All Congressmen Were Sent a Notarized Letter from Lucas Daniel Smith affirming that he had a copy of Obama’s birth certificate from Kenya.
The Post and Email held an exclusive interview with Lucas Daniel Smith where he maintains that the Birth Certificate he got in Kenya, Africa is that of Barack Hussein Obama.
Lucas gained notoriety last year when he produced the copy and tried to sell it on Ebay. He produced a videotape of his time in Africa obtaining it. He also was supposed to be witness in Orly Taitz’s case in California with Judge Carter presiding. In an unexpected turn of events, Judge Carter did not take a deposition and the evidence was not heard. Between court appearances, the judge, who had promised a hearing based on evidence and discovery in the lawsuit changed his demeanor and tone. He dismissed the case. Later, it was discovered that Judge Carter hired a law clerk that worked in the offices of Robert Bauer, Obama’s personal attorney. Bauer was the one responsible for answering multiple eligibility lawsuits, and is now the White House Counsel.
The letter describes Lucas’ story and his willingness to participate in any Congressional hearings. He is putting his life on the line, and if the birth certificate is fraudulent, then he could face charges of perjury, fraud or other crimes.
There should be a concerted effort on the part of all Americans to contact their Representatives and demand they investigate and respond to these allegations that Barack Hussein Obama’s birthplace is not Hawaii, but Kenya. If these accusations are proven true, then Obama is not and has never been eligible to hold office. As employees of We the People, it is time for Congress to do their duty and put this issue to rest. Obama must produce his documents, resign or face impeachment, or march him out of the Oval office in handcuffs. The greatest trial in of the century may not be O. J. Simpson’s.

Dear Senator Jeff Sessions,
I am writing to you today regarding a matter of national security. We may have spoken before. This letter will, in part, serve as my official record of my having contacted you regarding the above referenced subject matter.
The President of the United States of America is not eligible to serve as our President. President Barack Hussein Obama II is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America.
President Obama was born in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya at the Coast Province General Hospital in 1961.
I, Lucas Smith, have proof of this.
In the month of February 2009 I was on the continent of Africa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was not my first trip to the dark continent. The first time that I set foot on African soil was in the year 2007. In February of 2009 I traveled to the Congo to document the story of a cryptic (as in cryptozoology) animal that lives there in the Congo. This fabled creature is a dinosaur-like animal that is commonly referred to as Mokele Mbembe.
It should be noted that other such hidden, or once fabled, animals have been discovered in what is now the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The animal now known to most of the world as the Okapi was once considered to be a mythical creature by Europeans who referred to it as the African Unicorn.
In the same month of February 2009 I traveled throughout both of the Congos, Uganda and Kenya. I’d gone to Nairobi, Kenya specifically to interview a man that claims to have seen the animal (Mokele Mbembe) years ago when he was a soldier in the Congo.
Upon my arrival in Nairobi I was bombarded with questions in English on my feelings and opinions of a Kenyan governing the United States of America.
The first several times I responded in saying that not enough time had elapsed since Barack Obama’s appointment as President of the USA. I went on to say that I’d have to hold my official opinion until at least January 2010. A year in Office might be sufficient for me to judge his ability to govern the USA.
Natuarally I thought that by “Kenyan” they were referring to Barack Obama’s blood, being that his father Barack Obama Sr was a native of Kenya. After a day and a half of my being in Nairobi I learned that they were literally referring to President Barack Obama Jr. as being born in Kenya, a native of Kenya.
Now I started asking questions; did his father’s Kenyan blood somehow entitle Barack Jr to be the equivalent of a native Kenyan? No, not all, I was to find out.
They were referring to Barack Obama Jr’s physical birth on Kenyan soil.
Kenyans were amused at how gullible Americans could be when it came to obvious things like the fact that Kenyans overtly admit to Barack Jr’s Kenyan birth, yet the Americans continue to believe that they know better. I traveled to Mombasa, Kenya with the specific intention of procuring some sort of birth record from the hospital (CPGH) that so many Kenyans had referred to as being the hospital where US President Barack Hussein Obama had been born.
I delved further and found that a birth certificate was on file at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
Upon a perimeter inspection of the hospital (and with the help of a friend from the Congo) I ascertained that me even being allowed to enter the hospital was going to prove to be a task, and a tremendous one at that.
At that point I began to form an intricate plan which would not only grant me access to the hospital but also an opportunity to procure a certified copy of the hospital birth record of US President Barack Obama, if a birth record.
My ground plan entailed two hospitals in Mombasa, Kenya: Coast Province General Hospital and also a second hospital named Mombasa Hospital. My plan expanded to include a Kenyan military / police officer. The plan developed further and included a second Kenyan military /police officer at the Kenyan hospital did indeed exist.
I paid a total of three monetary bribes in the amounts of (in chronological order) $200 USD, $500 USD and $5,000 USD.
The whole undertaking also included the assistance of a friend from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
My plan proved to be very effective and successful. On the 19th day of
February 2009 I, Lucas Smith, walked out of the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya with a certified copy of President Barack Hussein Obama II’s original hospital birth certificate / record.
The birth certificate includes two signatures from 1961. One of the signatures is from the hand of the attending doctor, James O.W. Ang’awa; the other is that of the Supervisor of Obstetrics, John Kwame Odongo.
The British Protectorate of Kenya birth certificate also includes a 2009 stamp and signature from the Chief Administrator of Coast Province General Hospital, Helton Maganga. The certificate also includes a 2009 embossed seal from the Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya.
President Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, in 1961. He was born to a father who himself was born in the Colony of Kenya.
It should also be noted that the father (born in 1939) never acquired US citizenship when he was in the United States of America via a student visa.
Honorable Senator Sessions, I respectfully request that you fulfill your lawful obligation to honor The Constitution of the United States of America and remove from Office the de facto President Barack Obama.
Without your help, Honorable Senator, what options are left for ‘We The People’? The Honorable Courts of our country make claims they lack jurisdiction and have also used the issue of ‘standing’ to avoid permitting the necessary investigation to take place.

Honorable Senator, before I close this letter I’d like to bring to your attention Senate Publication 103-21. This “103-21” is an edition of the Constitution of the United States of America that was published at some point during the 1990s, perhaps during the 103 Congress. I received an official copy of this “103-21” in the year 2001 as it was sent to me via US Postal Service mail from the United States Senate.
Senate Publication 103-21 contains not only a true and correct copy of the US Constitution but also brief explanations of each of the Constitution’s sections which were prepared by the Office of the Secretary of the Senate with the assistance of Johnny H. Killian of the Library of Congress.
On page number 18 of Senate Pub.103-21, adjacent to Article II, Section 2, Clause 5 of the US Const., you will find the following explanation:
“This clause requires that in order to take oath of office a president must be 35, a resident within the United States for 14 years, and a natural-born citizen. This last requirement (natural-born citizen) raises the question of whether someone born to American parents outside of the United States would be eligible to hold the office.”
As I have stated in the forgoing, this above cited publication was prepared by the Office of the Secretary of the Senate with the assistance of Johnny H. Killian of the Library of Congress. As you may know, Mr. Johnny H. Killian advised Congress for more than 44 years on constitutional matters. As senior specialist in American public law at the Congressional Research Service, Mr. Killian was the person most often called upon when the constitutionality of a proposal was in question.
Mr. Killian was also the editor of and major contributor to the 1972, 1982, 1992 and 2002 editions of “Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation,” nicknamed the Annotated, a seminal work on the judicial history of all constitutional amendments that is a standard text in U.S. law schools.
Senate Publication 103-21, prepared with the assistance of Johnny H. Killian, clearly states that the “natural-born citizen” clause of Article II, Section 2, Clause 5 of the US Constitution “raises the question of whether someone born to American parents outside of the United States would be eligible to hold the office”.
Attached to this notarized letter addressed to you, I have included a copy of page 18 of Senate Publication 103-21.
Honorable Senator Sessions, again I respectfully request and implore you to fulfill your lawful obligation to honor, follow, comply with and abide by The Constitution of the United States of America. You took an oath, and you took that oath freely, to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
I respectfully pray for the relief that Congress can provide by removing from Office the illegal de facto president, Barack Obama was not born within the United States of America and is not eligible to hold office of President. It is your constitutional duty to openly and overtly investigate this matter.

Lucas has some allegations against him as to “profiteering”. However, the doctor who. Is mentioned on the BC (Ang’wa) was real and his family is still there in Kenya.
There had been some question over whether the country of Kenya had left the protection of England. There was a transition of Kenya over the years of 61-62 into independence. Some of the forms ( BC) were in stock British stationery that was common in Australia, too. That is why it was considered a fraud.
Members of Congress need to do their due diligence and support and defend the Consitution (including, but not limited to, Section 3 of the 20th Amendment, and Article 2 Section 1).
Step 1: Verify the “birth narrative” of both Barack Hussein Obama II and Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.
Step 2: Ask the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve the doubts that the Court itself acknowledged:
Step 3a: If the “Birth Narrative” is authentic, and the Court rules that someone born a British subject can also be considered a natural born citizen of the United States, then the case is closed.
Step 3b: If the “Birth Narrative” is authentic, and the Court rules that someone born a British subject can NOT be considered a natural born citizen of the United States, then Obama is a usurper who must be removed from office, and all actions taken under his usurpation nullified.
Step 3c: If the “Birth Narrative” is fraudulent, then even if Obama was born a natural born citizen to parents who were both U.S. citizens, he would still be guilty of fraud and perjury. His actions taken as President would stand, but he could, and should, be impeached and removed from office.
The judge in the most recent case, that of Lt. Col. Lakin (hero), has already pronounced that discovery will not proceed to avoid embarrassing the POTUS and that impeachment is the purview of Congress.
Therefore, reading between the lines, (1) what’s on that COLB is a LIE, because what’s on that COLB is not embarrassing; and (2) whatever would be discovered if Lt. Col. Lakin’s request for discovery were granted, this judge, at least, believes it might be grounds for impeachment.
Exactly Miri. I have felt this all along but there are those, and I believe them, that state you cannot walk away from your declared parents, i.e. the basis of who you are and how you are judged is based on who you declare your parents to be. Frankly, there was a point where I at least thought he was a citizen but now I don’t even feel confident about that. I thought for sure the BC would be shown now, now that he feels he has convinced the public that all you need to be is a citizen. But no BC has presented itself. So what is he hiding?
They’re still working on that meme in the lamestream, so I’m not sure that they know exactly what the problem is, but they’re hoping it’s just that he’s only a “citizen” while not exactly being a “natural born” citizen.
For example, all the recent stories about anchor babies. There was one recently that outright lied about this–the story claimed that a child born in the US to two ILLEGAL immigrants is a citizen and could even run for the presidency. (Perhaps technically true. He could run, but he couldn’t LEGALLY, under the Constitution, become president.)
So yes, they do try to conflate citizenship with natural born citizenship. The fact that they do this is a big red flag saying, “we KNOW he’s not a NATURAL BORN citizen.”
Either the judge believes that discovery would reveal information leading to Obama’s impeachment or removal from office, or whoever got to the judge knows it and silenced this judge like they have done to others.
The more information that is silenced or dismissed by judges and the press leads more people to understand and acknowledge how corrupt Obama, his administration, and the Left really are. The means to an end..has more meaning now than ever before.
We still have the fine upstanding Inspector Gerald Walpin still out there trying to find a decent, non- partisan, constitutional, law abiding judge also.
If the Doctor is still there in Kenya, is it possible to get him to verify his signature and the birth?

Congress needs to do their job. It is not us that has to determine the authenticity of the document.
It is curious that the government didn’t want Lucas to speak during the hearing by Judge Carter, nor did they want to take his deposition. They had the chance to prove Lucas and the document fraudulent right there and then, yet they didn’t. Perhaps because they could not do so.
Very curious. Their actions speak volumes.
Something I would also like to see is BHO’s most recent driver’s license from Illinois (?) and also a trace of his car license/registration numbers that received parking tickets in Cambridge MA during the time he went to Harvard Law School. Remember how his campaign paid these overdue bills when he started his presidential run for real in 2008? Well, I also don’t think it was any accident that he invited Officer Crowley to the WH for a beer last summer after the Skip Gates kerfuffle, trying to smooth his feathers. I doubt that the police have really “erased” his record, but are keeping it on ice for when it might prove useful, and Obama knows this.
I question whether he really has a current Illinois license. I wonder what the name on the earliest issue was. Also, what state was the car that he drove at Harvard registered in. He most likely would not have had a car at Columbia, smack dab on the border of Harlem.
Has anyone ever seen him actually drive a car? It seems like he is always in some government-issue limousine — or riding a bicycle or golf cart! I seem to remember references to Michelle driving the girls to their private school in Chicago, not him. It makes me very suspicious that he has lived a very urban existence his entire life, far different from most Americans who can’t wait to get their driving permits on their 16th birthday. I grew up in the New York City suburbs and happily used public transport, but also enjoyed driving a car as a teenager. His residences in Honolulu, Los Angeles, NYC, Boston and Chicago all have well-developed public transportation systems, so he really would not have needed his own wheels to get around. As I said, I am very suspicious of any documentation he may have had say 25 years ago, as this would also show the name he went by. It’s not as if he ever drove from New York to Philly for Thanksgiving with his roommate, or headed to Daytona with his fraternity buddies for Spring Break. Those sorts of commonplace road trips that young people make are alien to the man. See what I mean? He is just so clueless on so many levels.

Didn’t they lower the cost of those overdue tickets also. In our state if you don’t pay the tickets, they increase the cost substantially. Somehow I remember that the cost was around $300 for those tickets so many years old! Didn’t he show he wasn’t a law abiding person at the time by not paying his own parking tickets. Would that information about the car and tickets be available via FOIA? Anyone live in Cambridge?
He has learned how to get around whatever incident implicates him. He might be the smoothest talker who gets others to perform the criminal act in his stead.

I fail to see how Lucas Smith’s Mombasa Kenya Obama birth certificate has been “debunked”. I have seen nothing that debnked it, and I admire Lucas for the time, money and effort he put into sending out 539 notarized on every page and certified letters to Congress.
Somebody needs to do some better debunking for me to jump on that.
It is amazing that he put his signature on all those letters and hand wrote the envelopes and certified receipts. I tend to lean toward believing him. The government could have called him out as a fraud by deposing him as well as saying that the document was not authentic. They did not.
I think this is where WND called Lucas a fraud because they couldn’t get the hospital to authenticate the document. Perhaps they couldn’t or wouldn’t because of the bribe someone was given, contact by the WH to his cousin Odinga who might have threatened those people at the hospital (after all he was responsible for thousands of deaths after his election results), or who knows. There are still lots of questions and variables. Since he is willing to go before Congress, it seems plausible. He was in court to testify in California also.

The alleged Kenyan birth certificate offered by eBay seller Lucas Smith and displayed last weekend on YouTube.com is not a valid document, a WND investigation has revealed.
Administrators at Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa, the hospital named as President Obama’s supposed birth hospital in the document, refused to authenticate the record when contacted by WND sources in Kenya.

I’m into genealogy and I have to admit that this is compelling documentation that verifies that this doctor was not just a name pulled out of the air.

In the letter dated January 25, 2010, tabled at the hearings, Mr Ranneberger said allowing Charterhouse Bank to re-open “will be a significant setback to the government’s stated commitment to reform.”
He had in an earlier communication to Attorney-General Amos Wako alleged that the bank had been used to launder Sh40 billion, the proceeds he claimed were from the evasion of taxes and related crimes from 1999 to 2006.
The British High Commission made similar allegations in 2006 and 2008, claiming that a member of the committee had “bribed and bullied MPs” on the matter.
Four government institutions that investigated the bank four years ago now seem to be backtracking on their own findings.
The Central Bank, the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, the office of the Attorney General and the Ministry of Finance are now distancing themselves from the decision to close the bank.
“Given the negative history behind Charterhouse Bank and the Kenyan Government’s declared commitment to real fundamental reform, I strongly encourage you to disapprove any request to permit Charterhouse Bank to resume its business,” wrote Mr Ranneberger.
The letter was copied to Finance minister Uhuru Kenyatta and the Central Bank of Kenya governor, Prof Njuguna Ndung’u.
The Central Bank appointed a statutory manager and shut down the bank in June 2006 following a report by a special investigations team.
The closure was meant to prevent a run on the bank after a leaked report was tabled in Parliament.
“The action was deemed necessary in order to safeguard the interests of depositors, creditors and the institution and is consistent with the provisions of the Banking Act,” said the governor.
After the statutory manager, Ms Rose Detho, took over, the CBK commissioned an audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers, which showed that the management had contravened the Banking Act, the CBK Act and the Central Bank Prudential Regulations.
Based on the August 31, 2006 PwC audit report and observations of the statutory manager, the then Finance minister Amos Kimunya issued a 28-day notice of the intention to cancel the bank’s licence.
But the directors denied any wrongdoing and alleged that the actions against the bank were malicious and discriminatory.
Prof Ndung’u told the committee that the law at the time was inadequate to handle some of the allegations against the bank.
“Most of the allegations against the institution touched on money laundering. The country did not then have a law on money laundering, thus making it difficult for the Central Bank to legally justify any money laundering allegations and take action,” said Prof Ndung’u.
He said the bank was actually in operation, but court orders barred the statutory manager from handling clients.
“It is very sad that after four and a half years, we have not been able to challenge ex-parte orders. You wonder what type of legal system we are running. You cannot challenge ex-parte orders for four years,” he said.
KRA Commissioner-General Michael Waweru said their investigations on tax evasion focused on Charterhouse customers, not the bank itself. Therefore KRA had no hand in the bank’s closure.
“Placement of banks and financial institutions under statutory management is regulated by the Banking Act, over which KRA has no jurisdiction,” he told the Parliament team.
The Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission took a similar stance. Deputy director in-charge of Investigation and Asset Tracing John Mutonyi testified: “In my position, I would say the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission has nothing against Charterhouse Bank. We have, and we have had no issue with Charterhouse Bank.” He said three companies: W.E. Tilly, Creative Innovations and Tusker Mattresses- were KACC’s concerns at the time.
Deputy Solicitor General Muthoni Kimani, who appeared on behalf of the State Law Office last week, said: “We have done our part and said (to CBK) ‘There’s nothing stopping you and you can re-open.”
The committee chaired by Nambale MP Chris Okemo is investigating circumstances that led to the closure of the bank and why it remains closed four years after it was placed under statutory management.
The investigations were necessitated by a petition to Parliament by 35 account holders whose money remains held up in the bank.

Why Pelosi and Germond Signed a Different Certificate of Nomination for Hawaii
Canada Free Press broke a story showing that Nancy Pelosi and Alice Travers Germond , as representatives of the Democratic National Committee, had signed one Certificate of Nomination for Obama and Biden that was sent to 49 states, and another that was sent only to Hawaii. Only the certificate sent to Hawaii included a statement that Obama and Biden were Constitutionally qualified to serve as President and Vice-President.
That certificate of nomination for Hawaii is the ONLY statement in this nation signed by somebody besides Obama which claims that Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be President. Contrary to arguments that Congress certified Obama’s eligibility when they certified the results of the electoral vote, neither representatives of Congress nor any Secretary of State has signed a legal document saying that Obama is eligible. This one oath by Pelosi and Germond is the only legal claim that Obama’s eligibility was verified.
And there is a huge story about how this particular certificate came to be, which the House Ethics Committee, every state Attorney General, and the public at large need to know.

WASHINGTON – It’s looking more and more as though there is irrefutable evidence Barack Hussein Obama is constitutionally ineligible and that he has usurped the office of President of the United States and Commander in Chief.
It’s been one year since Attorney Orly Taitz filed the declaration of Lucas Daniel Smith along with an exhibit purported to be Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate on behalf of Plaintiffs Captain Pamela Barnett, Alan Keyes and others in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana.
Something strange occurred between the time the declaration was filed in early September 2009 and the scheduling conference Judge David O. Carter ordered for Oct. 5, 2009.
Siddharth Vijaykumar Velamoor came on board as Carter’s new law clerk on Oct. 1, 2009. Velamoor graduated from an obscure law school in Slovakia and in 2008 he became employed by Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle, where Robert F. Bauer, was a partner. Bauer was chair of the company’s political law group, general counsel to Obama for America, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee and represented Obama as a defendant in a number of eligibility cases.
Velamoor is also from Mercer Island where Stanley Ann Dunham was raised and attended high school.
Smith, in a Sept. 1, 2010 interview with The Post & Email, said, with funding from a private donor, he sent certified letters to every member of Congress dated July 4, 2010 containing the document he procured in Kenya.
The letter begins by referencing, “Barack Obama was born in Kenya. I personally obtained from his birth hospital and now have in my possession a certified copy of his original birth record from the British Protectorate of Kenya.”
Smith plainly states, “Barack Hussein Obama II is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America. President Obama was born in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya at the Coast Province General Hospital in 1961,” adding, “I have proof of this.”
Smith told The Post & Email he personally entered Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya on Feb. 19, 2009 and presented a member of the hospital’s administrative staff $5,000 U.S. in cash.
He said, “I set the money down in front of them and told them the money was theirs if they could bring me a certified copy of U.S. President Barack Obama’s original hospital birth record.”
Smith stipulated he was only allowing a small window of time for the staff member to fetch the document and said the staff member returned within that specified period of time with the document. He said he was not going to publicly disclose the specified time allotment at this time, although he said the time allotted was less than 45 minutes.

I believe that Smith is a double agent. His insistance that the foreign father doesn’t matter allows Obama to frame the question, and he will not allow the document to be authenticated by Ron Pollard (or anyone else). His pairing with Taitz doesn’t help either.
If we are going to get any documents out of Hawaii, it has to be now, while Lingle is still Governor.

If Obama were born at Kapi’olani Medical Center, then there would be a long form Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama.
The contrapositive is that if there is no long form Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama, then the “Obama birth narrative” is fraudulent.
We need a member of Congress to ask for the long form Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama NOW, before Neil Abercrombie becomes Governor and gains the opportunity to manufacture one.
Who will stand up for the US? Dr. Kate was meeting with Rep. Issa..perhaps he will be the one to do so! He certainly has been doing his job regarding ACORN, etc. Yet according to the new laws and the DOH, they said only a relative can request family information. If a relative asked for the information, they would say only Obama can grant permission. I want that birth certificate put into a safety deposit box so someone like Abercrombie can’t manufacture one if he is lucky enough to be elected.
I thought that the law said that the requester had to have “a tangible interest in the vital record”.
The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land. Per Section 3 of the 20th Amendment, each and every member has an obligation to determine whether or not the President and Vice-President qualify to hold the office.
In my opinion, that means that every member of Congress has a tangible interest in the vital record, and even if Hawaii tries to say they don’t, the laws of the state of Hawaii cannot trump the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land.

I agree w/ you Mick about Taitz. No matter how well intended she may be, she comes across as being, shall we say, less than credible.
She may or may not be credible. Yet, think about how many things have come to light because of her lawsuits. How many judges have been found to be either corrupt, threatened, or bought? Each lawsuit whether by Leo, Berg, Taitz, Lakin, or Kerchner has shone a light on how the Obama administration has reacted and does business. I support anyone that has taken a stand and tried to get the answers we want. They may have failed in their lawsuits, but as a group, they are all becoming winners in the court of public opinion.
Posting this here because I found it peculiar and unusual for the Wall Street Journal to add Obama’s background information into one of their articles when the sentences do not add to the topic.

Well, that was sad. Yet, with all of the money that is being sent to Kenya in foreign aid, and knowing how bribes work for those people, Did the fine doctor call Odinga, who then called Obama, to tell him what he was being asked? Some don’t seem to understand that the .JPG image of a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) for “Barack Hussein Obama II” first appeared on Daily Kos along with a COLB for “Haye I.B Ahphorgerie” (“Hey! I Be A Forgery!”), and Obama’s COLB is no more authentic than Ahphorgerie’s.
The hard-copy COLB was produced at and by the Obama campaign headquarters in Chicago. It has never been authenticated by the State of Hawaii, and the State of Hawaii has never released such a COLB.
Some mock the use of the Kenya sign in this post. They think that we think the sign is authentic. Wrong. Using that image serves the purpose of showing how easy it is to photoshop images. The only thing that Obama has released to the public is URLs with images. We expect hard-copy evidence from the state of Hawaii showing Obama’s hospital birth location. If his birth narrative is true, then a long-form birth certificate exists. The contrapositive is that if no long-form birth certificate exists to prove his “birth narrative”, then his “birth narrative” is fraudulent.
Secondly, once Obama’s “birth narrative” is either confirmed or shown to be fraudulent, we will know how to proceed. If it is confirmed, then we proceed to getting a case in front of the U.S. Supreme Court to have them finally resolve the doubts that they themselves acknowledged regarding whether or not someone born in the country to an alien father (as Obama’s “birth narrative” says he was) is a “natural born citizen”.
If Obama’s “birth narrative” is shown to be fraudulent, then regardless of whether or not he was born a “natural born citizen” (he would undoubtedly be a “natural born citizen” if he was born on U.S. soil to two U.S. parents) he would still be guilty of fraud and could be summarily impeached, tried, and removed from office.
If Obama continues to refuse to release his original, initial long-form birth certificate, then we must assume that his “birth narrative” is shown to be fraudulent, since it would be exceptionally easy for him to prove his “birth narrative” by simply releasing an original, initial long-form birth certificate to prove it.

Bridgette: There’s no doubt that those FactCheck photos–dating to mid-March, 2008, only days before the passport files at the State Dept. were broken into–WERE taken at Obama campaign headquarters in Chicago. Comparison of the furniture, lay-out, and rug to photos in news stories about the headquarters in Chicago confirmed that those photographs were taken there.
In fact, there’s a person sitting in a chair, back to the camera, in one photo. He would be a great witness to what went on there that day in March, 2008, AND WHY, if only someone knew who he was. Let’s hope he’s still among the living.
People try to lead us to believe that those photos were taken in August, 2008, not March. Oh, “we beg to differ.” They try to pretend that the EXIF data, which was EXPUNGED from the FactCheck website as soon as its existence was pointed out by astute bloggers, incorrectly denoted the date and time of the photographs.
They try to make us believe that the photographer was so lame that she forgot or didn’t know how to set the date and time on the camera. If true, the date/time would still be accurate, since they set it at the factory. No need to reset it; it will be accurate within +/- 12 hours, due to time differences between place of use and place of manufacture.
If there’s an innocent explanation for the “wrong” date and time on the exif data, then why delete it from the website? Furthermore, why downsize the photos, but pretend in the captions that they weren’t changed?
For example, the caption under the first picture in the FactCheck “Born in the USA” story http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html
claims that the photo is 1.35 MB, but it downloads as 200 KB. Huge difference.
Why change the resolution, making it harder for anyone to analyze the photos? What are they hiding? Hmmmm?
