    Check this crap out from a Central Georgia community! Is this happening in all major cities in EVERY state ???!!!! Oh, and it ONLY affects NATIONAL SECURITY !!! And the criminals/betrayers get ONLY two years and one of them gets probation ! Give me a break! This is an insane world with NO justice!!! (Warner Robins is the home of a very large Air Force Base, and Perry and Kathleen are VERY small communities!)

    Two Department of Driver Services examiners in Warner Robins were sentenced to prison for selling drivers licenses to illegal immigrants for as much as $6,000 apiece.

    Two other men, one of them a Perry business owner, were also sentenced for their roles in the scheme.

    In a news release, the U.S. Attorney’s office in Atlanta called 36-year-old Kenneth Boyt and 41-year-old Denise Trower “rogue examiners” who sold licenses to the highest bidder.

    Both are from Kathleen.

    The scheme jeopardized homeland security, prosecutors said, because the licenses help provide access to airplanes and to public buildings.

    According to a news release:

    Boyt was sentenced to two years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. Boyt was convicted in April.
    Trower was sentenced to two years, six months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. Trower was convicted in March.
    Javeed Bukhari of Perry was sentenced to 9 months in prison to be followed by 3 years of supervised release, and fined $10,000. Bukhari was convicted in March.
    Ghanshyam Patel of Lawrenceville was sentenced to 5 years probation. He pleaded guilty in March.
    The U.S. Attorney’s office says Bukhari and Patel were middlemen who introduced the two license employees to people who were in the United States illegally.

    The investment arms of the CIA and Google are both backing a company that monitors the web in real time — and says it uses that information to predict the future. The company is called Recorded Future, and it scours tens of thousands of websites, blogs and Twitter accounts to find the relationships between people, organizations, actions and incidents — both present and still-to-come. In a white paper, the company says its temporal analytics engine “goes beyond search” by “looking at the ‘invisible links’ between documents that talk about the same, or related, entities and events.”

    ONLY the US Supreme Court has Constitutional Authority to Conduct the Trial

    Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.

    Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:

    In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction…

    “Original” jurisdiction means the power to conduct the “trial” of the case (as opposed to hearing an appeal from the judgment of a lower court). You all know quite well what a “trial” is – you see them all the time on TV shows: Perry Mason, Boston Legal, The Good Wife, etc. Witnesses testify and are cross-examined, etc.

    The style of the Arizona case shows quite clearly that the named defendants are:

    State of Arizona; and Janice K. Brewer,
    Governor of the State of Arizona, in her
    Official Capacity, Defendants.

    Judge Susan R. Bolton has no more authority to preside over this case than do you

      November can’t come soon enough to rid Congress of these vermin and undo what they are doing. We should assume that a lot of this is originating from the CZARS that we know nothing about nor do we know their responsibilities. Who is running those Czars and giving them information and how to’s? Soros and John Podesta are ringleaders too.

        Yeah. I can’t wait for November, either; but then I think about all the damage they will do when they lose Congress. During the lame duck session they will ram through everything they can, regardless. Obama will sign it all.

        If the anti-Marxists don’t have a bullet-proof majority, then Obama will veto anything they try to do to pull back from the brink.

        All they can do, and I hope they have the guts for it, is to refuse to fund any of his socialist crap.

        But this power grab by the Executive shows you how ruthless he and his minions are. They have already ignored the Constitution. They have already ignored the laws passed by Congress (campaign finance, immigration, bankruptcy, voting rights).

        So we know they will try ANYTHING they can, knowing that even if Congress passes laws to rein them in, they can and will challenge the laws in court and it will take years for these cases to wend their way through the system. In the meantime, he builds his corruptocracy, his huge bureaucracy of dependent minions.

        Aren’t you getting sick, yet again, of seeing his face everywhere? They are back in campaign mode, just like before he was annointed. Anything to build back those polls numbers. He’s on The View, he’s opining on every subject. Roll out MO and the little family, again. Gag.

        Even Gibbs is making attempts at humor. It’s disgusting how obvious they are and how stupid they obviously think WE the People are.

        The lamestream media helps–putting his name or face into any story they can, even if there’s seemingly NO connection to the WH at all.

        It’s nauseating. Only come Aug. 11, he’ll have to go to ground. Won’t he? Ramadan. How inconvenient. Maybe the mullahs can give him a dispensation. Or his king.

          Here’s the bottom line: They want these people to stay and to VOTE. IF the DoJ will not enforce the laws against vote fraud or voter intimidation, and they won’t, then there’s no risk to illegal aliens IF they vote. Even better, they don’t even have to worry about being found out as illegals when they vote, because he’s going to give them a pass for that, too. They won’t be caught. They won’t be deported. They won’t be prosecuted. He’ll have their votes and that’s all that he wants. The law means nothing to him or his minions. They want to rule us. RULE us. REIGN over us. Like aristocrats. “Let them eat cake.”

          Anybody figure out yet who this mysterious friend MO is visiting in Spain is? Did you notice that she’s going to visit the powers-that-be in Spain, while she’s there on her little “girls vacation.” Why? Because then if she performs ANY official first lady task, she can have the taxpayers pick up the entire tab. I heard she booked 30 rooms in the hotel for her entourage.       I read the most bizarre factoid recently. Winston Churchill had a lisp and he also wore dentures. He had them made to preserve his distinctive lisp. So one has to wonder whether Obama wears some sort of dental appliance (to disguise his real teeth?) or if he’s imitating Churchill, like he imitates everybody else under the sun, like MLK, Malcolm X, JFK, etc.?

        Interesting thought. People are often identified by their teeth when unknown in other ways. If he had all of his teeth pulled and now wears dentures, he can’t be identified by his teeth. Dental work in other countries isn’t as up to date as in the US; they would rather pull those teeth. Yet, there is still that scar on his head. Remember his double with the two sized hands in a photo from Lame Cherry. There are fat hands and skinny hands. He also changes his voice patterns depending upon his audience. His pattern is different when speaking to blacks than to a mixed audience.

    There is a legislative drama being played out in Washington DC this week. The Congress has a summer recess beginning after work on Friday, July 31 and returns to session Sept 14 to stay in session until October 8th. The Administration is pushing to enact the CLEAR Bill (Consolidated Land, Energy & Aquatic Resource Act) HR 3534. This Bill has the potential to increase federal regulation of all aspects of the oil, natural gas, and energy industries. It is transforming legislation.

    There may be an attempt today, 30 July, for the House Democratic majority to “Suspend the Rules” to pass the CLEAR Bill (HR 3534). Suspension is a rapid method to pass a Bill and it requires a 2/3 rd vote of those present, with no amendments, a maximum 40 minutes debate, and the votes may or may not be recorded. The overall legislative strategy is to push the CLEAR Bill rapidly through Congress, at the latest, before the November, 2010 elections.

    The Senate CLEAR Bill, which is 409 pages, was introduced earlier by Senator Harry Reid.

    The Senate and House Bills can be accessed at http://www.thomas.gov. Plus the House Bill drafts can be accessed at http://www.house.gov by going to Science & Technology Committee for the Majority and Minority versions of the CLEAR Bill HR 3534.

      H.R. 3534 puts the 9.2 million jobs supported by American oil and natural gas at risk by raising taxes, blocking American energy development, continuing a moratorium on deepwater drilling and completely eliminating economic liability caps. Members may have the following additional concerns with this legislation:

      De Facto Drilling Moratorium: The bill would impose a de facto moratorium on offshore oil and gas production by increasing taxes and regulation, allowing the approval process for exploration plans to be extended indefinitely, adding layers of bureaucracy, and imposing unlimited liability caps. The Obama moratorium has already cost tens of thousands of jobs and now Democrats in Congress want to exacerbate the problem, especially on the Gulf coast.

      New Tax on American Energy: The CLEAR Act includes a new tax on oil and natural gas produced on all existing and new federal onshore and offshore leases. The tax would be $2 per barrel of oil and 20 cents per million British thermal units of natural gas. This cost would eventually be passed on to American consumers of energy—small business, families, and farmers. It is estimated that this tax will total $22 billion in ten years, and the taxes will eventually climb to $3 billion per year. Of course, this new tax only applies to American energy, giving a distinct advantage to foreign oil and gas and jeopardizing American energy jobs.

      Unlimited Liability Kills Jobs and Local Revenue: The CLEAR Act includes unlimited liability caps for offshore energy producers. This would effectively eliminate smaller and independent producers from operating if they cannot obtain insurance policies to cover their operations. According to a recent study, these producers account for more than half of offshore jobs—meaning a loss of 300,000 jobs and $147 billion in federal, state and local revenues. Members may be concerned that a liability increase is premature because under current law if a responsible party is found to be grossly negligent, engaged in willful misconduct or to have violated a federal safety, construction or operating regulation, it is responsible for all costs.

      Billions of Dollars for New, Mandatory Spending: The bill includes over $30 billion in new mandatory spending for two programs that have nothing to do with the Gulf oil spill—the Land and Water Conservation Fund and the Historic Preservation Fund.

      Protectionist “Build America” Provisions: The CLEAR Act includes a make-work provision for labor unions requiring all rigs to be U.S.-built, owned and operated. Currently, rigs are already built to U.S. standards, staffed by U.S. crews and inspected by U.S. governmental agencies. Drilling rigs are extremely complex platforms and the U.S. lacks the capacity to build one from scratch in our globalized economy. This provision would have the effect of driving rigs out of the U.S., thus raising energy costs for Americans. Estimates suggest that this provision would shut down 25 percent of today’s oil and gas production and make new U.S. offshore projects uneconomic by raising costs 30 to 100 percent.

      Political Cover for the President: In the version of the CLEAR Act to be considered on the House floor, Democrat leadership has removed a provision authored by Rep. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) to establish a bipartisan, independent National Commission on Outer Continental Shelf Oil Spill Prevention. This commission would be comprised of technical experts to study the events leading up to the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Democrats are thus protecting the president’s own hand-picked, expert-deficient Commission. As Natural Resources Committee Ranking Member Doc Hastings (R-WA) noted, “There is widespread agreement that no member of the President’s Commission possesses technical expertise in oil drilling, and several are on the record in opposition to offshore drilling and support a moratorium that will cost thousands of jobs.”

      Seizes States’ Authority: The bill would enable the federal government to encroach on states’ offshore leasing programs by taking over permitting and dictating the type of technology to be used on state wells, seemingly even in the event that technology is improved in the future. This would reduce incentives for advances in energy technology and possibly even the development of safer designs and procedures moving forward.

      Changing How Onshore Federal Land is Leased: The bill would change leasing onshore by the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management, which affects not just leasing for natural gas and oil, but also for renewable energy. This provision could lead to a decline in energy production on federal land and lost energy jobs.

      Interior Secretary Slush Fund: The bill allows 10 percent of all offshore revenues to be spent on a new fund controlled by the Interior Secretary to issue ocean research grants. These funds can be earmarked.

      Costs –

      The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that enacting this legislation would increase spending by $20.5 billion over ten years and would increase revenues by $22.2 billion over the same period. Interestingly, CBO predicts over $14 billion in litigation costs alone stemming from the new energy tax in this bill.

But the bottom line is that despite Napolitano and DHS monitoring FOIA requests, they got the Dept. of State to release what they claim they still have on file:

    SAD had a passport before 1965. She was renewing it IN ’65, which means she probably got it originally in ’60. Why would she have needed a passport right around the time she graduated from high school? Right after the time she was an au pair in Chicago? Right around the time she was getting pregnant by somebody?

    btw, she also lied about the date she married Lolo Soetoro. And the location. As with everything Obama/Dunham/Soetoro, “facts” are fungible.

    The Dept. of State claims they don’t have her original passport application. However, they had to sue to get this much. They dragged their feet. Whatever was there was taken care of, just like all of Barry’s records.

    This is an outrage. It’s bad enough when a place like the Hawaiian DoH plays games and ignores the law, but now the Dept. of State does the same.

    Will We the People EVER learn the truth?

      — Renee, I don’t believe the accuracy of these documents. I believe he was adopted by Lolo in addition to automatically being adopted under Indonesian law — recall children 5 years and under were considered to be the child(ren) of the indonesian father.

    !!! I wondered why The Billy Cunningham Show” was taken off the air !!! He used to be on for three hours every Sunday night, and then suddenly, without explanation, the station put John Batchelor in the time spot.

My only recollection of Molokai is that it was home to the Leper Colony. It was NOT considered an island to vacation/honeymoon. I don’t know why I even bothered to try to read those docs (migraine inducing). Molokai. They’ve got to be kidding — too bizarre.

      I just finished reading those documents at the Obama file. Took awhile. I noted some of the following items.

      Some of the pages looked doctored. (Surprise!) On one page it appeared she wrote her name as S. Ann Soetoro, then in tiny letters added the letters to make it Stanley. Another application was written in all capital letters and very bold writing.

      Change to read in married name as follows: (This certainly means she had a passport before!)

      Married name Stanley Ann Soetoro. Name scribbled. Notation in print and added Soetoro
      Place of Marriage Date of Marriage
      Molokai, (Hawaii added) 3/15/65
      Husband’s name in full Who is:

      Interesting, they show a real birth certificate for Stanley Ann, it is difficult to read..but it certainly is more like what were being produced years ago.       There was also a copy of the marriage between Lolo and Stanley Ann.

      I couldn’t figure out what was so important in the redacted parts. Sure makes one wonder. Also some pages were withheld for privacy purposes? Whose privacy are they concerned about? Both Ann and Lolo are dead. I wonder who decided what could be released to the public? Hillary, Eric, Obama or Bob Bauer?

      Kalaupapa’s reputation as a leprosy colony is well-known. Hansen’s disease, the proper term for leprosy, is believed to have spread to Hawaii from China. The first documented case of leprosy occurred in 1848. Its rapid spread and unknown cure precipitated the urgent need for complete and total isolation.

      Surrounded on three sides by the Pacific ocean and cut off from the rest of Molokai by 1600-foot (488m) sea cliffs, Kalaupapa provided the environment.

      In early 1866, the first leprosy victims were shipped to Kalaupapa and existed for 7 years before Father Damien arrived.

    Federal Judge Refuses To Dismiss Challenge To ObamaCare. Awesome news! Snips

    A judge on Monday refused to dismiss the state of Virginia’s challenge to President Barack Obama’s landmark healthcare law, a setback that will force his administration to mount a lengthy legal defense of the overhaul effort.

    U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson refused to dismiss the state’s lawsuit which argues the law’s requirement that its residents have health insurance was unconstitutional, allowing the challenge to go forward.

    The suit, filed by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (pictured), alleges that the law’s requirement that its residents have health insurance violates the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.

    So this will now move to trial and Obama & pals will have to defend this #@#%*, afterwards its sure to hit the Supreme Court. Virginia isn’t the only state with a challenge to this idiocy so look for more rulings such as this one.

      What does Mexico have to say about this? They are responsible for siding with Obama on immigration in AZ, and so we have the Mexican government to blame for this. Until they can control what happens in their own country, they need to stay out of AZ and US business.

    This is a continuation re the “Molokai Marriage”/Lolo and Ann documents, last commented on this page by Bridgette on August 2, 2010 at 11:52 am.

    Bridgette, that was a great overview of Molokai.

    After again viewing the docs on “zoom-in”, it looks to me like most, probably ALL, of the docs are “doctored”.

    Also, I find it highly unusual that Lolo and Ann travel to this remote church on Molokai to marry on Monday, March 15, 1965 — keep in mind, this was 1965, Molokai was NOT a tourist/honeymoon/travel destination at that time — rather, it was known for its Leper Colony and pineapple production (Oahu also still had a large Dole pineapple field at that time). Also curious is that we would be provided a document with signatures which could be corroborated (reminds me of the blond woman and the o birth story).
    One would think they would marry on Oahu, surrounded by family and friends (and they could, if desired, then honeymoon on another isle — NOT Molokai!) — this sounds to me like a more likely scenario. Curious that we’re to believe she must always escape to another island to marry, without family and friends present — and to Molokai at this single Church no less! Yes, I could be wrong but….

    OKLAHOMA CITY — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is considering a crackdown on farm dust, so senators have signed a letter addressing their concerns on the possible regulations.

    The letter dated July 23 to the EPA states, “If approved, would establish the most stringent and unparalleled regulation of dust in our nation’s history.” It further states, “We respect efforts for a clean and healthy environment, but not at the expense of common sense. These identified levels will be extremely burdensome for farmers and livestock producers to attain. Whether its livestock kicking up dust, soybeans being combined on a dry day in the fall, or driving a car down the gravel road, dust is a naturally occurring event.”

    Read the letter to EPA signed by 21 senators including Jim Inhofe and Tom Coburn

    Many in the Oklahoma farming industry are opposed to the EPA’s consideration. One farmer said the possible regulations are ridiculous.

    “It’s plain common sense, we don’t want to do anything detrimental,” said farmer Curtis Roberts. “If the dust is detrimental to us, it’s going to be to everybody. We’re not going to do anything to hurt ourselves or our farm.”

    Roberts, a fourth generation farmer and rancher in Arcadia, said regulating dust in rural areas will hurt farmers’ harvest, cultivation and livelihood.

    “Anytime you work ground, you’re going to have dust. I don’t know how they’ll regulate it,” Roberts said. “The regulations are going to put us down and keep us from doing things we need to be doing because of the EPA.”

    Oklahoma Farm Bureau President Mike Spradling said the rules could be detrimental to farmers across the Sooner State.

    “We as an organization do not feel dust is a pollutant,” Spradling said. “It would almost be impossible to comply with what’s being addressed now from the EPA as in agriculture. We’re doing everything we possibly can.”

    “It’s just common sense, we don’t like dust in the morning but it’s something we got to live with,” Roberts said.

    They should give the dust-raisers a tax CREDIT. Dust blocks sunlight. Global cooling! Problem solved.

    All they want is power. Power over everything and everybody. Total control. Absolute power.

    If they could, they’d regulate and tax the Good Lord for raining stardust down upon us. We, who are made of stardust ourselves.

    This came from a FOIA search of Obama’s supposed Mom, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro, passport records. A few passport records were released about a week ago, but the State Department said her passport records prior to 1965 may have been “destroyed”.

    I won’t discuss that any more because it might be related to the subject that is taboo here, Obama’s ineligibility.

    But, I thought this was an interesting coincidence:

    Regarding Obama’s supposed Mom, Stanley Ann Dunham:

    On April 27, 1981, Dunham applied from Jakarta, Indonesia, for a U.S. passport, indicating that she was in Indonesia working on a two-year contract from the Ford Foundation, from January 1981 through December 1982.

    “At that time, Dunham was working on a microfinance program for the Ford Foundation, which was overseen by Peter Geithner, the father of Timothy Geithner, the current U.S. secretary of the treasury.

    Ann Dunham’s occupation in the 1981 passport application was listed as “Program Officer, Ford Foundation.”

    Stanley Ann worked for “tax cheat” Tim Geithner’s Dad, in Indonesia, of all places, and now Timmy is little Barry’s Secretary of the Treasury.

    Small world, isn’t it?

    How and why did Obama’s mom come to be involved in the Ford Foundation? We know almost of a certainty her son is a socialist and an Islamic symphathizer. The history revisionists would have us forget about details of the past. However, it is a fact of history that Henry Ford himself guaranteed his employs a “decent wage” so long as the employ lived up to his (Ford’s) standards of life-style which included how the employ thought and voted. This was common knowledge in America’s “Eternity Past” (history), so to speak.. Just ask yourself this question: When all the auto manufacturers ( 2009) were in their death throes due to the “recession” how was it Ford made a profit? Why is it the Obama administration did not see fit to send FMOCO into recievership of the UAW as it did GM? Maybe it is because FMOCO was already there.

    1970 the Ford Foundation , chartered January 15th, 1936, was responsibile for helping create PBS and numerous other organizations. “Ford has made it possibile for low income families to become home owners. It has sought out new partnerships with the financial industry to bring banking and financial services to a greater number of low-income families and individuals. STRENGTHENING DEMOCRACY AND INTERNATIONAL COPORATION: PEACE AND SOCIAL JUSTICE———.” (Wiki). Does all of this sound familiar? It should. Think Freddy Mack , Fanny Mae, Country Wide, and Bill Ayers, IE the 1960s gang. ACORN was established in 1970 by Wade Rathke. What has this to do with Ford and the FORD FOUNDATION and Obama’s mom? She was an anti-American protester of the 1960s, perfect for the Ford Foundation.

      h.Rowan gaither wrote “the Gaither Report” in 1949 setting firth his vision of the Ford Foundation…….. Basically he sought to take over the world through non violent means……
      He took the foundation from national to international………….

    Blagojevich Jury Deadlocked on Some Counts

    The jury in the Rod Blagojevich corruption trial sent a note to Judge James Zagel Wednesday afternoon saying that they couldn’t reach a decision on a number of counts.

    “We’ve gone beyond reasonable attempts [to reach a verdict],” the jury said in a note. Zagel noted they have reached the impasse without “rancor,” or heated infighting.

    The jury then asked to go home for the day.

    Zagel said he needs further clarification on which charges they are undecided before deciding on the next step.

      I will add this newer photo and lighten it so we can look at it in comparison to the other. Down his neck? That would demand we see those medical records too. For if we have to jail these suckers, we will need identifying information on two of them, not one. His skinny and fat fingers are also tell tale signs of there being two people. I put those hand pictures in the Photos above in the Header.
