He once got in trouble for making faces during Koran study classes in his elementary school, but a president is less likely to stereotype Muslims as fanatics — and more likely to be aware of their nationalism — if he once studied the Koran with them.
Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”
When Barack Hussein Obama publicly confessed the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, he “took Shahada“.
According to Pew Research Center polling, in October 2008, 51% of Americans believed Obama is a Christian, and only 12% believed Obama is a Muslim.
And now, in August 2010, only 34% of Americans believe Obama is a Christian, and 18% believe Obama is a Muslim.

But there are a few things Allahpundit seems to fail to recognize…
First, the “Christianity” practiced by Obama’s “pastor” of 20+ years is, by his own admission, “not the same thing“. See the YouTube video that I’ll also post as the first comment.
What Allahpundit also seems to fail to recognize is the importance, in both Christianity and Islam, on spoken confession, and that Obama has publicly made the Islamic confession of faith, but not the Christian confession!

The Holy Bible also says:
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Once again, Obama has publicly confessed the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. The opening lines of that call to prayer (the Adhan) includes the Shahada, the Islamic profession of faith.
A single honest recitation of the Shahada in Arabic is all that is required for a person to become a Muslim. A conversion to Islam is meant to be a one-way process, both for the individual and their descendants.
Obama has not publicly confessed, “Jesus Christ is Lord.” Saying “Jesus Christ died for my sins” does not confess He is Lord, and does not reveal whether or not you believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead.
That’s just the facts of what Obama has and has not publicly confessed.
So, given that confession, according to the Holy Bible, Obama is not a Christian, but rather “a deceiver and an antichrist.”
While Obama’s time as a member of the Illinois Senate was marked by many instances of voting “present”, it should come as no surprise that in his first year of elected office Barack Hussein Obama was the sole sponsor of SENATE RESOLUTION 90_SR0110, which concluded with the following:
RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,
that we salute the South Shore Islamic Community Center for their great work in making their community a better place to live;
and be it further RESOLVED,
That we declare November 1, 1997 to be the South Shore Islamic Community Center Day;
and be it further RESOLVED,
That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to South Shore Islamic Community Center.
I said it before and I’ll say it again…
The confessions of Obama’s own mouth reveal him to be a Muslim, not a Christian.

Article VI of the Constitution includes the following:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
Muslims are eligible to hold office. Representative Keith Ellison is a Muslim. Wikipedia says that Ellison became the first Muslim to be elected to the United States Congress, but WallBuilders says
Is Keith Ellison actually the first Muslim to serve in the U. S. Congress? According to the national media, the answer is a resounding “Yes!” [5] That may well be true; however, John Randolph of Virginia, who served in Congress from 1799-1834, expressed that in his early years, he held a position “in favor of Mahomedanism” [6] and “rejoiced in all its triumphs over the cross [Christianity].” [7] Randolph was not a Muslim in the same sense as Ellison, but he certainly cultivated what he described as a position of “natural repugnance to Christianity.” [8] Francis Scott Key, author of the “Star Spangled Banner,” [9] befriended Randolph and faithfully shared Christ with him. Openly admitting to being a Muslim would not have had any impact at all on Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander in Chief. (There are other issues related to Obama’s eligibility, but this is not one of them). But it would have had a very significant impact on Obama’s electability.
While one does not have to be a Christian to run for office, voters in this country have a long history of following the advice of our first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court who said:
Providence [God] has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest, of a Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.
Barack Hussein Obama took Shahada and claimed “I am a Christian”. How can he do that? The answer is:
Muslims may conceal their faith when under threat, persecution or compulsion. For Barack Hussein Obama to be electable, he felt compelled to say, “I am a Christian”. Why? Because a mere 7 years after the 9/11/2001 Jihadist attacks, American voters would not have elected an open Muslim to be President and Commander in Chief of our entire military.
And, putting all of that together, recap and consider this…
1) Obama has publicly confessed the Islamic confession of faith, the Shahada, in perfect Arabic. He knows exactly what that means to the Muslim world. He wants the Muslim world to believe he is a Muslim.
2) Obama has not publicly confessed, according to Romans 10:9, “Jesus Christ is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God has raised Him from the dead.”
3) Considering the facts of what Obama has and has not publicly confessed, and that Obama’s own confessions declare him to be a Muslim, doesn’t the following Obama quote imply that he shares his journey with Jihadists?

One portion of this I found unusual was the inside look at the conversion process. I spent some time once going to classes with a friend who was converting to Judaism. It’s a very long, detailed, involved process with a great deal to learn. The conversion process for Jeff to become a Muslim seemed to consist of showing up at his future father-in-law’s house and reciting precisely three lines. More to the point, despite his protestations about having done his homework, he seems to be given the speech for the ceremony written phonetically with no clear idea what he’s saying. The bride’s father assures him that, “You’re not denouncing anything. You’re adding more.”
He’s then given the note to read, with sub-titles helpfully added to the scene:
I bear witness,
That there is no God,
But Allah
…and if you have any doubt that Jihadist Muslims use confession of the Shahada as a a shibboleth to determine if you live or die, read this:
any Christian they met who could not recite the Islamic creed was instantly shot and killed or slaughtered like a lamb.

As unrest erupted in Egypt, the Al-Jazeera network gained international fans in the United States for its live streaming coverage from Cairo. But while many Americans tuned-in to the Al-Jazeera broadcasts, many media watchdogs warned against rewarding the controversial network with viewership.
Fox News‘ Bill O’Reilly recently hosted a heated discussion on whether Al-Jazeera should be “praised” for its coverage, which often includes anti-American and anti-Semitic rhetoric: Glenn Beck also recently noted the network’s anti-American bias (See videos)
It comes as somewhat of a shock, then, to see an official of the Obama administration OPENLY ENCOURAGING American cable companies to carry Al-Jazeera. But Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Juliette Kayyem pleaded in a Boston Globe op-ed Monday, “Let us see Al-Jazeera.”

Didn’t O’Reilly have an Al Jazeera representative on his show last night? I thought I spied one. It seems to me that O’Reilly told him that Al Jazeera “reported” that Israeli-Americans knew about 9/11 in advance so they didn’t go to work at the WTC on that date. A lie, but the guy said, paraphrasing, oh, no. They didn’t report it. It was within the context of a story that they reported that someone else said that. Since this is a typical trick of OUR lamestream media, then I can see how Al Jazeera would play that game, too. How many times do our lamestream people ask questions like, “What do you say to those who say, Mr. Gingrich, that you beat your wife?” There’s always that unnamed, anonymous person into whose mouth they put what THEY believe. But you see, they’re only “reporting”. Like Al Jazeera reporting that Jewish Americans knew about 9/11.

Red Pill, I was thinking of this topic today, in light of the bfd they’re making over Bachmann’s supposed comment about studying tax law upon her husband’s suggestion. She explained (paraphrasing) that even though it didn’t seem her cup of tea, the Bible said for wives to be submissive, so she pursued the field her husband had suggested. When asked by Byron York what she meant by that, she explained that within HER marriage, it just means that spouses ought to respect each other. Whatever the case, I happen to think it’s fair game to ask her to explain what she meant. It’s in line with questions the media asked JFK about the Pope. It’s important for the people to KNOW exactly what informs the behavior of the people who want to be POTUS. HOWEVER, that said, it’s a HUGE difference when they ask Bachmann details about her marriage and her faith but studiously IGNORE asking Barry about having BEEN Muslim, having confessed the Shahada in Arabic (to the media!), and having attended a rabidly anti-white, black liberation “theology” church (that accepts practicing Muslims, btw) for over 20 years. Did they EVER ask Barry what he thinks of the US of KKK? What his 20 years of mentoring by the racist “reverend” Wright has done to his thinking and how it will affect his behavior as POTUS? For example, case in point: The non-enforcement of civil rights or voting rights violations when perpetrated by blacks AGAINST whites.

Well, the English subtitles on the TLC show left out one additional line, about Muhammad supposedly being the Messenger of God, but the overall concept of, “Say this in Arabic and POOF! You’re a Muslim!” is accurate.
And, as noted in the post above,
And the most critical issue here, in my opinion, is:
The current occupant of the White House is someone who publicly recited the Shahada in Arabic.
Regardless of whether he believes it or not, he said it.
And he knows what that means to the Muslim world. He grew up in the world’s most populous Muslim nation (Indonesia). He attended Koran study classes there. He knows what the Shahada means, and that the Muslim world interprets his recitation of the Shahada as an indication that he is a Muslim. They write off his English professions of “I am a Christian” as Taqiyya. They know that he would not have been elected 7 years after 9/11/2001 if he had openly confessed to being a Muslim.
His recitation of the Shahada in Arabic is all the Muslim world needs to know to believe that he is a Muslim.
And the fact that he now occupies the White House brings even more seriousness to the Indonesian title of his book:

Hundreds of years before Islam was founded the Arabs forefathers Ishmael, Esau, and the six sons of Keturah (Abraham’s second wife) worshipped the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The arabs lost their faith in the true God and begin to worship many pagan gods. This period of time when many gods were worshipped is now called “The Days Of Ignorance” by the people of the Islamic faith.
They begin to worship holy rocks and trees. Not that they thought rocks and trees were holy but rather the people believed those objects housed spirit beings called “jinns”. Think of the “black rock” at Mecca, the holy black rock which the arabs believed was a god that protected their tribes.. Jinns later became a part of Muslim theology and the Koran. The pagan arabics, in the Days of Ignorance, danced around the rock and then ran off into the distance to throw rocks at the devil(s). There were good and evil Jinns.
The Arabic people worshipped many gods. The five most important were Uzza, Allat, and Manat, these three were female. The other two gods, both male, were Hubal and Allah. Hubal was the moon deity, believed to have originated in Babylon. It is Hubal that is pictured on the Islamic symbol, Hilal, the Crescent Moon. The star in the Islamic symbol represents Uzza, the Morning Star godess. The highest of all the pagan deities was called Allah. He (Allah) was the creator, and father, of the three sister goddesses Uzza, Allat, and Manat. Mohammed’s family were members of the cult of the moon god, Allah.
Amina, the mother of Mohammad, often claimed she was visited by spirits, jinns. She would have visions and religious experiences. Mohammad was raised by several different guardians the first of which tried to return him to his mother because she thought he was demon processed . Mohammad often had fits, fell into trances and experienced visions.
In AD 610 Mohammad had a visitation that came to be called “The Night Of Power”. It was that night the Muslims believe Allah begin to reveal the true religion of Islam. It was in that night the messenger appeared to him in a cave on Mt. Ararat, in eastern Arabia in the vicinity of Mecca. And all the rest is more history which can be found in the book titled “The Everlasting Hatred” by Hal Linsday.
Obviously someone else did a lot of research pertaining to the symbol of the Islamic religion. The title “abode of peace” is laughable, if it wasn’t so dangerous.

However, regarding the true nature of his religious beliefs, Zero’s deceptive methods likely go far deeper than merely deceiving naive and Biblically illiterate Westerners into believing that he is some type of progressive Christian. Zero is an extremely close associate of Oprah Winfrey, a leading New Ager. She played a very significant role, that of the powerful African-American cultural archetype of the elder female psychic, when she announced to the world that “He is The One.” She was literally enacting the same role as The Oracle in “The Matrix,” who (indirectly in that case) identified Neo as the long-awaited savior.
Please remember that within a few days after releasing the obviously forged long-form birth certificate on April 27, Zero saw fit to illegally assassinate Osama bin Laden, after the world’s most wanted man being pinned down in Pakistan for years and years, which temporarily bolstered his sagging approval ratings.
When Zero finally was forced to finally release an imaginary, forged long-form birth certificate (due to Jerome Corsi’s WTBC hitting Amazon.com Number One pre-release and the impending Orly Taitz/Keyes case presenting evidence of his fraudulent SSN and LFBC) he said that he had more important things to do than respond to this type of nonsense. The most “important” thing that the pResident of the US had to do next was to make a beeline to Chicago in order to go on the Oprah Winfrey television program. The very first question that she asked him was the $2 million-taxpayer-subsidized one, “Why did you wait so long [to release the birth certificate]?” His answer was a joke. Literally. He said that he was there [when he was born] and he remembers it. hahaha. Well, he got a pass with no follow-up but, according to her, he is a “Lightworker” “who will teach us to evolve” so there you have it. As he continues to destroy the West, he certainly will. It is going to be evolution in action in real time: survival of the fittest.
Zero is a closet New Ager. From his viewpoint, there is no contradiction at all to be both a Christian and a Muslim, and for that matter, a Hindu and a Buddhist and a Zoroastrian and a Rastafarian. He is deceiving the West and he is also deceiving the Muslim world.
