We Do Have Loyalty, We Do Have Good Leaders !

Standing up for America and us small folks is no easy task these days. Those that are giving it their all, and their contributions go here. Our comments on them as well as our thank you’s will be noted for the record.

  1. I will start out with a gal with brass and class. She shows how an elected official is supposed to defend her state and do her job well.
    Governor of Arizona; Jan Brewer.
    Everybody loves her !

    • I second that emotion. She’s fabulous. Did you see her latest ad?

    • I just got this. Written by a Hispanic, American Citizen.
      Hat tip to Chuck

“If you had tickets to a sports event, concert, Disneyland , or for an airline flight, and when you got to your assigned seat you
found someone else was in that seat, what would you do? You would call
for a person in charge of ticket checking and have the person in your
seat removed. You would properly be asked to show your ticket, and you
would gladly and proudly do so, for you have bought and paid for that
seat. The person in your seat would also be asked for a ticket, which
they would not be able to produce. They would be called “gate crashers” and they would properly be removed.

Now in this huge stadium called the USA we
have had millions of gate crashers. We have been asking security to
check for tickets and remove the gate crashers. We have been asking
security to have better controls in checking at the door. We have asked
security to lock the back doors. Security has failed us. They are still
looking the other way. They are afraid to ask to see the tickets. Many
people say there is unlimited seating, and whether there is or not, no
one should be allowed in for free while the rest of us pay full price!

In “section AZ”, of “Stadium USA “, we have
had enough of the failures of Security. We have decided to do our own
ticket checking, and properly remove those who do not have tickets. Now
it seems very strange to me that so many people in the other 49
“sections”, and even many in our own “section” do not want tickets
checked, or even to be asked to show their ticket! Even the head of
Security is chastising us, while not doing his own job which he has
      sworn to do.

      My own
ticket has been bought and paid for, so I am proudly going to show it
when asked to do so. I have a right to my seat, and I want the gate
crashers to be asked to show their tickets too. The only reason that I
can imagine anyone objecting to being asked for their ticket is that
they are in favor of gate crashing, and all of the illegal activities
that go with it, such as drug smuggling, gang wars, murder, human smuggling for profit, and many more illegal and inhumane acts that we are trying
to prevent with our new legislation. Is that what I am hearing from all
of the protestors such as Phoenix Mayor Gordon, US Rep. Grijalva, even
President Obama? If you are not in favor of showing tickets, (proof of
citizenship, passport, green card, or other legal document) when asked,
as I would do proudly, then you must be condoning those illegal

The federal judge who heard the preliminary arguments in the lawsuit brought by the Obama administration against Arizona over its immigration-enforcement law found a likelihood that the effect would be to force the federal government to reallocate its enforcement resources to meet the demand, and Judge Susan Bolton ruled that would impermissibly pre-empt federal prerogatives in immigration enforcement. US News’ Chris Battle finds one problem with that argument. In 1996, the federal government passed a law encouraging states to do exactly what Arizona planned to do with SB1070 — and a number of states have followed suit:

  2. Sorry ladies, he has been married to Debbie a while. Debbie is the wife of this handsome man with dreamy eyes and an electric smile. He also seems to try to keep things on the straight and narrow. Over and over. He is a dreamboat and quite a patriot it seems. Mr. John Boehner.

  3. Mr. Issa has roots of a Lebanese family tree that are firmly entangled with apple pie and old glory. He was involved with the recall of Gov. Gray Davis of California of ENRON fame. He has proven time and again that he will step up to the plate and do his job. He is a great patriot too.
    Mr Darrell Issa.

      • h/t Larry at NQ. ( He is a great patriot himself)

The discrepancy was caught by California Rep. Darrell Issa, the top Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. In a letter to the White House, he told Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina of the unstated income.

“As I am sure you are aware, there are very specific limitations on the outside earned income of presidential appointees,” Issa wrote.

The administration downplayed Gaspard’s failure to include the income on this and last year’s disclosure forms. White House spokesman Bill Burton told Politico that the political director was in the process of correcting the forms to reflect that he did have an agreement for severance.

“We have made the small administrative change to this year’s and last year’s forms to indicate that part of the final payout to Patrick reflected in their typical severance of one week of pay for each of his nine years of service at Local 1199,” Burton said.

So for two years he “forgot” that he had to pay taxes on this income? Seriously – have NONE of these people heard of TurboTax? It is not that hard. And he should have gotten a slip of paper indicating that he received these funds that the IRS woulds have gotten, too.

I’m just curious. How is it that these people in government never have the IRS come after them? They don’t sound hard to find, do they? I mean, gee willikers – they are right there in DC. I just don’t get it. And this cavalier attitude just irritates me.

I love this part especially that he writes :

  4. Sheriff Joe, born in Springfield, Mass. is a hero in Maricopa County as well as Arizona. He has avoided politics in favor of doing his job and enforcing immigration laws in an effort to keep his county and state safe. He, like Governor Jan Brewer is adored by his voters. He is a straight shooter with his words and views and plays by the book. They love him in Az.
    Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

  5. don’t know if you all have kept up with my blog, but I have some poignant opinions regarding recent developments in OBAMUNISM

  6. Three ladies:

    Liz Cheney.

    Michele Bachmann.

The divine, the inimitable Sarah Palin.

  7. Along with those already mentioned I would include Paul Ryan.

  8. I nominate a True Citizen–Citizen Wells (FUBO):

If only they WOULD indict Obama.

  9. Rosemary Woodhouse

    Too good to not share

  10. Rosemary Woodhouse

Back to the topic at hand. Leaders? The real deal. Add his name to those great patriots listed above. This man loves his country!

    • He looks like a nice guy doesn’t he Rose ? He seems to be a very straight shooter too. Says it like it is.

  11. Cedra Crenshaw, patriot:

She writes, “A few short weeks ago, I was a former accountant, auditor, and stay at home mom. The trifecta of mortgage, marriage, and motherhood catapulted me into the conservative I am today. A few Republican reformers noticed my local activism. They asked me to fill an empty ballot spot against a Democratic incumbent State Senator who is a rubber stamp for the same Chicago Machine that put Obama in the White House.

Despite the fact that the district is 2-1 Democratic, my opponent’s party has hired one of the premier elections attorneys to attempt to knock me off the ballot on technicalities. These same technicalities have been rejected in court wherever they have been tried. This attorney has worked for the likes of Obama, Bill Clinton, Rahm Emanuel, etc. The Democratic board deciding the case has simply stalled. They are attempting to run out the clock. They have waited six weeks to merely decide if my opponent’s case has any merit. For six weeks our campaign has been in limbo not knowing how they are going to decide on two simple points. Time is of the essence in a campaign. While I always knew that politics was an ugly sport, I was not prepared for the lengths the Democrats would go through to try and sabotage my campaign. I was One Mom versus the Chicago Machine!

I say, “was” because that has all changed.

I am truly humbled by the ground swell of support, since my article was published. This started with other moms, volunteers, and frustrated citizens. The local tea parties have organized several protests. National radio shows, blogs, and political news sites started covering the story and now we are receiving support from around the nation. This campaign has become One Nation Against The Chicago Machine!

People have died defending the right to vote. Soldiers are dying right now is the sands of Iraq and the hills of Afghanistan. Yet the Chicago Machine would rather engage in tyranny, than have to win an election based on their record! If we do not protect our freedoms at home, why are we dying for them abroad? Rests assure America, we will not back down. With your help, we will defeat the Chicago Machine in the 43rd Illinois State Senate district, and in Washington DC.”

A true patriot and a worthy candidate to represent We the People.

    • (CNSNews.com) – Pinal County (Ariz.) Sheriff Paul Babeu is hopping mad at the federal government.

Babeu told CNSNews.com that rather than help law enforcement in Arizona stop the hundreds of thousands of people who come into the United States illegally, the federal government is targeting the state and its law enforcement personnel.

“What’s very troubling is the fact that at a time when we in law enforcement and our state need help from the federal government, instead of sending help they put up billboard-size signs warning our citizens to stay out of the desert in my county because of dangerous drug and human smuggling and weapons and bandits and all these other things and then, behind that, they drag us into court with the ACLU,” Babeu said.

  12. This is a really good post, as well as a really good blog. Listen to these men speak. Yes, I think MLK might even be proud of this bunch. All American boys.
