Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski is down by only 1 point in her effort to keep Republican candidate Joe Miller from representing Alaska.
In California, Ma’am Barbara Boxer is up 49%-46% against Republican Carly Fiorina. Obama’s 57%-42% approval is keeping the loathsome Boxer afloat.
Republican Sharron Angle is up 2 over Democratic Senate Leader Harry Reid. We’ll see. It’s Nevada and the odds always favor the house. Reid is the house candidate.

This is what I feared all along. They’re going to make those polls tighten up one way or the other so that the results don’t seem suspicious. I don’t know whether to believe these polls or not. All they need to do is get the polls within the margin of error and then nobody will suspect fraud when it happens. The narrative will be that people “decided” right before the election and wanted to stick with Obama. It’s so discouraging.

The fraud starts in Harry Reid’s backyard where the purple shirts (SEIU) are in charge of maintenance and handling of the voting machines. Voters in Nevada are reporting that when they push the button to vote all Republican the machine instead votes and Republican and Harry “crooked as they come” Reid is already checked before you even vote!
“Something’s wrong here,” a voter exclaimed to her husband after seeing Harry’s name already checked!
There’s more, SEIU, (Obama’s notorious “brown shirts” that wear purple) service the machines reported yesterday by the Washington Examiner.
The lady that blew the whistle on fraud was quoted, “One person that’s a fluke. Two, that’s strange. But several within a five minute period of time — that’s wrong.”

Bucks County, Pa. – Last week, it came to light that voters in southeastern Pennsylvania’s 8th district were receiving notices warning that their right to vote could be in jeopardy if they did not return an absentee ballot to the “Pennsylvania Voter Assistance Office,” a fictitious agency headquartered at a post office box. The letters, shown below, were underwritten by the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee.
At issue is whether Rep. Patrick Murphy was directly involved with the absentee ballot scheme, which is being investigated by the local district attorney’s office and has so far resulted in the rejection of at least 600 absentee ballots for “defects.” The number of reject ballots, which is “significantly higher” than in previous years, has been reportedly fueled by errors including mismatching signatures and incorrect birth dates, indicators of potential fraud. This comes on the heels of the county Board of Elections recording a unusual spike in Democratic absentee ballot applications last week. Within a six day period from Oct. 14 to 19, Democrat absentee ballot applications to the county increased by 67 percent as compared to Republican applications, a spike that occurred nowhere else in the state.
Patrick Murphy is seen as a rising star in his party, and as a recent appointee to the powerful appropriations committee, his loss would be a significant blow for Democrats.

North Carolina, same situation: People selected straight Republican party-line vote but the electronic machine recorded them as straight Democrat party-line votes. What a coincidence! And the machines are never “uncalibrated” the other way. Do you hear about Democrats getting recorded as Republicans? Funny how that never happens.

You may already know this: there will be a reckoning. Actually there will be three. This is primarily about the third one.
The first reckoning – America’s second Declaration of Independence
The first reckoning will be on election day, November 2, 2010, when Americans vote overwhelmingly to reject the Democrat agenda. It will be a down payment on the epic 10-year butt-kicking that will be delivered to the anti-American, anti-freedom, corrupt, anti-Constitution movement. We lost our vigilence, allowed this statism to creep up for the last 80 years. Now it’s run amok, and we’ll swing the pendulum back. As Dick Cheney would say, big time. Maybe you think it’s just a short-term temper tantrum, which the media hacks will of course assert. You’ll see.
It is a reckoning that will take your breath away. All your cheating will not keep the Republicans from taking 70 in the House, 8 in the Senate. That is the first reckoning. At least while you’re sitting in prison, you can comfort yourself in the knowledge that your cheating kept it from being 100 and 11.
The second reckoning – retribution
The second reckoning, I will relish this. I am not a nice person at all when it comes to retribution. I will savor it the way I savored the Texas Rangers’ 6-game beat-down of the Yankees (conservative country sure jammed it up left-wing country’s rear, didn’t it?). The events of November 2 will make it perfectly clear to all Americans not named Jimmy Carter that the Democrats and the unions engaged in massive, epic-scale election fraud.
It will be the bridge too far. Regular Americans are not like you and your patronage buddies, union thugs, organized criminals, communists, and radical social engineers. Nor are we anything like the snotty rich baby-killer limousine liberals that control you. Regular Americans are generous and magnanimous. Your mistake is that 80 years of tolerance you have mistaken for cowardice and lack of resolve.
What will happen after this election, when it’s clear that you stole 20-30 House seats and 3-4 Senate seats, you are not ready for. What happens will be fought on your territory, using rules you know but never expected to have turned on you, by a fiercely resolute people possessed of righteous anger that’s been stacking up ever since liberal judges started flouting the consent of the governed. When pressed, they are smarter and more devious than you. They plan. And they stick the knife in the place that will hurt the most.
And let me tell you something. Regular Americans don’t riot. They don’t demonstrate or boycott (very well). They don’t astroturf. They don’t terrorize innocents. They don’t commit indiscriminate violence or indiscriminate property destruction. They know, or will know, the people and organizations who are controlling you. Retribution will be clean and efficient. It will cost you, and your owners,a good bit more than it was worth to save a handful of House and Senate seats that ultimately won’t stop what we do.
Just shooting in the dark here, because like I said, I’m not in on anything. But it hurts a whole lot more to have the stock values of your benefactors wrecked (Soros does not possess especially secret knowledge), deliberately and maliciously by hidden hands, than it does to have some of your low-level thugs beat up. It will hurt tons more when union pensions never see another penny of taxpayer bailouts starting… well, already starting now.
If you have a union pension, let me just say…..no you don’t.
And it will really, really ruin you when a national right-to-work bill gets signed the fourth week of 2013, days after EO10988 is rescinded, making it illegal (again) for government employees to unionize. We will enjoy breaking you.
You’ll see. You yourself will not escape retribution, although I’ll have to say that in the big scheme of things, you are just a tool. Americans will be taking care of the kingpins.
The third reckoning – prison
But let’s get back to you. The third reckoning involves you. You’re a Democrat doing the dirty work. You are in a room signing stacks of absentee ballots, or perhaps ordering it done. Or maybe you are a precinct judge or worker who changes numbers, or after the polls close, you sign a bunch of names of people who didn’t vote, and shoot a stack of pre-filled ballots through the machine. Or you’ve been bringing people into the early voting places and “helping” them vote the right way. Or intimidating the poll watchers like they’re doing in Houston right now, in order to hide the cheating. Or removing signs, keying cars, causing untimely traffic jams (you thought we didn’t know that one, yes?) or doing other dirty Democrat deeds.
These are federal crimes. They are punished by federal prison. And when you are sentenced to 60 months in federal prison (see 42 USC 1973gg-10 [h/t Sound Politics]) , you don’t get out in 14 months. You get out in 60 months. Or as I like to put it, 3 years into President Bobby Jindal’s first term. Just in time for you to try to stuff ballots again…..oh wait, there won’t be anybody to pay you, never mind.
Let me introduce you to a handful of concepts:
Moles. You think conservatives are incapable of guile, of “playing dirty”. Yeah. That’s because maybe 80% of conservatives are that way. The other 20% saw what you did in 2008. Bet 5 years in prison that nobody involved with your electoral crime cell, or up or down the chain of command, is not a mole. Go ahead.
Traitors. Wretched people who are cheating right there among you, sitting in your meetings, but who will betray their fellows once the game is up. They’ll turn state’s evidence on you two seconds after they’re in handcuffs.
Voters, poll watchers, the spies and turncoats among you, and regular people on the street have discovered iPhones. You are being watched. Your license plate has already been recorded and logged. Is there a real right-wing conspiracy going on here? Let’s put it this way. Not that I know of. But we don’t need one. You are reading the Kos polls, which amounts to farting in the bathtub, and biting the bubbles. You haven’t really done the easy math here. Americans have rejected you, at astounding levels. They distrust you. And today’s technology just makes it fall-off-log easy to record everything, everywhere.
You’re not helping yourself. Even in national, liberal-run TV and radio news, the stories of electoral fraud are, eight days out, running rampant. You have already told us you are cheating. You’re too stupid to hide it.
Just because it’s illegal to record activities in voting places doesn’t mean it won’t happen. It will. Massively.
Did I mention iPhones? Ain’t it terrible what Americans think up in their spare time? An iPhone app that lets a person record electoral fraud, and send the evidence straight to people who can do something with it.
Fingerprints.
And lastly, let me introduce you to one more word, a word you should have known.
Relentlessness.
Remember how after 9/11, the evil people responsible assumed we’d do nothing? Yeah. Then we went to the heart of darkness and toppled two dictatorships. Then we camped out in their space for…..going on 10 years now. Just think about that, when you assume conservatives will not be serious about taking down the people responsible for the most massive voter fraud in history. Relentlessly. We
will not be deterred. We will not grow weary. We will hunt you into the hills, and take you down.
Sure, recording electoral activities is illegal. Well, sort of. At least in Texas, a person recording events in the polling place is subject to…….wait for it………..being told by the election judge to turn off the device or leave the premises. As for what you are doing out of sight, how many of the people you are working with have an iPhone? Or any cell phone with recording capabilities? That would be pretty much everybody. Take a look at the person next to you.
And maybe you think the evidence gained by surreptitious recording is not admissible in court. Well on that count, most likely you are right. But you never watched an episode of Forensic Files, did you? Once they find out who did it (even with evidence that won’t be used in court), there’s just no way they’re not going to eventually find the evidence they need that WILL hold up in court. And you think your union or the Democrat Party is going to pony up for good lawyers, when there are dozens of you going to trial, just from your county. Yeah…….OK.
Perhaps you think Eric Holder’s Department of “Justice”, will never fail you. That’s your firewall, your hole card. Isn’t it? Isn’t it? Do you want to bet 5 years of federal prison on that?
Do you know who Darrel Issa is? Starting about January 3, he’s the chairman of the House Government Oversight Committee. He’s got the goods on Holder, and half the appointees in that Department. The That’s not saying all that much. Half of America has the goods on Holder. House committees can bring down AGs, especially when said AGs hand it to them on a plate. And doubly especially when the Civil Rights Commission is itching to take him down. Holder will go down, and while he’s going down he won’t be wasting any time or energy looking out for you.
The truth is, a whole, whole bunch of low-level people are going to go to federal prison, because they are too stupid to do their deeds in such a way as to not get caught. The high level people you thought were your friends, the upper echelons of SEIU and ACORN, will suddenly turn into strangers. Strangers with alibis. Strangers whose fingerprints appear on no ballots. Strangers with all the very, very good lawyers.
Do you think I’m trying to persuade you to stop the cheating, or perhaps to turn rat on your buddies? Nah, not really. We’ll have plenty of rats once the indictments start. And your cheating? Got it covered. No, I’m just the kind of guy who talks trash about how I’m going to drive on you and dunk over you. Just before I do it. Go, do your thing. I’ll win this thing between me and you.
For the record, if there is a silver lining, it’s that federal prisons have the prison rape thing under much better control than the state prisons. And as we’ve already discussed, the crimes you are committing right now are federal crimes. If you find that information comforting.
And this is what happens if the crooked do not listen…2 fish to fry- already in the pan…This is going to be a cat fight, straight from the gates of hell it seems…

Rep. John Adler, a freshman Democrat, has denied knowing about a plan to recruit a third-party spoiler in the race against Republican challenger Jon Runyan. But signatures from [Adler] donors and allies appear on the ballot, including the signature of Adler’s former communications aide.
Earlier this month, Democrats involved with the Adler campaign and the Camden County Democratic Committee said Adler consultant Steve Ayscue devised a plan to get DeStefano on the ballot with the help of campaign manager Geoff Mackler.
More than 200 signatures were collected to get DeStefano, previously unknown to any Tea Party groups, on the ballot.
Helping a candidate get on the ballot is perfectly legal. But secretly funding or making promises to get a candidate to run may brush against the law.
“In the event Mr. DeStefano or his son were remunerated or promised employment in exchange for becoming a candidate, it is possible that a crime was committed,” Webber writes.
DeStefano has a documented history of financial problems, including losing his home to foreclosure and declaring bankruptcy.
The Courier-Post of Cherry Hill has reported that DeStefano’s son, Pete, appeared to brag on his Facebook page about being politically connected and about to become wealthy.
According to federal law, promises of employment or other compensation in exchange for political activity is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to one year.
A Stockton College/Zogby poll released last week indicates the DeStefano allegations are helping Runyan. He jumped 10 points among undecided likely voters to 40 percent while Adler was at 37 percent — a difference within the margin of error…
Let’s pray this particular “dirty trick” is rewarded with massive fines, jail time, and the end of some of the D political hacks’ careers. Shameful frauds that they are.

Democrats are trying to learn more about Jindal’s career going back to 1996, when he was secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health and Human Services. According to the memo, the DNC’s request asks for ‘Any and all records of communication (including but not limited to letters, written requests, reports, telephone records, electronic communication, complaints, investigations, violation and memos) between your department (and all divisions and agencies under your jurisdiction).’
The DNC also asks for copies of OTHER Freedom of Information requests THAT MENTION THE NINE INDIVIDUALS that Democrats want information on. [Emphasis and comments added.]”
And creepy Tim Kaine is predicting that the Dems will keep the House because the polls are all moving their way, races are close, and they have a better “ground game”.
Definition of ground game: More NBPP thugs; no morals or ethics; more SEIU thugs to rig voter machines; more lawyers to file discrimination suits to keep polls open longer in Dem precincts, and/or to allow illegals and felons to vote, and/or to force election officials to count illegally cast absentee ballots; more ACORN-like organizations to help swell voter registration rolls with dead people and even dogs, who “live” at vacant lots; more foreign money from Nazi sympathizers to be used to bribe with food and/or gift cards, any voters they can dig up (pun intended), and also Latinos who are advised to vote against their “enemies,” aka American citizens who happen to think differently than the POTUS. Do add to your list no responses from the overseas military personnel who haven’t received their ballots on time so their votes won’t be counted. (Funny that happens when they usually vote Republican too. ) No worries guys and gals, the Democrats will be sending those absentee ballots in for you! They will complete your ballot for you by filling in the dots of all especially selected DemoRats. Just know, that your ballot reached its destination and your vote was counted!
Now, don’t lose any sleep over this just because your president considers you the enemy along with those of us that oppose Obama’s policies. I had heard that in Illinois, they delayed for weeks past the deadline, before sending out those military ballots. Then after it went to court, a judge generously gave them ONE extra day to send the ballots back. I thought IL was the only instance, but I heard on FOX last night that this happened in two other states. PA, if I remember correctly (iirc), and I forgot the other one. But how can it be coincidence? They have been pulling this trick since Gore/Bush days. Disenfranchising the military because of how the military tends to vote. Maybe the military ought to start to recognize that perhaps the Dems are their “enemy.” Why else do they want to take away their right to vote?
I also heard that the woman leading the Project Vote is still working.. yet she either is going to trial on 30+ counts of voter fraud and other election fraud allegations shortly after the election. Isn’t that special?

ACORN’s Get-Out-The-Vote Operative Under State Felony Charges

Contrary to popular perception, the criminal group ACORN (Association for Community Organizations for Reform Now) is not quite a ‘moulderin’ in the grave, folks. Many might recall that Congress turned off the spigot of federal funds flowing into the coffers of the organization responsible for federal election law crimes all across the country. Many might all recall that ACORN itself eventually said it would shutter its operations.
But even with all that recent history, ACORN’s Project Vote is still in operation and one of its main directors is a woman under a cloud of criminal charges in the state of Nevada.
Vadum also reports that the ramrod that heads up Project Vote is one Amy Busefink. Busefink is an ACORN employee under indictment for violating election laws in Nevada.
The state’s charges list 26 felony counts of voter fraud and 13 of providing unlawful extra compensation to those registering voters, a practice forbidden under Nevada law because it incentivizes fraud. Canvassers were allegedly paid between $8 and $9 an hour and based on a quota of 20 voters per shift.

It was an eye-opener to see how die-hard Democrats are rejecting the Far Left and that Hillary voters are doing everything in their power to defeat all Democrats. It was also interesting to see that Hillary voters were on the receiving side of Alinsky tactics and called all the names that the Left has used on their opponents on the Right. The Hillary voters intend to clean out the Democratic Swamp and know it will take a long time to undo what the Marxist/Communists have done to the party. Will Rush respond ? It is hard to believe they will do as they say and not vote for one Democrat, but I hope they hold to it! They seemed to recognize the problems just as we have… finally!

O’Reilly last night revealed that 17 of 18 “reporters” at PBS are leftists and the remaining guy is a “moderate,” although my newspaper considers that one “moderate” the “conservative” voice for their op-ed page. Certainly they might have got a sympathetic hearing at PBS, right?
They didn’t like being called RAAAACIST. So why didn’t they SPEAK UP when it happened? Stand up to it, like Sarah Palin did?
Conservatives haven’t liked being called racists by Democrats for the past 40 years or more. Where was this guy to defend conservatives then? To say that it was wrong? Hmmm?
He wrote, “I know for a fact that people I worked with on the Hillary 2008 campaign have been actively working against every single Democrat who supported Obama’s nomination. Everyone who backstabbed Hillary Clinton is being undermined and sabotaged by people who might still be registered as Democrats but have no more loyalty to the party.”
Good, but how about a little loyalty to your COUNTRY? You don’t like Alinsky tactics when they’re aimed at you, but you seem to have been happy to sit on your butts for years when they were aimed at the Democrat party’s “enemies”. That was A-ok for 32 years. By any means necessary, huh?
I’m glad they finally woke up. I hope they’re serious about defeating Claire McCaskill and others like her. And about supporting Palin, but I wouldn’t count on Sarah running.

But many of these same people didn’t think it so wrong when these tactics were directed at politicians that THEY didn’t support. Where were they then? Why didn’t they speak out then?
We’re all AMERICANS. We’re not each others’ enemies, just because we disagree on this political issue or that political issue.
Right now, at this crucial point in history, our REPUBLIC is at risk of being lost forever. We ALL have to work together to clean the swamp. After it’s cleaned, we can go back to squabbling over issues.
But we must stop Obama’s “fundamental transformation of America.” The media didn’t ask him, “into what?” The answer being, “into a fascist dictatorship from which there will be no escape.”
We MUST stop the redistribution of our country’s wealth to Obama’s “friends.” Those favored ones who he promises to “reward” when they defeat the common “enemies.” We the People of the United States of America. We’re the enemies of this POTUS. Of his “friends.” We are. ALL OF US, no matter what party we belong to.
When LEGAL votes are stolen, even if they’re votes some of us would prefer not be cast, we ALL must stand up and say STOP!
When a person’s freedom of speech is infringed, even if it’s speech we don’t like, we ALL must stand up and say STOP!
We are all Americans. We are not enemies to each other, but we apparently have an enemy in the WH, because he has defined himself as such.

Republicans have wiped out the advantage held by Democrats in recent election cycles among women, Roman Catholics, less affluent Americans and independents. All of those groups broke for Mr. Obama in 2008 and for Congressional Democrats when they grabbed both chambers from the Republicans four years ago, according to exit polls.

Black Republicans are not just calling, but emphatically demanding a presidential apology from President Barack Obama for what they are calling a racially insensitive remark he made while campaigning in Rhode Island on Monday.
Words reminiscent of a 1960’s racially and emotionally charged and divided country echoed from his mouth as he said, “We don’t mind the Republicans joining us. They can come for a ride, but they gotta sit in the back.” For a president and individual who consistently and successfully avoided race as an election issue, he has single-handedly done a complete about-face with a single sentence.
President Obama struck a racial nerve with his comment
Dr. Timothy F. Johnson, head of the National Black Republican Association, explained in an email to Newsmax.com Wednesday that Obama should immediately issue an apology for what was termed an offensive reference to the Jim Crow era.
Johnson articulated his stance by stating, “Once again the president is perpetuating the racism that exists and portrayed by the so-called Civil Rights organizations and their leaders.” He went on, “Americans are sick and tired of these divisive statements the president continues to make.”
Leaving no room for doubt about his intent, Johnson added, “Our first objective is November 2, 2010.” And then, “Next is to find the next president of the United States, and retire President Obama to Chicago, Hawaii, or Kenya in November 2012.”
These are glaringly strong statements from the leader of the NBRA (National Black Republican Association), even stronger when considering Johnson shares President Obama’s ethnicity.

The thing is, first of all, we don’t know for a fact that he DOES share Johnson’s ethnicity, so it may indeed be a completely racist comment.
Second, he knew what he was saying. This is more of his usual subliminal messaging and symbolism. “Vote with me and I’ll make those [white, male ]Republicans you love to hate sit in the back of the bus. Maybe. If I’m feeling magnanimous that day.”
“They gotta sit in the back?” Spoken in his very best MLK/MX/Screwy Louie accent. What a nice way for a president to speak! So educated. So refined. So sophisticated. Aren’t all you Obama voters proud?
He intends to divide, just as with his recent comment to “Latinos” on Univision, when he called anybody who doesn’t march in lockstep with his policies “enemies” to be punished by Latinos, so that he can later “reward” his “friends”, presumably “Latinos”, or at least the ones who vote his way.
He doesn’t say these things simply to divide, though. He lives for the day when he CAN punish his “enemies” and reward his “friends.”
He lives for the day when, instead of making all Americans equal in a new, post-racial utopia, he can TURN THE TABLES on those people that he lives to FORCE into the figurative “backseat”. He intends PAYBACK. He wants REVENGE.
He wants to elevate the historically “oppressed” (even if they weren’t oppressed, so long as their skin color is the right shade). Elevate them into a ruling elite. Into a new upper caste.
Most important–this is crucial to understand–he intends to OPPRESS the “OPPRESSORS”. Or at least their descendants, even if they’re innocent. Even if their ancestors never oppressed anybody but came to America themselves to escape oppression.
Oppress them because of their “descent” from “Western” or “Euro-Centric” or “Colonial” WHITE culture. Even if they’re mixed race, just so long as there’s one drop of “white” blood, they are GUILTY to this man.
He will redistribute the wealth of these oppressors, these American oppressors, and this INCLUDES all federal land. Make no mistake. That’s his next step. If he can.
There must be retribution or else he will not be “saved” in his own warped theology. He has said as much. Nobody listened. Few listen even today.

The Justice Department on Wednesday VOWED to thwart any efforts to intimidate voters at the polls on Tuesday and to ensure that the ballots of military voters are counted, [IF THEY RECEIVE THEM} as activists on both sides of the political aisle reignite their regular election-time tango over the dangers of voter fraud versus voter suppression.
Facing separate investigations in its handling of a voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and questions over the failure of absentee ballots to be sent to military personnel and their families by the legally required date, the Justice Department moved to assure voters that they will have access to the polls and their votes will be counted in the midterm elections.

Bill Clinton tried to get Meek to drop out of the Florida Race one week ago. Meek is the Democrat running against Rubio and Crist. They wanted Meek”s voters to throw their votes to Crist. This was set up and Meeks agreed. Then Meeks (D) refused to do so.
The WH was in on this plan and people at the WH (that Christ won’t say whom) were talking to both Crist and Meek.

When former President Bill Clinton pulls his foot out of the Florida swamps, he may find that he’s missing some digits. After intervening in elections across the country, from attempting to sell Joe Sestak on a White House job in exchange for allowing Sen. Arlen Specter to run unchallenged, to campaigning in Rhode Island for a Democratic gubernatorial candidate Pres. Obama has refused to endorse, Clinton made his way to Florida.
Once there, he hit the campaign trail with Rep. Kendrick Meek, a South Florida congressman…But as in the cases of Pennsylvania and Colorado, it appears that Clinton came to Florida not to help a Democrat, but to derail one.
According to Politico’s Ben Smith, Clinton encouraged Meek last week to drop out of the Senate race and endorse Crist. Clinton aides told Smith that Meek agreed twice last week to drop out of the race and support Crist.
Now the situation has blown up in the former president’s face, with both Rubio and RNC Chairman Michael Steele spinning Clinton’s dealings as one of many “secret deals to trade away principles for power.”
According to the Washington Post, Crist approached the Clinton camp directly to ask for assistance in pushing Meek out of the race.
There was no negotiations about me getting out of the race. That’s the bottom line,” Meek said.

I still can’t get over this story. So the two leaders of the DEMOCRAT party, one of them the first “African-American POTUS”, are shoving aside the legitimately elected nominee of the DEMOCRAT party, an African-American candidate, in favor of a once-RINO, turncoat, sore loser creepy white guy? So why aren’t they asking CRIST, the INDEPENDENT, to step aside in favor of Meek? Whatever the case, they want more than anything else to stop Rubio’s rising political career in its tracks. Why? Because he’s a threat. He has a compelling life story that happens to be TRUE. And he’s Hispanic. They are counting on the Blacks and Hispanics to keep electing them far into the future. They cannot allow conservative Hispanics like Rubio to get a foothold. Then Hispanics and blacks might start voting for people like Rubio. The end of the Democratic party, if all minority groups go “off the plantation.”
When did the League of Women Voters Move Totally to the Left? They used to be well respected and their “unbiased” choices for nominees were based on what was best for the country. Deja Vu: Audience Once Again Has to Override LWV Moderator to Say the Pledge

Controversy is once again surrounding the League of Women Voters. After a LWV moderator last week refused to allow a debate audience to say the Pledge of Allegiance, forcing them to break out into a spontaneous, unsanctioned recitation, the same thing happened in a Pittsburgh, PA suburb on Tuesday.
As a debate between Democrat congressional hopeful Dan Connolly and Republican incumbent Rep. Tim Murphy was about to begin, Murphy asked the moderator if they could say the Pledge. The moderator hesitated, and began explaining that starting with the Pledge is not the usual way to begin and that it would take too much time. The crowd ignored her explanation, stood up, and recited their allegiance.
Arlene Levy, president of the Greater Pittsburgh LWV and former history teacher, spoke about the incident afterwords. She believes the requests are political and an attempt to intentionally disturb the forums.

BREAKING: Major Court Victory for Military Voters

Congratulations to the Military Voter Protection Project — they have broken new legal ground in protecting military voters.
A Maryland federal court ruled today that it is a violation of a soldier’s constitutional rights to not receive his complete ballot on time. The court ruled that the John Doe officer stationed in Iraq had standing to sue based on deprivations of their constitutional rights.
This is an enormously important decision which will affect the 2012 elections.
This means that military members need not wait on the bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., at the Justice Department to sue. It may end the monopoly on DOJ’s oversight of military voting, which is a good thing for everyone in uniform. It means that in 2012, during the presidential election, we won’t have to wait for the DOJ to act. It means that the Eric Holder military voting disaster of 2010 might not happen again.
Individual soldiers and sailors may have recourse to the courts, able to act immediately as they are trained to do in combat zones.
This ruling also shows that private citizens are more effective than their government. DOJ filed no lawsuit in Maryland, but MVP did, and MVP won a victory for military voters from every state.

So, last night someone in the Democrat political world here in Chicago read my post about something weird going on in South Carolina…and the mystery of why so many people are digging into what happened to Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democrat primary there.
I was warned not to dig into this, and to “just let it go”.
This is the same guy who warned me not to keep pushing for Scott Brown in the Massachusetts Senate race, because it meant too much to the Democrat Party to let “the Kennedy seat” fall to Republicans.
“You are playing with fire and will be burned”, I was told. “I’m not kidding this time. If you push this, they will come after you with Kos and those other nuts and they will make your life a living Hell”.
Well, I kept pushing for Scott Brown. We raised a lot of money for him through all of you out there who read us. We came up with the “Hottie McAwesome” counterattack to proactively take down the Democrats’ main strategy against Brown (which was absurd from the start): to paint him as a former nude model who should not be trusted with office.
When a guy looks as great as Scott Brown, he should be nude as much as possible…and voters agree with that…hence the taking back of “the Kennedy seat” for the people of Massachusetts.
Apparently, whatever South Carolina is about involves something the Democrat Party does not want to be revealed, because it would destroy them.
I want to burn the Democrat Party to the ground and then salt the Earth with its ashes so that it never reconstitutes itself again. I am sick and tired of the thuggery the party engages in. I have had enough of everyone being too scared to stand up to these people. I am through allowing the media to keep quiet about whatever evil things the party does, because everyone is in cahoots on this…or just too afraid of reprisals to stand up to it.
Yes, the guy who warned me about not getting involved in the Scott Brown race was right — the Left did punish me for that. Daily Kos and the whole Soros gang hit me hard, called me a racist, and filled the Net with attacks on me that destroyed my business, made me unemployable in Chicago, and made me a pariah in this town. They went all-out, nuclear on me for taking a stand and helping Hottie McAwesome take back that “Kennedy seat”.
I do not regret a single damn thing. If anything, I just wish I had taken a stand long ago. I could have been fighting back against these thugs years ago, but it wasn’t until 2008 when I realized just how evil the Left really is, and how much the Democrat Party and the media are controlled by it.
So, I don’t know what exactly is in South Carolina to find. But, I’ve been told not to put myself in danger by digging into it. I’ve been told there will be massive blowback by writing about whatever happened down there…and that I should just leave it alone.
Well, you know what that means…I have found my new hobby because there is no way I am going to be bullied away from a mystery.
I made a few calls today to people on the 2008 Hillary Clinton campaign to find out what they thought could possibly be the South Carolina Mystery. No one wanted to talk about it, because they said it involves race, and what the Obama campaign did to the Clintons in South Carolina to brand them racists and racialize the primary against Hillary.
People are still terrified of being called racists or having the Left lob these race bombs at them…so they won’t come anywhere near whatever the Hell it is in South Carolina that’s the heart of the mystery.
There’s also this: whatever it is that happened down there is so bad that it could take down the Democrat Party for good, and the Clinton people I talked to don’t want that to happen because Rush Limbaugh is right — Clinton people are indeed of the belief that once Obama is defeated in 2012, the Clintons can rebuild the Democrat Party and resume control over it. Thus, Clinton people want to do enough damage to Obama and the Left so they lose control…but not too much damage because they want to use whatever’s left post-Obama to rebuild the party.
This is not what I want — I want the Democrat Party burned to the ground…because the Democrat Party turned the Alinsky weapons on fellow Democrats, like me, and used accusations of racism, thuggery, ACORN, the SEIU, the Black Panthers, and other Democrat tools to intimdiate, bully, commit fraud, and personally destroy anyone that stood in Obama’s way.
The Democrat Party should not be allowed to exist anymore. Americans need to stop supporting it, and to relegate it to either the dustbin of history or to marginalize it with the other radical, Marxist, lunatic fringe minor parties that exist for the entertainment and masturbatory enjoyment of radical Leftists in this country. Mainstream America needs to stop seeing the Democrat Party as a mainstream political party — because what the party sanctions is diametrically opposed to what America, and 99% of Americans, stand for.
I have absolutely no fear of whatever Democrats will do to me for digging into what happened to Hillary Clinton in South Carolina in 2008. I’ve been under constant attack since January of this year for speaking out about things Democrats didn’t want me talking about. They used their race bomb on me, and I was indeed heavily harmed, but not obliterated.

I actually think it’s hilarious these people tried to bully the sort of person who, at the end of the day, really can’t be bullied. I’m a single gay guy who doesn’t need much in life. I have no one depending on me. I have no family to worry about. I don’t have to fret over Democrats coming after anyone connected to me. These people already ruined my business and livlihood back in January, so they can’t do that again.
What are they going to do, kill me? Is that the next step they’ll take to keep someone from digging into South Carolina? Well, if they do that, then I guess I’ll just have to become a ghost who’ll keep digging into all this stuff in perpetual Halloween mode…because even that’s not going to stop me. I’ve had a wonderful life filled with adventures in a country I love so much I can’t even put it into words…and no Democrat is going to terrorize me into shutting up about whatever mystery I’m supposed to shut up about.

These warnings to “not get involved” and to be “worried about what they will do to you if you pursue this” are so mid-1990s John Grisham novel…where I’m “Darby Shaw” or “Finn McGee” or some nonsense and I stumble upon something that just doesn’t add up, then someone in the establishment tells me not to rock the boat, and that after the pieces start to come together everything leads surprisingly right to the highest corridors of power and all the thugs and bullies who unleashed Hell upon me end up being taken down when everything they tried to keep hidden is exposed.
I’ve seen that movie.
It had Julia Roberts in it.
Or, maybe Tom Cruise. I think there was one with Sandra Bullock and Matthew McConnaugHEYGIRL too.
Now, evidently, it’s my turn.
But, this time the protagonist gets to be a gay dude from Boystown who refuses to be intimidated. Folks, never F&%$ with a fag who’s got nothing to lose…and a readership in the tens of thousands.

I am perfectly willing to take all the heat for whatever the heck this is about in South Carolina…but I do need your help with research and anything on the ground there. So I’m going to be running a piece on South Carolina every single day until the mystery is solved…and I will need people out there to dig up articles on the South Carolina primary, summarize them, and email that to me. I just can’t process all of this alone…and can’t put the pieces together myself.
What I uncover, I will write about. We’ll analyze it and explore it together. We’ll put a hundred thousand eyes on it, which is better than anything those John Grisham characters could do, because they didn’t have the Internets back then.
They didn’t have all of YOU as the world’s most awesome support team.
AKA, the Democrat Party’s worst bloody nightmare.
Tomorrow’s Halloween, and no matter how loudly someone shouts BOO! at me over all of this I’m not being scared off this mystery. I will figure out whatever illegal and scandalous thing Obama did in South Carolina, and I will put all the pieces together to pelican brief the White House nine ways to Sunday. Or, maybe I’ll find out there’s nothing explosive that happened in South Carolina and this was all just another of the weird, surreal twists and turns in the Byzantine house of horrors that was the Obama 2008 campaign and presidency.
Either way, I’m going to look. I’m going to dig. Even if it kills me.

Here is my wishlist for the New Congress-2011
New Congress, 2011
1. WE ARE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, NOT A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. WE ARE A REPUBLIC, NOT A DEMOCRACY.
2. Eliminate Health Care Bill. Establish a new bill that will allow citizens to apply across state lines for their own health care insurance. Put a lid on law suits.
3. Fully secure our borders.
4. No Amnesty under any circumstances. The illegals need to go back to their country and apply to come here like the legals do.
5. No more anchor babies. (we are the only country that allows this). Citizenship is awarded by the father to his children in every other country.
6. Eliminate the EPA
7. Totally restructure the FDA. Their only purpose should be to screen the food or products that enter our country for safety. Allow citizens to sue any drug manufacturer that sells drugs/prescriptions that cause harm to humans.
8. Make Monsanto and genetically modified food illegal in the U.S.
9. Get out of the UN and get them off U.S. soil
10. Stop giving money to other countries until our debt is totally gone.
11. Fully Audit the Federal Reserve and then take our money back and decline their services.
12. Get our gold and silver back and make it our backing for money in the U.S.
13. Eliminate NAFTA once and for all.
14. Bring down the number of troops we have in foreign countries that are not at war, if absolutely necessary to our safety, maintain a base with minimal staff and minimal troops
15. Bring our troops home from Afghanistan (that is not our war)
16. Give our shorelines back to the states not the Federal Government or the U.N.
17. Reconstruct the powers of Executive Orders so that they cannot be used to by-pass Congress/Senate
18. Senate must vet any and all Presidential appointees, including President Cabinet
19. Congress/Senate must vet all President and Vice President candidates regardless of party for being Constitutionally eligible (born of two citizens of the U.S. on U.S. soil) to run for office.
20. When Senate vets individuals for Supreme Court, they must actually make sure they are not part of subversive groups like Communists/Marxists/Progressives, LaRaza, La Voz de Aztlan. Islam (Islam is a government, not a religion) or any other group that wants to destroy America.
21. Put a limit on the number of people the President may have in his cabinet
22. Pay for one secretary for the First Lady, any other employees for her must be paid by her personally.
23. Limit the number of vacations that a President may take. Give the President a vacation allowance per year.
24. Limit the areas for Presidential vacations to the United States, mainly Camp David
25. No presidential campaigning for Congress/Senate candidates
26. No campaigning for any office prior to 60-days before elections.
27. Eliminate all commissions that are not a part of the Congress
28. Reduce the size of Government employees by ½
29. Reduce all federal salaries by 20% until our debt is paid.
30. Reduce the pay of Congress/Senate by 20% until our debt is paid.
31. Balance the budget by making cuts, not increasing taxes.
32. Turn welfare and all Social Programs back over to the states.
33. Return Federal Lands to the States except for National Monuments designated prior to the Clinton Administration.
34. Eliminate the IRS (use a Fair Tax of 1% on all purchases) Make sure it cannot be raised without 2/3 vote of the citizens.
35. Eliminate Emanate Domain. If a city/county/state wants to purchase a piece of land, let them negotiate like private citizens.
36. Perform a full audit on the amount of money we have given Indian Tribes since day one, and determine how much longer we will be giving them money. Teach them how to become productive instead.
37. Sell the Post Office to a private company
38. Sell Amtrak to a private company
39. Congress/Senate may pay in to Social Security or in to a private retirement fund out of their pay.
40. TERM LIMITS- 8-years for Congress, 6-years for Senate
41. No retirement paid to Congress/Senate when they leave office
42. Turn the Social Security over to a private company for all citizens under the age of 30. California CalPERS has the best fund in the U.S.
43. Repay all funds to Social Security that have been confiscated over the years since it was dumped into the General Fund. This is not government money, it belongs to the people that paid into the fund (employers and employees). The government was supposed to keep the fund safe and they have not.
44. Medicare to be used for only those that paid in to it and governed by a private company.
45. Medicade to be decided by states not the federal government
46. Prohibit Pork spending
47. One bill at a time, no additional bills tacked on to the back of a bill
48. Eliminate all departments that do not pertain to Federal roads, National Monuments, Forrest Service, military and border security. Audit the Pentagon.
49. Reinstate the states’ militia to be governed by the state with equipment supplied by the Federal Government.
50. Put limits on campaign spending so elections are won, not purchased.
51. ELIMINATE ALL POWER OF THE GOVERNMENT EXCEPT FOR WHAT IS SPECIFICALLY IN THE CONSTITUTION.
52. Encourage Capitalism
53. Reduce the regulations on businesses
54. Discourage imports and encourage exports
55. Reduce the taxes on exports
56. Congress shall not vote for any bill they have not read and that has not been posted on the Internet for a minimum of ten (10) days.
57. Re-structure our public school system so that children are instructed in reading, writing, math, science, Constitution, not indoctrinated with this Agenda 21 garbage.
58. Return education back to the states and out of the federal government clutches.
59. Eliminate the lobbyists
60. Open the state borders for insurance so people can shop and save on medical insurance
61. Congress shall not vote for anything that affects the general public unless it also applies to Congress and unless it is Constitutional.
62. Open oil drilling, coal mining, natural gas, logging, mineral mining, and allow the states to manage their own natural resources
63. Block the electrical GRID
64. Stop Agenda 21
65. Make it illegal for Communists, Marxists, Progressives/Muslims to hold any Congressional/Senate seat or any position in the President’s Cabinet.
66. Make employee unions limited to states, no unions may cross state lines.
67. If it is true that the United States are under the governing body of a Corporation, reduce that corporation to the 10-square miles in D.C. with no control over the states.
68. The 50 states are united but are not to be governed by the Federal, the Federal Government has limitations per the Constitution.
