Here’s to the 250 brave citizens of the Surprise Tea Party, without whose petition Sheriff Joe Arpaio would never have put his Cold Case Posse on the trail!
We all owe a huge debt of gratitude to these Tea Party Patriots. Thank you, Surprise Tea Party, from the bottoms of our hearts. Thank you for managing to get at least one member of law enforcement to take a look at what we citizens have been screaming about for well on four years.

The British had a tactic that they used in battle, whether against Americans in our War for Independence, or the French, in the Napoleonic wars. The Brits would send out skirmishers ahead of the battlelines–snipers who were tasked with picking off the enemy leaders. The officers were their main targets, the generals, captains, lieutenants, sergeants. Why? Because to put them down would demoralize their troops and cause chaos in the leaderless ranks.
Some would love to see chaos in our ranks. To split us. To demoralize us. To cause an In-Civil war. Or simply to make us waste our time arguing amongst ourselves instead of keeping our eyes on the true enemy.
This is still a free country. We are all free to fight in our own way. Let’s not forget that it was a “rabble” that won our freedom from King George.
Hi Patriots. Please meet Tina Sims, a true patriot living in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Tina wrote me the following note.
“I started PICKET ACROSS AMERICA because I am scared. I am a 47 year old female, unemployed for a year and a half. I am so angry I feel like I’m screaming on the inside. I love this great country and feel an overwhelming desire to defend her.
I am asking every American Citizen of all political parties to stop what they are doing at 9 am on Saturday, Sept 17th.
Step outside and hold a picket sign that reads, “CAN YOU HEAR US NOW.”
The idea is to line the streets of America.”

In 2008, Obama signed the Nomination Papers for Arizona stating and applying his signature to a document that he was a Natural Born Citizen. Obama having supposedly taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago, knowingly signed the form thus perjuring himself. His own website stated he was a citizen under the 14th Amendment, an amendment that only classifies those people eligible for citizenship, it does nothing to change the definition of a natural born citizen. A natural born citizen needs no law to give them status. The Left has tried to blurr the meaning of natural born citizen to give and keep Obama eligible. Barack Hussein Obama I was a British subject from Kenya and was never a U.S. citizen, and that fact alone eliminates his purported son from being eligible to hold the position he now occupies illegally.

Yet another member of this administration believes it is in his power to simply flout the LAW:
Secretary of Education Arne Duncan has announced that he will unilaterally override the centerpiece requirement of the No Child Left Behind school accountability law, that 100 percent of students be proficient in math and reading by 2014.
Mr. Duncan told reporters that he was acting because Congress had failed to rewrite the Bush-era law, which he called a “slow-motion train wreck.” He is waiving the law’s proficiency requirements for states that have adopted their own testing and accountability programs and are making other strides toward better schools, he said.

Blowhard! This would be amusing if we didn’t know that it just may be something that Barack Obama and most of his Marxist/progressive/domestic terrorist friends (Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dorhn, Van Jones, etc.) have been community organizing for, for years. Global-warming guru Al Gore calls for an “American Spring”, such as the Middle East experienced over multiple “Arab Springs“–orchestrated, Internet-community-organized, George Soros-funded, astroturfed revolutions in the streets of their cities. Why the issue of Obama’s lack of eligibility has not been taken up by the Tea Party prior to this time is unknown. The nationwide grassroots movement grew out of the reaction to the ineptitude and spending habits of Congress, and their growing understanding of what Obama meant when he said he wanted to transform our county. Their initials signified their angst, “Taxed Enough Already”! The Tea Party has clout and has proven it in the 2010 election cycle and since, especially showing up during this debt ceiling/ debt reduction fiasco currently being played out on stage at the Congressional Theatre in Washington, D.C.

A scholarly paper published January 15, 2008, by Cass R. Sunstein and Adrian Vermeule, both of Harvard Law School, addresses “conspiracy theories” and what governments can do about them. One might be forgiven for wondering why “governments” should think that they ought to do anything about them. Or perhaps I should say, why someone who now works in OUR government thinks the government should do anything about what free people think. This is, after all, the United States of America, founded upon the idea of freedom of speech, and by implication, of thoughts and beliefs, no matter how esoteric or wild. However, Sunstein and his co-author write,
Those who subscribe to conspiracy theories may create serious risks, including risks of violence, and the existence of such theories raises significant challenges for policy and law.

U. S. Attorney Richard Callahan appointed Zia Faruqui, a Muslim-American, to the position of “outreach coordinator” to the Muslim community in the St. Louis area. He’s not involved in terrorism investigations; no, his job is to make Muslims feel less put upon (my characterization). They’re put upon; not the families of 3000+ murdered in cold blood on 9/11. One would think that as fellow Americans, they would be more than happy to help identify anyone who they may know who seeks to murder more fellow Americans, in cold blood. Continue reading

Yet another tea party movement forms, and this group will provide more than the usual pride in citizens, standing up against a government they demand be reined in. Why? This tea party movement is made up of those supposed non-existent black Americans. And what gives me yet another smile is that this group is formed right under the nose of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, [D-TX] who made news in the past two days demonstrating her lack of Constitutional knowledge when she proclaimed any repeal of O’healthcare was unConstitutional.
