Shocking headlines for December 13th by Drudge Report. To bad this headline had to do with Obamacare. To those who know that Obama is a usurper and ineligible to be president because he is not a natural born citizen, this headline has been our prayer. Did Drudge present us with a preview of future events? Is Drudge psychic? We can only hope.
In August, 2010, Pelosi admitted “Jail was Perfectly Acceptable for those Refusing Socialized Healthcare.”
We think jail is perfectly acceptable for those who have passed an unconstitutional Obamacare, redistributed our money, committed treason, perpetrated fraud, allowed national security breaches, refused to follow the constitution and the rule of law, purposely created and promoted election fraud, intentionally set out to undermine the U.S. economy, failed to protect our borders, and aided and abetted a conman to be nominated and elected to the presidency.
Although, I do doubt that Nancy will be smiling when the inevitable happens. Her being charged as an accessory to a crime, or for participating in fraud and corruption perpetrated upon the American citizens, will have us laughing as she does a perp walk through the capitol following right behind the man who calls himself, Obama.
When caught and while walking the walk, she might not pull out her hair, but instead…

US has 308.7 Million People! Highest population Increases in the South and West. The census includes illegals living here, so the 308.7 million aren’t all citizens.
Texas got got 4 more House seats! Big winner! I guess we will have another election to hire some people, and plus we gain more electoral votes.

Redistricting will take place and the legislatures in each state, depending upon which party controls them, will determine the new districts for House members. With many states gaining Republicans in their state houses, as well as in their governorships, this should be good news for Republicans. However, in states like Illinois, the Democrats control and they will doubtless redistrict so that the representative lost comes from the downstate Republican areas. In Missouri, though, the opposite will likely happen. Notice how in most states that are gaining, even if they went for Obama, they recently voted for Republicans, except for Nevada and Washington (where, I might add, the results were questionable).

I just saw this on The Blaze. It makes you feel real safe doesn’t it. Maybe it’s this interview, but she even says 324 days a year. Are they taking Christmas off again?
That’s a scary video, Renee. I thought that Diane Sawyer did a relatively fair and balanced interview there, but I was very afraid that when she showed all the jihadist websites and asked “what can you do about these?”, they’d launch into the “need” to censor the Internet, under an emergency order, of course. Just until the threat is over (which may be never).
She was especially good when she scoffed at Brennan’s contention that by impeding terrorist training, they can stop the attacks. She pointed out how close the Times Square bomber was to success, for example.
Sawyer looked astounded, as if she realized how out of control these people are, as the interview proceeded. Clapper was totally dense. NO clue what she was talking about when she referred to the arrest that day of 12 terrorists in London, even though Brennan (Barry’s cauterizer’s employer) tried to make a save by saying they were all apprised of the incident that day.
When she went back to Clapper, saying she was surprised he didn’t know about the London arrests, he said, “No, I’m sorry; I didn’t.” Then Brennan stepped in and tried to blame Sawyer, saying her question wasn’t specific. But everybody knows what’s going on in London (at least We the People do), so this guy could easily have answered her question without being specific. There have been enough terrorist attacks, attempted or succesful, that he could have said something like, “we try hard every day to prevent that coming here.” At least he honestly admitted that he didn’t know, until the higher ups decided that he did know, after all.
Did you see how, at the end, as is typical of Barry’s CYA administration, Clapper’s office put out a statement again blaming Sawyer for asking a vague question and saying that of course Clapper knew about the London arrests, despite the FACT that he said on the video that he didn’t know?
I believe the evidence of my own eyes and ears, not to mention the videotape.
No such pass for Sarah Palin when Katie Couric asks a question. No do-over. No ability to put out a statement that contradicts reality.
What’s up with Napolitano? Botox overload? I wonder if she uses San Fran Nana’s plastic surgeon. Yikes. Nonmobile face. Reminds me of those jibjab characters, where only the lower lip moves.
These people are like the gang that couldn’t shoot straight. Attempting to defend Clapper further, last night Brennan goes on TV to emphasize that he doesn’t expect Clapper to spend his time watching TV news to learn about terrorism arrests. But think about that! Who expects that REPORTERS in the lamestream will know about terrorism arrests BEFORE the freaking government of the US? Aren’t these guys supposed to be the leaders of the intelligence community? Shouldn’t they know or be apprised of impending attacks, plots, arrests BEFORE the media? Clapper did NOT know. He said he didn’t know. So he wasn’t briefed and he wasn’t told before that interview and he hadn’t caught it in the news. So what the hell does he do and why the hell wasn’t he briefed, IF he’s REALLY the czar in charge of the entire shared intelligence community? IF these guys aren’t really running the intelligence community, then who is? On the other hand, is it possible they don’t even monitor because they either don’t care or they don’t intend to stop jihad? Just sayin’.
County fines church for Christmas Star…another Goverment Assault on Christmas

BOTHELL, Wash. — A battle is brewing in Snohomish County over a church’s Christmas decoration. The controversial bright white star sits 90-feet in the air atop a flagpole, and now the county is threatening to take it down. The county wants the church to pay for a permit to display that star, but the church has refused.
Pastor Brad Sebranke’s church put it there as a giant Christmas light for the whole community. “Just reminds them what the seasons really about,” he said.
But county officials say because the church doesn’t have a permit for the flagpole, it must come down or the Park Ridge Community Church must pay a hefty fine. “Just so we can make it safe,” said Snohomish County Deputy Executive Gary Haakenson. “It’s 90-feet tall, and it’s up in the power lines. And we just want to make sure everybody’s safe underneath.”
So far the county has fined the church $1,500.
It all started last year when somebody complained to the county about the star and the cross, and the message they send from way up there.

Things only got worse for Obama when he returned to Washington in between a pair of epic winter storms. From the start, 2010 delivered a string of setbacks that built up to an electoral shellacking come November, to use the president’s own word.

Mass. School Requires Permission Slips to Recite Pledge of Allegiance!! Celebrate diversity?

A public school in Brookline, Massachusetts is bringing back the Pledge of Allegiance. Except now, in a move that suggests the recitation and its words are controversial, the school is requiring parents to sign a permission slip so their kids can participate.
According to the Tab, it seems many parents aren’t upset that the school is requiring special permission to recite the Pledge, but rather they are concerned the slips could mean parents are imposing their beliefs on their children.
The Devotion School also sent home a copy of the pledge with definitions of several of its terms, including “under God,” which was defined as “there is one Supreme entity for every citizen.”
Massachusetts state law requires public school teachers to lead students at the start of every school day. Public school teachers who don’t recite the pledge for at least two weeks could face a token fine of up to $5, according to the law. But that law isn’t enforced, as state courts have ruled that teachers and students don’t have to participate, said Wunsch, the ACLU attorney.

“The Pledge to America released by House Republicans in September of this year included a commitment to ‘require every bill to cite its specific constitutional authority.’ To implement this proposal, the Transition Team and the elected Republican leadership are recommending a change to standing Rules of the House to require that each bill or joint resolution introduced in the House be accompanied by a statement citing the specific powers granted to Congress in the Constitution to enact the proposed law,” said a memo from leadership to members of the House.
This bill makes specific changes to existing law in a manner that returns power to the states and to the people, in accordance with Amendment X of the United States Constitution.

However, the Obama administration has maintained close relationships with radical Muslim organizations, many tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks to create a worldwide Islamic caliphate. Al-Qaida, Hamas and other terrorist organizations are offshoots of the Brotherhood.

Gov.-elect Brown to abolish Chick’s Inspector General office

One of Gov.-elect Jerry Brown’s first official acts will be eliminating the state office of Inspector General, the position held by former Los Angeles Controller Laura Chick, who has been responsible for overseeing more than $50 billion in federal stimulus money sent to California.
When Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger created the office and appointed Chick in April 2009, he promoted it as the first state agency in the nation devoted to making sure the federal funds would be used with “accountability and transparency.”

Sen. Jim DeMint, R-SC, says Federal Communications Commission should be renamed the “Fabricating a Crisis Commission,” following a vote by the panel’s three Democrats to approve proposed rules that amount to a hostile takeover of the Internet by a government agency acting illegally.
A federal court has ruled that the commission has no authority to regulate the Internet, and a bipartisan group of senators and representatives warned Genechowski not to attempt to impose a regulatory regime on the Internet earlier this year.

US Congress sends Obama food safety bill

The US Congress gave final approval Tuesday to a sweeping food safety bill in the wake of mass recalls affecting items from tainted eggs to peanut butter, pistachios, spinach and milk. The House of Representatives passed the measure by a 215-144 margin, days after the Senate okayed the bill, sending the legislation to President Barack Obama to sign into law.

The Food Safety Enhancement Act will destroy the food supplement industry…I just learned about it more in depth today.
One word wrong on a label is $7.5 million fine, even for a 1 man operation, up to 10 years in prison, the FDA can do drop-in unannounced inspections at any time, if you want to sell anything, even a vitamin, you have to register under the bioterrorism act!
The language is gray, vague, open to bribery-interpretation, the threats surreal.
They do not want people to have access to low cost supplements and herbal remedies and vitamins, this will cause many to drop out or never to go into business. This is horrible!
When has this congress THIS REesident passed anything constitutional?
I ran a search and in a nut shell this site explained the passage of S.510 the most simply explained –
Senate Bill S.510 Passed… Quickly Explained
1. It puts all US food and all US farms under Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, in the event of contamination or an ill-defined emergency. It resembles the Kissinger Plan.
2. It would end US sovereignty over its own food supply by insisting on compliance with the WTO, thus threatening national security. It would end the Uruguay Round Agreement Act of 1994, which put US sovereignty and US law under perfect protection. Instead, S 510 says:
COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. Nothing in this Act (or an amendment made by this Act) shall be construed in a manner inconsistent with the agreement establishing the World Trade Organization or any other treaty or international agreement to which the United States is a party.
3. It would allow the government, under Maritime Law, to define the introduction of any food into commerce (even direct sales between individuals) as smuggling into “the United States.” Since under that law, the US is a corporate entity and not a location, “entry of food into the US” covers food produced anywhere within the land mass of this country and “entering into” it by virtue of being produced.
4. It imposes Codex Alimentarius on the US, a global system of control over food. It allows the United Nations (UN), World Health Organization (WHO), UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the WTO to take control of every food on earth and remove access to natural food supplements. Its bizarre history and its expected impact in limiting access to adequate nutrition (while mandating GM food, GM animals, pesticides, hormones, irradiation of food, etc.) threatens all safe and organic food and health itself, since the world knows now it needs vitamins to survive, not just to treat illnesses.
5. It would remove the right to clean, store and thus own seed in the US, putting control of seeds in the hands of Monsanto and other multinationals, threatening US security. See Seeds – How to criminalize them, for more details.
6. It includes NAIS, an animal traceability program that threatens all small farmers and ranchers raising animals. The UN is participating through the WHO, FAO, WTO, and World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) in allowing mass slaughter of even heritage breeds of animals and without proof of disease. Biodiversity in farm animals is being wiped out to substitute genetically engineered animals on which corporations hold patents. Animal diseases can be falsely declared. S 510 includes the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), despite its corrupt involvement in the H1N1 scandal, which is now said to have been concocted by the corporations.
7. It extends a failed and destructive HACCP to all food, thus threatening to do to all local food production and farming what HACCP did to meat production – put it in corporate hands and worsen food safety.
8. It deconstructs what is left of the American economy. It takes agriculture and food, which are the cornerstone of all economies, out of the hands of the citizenry, and puts them under the total control of multinational corporations influencing the UN, WHO, FAO and WTO, with HHS, and CDC, acting as agents, with Homeland Security as the enforcer. The chance to rebuild the economy based on farming, ranching, gardens, food production, natural health, and all the jobs, tools and connected occupations would be eliminated.

A 13-year-old boy was arrested Friday for using a permanent marker while in class at his Oklahoma City middle school, a violation of an obscure city ordinance.
According to an Oklahoma City Police Department report, the boy was spotted “in possession of a permanent marker” by Roosevelt Middle School teacher DeLynn Woodside. The 50-year-old educator told cop Miguel Campos that the student was “writing on a piece of paper, which caused it to bleed over onto the desk.”
Campos reported that he allowed Woodside, a seventh grade math teacher, to “sign a citation” against the boy, who was then transported to the Community Intervention Center, a juvenile holding facility. A police sergeant subsequently “booked the marker into the property room.”

Barack Obama had a “Christmas surprise” for the American people. It’s based upon the FCC’s self-imposed December 21 deadline to implement new Internet rules. The Obama Administration has already directed the FCC to begin implementation of these new rules and regulations on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2010! This new law passed by the Dems. I didn’t know when it was to be implemented and it already has started!
How will it affect us? Obama’s FCC is ready to steal our Internet freedom by simply declaring it has the “right” to regulate it. Here’s the underlying problem for Barack Obama. Internet journalists tend to report the news without coloring it with the brush of “political correctness.” They challenge the lies that the Obama Administration puts out that the so-called “mainstream media” simply accept and repeat as the truth.
The only good news is that it will be challenged immediately upon the return of the New Republican led congress. Watch for sites being hacked and taken down.
I ask a different question, will the repeal stop Muslims from infiltrating our armed forces? That is a benefit of the repeal, and the only one I see. Otherwise, I don’t think this will make our forces stronger as Obama says. If he says it, the result will be the opposite..weaker. Gays were allowed in the army before, so the previous law didn’t stop them from enlisting. Now they just want to be “free” to be recognized as such. A backlash from Muslims.. will it be any worse than it is already? We are in a war, isn’t that bad enough.
