We recently reviewed Obama’s multiple Social Security numbers that investigators uncovered in the article “Whose Identity Did Obama Steal?”. Additionally, they found that he used different social security numbers within a couple of years of each other. Investigators associated social security numbers with addresses where he lived across the United States, and where he didn’t live. His most flagrant use of a card is one that wasn’t issued to him and that he is using today. Orly Taitz has uncovered new information that adds even more evidence proving Obama’s family, history, and integrity are seriously fraudulent. Lies about family associations, friends, college, travels, and work are being exposed with rapidity. The cards in question include his social security card, selective service card, and even his student report card! Evidence is mounting that his life is one of deceit, lies, and more lies.
Recent revelations are highlighted in Orly Taitz’s First Amended Complaint that was just filed. Below are the explosive allegations that were added to her amended lawsuit as well as the evidence to back up her allegations. (The entire lawsuit is available here).
Now it appears Obama lied about his attendance at Columbia! He was only there for 9 months NOT 2 years that he has stated! Where did he go for that other year and what was he doing? Was he taking courses in person at Columbia or was he enrolled in an overseas program? If he traveled overseas what name did he use? How did he get the credits to attend Harvard with only 9 months attendance at Columbia? Was it a Freudian slip when Obama said he went to Pakistan or is that one of the only truthful statements to come out of his mouth? Below if verification of Obama’s limited attendance at Columbia. Perhaps there will be apologies made to Dr. Manning?
Both of the photos below are Exhibits in Orly’s lawsuit. One is evidence garnered from the U.S. Government’s own Social Security Verification System. Obama’s social security number that he stole and uses was entered into the database. The results show ” FAIL”! This means that the number and his name do not match! The number was not issued to him! Obama, you have a major problem! Identity fraud comes to mind.
Let’s not forget that he also used the same social security number on the forged Selective Service Application. That is two counts! Shall we go for three?
Following are excerpts from her amended lawsuit.

ALLEGATIONS
26. In this First Amended Complaint Taitz provides additional information, specifically Exhibit 1 Selective Service Application for Barack Obama, showing that he uses SSN 042-68-4425 and Exhibit 2 SSNVS Social Security number Verification System, which shows that this is not a legally obtained Social Security number for Barack Obama. This is a prima facia evidence of Social Security fraud and Identity Fraud obtained from the official records of the United States Government, which coupled with the age of 121 years old of the original applicant (date of birth 1890) justify release of at least redacted SS-5 information requested, such as gender, race and age of the SS5 applicant for SSN 042-68-4425 and the zip code, where the original SSN card was mailed by the social Security administration. Concealment of such data will constitute aiding and abetting Social Security Fraud and Identity Theft.
27. Further records from the Student Clearing House show even more shocking evidence. In his memoirs and multiple speeches Obama wrote that he studied for two years at Columbia University September 1981-May 1983. He admitted that in summer of 1981 he traveled to Pakistan to visit his friends, but repeatedly claimed that from September 1981 until May of 1983 he resided in New York and studied at Columbia University. Taitz ran a check of his years of attendance at Columbia university and found out that Columbia official records show him attending Columbia university only for nine months September 1982-till May 1983 (Exhibit 3), which means that the President of the United States lied to the whole nation about his whereabouts for a whole year September 1981 until September 1982. One year absence is the best case scenario, as he could get his university credit by reciprocity or through extern studies.
28. As there is no record of Obama residing anywhere else in the United States from September 1981-September 1982, or attending any other university, by way of simple deduction it becomes clear that his visit to Pakistan lasted not a month or two, as he claims, but over a year.
29. In 1981-1982 Pakistan was ruled by a ruthless radical Muslim leader general Zia Ul Hac, who came to power as a result of a military coup, announced himself as a Chief Martial Law Administrator and ruled the country via the system of iron fist terror. Supreme court of Pakistan, apparently afraid for their lives found such rule to be acceptable due to a “necessity” doctrine. Based on verification of Columbia university records, Taitz found that Obama spent at least a year within the regime of general Zia Ul Hac. This revelation adds urgency in processing this complaint, as it shows that we have today an individual usurping the position of the President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of the whole US military, while using a stolen social security number, not possessing a valid long form U.S. birth certificate and defrauding the nation and concealing a whole year of his whereabouts.

Real estate mogul and potential 2012 presidential contender Donald Trump defended his questioning of President Obama’s birth certificate Monday morning with a defiant, “this guy either has a birth certificate or he doesn’t.”
“I am really concerned,” Trump said in a phone interview on “Fox & Friends.” “You have no doctors that remember, you have no nurses — this is the president of the United States — that remember. … He could have been born outside of this country. Why can’t he produce a birth certificate?”
Trump, who has been flirting with a run for president, first made a remark about the so-called “birther” issue last week on “The View.” Obama provided news organizations with a scan of his birth certificate during his 2008 campaign, which some outlets also independently vetted.
“I brought it up just routinely, and now I’m starting to wonder myself whether he was born in this country,” Trump said Monday.

Trump also called for Hawaii Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to be investigated for stating that he remembers Obama’s birth.

This is not Trumph’s BC that would have been filed with the state. This is just the hospital certificate that is given to parents. What’s Trumph up to? This smells…………..

Send an email to Newsmax and tell them. It is not the legal birth certificate that he would need to get a passport. It does not have the State Seal and is not certified. Newsmax should make that distinction. There is an easy contact us box. They need to receive this information to correct it. I did.
I do wonder why he’s showing a hospital birth certificate. If he’s setting the stage for Barry, then Barry probably could come up with a nice example from Kapiolani that wouldn’t be legal and might not even carry the onus of having to be real and LEGAL, meaning that the hospital or whoever created it wouldn’t necessarily be at risk of being accused of forgery. Just sayin’. I think it sort of stinks, too. This is insufficient proof for eligibility to the presidency. It’s circumstantial evidence, subject perhaps to being vetted, but it’s not “legal tender”. It’s not issued by a government entity, therefore is not LEGAL proof. I doubt that the State Dept. would accept this for a passport.
I was thinking the same thing Miri. If this is what Trump is up to, he is not on our side. He would only be helping to enable Obama to continue the fraud.
Maybe Donald doesn’t know the difference either. Was it legal to use that hospital version to get a passport years ago? Whatever he used then wasn’t needed again if he continued to renew his passport. Same with his driver’s license.
I know of a situation where a person needed a bc but didn’t have one (sort of like the Ike situation). The person ended up having to hire a lawyer to take affidavits from people who knew his parents when he was born, remembered his birth, and got the baptismal record from the church where he was baptized. It was a home birth. Finally after a lot of expense and rigmarole, they accepted the person’s word about his age. This was for retirement, to receive Social Security. This person somehow got a SS# without a BC, which is interesting in itself, but this was someone born in 1900, so one of the first recipients of a SS card. Who knows what the requirements were back then?
The bottom line was that he lied about his age when he first started working because he actually was too young to legally work. Then when it came time to retire, he had to prove that he was old enough to retire.

Yes, it was. Sigh. Birth registration in the US was NOT even standardized at all until somewhere in 1905ish.
But people were not given certificates as the usual thing until after WW1.
It happened that there was a lot of kids lying to get into the military, so things had to be changed.
But, the original BC’s that were given were like Trumps. They were not used the same way back then as now. They were meant to be decorative. To be framed.
REMEMBER the era. I think people forget to do that.
I still have my original hospital BC (and the LEGAL one, too) and my hospital version has both my footprints and my mother’s thumbprint on it! Now that would be nice if Barry could come up with one like that. Except it still wouldn’t be legal. The reason the doctor’s name matters on the filed with the dept. of health version is that it’s a LEGAL document upon which the doctor signs his name. No doctor would risk his career by falsifying such a document. But it’s far easier for the forgers to come up with a “hospital” version with a forged signature of one of the five (was it?) OB’s on staff at Kapiolani in 1961.
I hope somebody tells The Donald that we need to see his OFFICIAL, CERTIFIED by the STATE BC, not this item that’s decorative and is about as useful as that testimonial that made the Tin Man think he had a brain. A testimonial like that isn’t going to make us believe that Obama has a birth certificate (or a brain).
They might think they could pull this off. He presents it and it has a doctor’s signature on it and then people howl and then they say, “See? We said they’re racists. They are just moving the goal post again. They wanted the doctor’s signature and there it is. But it’s still not good enough.”
I hope this isn’t the case but why, oh, why are the lamestream running with this “story” that’s been out there for over two years? Are they happy for a second chance to “vet” Obama? At this point, that hospital cerficate would mean squat because if there is one then there has to be the other and it remains a FACT that instead of simply showing the original certified bc, he spent millions to avoid showing it, never even presented the COLB that he claims exists to any court that took the case, and ALLOWED A PATRIOT TO GO TO PRISON, destroying his life and his family’s future. Cohen said the release of the incorrect document was merely an “oversight” that he is sure it will be corrected.

All that is required per the founders and framers intent with the legal term of art “natural born Citizen” in the presidential eligibility clause in our Constitution is that the parents of the child be U.S. Citizens when born AND born in the USA. About 95% of American citizens meet that so it is not a restrictive small class. It is the group who make up the overwhelming vast majority of U.S. Citizens and it is from that group we are supposed to choose our Presidents.
The parents can be foreign born as long as the parents were naturalized Citizens when the child is born in the USA. Since your foreign born Scottish mother married a U.S. Citizen in the USA she was automatically naturalized under U.S. law in the 1930s under the legal concept of Citizenship fusion by marriage. The wife automatically by marital fusion law gains the Citizenship of her husband.
Thus when you were born in 1946 your were born to two Citizen parents in the USA and you are thus a fully qualified constitutional Article II, Section 1, “natural born Citizen” of the United States.

As long as that proves true (that his mother became a Naturalized US Citizen March 10, 1942, long before she gave birth to Donald on June 14, 1946 in Queens, New York, NY), then Trump is therefore in the PERFECT position to challenge Soetoro/Obama on this issue!!!

Trump, who has challenged President Barack Obama to prove he is an American citizen, yesterday released what he claimed to be his own birth certificate (“It took me one hour to get,” he crowed). Except the document Trump proffered was not an official New York City birth certificate, but rather a document purportedly produced by Jamaica Hospital, where Trump was reportedly born in June 1946.
In an attempt to track down proof of the 64-year-old Trump’s citizenship, TSG today traveled to the main branch of the New York Public Library, which houses a collection of microfiche indices to New York City births. The microfiche cards contain the official Department of Health ledgers of births, broken down by year and borough.
An examination of envelope XMG-1108–which contains an alphabetical listing of all recorded births in New York City in 1946–reveals that a child with the surname “Trump” and the given name “Donald” was born on June 14 in Queens. As seen above (click to enlarge), the entry also includes the number of the corresponding Department of Health birth certificate–7624. The real estate developer has said he was born on June 14.
A New York City birth certificate includes information about a child’s parents, where and when the birth occurred, and the signature of the medical official who attested to details of the birth. However, like Hawaii, New York City birth certificates are not public documents. A copy of a birth certificate will only be released by the Office of Vital Records to the named party or an attorney representing them.
So, to quell suspicions from the growing “Trumper” movement, The Donald–if he does not already have a copy of certificate 7624 from 1946–may want to head here and get his order in the pipeline. Hawaii’s Department of Health has said the certificate of live birth is the standard form it issues to obtain a driver’s license and passport, and that President Obama’s is valid.When Fox asked the State Department if a “Certificate of Live Birth” from Hawaii, like President Obama’s, is enough to qualify for a passport, a State Department official offered only this statement:

Good catch Kathy. I didn’t hear him say that before. But I am sure he meant Hawaii, don’t you? He was talking quite fast and in the context of the conversation, I would think he meant Hawaii and said Houston instead. He has talked about the ad in the paper before, and that the parents were poor and wouldn’t pay for the ad. I haven’t looked at that birth announcement for awhile, but isn’t it a column on an ad sheet where things are for sale?
I don’t know. His whole card playing game is interesting. He may have just slipped us a clue. Relatives in other places sometimes announce the birth of relatives in papers. Maybe somebody should check the Houston papers just to be sure. He implied that it was after his alleged birth. It may be a slip, but The Donald is really sharp.

If it’s in the Houston papers, somebody had to pay for the ad. That would be interesting. If he is referring to the Hawaii papers, which are supposed to come from the State, they would be free. I think he is telling us something.
They were newspapers. It’s questionable how the announcements got into the papers. It looks like an ad sheet, but the announcements, under headings like “Health Bureau Statistics”, were interspersed with the ads. The stats included births, deaths, marriages. Which makes me wonder why nobody’s looked for an announcement of that marriage. I know that in the past such records WERE public record and were commonly printed in the newspapers. Also items like burial permits. Death records would often list address and cause of death. I know this for a fact because I use such items to fill out my family tree. Sometimes there were special publications put out by the government to list these statistics. We don’t know if the health dept. sent these records to the papers or if the papers sent a reporter over to get them or if they might also include phoned-in announcements. We do know from ladysforest’s and butterdezillion’s work, among others, that they lied about the lists being the same in both papers all the time. butterdezillion says that from their careful analysis, they seemed to be the same births only on the issue with Obama’s supposed announcement (but it’s never been proven that HE is “the son” and it’s never been proven that SADOS is the “Mrs.”). I may be wrong about the details or maybe got the issue back asswards, but the bottom line is that apparently the papers would announce at their own pace. Maybe as space allowed. Typesetting was far more tedious in those days.
Trump is misinformed if he believes that the “parents were poor.” And if these were health bureau stats, they were printed as a public service, no doubt. In fact, some states and municipalities required such items to be published. But official stats don’t typically read the way those birth announcements do.

I say “if” he said that about his own birth status because Fight the Smears website (now) clearly says that it’s a project of the DNC, not authorized by any candidate and was published in conjunction with and paid for by Organizing for America. It’s a campaign website that itself says that the candidate isn’t responsible for the content and which is not subject to HAVING to be TRUTHFUL. How many campaign ads are TRUE?
So that campaign ad website claims that “Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a NATIVE citizen of the United States of America.” Who’s Barack Obama? The POTUS says his legal name is Barack Hussein Obama II. What exactly is a “native” citizen? A Native Hawaiian citizen? No claim is made that he’s a natural born citizen.
As further proof that there’s no requirement for a campaign ad to be truthful, they post the copy of the COLB and claim that it’s his “official birth certificate”. It is NOT–not because it’s a photoshopped digital image and not a 3-D document, but because even a 3-D certified COLB is not a birth certificate, as we and even the lamestream media now, courtesy of The Donald, know.
In addition, above that sentence they claim that the “smear” is actually to imply that “Barack” is not an American citizen. Well, that’s a lie, too, because the issue was and remains whether he was a natural born citizen of the USA AT BIRTH. And the answer is NO (unless he’s lying about who he is, which is entirely possible).
Keep in mind that all these claims are made on a campaign website that is about as truthful as any other campaign ad that you see during elections. And it clearly states at the bottom that no candidate endorses the information.
The sentences about the British Nationality Act, cited by Leo, are on Fight the Smears in a footnote citation referring back to FactCheck blog, which similarly has no requirement to be TRUTHFUL, any more than we are REQUIRED HERE on our blog to be truthful, under the law. Let’s parse that paragraph:
“When Barack Obama Jr. [Who is Jr.? The POTUS says he’s the II–a different Barack altogether. Was Jr. a brother by another mother? Or a cousin? Who knows?] was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu [Facts not in evidence], Kenya was a British Colony [True], still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire [Anti-colonialist dig, but irrelevant]. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948 [Likely true, but unproven. This last is the most important point. It jumped out at me the instant I read it over two years ago. Just WHO ARE Obama Sr.’s children and WHO IS NOT HIS CHILD?
In this sentence, why did FactCheck studiously avoid saying, “That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.’s child, Barack Hussein Obama II?”
Why mention only his “children”? We don’t care about the nationality status of all of his children. This issue concerns one person: The person who sits in the WH and acts as POTUS.
It is so much like that other carefully parsed FactCheck statement about the COLB: How it contains all the information required by the State Dept. to get a passport. That, the moment I read it, also jumped out as if written in RED LETTERS.
Why, I asked myself, were they talking about whether you could use a COLB to get a passport, when everybody was talking about whether or not the COLB was sufficient proof of eligibility for the presidency. Later on, I grokked the possible explanation: That COLB, according to FactCheck blog’s own photographs, came into existence and was photographed by them only days before John O. Brennan’s contract employees cauterized Barry’s passport files of “embarrassing” information. A tell, if I ever saw one.
So I have learned to carefully parse everything the DNC, FactCheck, OFA, FTS, and Barry himself say. They lie by omission. They lie by misleading. They lie by distracting. They lie by distorting the issue and answering questions not asked. Lies. All Alinsky tactics. All Clintonesque prevarication and obfuscation.
I don’t accept that Barry EVER said that his own status was governed by the British Nationality Act of any year. He allowed his minions to imply that, but he has maintained his six degrees of separation for ALL claims, even claims about that COLB. Even if he has ever stated that he showed his birth certificate, he can always blame his minions, who are reportedly the ones he “delegated” to getting it and publishing it.
He can say his “mistake”, like McCaskill in the Air Claire scandal, was to depend upon staff and not closely enough oversee them to make sure they did things the right way. If he is THIS AFRAID of the media, because he’s THAT afraid that they will tar him as a bigoted racist simply for expecting all POTUS candidates to prove that they’re eligible under the REQUIREMENTS of the Constitution, then of what use would he be facing down someone like I’m-a-nutjob, Vlad, or Hu? Who? I digress . . .
This is very disturbing. It appears that the media have gone back to their former plan. They REALIZE now that they’ve been rope-a-doped by Trump. Do you see them asking BARRY for HIS original long-form, now that Trump’s shown his? I looked for but did not see Trump’s long form on the news (even FOX) last night. Did you see it anywhere? They’re not showing it because they know it will resonate with people who will compare it to that digital image CNN “saw” and notice the huge differences.
Their plan is to force EVERY Republican candidate to cry uncle. To force them so speak thusly, “Barry was born in the USA; CNN said so.” Say it or else. Or else WHAT?
OF WHAT are they so freaking afraid? If a potential POTUS cannot stand up to the US media, then that person is useless as a president.
We the People, 9 out of 10 of us, EXPECT Obama to prove his eligibility. How can I say that? Because 9 of 10 say they suspect he’s INELIGIBLE. Why do they suspect this, other than that it’s an obvious FACT? Because We the People have COMMON SENSE which is SADLY LACKING in the complicit lamestream media and apparently also the Republican Party.

BECAUSE THEY’RE STRAIGHT TALKERS. They say what they mean and mean what they say. Heck, I even like Dennis Kucinich for the same reason: He’s consistent. He isn’t a toady. He actually believes the stuff he says. No matter how wrong he may be at times, at LEAST he is intellectually honest. He’s not acting. He’s not, apparently, an Obama STOOGE.
I like what Pawlenty says when he’s talking policy. I like what he says about the deficit and the wrong track we are on. I DO NOT LIKE his apparent fear of the media. This is RINO-like in it’s stupidity. It makes me suspicious of him.
It makes me, for one, wonder if Pawlenty, like McCain, is in on whatever conspiracy of silence allowed Barry to get where he is and stay there. Whatever conspiracy is allowing him to run again for the presidency, when all the scandals associated with his administration are ignored, any ONE of which would have sunk other presidents. Just compare the MANY scandals in this administration to what happened to Nixon. Watergate? SMALL POTATOES.

It’s very common for busines interests to support both sides. For a man of Trump’s wealth, it doesn’t seem like that much in a year. I would be very concerned if he would support someone like the evil Obummer. I have to be honest, I’m as MAD at the Republicans as the Democrats. We need our Constitution and Democracy back!
Considering the size of The Donald’s assets, these aren’t huge sums. Middle class people donate more than that to people like Hillary Clinton (unfortunately). This is small change compared to “donations” by billionaires like Soros. It seems he’s not very political for a billionaire.

Keep in mind the likely make-up of the political class in the urban areas where most of Trump’s businesses operate. Businessmen make donations based upon local issues that affect their businesses.
So he gave Hillary Clinton $8700 over 7 years.
In 2010, he gave over $30,000 to the Republican Senatorial Committee; in 2007, he gave the same Republican committee $20,000.
In 2008, he gave $28,450 to McCain for POTUS.
In 2001, he gave the Republican Congressional Committee $10,000.
In 2008, he gave the Democratic Senatorial Committee $25,000; in 2004, he gave the same Democratic committee $25,000.
In 2006, he gave the Democratic Congressional Commitee $20,000.
In 2002, he gave the DSCC (Dem. Senatorial Campaign Committee) $25,000.
So it appears that the large sums were divided between the parties, with more going to Democrats, but considering where his businesses operate, that’s not surprising.
This one is a surprise. I didn’t realize that Orly elevated this case to the 9th circuit after being dismissed by the Marine >>Judge Carter.

Officials with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today notified attorneys representing several dozen individuals – members of the military, members of state government and even a candidate for president – that oral arguments will be held May 2
“I can’t believe it, but after two years of Obama litigation, for the first time the court of appeals scheduled oral argument in [the] Obama case,” wrote Orly Taitz, a California attorney who has litigated a number of challenges to Obama.
“This is [the] Judge Carter case, where I represent Ambassador Alan Keyes, 10 state representatives and 30 members of [the] U.S. military,” she wrote in her blog confirmation of the plans.
The case challenges Obama’s eligibility to be president, citing a lack of documentation, and was the subject of hearings at the lower court level, where Judge David Carter heard arguments.

As previously reported here, Colonel Gregory Hollister verified via the Social Security Number Verification Service that Obama’s social security number was “never issued” even though Obama used the social security number in his Selective Service Registration.
The Obots are doing their best to have Col. Hollister prosecuted for verifying the number via the database. I guess they don’t understand that Obama works for us which makes Obama our EMPLOYEE. Got Standing!?
