Our friend and diligent researcher and the person responsible for exposing several of  Obama’s fraudulent activities  in several venues was interviewed, hand-cuffed and had his property removed by the FBI.     Al Hendershot  found Obama’s alias of  Harrison J. Bounel ,  Obama’s non-payment of taxes on a home in Chicago that he does not own, and the  Obama’s use of multiple social security numbers.   In addition, he  has worked with Jerome Corsi and the Cold Case Posse on the ineligiblity issue related to the Usurper.

Democrats and leftists are wont to say, emphatically, that there’s no evidence of voter fraud, as they continue to argue against photo identification laws or efforts to purge voter registration lists of dead people and dogs.  They repeat this lie over and over again, sometimes qualifying it while moving the goalposts, as evidence appears:

There’s no evidence of widespread voter fraud.  

or

There’s no evidence of an organized effort to commit voter fraud.

Daylight’s shining on Manti Te’o, and he might wish that he were at home, out of the public eye.  By now, almost everyone knows about the purported hoax pulled on Notre Dame’s star linebacker Manti Te’o.

Te’o was allegedly taken in by a woman with whom he had an Internet romance.  She faked her death, but he apparently believe it happened.  As a result, he received much publicity and sympathy from fans and the media, until the truth came out. A refresher, with emphasis added:

Multiple nationwide lawsuits against Obama citing his ineligibility were dismissed because of lack of standing.  None were dismissed by judges who heard, understood  or read the charges and evidence against Obama.  With the thump of their gavels, they refused to uphold their oaths of office and dismissed citizen’s lawsuits questioning Obama’s right to be president under our U.S. Constitution because of their lack of standing.

It appears from the judges  and attorneys who used standing as a reason to deny or dismiss lawsuits, that absolutely no one has  legal standing or the right to question Obama’s  qualifications to hold office.  Some  state that no one can take Obama to task except the Attorney General or Congress.  We the People have no standing,  so the complicit cowardly judges say.  We can only wonder if they have all been threatened or bribed by those in the Obama administration.  (Recall historically that judges were bullied or bribed during the tyrants  Hitler and Stalin’s reigns, as were judges in other despotic countries.  This is not a new phenomenon, but are tactics often used by totalitarian regimes.   Within our own cities, i.e., Chicago are known for judges being bribed. )

Attorney Orly Taitz has written a letter to Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court of  the United States (SCOTUS) William Sutter and to Mr. Eric Fossum, a SCOTUS employee.  Her letter is in response to a letter from Sutter, signed by Fossum, which she says incorrectly stated that Taitz never tried to file a writ of certiorari in the case  Taitz v Astrue (USCA DC 11-5304), which challenges the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama II to be president of the United States.
