out in the press conference with the BC there, he is “stuck with it,” so if it’s shown to be a forgery, he’s done. I disagree. Remember how the spokesperson specifically said that he’s not leaving the original there for Barry to hold. Asked if Barry would hold it. Answer NO. Why not? I could guess what a smarmy, disingenuous lawyer might say.
2. He said that Fuddy authenticated it. But she didn’t. She authenticated whatever were those two items she oversaw being created and given to Barry. Never authenticated that thing given to the press or the public.
3. He said that the lawyer went to Hawaii and was given only that pdf. No paper copies. I don’t know how he knows this but I doubt it. I think it’s likely they actually did make a waiver and give Barry copies of whatever the “original vital records” in their files are. They certified that’s what they have. That whatever was on those papers was faithfully copied or abstracted. But they didn’t certify that the information on those vital records was ever investigated, confirmed to be true, and accepted by the registrar. So he might have gotten copies of an incomplete registration and the affidavit(s) provided in the attempt to prove the birth “facts”. Or he might have gotten a copy of an original birth certificate filed under another name and with different biological parent(s) and then a second “original” which is the substituted birth certificate showing a new name and new parents on account of an adoption. There could be any number of possibilities for whatever documents Fuddy, outside NORMAL procedures, copied and certified as true copies or abstracts. But it could also be true, and likely is true, that the item presented to the media and the public is NOT a true and faithful copy or abstract of whatever is on those papers given to Obama’s lawyers by Fuddy. I think the entire thing was farce. The correspondence was to provide a provenance for the bogus “document” that was going to be presented.
One thing Corsi said that was interesting is that sources in Hawaii claimed that there WAS no long-form in that bound book until somebody made one up for him and put it in the book. That might be when the book was then secreted away in a special vault where only Onaka has access to it. He also said that he was told weeks before the long-form was presented that they were working on creating these forgeries.
If anybody does read his book, could you please provide us with a synopsis of the major contentions? I was a little disappointed in that interview because it does seem as if Corsi has no smoking gun.
The Esquire magazine thing is interesting. If there is a lawsuit, I hope there’s a way to get discovery of the truth!
I’d like to add that it’s entirely possible that way back when, Madelyn or Stanley Ann herself filed papers to register the birth but it was never finalized until very recently. It may be that the former HDOH officials in the FORMER administration would NOT accept affidavits nearly 50 years after the fact, but this friendlier administration did accept them. So suddenly, his long-form birth certificate is “completed” and put in the book. But still, whatever the true facts are, they’re NOT on that document presented to the media only as photocopies and to the public only as a photoshopped pdf. IF the original long-form matched what was given to the media, then they would have allowed anybody to EXAMINE the original papers hand-carried to the WH by his personal lawyer. They did not allow the public to examine the actual paper document, even though that was the reason given by Obama’s lawyer when asking for the waiver.

This interview infuriated me. Greg was in full attack mode. Saying the book is full of holes, like Swiss Cheeze, and now the book is outdated since Obama produced his BC. Corsi tells him that the BC is fraudulent and Greg said No one else has said that! Of course, if you don’t print the information or the media doesn’t report it you won’t know Greg! Greg makes it as though Corsi just wants to sell books..rather than get the information out. It reminded me of a Anderson Cooper interview of different people or MSNBC.
It was truly infuriating. Jarrett is well-schooled in Alinsky 101. And he’s a lawyer so he should know better than to attack the messenger instead of looking objectively at the EVIDENCE.

How the U.S. government can avert debt default on August 2, 2011
Did you know that the $14.5 trillion the Federal Reserve embezzled (US Congress only authorized $1.487 trillion) could pay the entire U.S. national debt – $14.346 trillion. To avert default the U.S. government need only to seize the assets of the Federal Reserve banks (the big six U.S. banks collectively hold about $9.399 trillion in assets) and get back the $trillions that the Federal Reserve illegally embezzled and money laundered to their foreign banks and corporations.
The U.S. government can recover $trillions from the Federal Reserve and their banks through asset forfeiture. Asset forfeiture is confiscation, by the State, of assets which are either (a) the alleged proceeds of crime or (b) the alleged instrumentalities of crime, and more recently, alleged terrorism. Proceeds of crime means any economic advantage derived from or obtained directly or indirectly from a criminal offense or criminal offenses. Crimes committed by the Federal Reserve banks against the United States and its people include; conflict of interest, securities fraud, embezzlement, fraud, money laundering, hoarding, profiteering, larceny, racketeering . . .
In 1982, a criminal forfeiture provision was enacted as part of the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, which provided for the forfeiture of all property over which the RICO organization exercised an influence.
The Money Laundering Control Act of 1986 added new felony provisions at 18 U.S.C. § 1956 for the laundering of the proceeds of certain defined “specified unlawful activity,” as well as prohibiting structuring transactions under 31 U.S.C. § 5324 (with the intent to evade certain reporting requirements). The law also added civil and criminal forfeiture provisions at 18 U.S.C. §§ 981 and 982 for confiscating the property involved in money laundering.
According to the Legislative Guide to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocols Thereto, “Criminalizing the conduct from which substantial illicit profits are made does not adequately punish or deter organized criminal groups. Even if arrested and convicted, some of these offenders will be able to enjoy their illegal gains for their personal use and for maintaining the operations of their criminal enterprises. Despite some sanctions, the perception would still remain that crime pays. . . . Practical measures to keep offenders from profiting from their crimes are necessary. One of the most important ways to do this is to ensure that States have strong confiscation regimes”

Boston Globe reporter withholds Obama file
President’s official birth narrative doesn’t match up with INS reports

A Boston Globe reporter sympathetic to Barack Obama apparently received favored access to the immigration file of the president’s father. In writing her biography of Barack Obama’s father, Boston Globe reporter Sally H. Jacobs had access to what appears to be the father’s unredacted Immigration and Naturalization Service file. The documents cover the time Barack Obama Sr. arrived in Honolulu in 1959 until he was forced to leave the United States in 1964.
However, the redacted file the Department of Homeland Security provided in an Freedom of Information Act request to independent reporter Heather Smathers whited-out key facts about the president’s birth narrative, judging from the one unredacted page WND has obtained. [Page 39 of BHO Immigration file]
Jacobs, in a telephone interview with WND, said she got a “less redacted” file than Smathers appears to have received. Jacobs refused to share with WND the less-redacted file or to post it on the Internet as Smathers has done with her file. “Why would I do that?” Jacobs asked. WND suggested it would be in the public interest to have available for study the additional information her less-redacted file might contain.
Put up for adoption?
Close examination of the unredacted page obtained by WND, which Jacobs obviously used to write her biography, shows it contained key information relevant to the Obama nativity story that was whited out in the copy sent to Smathers.
On page 122 of her biography, “The Other Barack: The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama’s Father,” Jacobs revealed that Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham had considered giving up their son for adoption:
According to the INS memo concerning her April conversation with Dahling, the INS administrator, ‘Subject [Obama] got his USC [United Sates citizen] wife ‘Hapai’ [pidgin for pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away.
Exhibit 1 shows the unredacted INS file from which Jacobs worked to obtain the information.
Clearly, the redaction was designed to eliminate the information that Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham considered putting baby Barack Obama Jr. up for adoption with the Salvation Army.
Furthermore, the unredacted version of the memo documents that the INS was aware of the adoption possibility as early as April 10, 1961, four months before the baby was born.

Jacob recounts in her book how she found the INS file for Obama, Sr.: “In a storage facility in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, where the paper records of what was once called the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service are stored, there is a folder bearing the name Barack H. Obama, alien registration number A11938537, which contained memos stretching from the time he arrived in Honolulu in 1959 until he was forced to leave Cambridge, Massachusetts, against his will in 1964.”
